In my opinion the CIA really runs this show from the highest levels of government. There are many high-ranking government officials that are involved with this, that have full knowledge of it, that continue to fund it from one year to the next and the amounts that go into this targeted individual program run into the many billions, many many billions and this has been going on for many many years, it’s disturbing on many levels that our government and individual government employees would be willing to stoop to the level of torture, literal torture on a daily basis for more than a million people worldwide.
