    „Entrückung
    Mit dem Begriff Entrückung bezeichnet man in einem religiösen oder mythologischen Zusammenhang das Phänomen, dass eine Person leibhaftig aus der irdisch-konkreten Erscheinungswelt in eine himmlische Sphäre versetzt wird. Im Alten und im Neuen Testament werden mehrere dieser Ereignisse beschrieben.
    Im übertragenen Sinn wird der Begriff auch für einen Zustand „geistiger Ferne“ verwendet, wie etwa im Rausch, im Traum, in der Meditation oder in der Trance.
    Griechische Mythologie
    Die griechischen Sagen berichten vom Elysion, einer „Insel der Seligen“, auf die jene Helden entrückt wurden, die von den Göttern geliebt wurden und denen sie Unsterblichkeit schenken wollten. Auch Entrückungen in Flüsse wurden berichtet.
    Altes Testament
    Im Alten Testament wird eine Entrückung von Henoch (1 Mos 5,24 EU; Heb 11,5 EU) und von Elija (2 Kön 2,11 EU) berichtet. Beide wurden demnach wegen ihres Glaubens durch Gott hinweg- und in den Himmel aufgenommen. Dabei stellte man sich den Aufenthalt in dauernder Nähe Gottes vor (vgl. Paradies), bei dem die Entrückten dem Tode entzogen waren.
    Auch die Propheten Jesaja, Jeremia und Ezechiel beschreiben Entrückungen im Zusammenhang mit der jeweiligen göttlichen Berufung.
    Zeitpunkt der Entrückung
    Gestützt auf Jesu Aussagen, dass nur Gott den Zeitpunkt von Jesu Wiederkommen kennt (Mk 13,32 EU), und dass es Jesu Anhängern nicht zustehe, diesen Zeitpunkt zu erfahren (Apg 1,7 EU), gehört es zur gängigen theologischen Lehrmeinung, dass der exakte Zeitpunkt der Entrückung weder berechnet werden kann noch darf. Viele Autoren legen sich jedoch auf eine bestimmte chronologische Reihenfolge der in der Bibel angekündigten Ereignisse fest. So hat Mark Hitchcock in der christlichen Fachliteratur vier verschiedene Hauptmodelle entdeckt: Die Entrückung vor der Großen Trübsal, nach 3½ Jahren der auf sieben Jahre veranschlagten Trübsalszeit, nach der Trübsalszeit oder nach 5½ Jahren innerhalb der Trübsalszeit. Das zuletzt genannte Denkmodell ist weniger verbreitet; es geht davon aus, dass die Entrückung vor der Öffnung des siebten Siegels (Offb 8,1 EU) stattfinden wird. In der Offenbarung selbst wird die Entrückung nicht erwähnt.

    das Ende der Zeit der Geschichte, wie sie derzeitig herrscht, vor dem Beginn von etwas ganz anderem, das heißt, das Ende unserer Zeit, unserer Vorstellung vom Kosmos, vom Universum, von

    gegeneinander, miteinander, hängt ja auch damit zusammen, jeder hat andere Vorstellungen davon, aber gemeinsam ist die Vorstellung: Es beginnt etwas fundamental neues und wir stehen kurz
    davor, wir sind sozusagen in einer letzten Zeit vor dem ganz anderen ja… das ist eine lange Geschichte, da müsste ich eigentlich meine ganze Biografie aufblättern, was wenig sinnvoll ist hier, aber mich beschäftigt das Thema eigentlich seit Jahrzehnten, ich bin da tief von berührt und habe darüber viel nachgedacht und darüber auch viel gelesen, ich hatte immer die Vorstellung, dass, in irgendeiner Form, der Zustand der Dinge, wie er heute existiert, auf keinen Fall der endgültigen Zustand sein kann, auch nicht der Zustand, der eigentlich dem Menschen angemessen ist, irgendetwas, mal umgangssprachlich gesagt, stimmt nicht, irgendetwas stimmt fundamental nicht und es ist eigentlich eine Sehnsucht da, nach dem ganz anderen, da ist ja auch die ganze in New-Age-Bewegung, die ja über viele Jahrzehnte eigentlich uns alle irgendwie bewegt hat, auch mit ganz vielen Vorstellungen: Wie ist denn nun die Vorstellung wie ist denn nun die andere zeit und da gibt es ganz viele Themen, die da angesprochen wurden, also mich beschäftigt das Thema, bis heute … Es ist ein Unruhefaktor in der Seele, denn es ist ein sich-nicht-genügen in dem Ist-Zustand, ja, also es ist ein Gefühl, es könnte anders sein, es müsste anders sein, es wird anders sein, ja, insofern Endzeit, ja, aber mit vielen Fragezeichen natürlich.     Aber es gibt ja auch im Menschen ein tief angelegtes Erlösungsverlangen, ein Erlösungsbedürfnis, die Sehnsucht nach einem Zustand, der den einzelnen auch befreit und zwar endgültig befreit, erlösen ist ja auch ein finaler Zustand, in gewisser weise, Erlösung von etwas, von Gewalt, Sklaverei, Unterdrückung, auf der einen Seite, aber auch überhaupt von der..Drangsal der physisch sinnlichen Existenz, deren Beglückungen nicht geleugnet werden sollen, aber Erlösung geht immer weiter, Erlösung ist tiefer und deswegen ist die Sehnsucht nach der neuen Zeit,

    insofern spielt die Erlösung immer eng hinein, in die Endzeitvorstellungen ..eigentlich meistens Gewaltloslösung, Lösung vom Naturzusammenhang und jede Religion hat ja eigene Erlösungvorstellungen und jede Religion und jede spirituelle Richtung hat auch eigene Vorstellungen, wie Erlösung und Endzeit zusammengehören. Nicht, das ist ja das spannende daran, das aufregende, das wühlt ja die Seele auf, in allen Sektierergruppierungen ist es ja so, das ist ja das Lauern auf die Signale dieser neuen Zeit, wann zeigt das sich, am extremsten ja im jüdischen Messianismus, aber nicht nur dort… wir sind aber auch Menschen, die angelegt sind auf das ganz anderer, insofern sind wir ja auch metaphysisch angelegte Menschen, das sage ich gegen das herrschende Menschenbild in der Intellektualkultur, wir sind metaphysische Wesen, aber auch physische Wesen, wir sind auf zwei, wir sind also doppelt gepolt und unsere Schwierigkeit besteht ja darin diese beiden Pole zusammenzuführen. Artemisa Xakriabá, a 19-year-old indigenous climate activist of the Xakriabá people, spoke about the increasing intensity of environmental destruction across Brazil and the interconnectedness of the fight for climate justice. “We fight for our Mother Earth because the fight for Mother Earth is the mother of all other fights,” Xakriabá said. “We are fighting for your lives. We are fighting for our lives. We are fighting for our sacred territory. But we are being persecuted, threatened, murdered, only for protecting our own territories. We cannot accept one more drop of indigenous blood spilled.”

    AMY GOODMAN: Voices from the Gobal Climate Strike in New York. The protest ended at Battery Park, where 16-year-old Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg addressed the crowd. But first, Artemisa Xakrriabá, a 19-year-old indigenous activist from Brazil, took to the stage.
    ARTEMISA XAKRIABÁ: [translated] My name is Artemisa Xakriabá. I am 19 years old, and I am from the Xakriabá people in Brazil. I am here today representing the more than 25 million indigenous and traditional communities from the Global Alliance of Territorial Communities. This alliance is formed by four organizations: APIB from Brazil, COICA from the Amazon Basin, AMPB from Central America and AMAN from Indonesia. Together, we protect 600 million hectares of forest.
    But I am also here as a young woman, because there’s no difference between an indigenous young female activist like myself and a young indigenous female activist like Greta. Our future is connected by the same threads of the climate crisis.
    The Amazon is on fire. The Amazon agonizes year after year for the responsibility of the government and its destructive policies that intensify deforestation and drought, not only in the Amazon, but in the other five Brazilian biomes. Climate change is a result of this, and it also helps to make the fires stronger.
