    But the emerging narrative of an “AI arms race” reflects a mistaken view of the risks from AI—and introduces significant new risks as a result. For each country, the real danger is not that it will fall behind its competitors in AI but that the perception of a race will prompt everyone to rush to deploy unsafe AI systems. In their desire to win, countries risk endangering themselves just as much as their opponents.
    AI promises to bring both enormous benefits, in everything from health care to transportation, and huge risks. But those risks aren’t something out of science fiction; there’s no need to fear a robot uprising. The real threat will come from humans.
    Right now, AI systems are powerful but unreliable. Many of them are vulnerable to sophisticated attacks or fail when used outside the environment in which they were trained. Governments want their systems to work properly, but competition brings pressure to cut corners. Even if other countries aren’t on the brink of major AI breakthroughs, the perception that they’re rushing ahead could push others to do the same. And if a government deployed an untested AI weapons system or relied on a faulty AI system to launch cyberattacks, the result could be disaster for everyone involved.
    Policymakers should learn from the history of computer networks and make security a leading factor in AI design from the beginning.“

    The Commonwealth of Nations, headed by Queen Elizabeth II, is made up of 53 nations, spanning the globe, accounting for one-fifth of the land mass of the Earth, and a very high percentage of its strategic resources and population.
    The Queen is a Knight of Malta and has vowed allegiance to the Pope through the largest insider trading club on the planet. The British are, in fact, also agents of the Vatican’s Knights of Malta.
    The Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM) took control of the power and wealth of the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon from within the Roman system. The SMOM controlled the banking and military power for the Vatican for hundreds of years through the first central bank, the Vatican Bank.
    The Roman Catholic priestly order of the Jesuits (Society of Jesus) subordinated the SMOM in 1798 aided by Napoleon Bonaparte. This would eventually lead to the Jesuits installing British control over the Island Malta and the founding of a Jesuit College manned by British Jesuits.
    The Jesuits became somewhat crippled by this suppression in Catholic controlled Europe, so in order for the Jesuits to secure South American wealth they used Protestant banking houses and formed an alliance with the Venetian influences over Britain like the Pallavicini family who control the Monarchy and Rothschilds.
    The Jesuits in 1840 put the Haus Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha bloodline into the position of Monarchy of Great Britain. This house is known today as the Windsor House which still rules the UK and the Commonwealth Nations.
    The same fate would eventually happen to the Vatican itself after suppressing the Jesuits in 1773. The Jesuit Order took control of the Papacy by 1814 and had enacted revenge once again for their persecution.
    The Order of Malta and the recognized protestant divisions all play a role commanded by the Jesuit Order. This includes The Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem controlled by Queen Elizabeth II. If you look at the last Grandmasters of the Order of Malta you will notice they came from Britain.
    Former-Grandmaster Andrew Willougby Ninian Bertie was a cousin to Queen Elizabeth II originated within the Grand Priory of England. The British arm of the Order of Malta controlling St John’s Wood is known as the Grand Priory of England.
    This location was once also a Knights Templar headquarters in Britain. The Order of Malta even owned Londinium (TheCityofLondon).
    TheCityofLondon was eventually rented out by the Order of Malta as their headquarters. The Jesuits took over Londinium in 1825 aided by the Rothschild family who had become the most powerful economic force in England.
    When you take a look at many of the influential positions of power today, whether it is in banking, military, pharmaceutical or intelligence, you will always find Knights of Malta.
    The Knights of Malta are mainly involved in working for and with the Black Nobility (royalty without an active throne), the Vatican, and the various Papal and Royal Orders, especially the Jesuits who are ultimately in control of the Vatican and the Military Order of Malta.
    The SMOM’s most powerful controlling inner-cores are the Order of the Garter and the Pilgrim Society which are controlled by the Queen.

    Cayman Islands benefit from the added support of being a territory of the United Kingdom. The Caymans offer a number of tax-free incentives and little financial regulation and oversight.
    Today the country is the world’s fifth largest financial services center. It plays host to over 10,000 mutual funds, over 200 banks, over 90,000 companies, and 140 trust companies. It’s the world’s top home for hedge funds and captive health insurance companies.
    Bermuda is another piece of UK territory that has long been known as a tax haven. Bermuda’s tax system puts taxes on staff payrolls, but not on corporate earnings or investment income. Its largest customer for offshore transactions is the United States.
    Guernsey belongs to the British Crown but makes its own laws on matters such as taxation. The island of 65,000 people has made a big push towards being an offshore finance destination, and its main street is lined with private banks, law firms, and accounting firms.
    Jersey is another small British Crown dependency in the English Channel. Jersey prints its own banknotes and makes its own tax laws.
    A culture of secrecy and non-disclosure in the island has resulted in Jersey housing an estimated $5 billion dollars of wealth per square mile. Half of Jersey’s tax avoidance trade comes from the UK.
    The “British” U. S. Federal Reserve
    Using the first major corporation in England as their model, the British East India Company, warlord bankers start wars for profit. Slavery and the looting of mines, gold, diamonds, minerals, and land is all in a day’s work for an imperialist.
    England’s imperialism has worked into the economic and banking practices worldwide and the Queen’s Crown Agents and Agencies have controlled global resources for centuries.
    There is a linear connection between the Rothschilds, the Bank of England, and the London banking houses which ultimately links the stockholders of the Federal Reserve Banks to their subsidiary firms in New York and TheCityofLondonUK.
    The two principal Rothschild representatives in New York, J. P. Morgan Co., and Kuhn, Loeb & Co. were the firms which set up the Jekyll Island Conference at which the Federal Reserve Act was created and directed the subsequent successful campaign to have the plan enacted into law by Congress, and who purchased the controlling amounts of stock in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1914.

    What is worth noting about this list is that you can find some of the usual suspects: Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Morgans, Warburgs, and the rest of the Bankster Warlords behind some of these names.
    To make things even more complex, so that we can never figure out who is in charge, every one of these corporations owns major shares in every other corporation.
    They are intertwined like a grape vine. If we look closer we find that every one of these corporations conducts international business and is invested in international military ventures.
    This type of “corporate warfare” is transnational. It is beyond being international or global. These companies work outside of the control of America as a nation and have stronger ties to Britain than to America. They work against Americans with their transnational economic warfare and make money from both sides of any conflict.
    Essentially, these British and international corporations are war criminals just like Henry Schroder, the Brit who funded both Hitler and England. This type of banking warfare is common throughout British history.

    British Private Intelligence Agencies
    The UK has many private intelligence agencies who are devoted to the collection, analysis, and exploitation of information for a profit. Christopher Steele, the author of the Carter Page Dossier was a former British spy, which shows you the unethical nature of “British spying.”
    Sixty3, Orbis Business International, Cambridge Analytica, and many other British private intelligence agencies sell propaganda as intelligence.
    Often these corporations have private contracts with the U. S. military and government and maintain top secret security clearances with the United States. Britain has not shown itself to be “honest spies” as is evidenced in the Iraq “weapons of mass destruction” lies and the current British disinformation coming out of Syria.
    Some US $56 billion or 70% of the US $80 billion national intelligence budget of the United States was in 2016 earmarked for the private sector.
    Functions previously performed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), and other intelligence agencies are now outsourced to private British intelligence corporations.     Who Really Owns and Runs the Bank of England?
    When the Jesuits were suppressed by the Pope in 1773, they used their covert power over England to have the Rothschild family become guardians over the Jesuit South American stolen wealth instead of depositing it in the Vatican Bank.
    This action started a banking war between the Vatican and the Jesuits who used the Rothschild family as the anti-Vatican Bank. The Rothschild’s eventually became the guardians of the Jesuit treasury in TheCityofLondon.
    The Rothschild’s used The Worshipful Company of Mercers to create the Bank of England which now held the Jesuit wealth stolen from South America. The Bank of England’s efforts were focused on taking over TheCityofLondonUK from Vatican control.
    The Knights of Malta have never been favorites of the Jesuit Order. This hatred of the Knights of Malta increased even further in 1768 when the Knights removed the Jesuits from the Island of Malta. The Jesuits sought their revenge one year later in 1798 using Napoleon.
    The Jesuits subordinated the Knights of Malta in the same year and that was the true start of the take-over of TheCityofLondonUK which was still ruled covertly by the Knights of Malta.
    If you look at St. John’s Wood where the Order of Malta are based, you will see it is the old haunt of the Knights Templar in England since the time that TheCityofLondonUK became a sovereign Nation.
    If you look at one of the four of the most powerful Order of Malta headquarters in Rome, you will see that the Aventine Hill is another old Templar haunt which was their original World Headquarters.
    The control of the Bank of England through The Worshipful Company of Mercers is what controls the global economy. The U.S. economy is fully controlled by the Mercers and Bank of England and has been since 1868.
    TheCityofLondonUK controls the U.S. Economy through the Royal Institute for International Affairs which subsequently controls the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR has set U. S. foreign policy since its inception.
    TheCityofLondonUK controls the which subsequently controls the Federal Reserve of New York, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. TheCityofLondonUK controls the U.S. Treasury monetary policy which commands all three of those globalist organizations through the Exchange Stabilization Fund.

    The History of Crown Agents
    A Crown Agency was an administrative body of the British Empire, distinct from the Civil Service Commission of Britain or the government administration of the national entity in which it operated.
    These enterprises were overseen from 1833 to 1974 by the Office of the Crown Agents in London, thereafter named the Crown Agents for Overseas Governments and Administration. Crown Agents for Overseas Governments and Administrations Ltd became a private Limited company providing development services in 1996.
    Crown Agencies nominally reported directly to (and were wholly owned by) the Crown, but in practice, reported to the Crown Agency Office in London, thus independent of the Colonial Office.
    This office became, in the late 19th century, the sole official British commercial and financial agent of all British protectorates and Crown colonies.
    The Colonial Office enforced a policy of sole usage of crown agencies for all purchases of goods for government use, creating a virtual monopoly over government retail supply within the colonies of the British Empire.
    The Crown Agencies also became financial institutions, supplying capital, routes for investment, and pensions to all public works and government in British dependent colonies.
    Is it even reasonable to believe that after the American Revolution, American companies did not continue to do business with these crown companies for resources, goods and services? Life went on.
    Crown Agencies trace their founding to the time of the British Empire and in 1833 the British government, hived off from the Colonial Office as a financing, stores, transport, and development office.
    Historians have argued that crown agencies, whose organizations operated across the British Empire in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, were the de facto administrators of British colonies.
    Crown Agencies wielded governmental powers through a maze of British territories, protectorates, dependencies, Mandates, and Crown Colonies which made up the British Empire of the late 19th century.
    After this, their mandate was reduced to “dependent” colonies (most of British Africa, India, and the West Indies), but they were given near monopoly rights over finance and supply of non-local manufactures for any public or government use.
    With the dissolution of the British Empire, many of these agencies reverted to control by their respective governments, became parts of the British government, or became non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
    New World Order’s Stealthy Tool of Subversion: NGOs
    The British government incorporated the Crown Agency as a government mandated corporation tied to the Minister of Overseas Development, called the Crown Agents for Overseas Governments and Administration. In 1997, the Crown Agency was privatized.
    As a private limited company, the CAOGA has a number of contracts to provide governmental or para-governmental services throughout the world. Even though these organizations were “privatized” on paper, the power generally did not shift, it merely transformed into shareholder holdings and boards of directors.
    The term “Golden Share” developed to describe special rights given to the Queen in a stock company that gave her special preferential rights over voting and profit distribution—and thus ultimate control—like she had before.
    While privatization allowed more shareholders, the Queen generally continued to control votes and profit distribution in wild disproportion to her single 10 pence voting share (Golden Share) in the mining mega company Rio Tinto PLC, for example.
    In addition, whenever one sees that British royalty populate a company’s board of directors, remember that these are people who pledged an oath of allegiance to the Queen first, company second.
    The legal category of crown agencies still exists in some nations of the former British Empire.
    In most places, these have been replaced by government agencies, state-controlled companies, and (in parts of the Commonwealth) Crown Corporations. Canada and New Zealand maintain the category of government managed or owned entities called Crown Agencies.

    Serratia marcescens ist ein gefährlicher Krankheitserreger, der Lungenentzündung verursachen kann: „Bei einem der größten Versuche wurde Serratia marcescens über San Francisco versprüht. Dieser Organismus ist besonders auffällig, denn er produziert rot/pinkfarbene Pigmente, wenn man ihn auf bestimmten Böden wachsen lässt, wodurch es sehr leicht ist, ihn zu identifizieren. Einmal wurden 5000 Teilchen pro Minute von den Küstenregionen landeinwärts versprüht. The unfortunate creation of reptilians led to cosmic warfare between the reptilians and the dragons (encoded in stories such as Zeus’s victory over Typhon), thus resulting in the eradication of many of the protector beings of this sector of the universe, and this planet in particular.
    It also resulted in a mass universal confusion among even the highest-level light beings as to what constitutes a dragon and what constitutes a reptilian. Thus we have numerous stories of beings mistakenly killing dragons when they thought they were killing reptilians. This deliberately fomented confusion is something that is now being brought to our awareness.
    Humans are having “the scales fall from our eyes,” so to speak, as we become conscious of the anti-dragon programming embedded in such stories.“
    „The Reptilian Takeover of Planet Earth
    Mother Earth, Gaia, had created an original form of humans all on her own, whose closest relations are the “Aboriginals” of Australia and the Bushmen and Pygmies of Africa. There were also other types of the original Gaiaic people peppered around the planet, which are the ancestors of many of the indigenous peoples on the planet today.
    These beings, along with certain mammals that had emerged on Gaia, were identified as laboratory animals by various interdimensional beings who wanted to conduct genetic experimentation.     The reptilians were one type of being that became involved in this experimentation. The original humans of Gaia (Neaderthals, for example) were subsequently either induced to mix with these other humanoid experiments so as to insert other types of DNA into them, or they were violently eradicated by these new hybrids, which were eventually bred to become homo sapiens sapiens. The latter, “doubly wise humans,” have the greatest percentage of reptilian DNA in them.“

    The Caucasian version of homo sapiens sapiens has a particularly high percentage of reptilian DNA, which is why this group has become such an invasive species on the planet. Certain peoples emerging out of this grouping have been especially virulent in spreading violence and male domination agendas.
    For example, we have archaeological and now genetic records from at least 5000 years ago attesting to the sudden advent of a human group that swept down from the Russian steppes and invaded the indigenous peoples of the world. This new group, which was warfaring, patriarchal, and venerating of “sky gods” (rather than Mother Earth), came to be called the “kurgans” owing to the name given by archeologists to their style of graves.     Why were these peoples so aggressive and patriarchal? Because they represent another seeding by extraterrestrial beings, particularly by male reptilians.

    Hormones were one nasty chemical trail inserted into humans via one reptilian experiment to create receptors for these beings and their demonic minions (lower-level entities) to hook into humans and partake of sexual energies. The more violating the act, the more energetic food for them.
    Prior to this, humans could enjoy sensual connection through a kind of kinetic touch or a tantric energy merging.     On top of that, humans struggle and fight in romantic relationships because we carry the memory imprint of love strife and sex warfare between reptilian males and females in our reptilian DNA.     The reptilians have seeded war in the bedrooms between humans so that it is guaranteed to spread out everywhere. Warfare creates trauma. Trauma spreads inter-generationally and continues to foment negative emotion – that is, food for the reptilians and other spirit meddlers to this domain.

More humans have meant more emotional problems, which has meant more food for these beings. More humans have also meant more slaves for various other agendas on the planet, like destroying Gaia herself by ripping out her hair, nails, and blood, and poisoning her circulatory system.
    Gaia is a great being, a great goddess, and negative interdimensional being such as the reptilians are keen on feeding off such feminine beings in their blazing trail to take over large swaths of the universe.“

    The development of tantric sexual healing approaches will also be a critical part of this assuagement. Such approaches, globally taught, will allow us to work with sexuality energetically and not just genitally. This will help restore the pleasure principle and reduce the rampant overpopulation that is taxing Gaia.“

    If the biblical story could be taken literally, how could it be that in just over 4 thousand years (the year of Great Flood, as well as the death of Methuselah, it is estimated to be 2104 BC) the life of men has reduced by a good 90%, despite the progress made in the field of nutrition, medicine and in general of living conditions?
    According to the fan of the “ancient astronauts” theory the cause is linked to an even older myth than the biblical one, that of the Annunakis, the ancient Sumerian Gods whose list is contained in a clay tablet dated around 2400 BC.
    ANCIENT ALIENS AND ANNUNAKIS
    Annunakis, term that identifies a “princely descent”, are described for the first time in the cosmogonic poem Enuma Elis, litterally “when at the top”, where they talk about how god Marduk created Babylon ( “fisically” built by Annunakis), that would have been his home on Earth, and given rise to mankind to free the Annunakis from the labors that initially hung over them.
    What have the Annunakis got to do with the Jewish Biblical patriarchs? According to the episode dedicated to the Annunakis of the successful television series “Ancient Aliens”, broadcasted by History Channel, also in Italy, they would have been ruled by two leaders, Enlil and Enki, in contrast to each other about the opportunity to save, or not, humanity from a global flood unleashed by Enlil.
    In reality, the story is inaccurate, since in Babylonian mythology (in the poem Enuma Elish) Enlin, god of the atmosphere, and Enki, god of waters, both have a role in helping the gods to survive unscathed the universal flood threatened by Abzu and his wife Tiamat.
    Overcome this threat while Enlil will rebuild the Garden of Eden, will be Enki to suggest to create the servants of the gods, the men, starting from the first of them, son of the same Enki (from whom he receives the gift of wisdom but not of eternal life), Adapa
    NOAH WAS ACTUALLY A SUMERIAN KING?
    It is true that in other Mesopotamian texts it is Enki who speaks to the Sumerian king Ziusudra and advised him to build an ark to save himself from the imminent deluge, while Enlil should have rebuked Enki (but this part, like that relating to the “instruction” given by Enki to Ziusudra on how to build the ark, are lost or heavily damaged).
    Ziusudra would therefore be the figure that inspired the biblical Noah, receiving, like him, a divine warning about an imminent catastrophe but also the gift of immortality once the flood is over, thanks to a reconciliation that in the meantime took place between Enlil and Enki.
    Several other Annunaki would have opposed or complained of the flood that, according to “Ancient Aliens” could have been overtaken by men (Ziusudra or Noah who have been) only through a spaceship, gone into orbit for the duration of the flood. According to some of the experts interviewed by the broadcast, a further interaction between humanity and the Annunaki would consist of a series of genetic experiments that would lead to the birth of some “hybrids”.
    WAS LONGEVITY LINKED TO ANNUNAKI-HUMAN HYBRIDS?
    Could be Noah/Ziusudrao, Methuselah or the same Adam some of these “hybrids” endowed with extraordinary longevity? In the Sumerian “Royal List” they talk about kings who have ruled for hundreds or thousands of years: were they also semigods, or extraterrestrials “son” landed in Mesopotamia which then gave rise to humanity mixing hominid genes with Annunakis genes?
    There is obviously no evidence, while there are plenty of evidence that the first known species of Homo Habilis appeared on the planet about 2 million years ago, from which about 1-1.5 million years ago the Homo Erectus derived. The Homo Sapiens, from which we descend directly, has instead made its appearance around 200 hundred thousand years ago, after a series of other unlucky evolutionary “attempts”.

    The modern understanding of the Pentagon´s relationship with unexplained flying phenomena has become remarkably more pointed in the last six months since the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program was uncovered. Its disclosure came in between our own exclusive reporting on two very strange and well-documented encounters with strange aircraft operating in U.S. airspace. Now, new documents are coming to light that show the Department of Defense´s own spy agency was also interested in subjects that border on science fiction and the even the paranormal, including warp drive, extra-dimensional manipulation, dark energy, and other highly exotic forms of space travel.
    The documents were first discovered by George Knapp´s I-Team, part of Las Vegas CBS affiliate Channel 8 News, which has been investigating the government´s supposed connection with ´UFOs´ for decades.
    Author´s note 5/14/18: It has come to our attention that the documents were in fact first posted by Corey Goode late last year shortly after the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program was first disclosed.
    Recently Knapp has been digging deeper into Bigelow Aerospace—which is located in Las Vegas—and its starring role in the previously classified program. It is no secret that Robert Bigelow, a former real estate developer turned inflatable space station entrepreneur, has been highly interested in UFOs, but the depth of the company´s official relationship with the Defense Department regarding the topic was something entirely unheard of before the disclosure of the Defense Intelligence Agency´s (DIA) Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program occurred in December 2017.
    Abbreviated AATIP, that effort, and its funding, sprang from Nevada Senator Harry Reid´s interest in the topic, along with that of a Defense Intelligence Agency official. The program, which eventually cost $22 million and ran roughly between 2008 and 2012, began after Bigelow won the contract, apparently to investigate UFO sightings, along with pretty much everything else that goes along with the topic for better or worse, on behalf of the military.
    A team of nearly 50 scientists, analysts, and investigators were assembled to work on the program, which was originally and very cryptically dubbed the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program before gaining its more recent moniker. The contract between the DIA and Bigelow made sure not to spell out its focus, instead referring to exotic technologies without mentioning UFOs. The I-Team writes:
    „The agreement with DIA did not mention UFOs at all. It used more generic terms such as future threats and breakthrough technologies, and specified 12 focal points including, lift, propulsion, materials, versions of stealth as well as human interface and human effects.“

    It was under the AAWSA name that the organization funded at least two studies into advanced propulsion and space technology research that border on the fantastical. The first of these studies, dated March 29, 2010, deals with „advanced space propulsion“ for faster-than-light travel, discussing theoretical physical constructs such as „spacetime-altered regions“ and „gravity/antigravity“ forces. The second study, which the AAWSA program published on April 2, 2010, covers similar ground, but also includes discussions about „dark energy“ and „extra dimensions.“
    The AAWSA experts did this work under the auspices of DIA´s Defense Warning Office, which makes good sense, at least conceptually. This organization first came into being in 2002 and is „charged with identifying sources of increasing threats to U.S. interests in critical regions,“ accordin

    „This office will also identify opportunities to affect adversary behavior prior to and in the early stages of a crisis.“ that presentation notes. In 2003, these tasks expanded to also include work „to provide the earliest possible warning of technological developments that could undermine U.S. military preeminence.“
    UFO sightings are often indications of advanced and secret military aircraft research and development projects. Having a team of experts try and determine if any of the reports translated to real programs, especially those that potential opponents such as Russia or China might have been working on, would be well with DIA´s mandate for the office.
    That AAWSA team would have delved into known developments in associated fields would also make sense in this context. If America´s adversaries were rapidly advancing toward practical warp drives and other advanced propulsion and space research, DIA would definitely want to know in order to help inform U.S. policy responses.
    „These studies are so loaded with information,“ Senator Reid reportedly said at one point, according to Las Vegas´ Channel 8. „One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there´s no explanation for. Well there are now.“

    But the applicability of these studies to the Defense Warning Office´s core mission seems dubious, as do portions of the underlying research itself. Neither report suggested that the technology they described was anywhere near practical or that any foreign government was close to achieving a relevant breakthrough.
    „This paper has considered the possibility—even likelihood—that future developments with regard to advanced aerospace technologies will trend in the direction of manipulating the underlying spacetime structure of the vacuum of space itself by processes that can be called vacuum engineering or metric engineering,“ the March 2010 study says in its final discussion section. „Far from being simply a fanciful concept, a significant literature exists in peer-reviewed, Tier 1 physics publications in which the topic is explored in detail.“
    „The idea that a sufficiently advanced technology may interact with, and acquire direct control over, the higher dimensions is a tantalizing possibility, and one that is most certainly worthy of deeper investigation,“ the second document concludes. „Of course, this may not be actualized until many years in the future, but consider the many spectacular physical phenomena that are believed to be true at this early point in the 21st century.“
    What these statements do clearly reflect is the vision of the primary „contractor“ for these studies, EarthTech International, Inc., a small firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. This company no longer has a functional website and otherwise has a virtually non-existent presence on the internet. „We strive to translate these ideas into laboratory experiments,“ according to an archived copy of the company´s website from 2017.

    A cursory internet search on EarthTech´s CEO Harold Puthoff, Ph.D., who authored the March 2010 study, and Eric Davis, Ph.D., another employee who co-authored the other report, quickly turns up a web of links to Bigelow and his other fringe scientific and paranormal investigative endeavors, including the now defunct National Institute for Discovery Science, or NIDSci. Independent consultant Richard Obousy, who helped produce the April 2010 document, also has connections to the Nevada businessman.
    Puthoff is now Vice President of Science and Technology at To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, a non-profit organization that reportedly is, at least in part, continuing the AAITP´s work independently. Luis Elizondo, who was the government head of AAITP and its follow-on guise, is its Director of Global Security and Special Programs.
    The full extent of the AAWSA effort, including how many similar studies it funded and at what cost, as well as the later AAITP, still remains unclear. So far, two videos the latter iteration of the group examined in detail have captured the most public attention through the media. F/A-18 Hornet Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) targeting pods shot both of these clips and they feature small „tic-tac“-like objects racing around at high speed over the water.
    But the main video and pilot account wasn´t new when news of the existence of AAITP first broke. It had been floating around in defense circles for over a decade, but more open disclosure about the origin of the video on an official level, as well as subsequent interviews with the pilot that took it, certainly elevated it to mainstream news.
    Beyond that, accounts of Bigelow´s special unit´s investigation include claims that mysterious material from downed objects was being stored in storage lockers and that the program went far beyond documenting and evaluating eyewitness reports of UFOs. Instead, it took a holistic approach, which may have included evaluating the impact on human biology in association with sightings and other unexplained events and even seemed to have delved into other paranormal domains.
    This would seem to match up with the picture of the program´s work we now have based on the documents Knapp´s I-Team obtained. What we know for sure, beyond the basic facts surrounding the project and information that Elizondo, the guy who led the program on the DoD side, has given to the press, is that some very strange studies resulted from its mandate. Once again, the studies Las Vegas´ Channel 8 uncovered are official DIA documents that the United States Government paid EarthTech and other Bigelow associates to produce and kept on file for its own internal use.
    If nothing else, the existence of these studies supports the perception that this program went far beyond just trying to interpret and document eye-witness accounts of UFOs and trying to identify what was buzzing around in earth´s atmosphere. And they are bound to leave just about anyone wondering if this is what has been released, imagine what else exists that hasn´t…“

    While reaffirming the gloomy assessments of the study, Logsdon held out hope that the threat of fact-resistant humans could be mitigated in the future.
    “Our research is very preliminary, but it’s possible that they will become more receptive to facts once they are in an environment without food, water, or oxygen,” he said“
