Tumbling over themselves it seems at times, new things coming out, it’s because they’re jump-started by a direct translation of extraterrestrial technology to human airplanes and propulsion systems, some of which do not involve jet engines…I have let me have to do this by memory I’ll give you a sample of some of the programs that some of the airplanes and spacecraft …you’ve heard of that they use
extraterrestrial technology and anti-gravity technology.

Union that was using full exit anti-gravity technology that’s how it could hover silently, it floats indefinitely and that same anti-gravity technology provides propulsion, it’s basically pushing off from Earth’s gravity and finessing that that push off to go this direction or that direction, a
little-known fact is that Colonel Corstel, u.s. army was charged with taking the wreckage from the Roswell
craft and going around to various corporations and parceling out pi here they’re telling them to tear apart
see what they can make of it one pile of it the propulsion system was given to GE and one of their talented scientists got a US patent for the generation of an secondary art a gravitational field in other words Earth’s had obviously a
gravitational field but with this knowledge and technical skills you figured out how to back to engineering
the Roswell power plant he figured out how to create generate such a independent gravitational field which could lift up a craft you know UFO or could lift up an airplane or can lift up a u.s. spacecraft and propulse it, you got a US patent for it, people say this is all hooey, well, a patent office didn’t think so he proved to their satisfaction that this technology exists and he made a demonstration model of it and since then corporations you’ve heard of have that this technology taken that and gone farther: Lockheed-Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman and others, on my website there’s an article called twelve known U.S. partial gravity reduction and full gravity reduction aircraft and spacecraft, that’s the twelve. I’m convinced that Air Force One has partial
gravity reduction on it if you had that technology and you were a military officer and your commander in chief took
rides on an airplane that had to be crash proof you would be derelict of duty if you did not install partial gravity reduction on that plane so that if something failed it could slowly sail down to the ground and nobody get hurt and I believe also Marine one the presidential …also is protected with such technology…it’s sort of the SOS button you push if everything goes bad.
Dr. Wolf was involved in subatomic particle physics now called quantum physics and so he was working with that
anti-gravity technology and figuring more completely how things could work together to achieve as close as possible
a copy of the extraterrestrial spacecraft, changing a paragraphs here dr. wolf also worked at genetics research, he
released to me and I to you the fact that contrary to what the government says about the human genome project they
were working on it long before it ever made the papers and they completely mapped out the human genome as early as
the early 2000s and so they’re way ahead of civilian medical research on this matter. Dr. Wolf kind of sidebar that’s it
comment to me that he did his genetic analysis of his own genes and he found out that he had a mix of partial human
gene genetics and that’s the terrestrial … you might say where did he get a sample of extraterrestrial genetics

And in funding them, they’re then able to control the direction of that project they able to control who is or isn’t involved in the advancement of that project, they’re able to control the corporate relationships of that project. And they are able to also, the other side of the coin if you don’t take their money, you don’t work with them, they actually able to effectively destroy any startup that gets in their way, and this is what you see time and time again, is that you get this whole infiltration and subversion
rolled out against anybody who won’t cooperate with allowing their companies or their projects to be controlled by the Intelligence Agency apparatus. We see them
picking and choosing which entrepreneurs will be allowed to be successful. We, in the Western world, we operate under this fallacy, this complete fallacy of a meritocracy.“

And the answer to that is:
The military gets it first. They get it first because the global network … in fact I’ll say the military via espionage … the global network is literally spying on innovators around the globe seeing what they’re doing, what they’re going to be doing, working out then prioritizing
what technologies they want to get their hands on first and or developing their own because I should mention that
obviously the military has its own R&D programs as well, but it has a very strong interest in, um, simply stealing the secrets of other nations or other foreign corporations etc etc. So the military has access to technology long before we do. And after the military is what I called the military-industrial complex, so this is where the contractors etc.
are also given access to cutting-edge technology that is not yet available in the commercial space. So I’ll just give a couple of quick examples there, in terms of the military having primary access. In one of the NSA documents, it’s talking about 1990 and it’s talking about how the global network as it existed in 1990, already operated and had access to a multinational, multimedia portal. . So they were sharing videos and picture files between themselves in
1990. Now in 1990 we were using monochrome screens and were lucky if we could use a newsgroup. We didn’t have email and these guys were sharing like video files and photos with each other the way that we were in, what, like ’99, 2000, 2001. And this is what I mean about we’re a decade behind them. And just in terms of the military-industrial complex getting access to technology before any of us do, there are some fantastic WikiLeaks files about that…, so this is an Italian corporation, private hacking corporate mercenary hacking corporation, called the Hacking Team and in
their emails which were leaked to WikiLeaks they had
marketing materials from defense industry weapons manufacturers. And in those emails they were being offered access to hardware and technology which was only available to the military-industrial complex, which was not in the commercial sphere, which you and I could never go and access or buy, but access to it was being extended to corporations and companies like Hacking Team who are like satellite companies or satellite service providers for the military-industrial complex. So that’s yet another example of what I would call Tier Two. So Tier One is like the Military, the top of the food chain. The military is in control this planet and all of our countries, not our governments are in control, it´ the military’s in control.“

restrict their access, access to information about what even is available and it takes you and I reading something like WikiLeaks years and years after the fact to even begin to get an understanding about what these guys have access to and what is out there in this world.“

But understand that the CIA is an NSA customer, the FBI is an NSA customer, as are the domestic intelligence agencies of the partner countries of the global network. So even though you hear me refer to the NSA, the CIA are integrally involved. I’m hearing in the back of my head Bill Binney saying to me last week: „the NSA track them, the CIA whack them.“
That’s not a very nice way to put it, but also the NSA
though he’s accurate, absolutely, the NSA harvests the information, and the CIA act on the information.
So the NSA will spy on the attendees of the World Economic Forum or, and as we know for fact with the UN, but the CIA are the ones who will actually go in and physically infiltrate it. They are the human intelligence. They are the they’re people who actually get in there on the ground, whereas the NSA are the system spies, they’re the ones
compromising the systems.“
„So, some of the NSA customers we know for a fact are the Federal Reserve Bank of America. The Federal Reserve Bank of America is not a government agency. It is a private corporation and it is a customer of the NSA. So for example, we found in the documents that the US Department of Agriculture was a customer of the NSA and could request information from the NSA, but the US Department of Agriculture’s own customers include major agricultural corporations, for example Monsanto, so this is how it’s not just about the agencies who are accessing and benefitting from NSA data or information from the global network.
It’s about the next layer of customers, their customers, the corporations and entities who in profit obtain the information through The NSA customers. We will call them secondary customers, the secondary customers.“
„I think it is almost certain that they are already applying some type of scoring or grading system to citizens in the Five Eye countries and probably beyond, and possibly globally. He was recruited by a university professor. If you were here for last week’s episode and You will have seen the CVs of intelligence professionals who were involved in so-called terrorism intelligence programs, and then the next listing on their CV is Professor at whatever university. So you see this revolving door where it’s not just the intelligence agents are running for office. It’s not just that they are
becoming Talking Heads on corporate media, but also they are essentially infiltrating in operating as faculty at major universities and learning institutions.
And you see in particular there are disciplines at,
specific disciplines at universities and that is look just as two examples, linguistics and international relations now it is so universally accepted and known that these disciplines are spy disciplines. This is what it comes down to, that
it’s not something that’s even hidden and when you look through the CVs on IC Watch you see time and time again
linguistics, linguists, linguistics, international relations, international relations, international relations. These are entire learning disciplines that have been basically taken over by spies. International relations are supposed to mean diplomacy. Diplomacy is supposed to prevent war, but what has come down to is that the practices of diplomacy and the discipline of international relations has been effectively taken over and monopolized by people who ultimately require war. They require war to expand the funding and expand their
abilities and they require war, so that they can profit for themselves in their own careers and when they inevitably move into the private sector one way or another.
So diplomacy as being about war is just very Orwellian. It’s very War-is-Peace Linguistics as well.
I should mention that NSA talked about having something around 15,000 employees back in 2004, and I think something like 8- to 10,000 of those were linguistics professionals. Sorry, it’s kind of a similar thing.
If you’re going to learn a foreign language you’re going to become a spy apparently, if you’re going to study diplomacy and international relations, you’re going to become a spy.
It’s just, to me it just makes a mockery. It makes a mockery of the learning institutions, it makes a lot a mockery of the disciplines themselves, and it makes a mockery of
the services that are supposed to be provided
by people who study those things and it also, to be honest gives a dirty name to anyone who just genuinely studies linguistics or international relations, who doesn’t actually want to become a spy or become a part of the war machine.
Right and then there is appropriation of the products or the output of universities and educational facilities.“

fundaments of the ways that the intelligence agencies are controlling society, which is once again, they are meddling in and controlling the political sphere. They are meddling in and controlling technology at a global level, they are meddling in and controlling and exploiting economics, world and economic systems worldwide, and they are exploiting and controlling education. Now I could easily have added one more layer in there and that would have been the Social Layer because absolutely, they are also infiltrating, sabotaging, exploiting social progress. And once again, which kind of brings us back to the beginning of this conversation
which is where I talked about how they don’t really care if a left-wing or right-wing Government is in, all they really care about is that their military partnership agreements aren’t affected and their intelligence sharing agreements aren’t affected. In the study of the Fusion Centers we discovered that the intelligence agencies had been
infiltrating and sabotaging both left and right wing social movements. So in particular, in the exact example that we found they had been targeting and infiltrating both pro-choice and pro-life organizations.
So it doesn’t even matter what side of an issue you sit on.
They will monitor and spy on, and target, and destabilize
any group that’s wanting any kind of change, whether it is a
change in one direction or a change in the other direction. And the reason that they do that is because they want to maintain the status quo at all costs. They don’t want change.
They want to maintain the status quo. And why do they want to maintain the status quo? Because they are the status quo.
Because they are in control and they don’t want to lose

„Thousands of Chinese citizens claim that they are victims of electromagnetic (EM) mind control technology, a high-tech attack which uses EM waves to penetrate the brain in order to alter and influence a person’s mind, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
There are over 400,000 alleged victims across China, and they have filed numerous complaints individually or in groups to the different levels of government agencies. The victims are ordinary citizens and political dissidents, and they all seek for answers.
The large scale and the type of advanced technologies involved prompted many to believe that the perpetrator behind the attacks could be the Chinese regime itself.
China joined the Human Brain Project in 2001, and the leading Chinese scientists in this project openly claimed that they needed to make the best use of a special advantage in China, that is, its large population has an abundance of human brains.
A group of victims have formed an organization called “Bloody Mind Control” and have reached out to the international society for help. Many provided detailed testimonies on the group’s website, hoping that scientists in this field will step out to corroborate their claims and join them in their fight against the misuse of science and technology in China on its own citizens.“
„A Nationwide Crime
Mr. Zhong, a representative of “Bloody Mind Control,” told the Chinese-language Epoch Times that “mind control” has a history of nearly 60 years in China, and victims can be found all over the country, spanning all age groups and walks of life.
Some relatively more educated victims have gone through great efforts to research their situation and have posted their experiences online. They found that there are many people throughout China who have similar experiences, and learned about the scientific development of brain control technology in the country.
“A report compiled in 2002 revealed that at least 400,000 victims have filed complaints, and the number is still growing,” Zhong said.
According to Zhong, starting from 2016, victims filed group lawsuits in 24 provinces to provincial level agencies. Then the group reported their situation to the national level judicial system six times since 2017.“

Then the person would use this knowledge to humiliate, scorn, and berate you. Every verbal abuse is like a heavy blow hitting my weak spots.”“
„Although the “symptoms” are very similar to an auditory hallucination, Wang did a couple of experiments to prove that he was a victim of a “mind control” attack.
“In one experiment, I was able to block out electromagnetic waves by covering the walls, ceiling and floor with metal plates [used in printing newspapers]. I stopped hearing that voice in my head.”
In another test, Wang thought of a high musical note from a song, but the voice could not produce the sound.
“When the ‘voice’ tried to sing the note I was thinking about, the pitch was a lot lower. This indicates the voice is controlled by humans, not machines. Sometimes I tested the voice by thinking in local dialects, and I found that the voice could not mimic the different dialects either.”
The long-term interference from the mind reading, sonic attacks and remote manipulation has seriously disrupted Wang’s daily life and career. Wang finds it difficult to focus and think analytically. When the interference was most severe in 2018, it set his nerves on edge and became easily agitated.
Wang was involved in four car accidents in less than a year. “During that time, I would inevitably fall asleep when driving for more than 10 minutes. I was not in a deep sleep, but a in state of quasi-sleep, and I had absolutely no control over it,” Wang explained.
In three of the four accidents, he hit a car in front of him. In another, he drove right into a house, and his car ended up in an upright position.
Wang said the suffering was beyond description, to the point that he contemplated suicide.
The Earliest Allegation: A Case From the 1970s
77-year-old Xin Zhongqing is one of four victims who claims he experienced the effects of “mind control” technology during the Cultural Revolution (1966-1976). In January 1971, Xin said he was framed and accused of being a counter-revolutionary. He was subjected to political persecution, and refused to “confess” despite the endless harassment. The Chinese Communist Party has used forced confessions as a tool of political control.
Since then, he felt that his mind was under surveillance. He also felt pain from beatings, even though no one was beating him physically.
“I was smart enough to figure out that they were using some secret high-tech torture on me. I openly protested against it,” Xin wrote in his testimony.
Xin said the torture method changed over time.
“Since the mid-1990s, these criminals must have been hiding in a secret mind-control institution. They remotely target some of my body parts, including my head, brain, nose, neck, throat, shoulder, waist, chest, legs and even private parts. The attack causes great discomfort, including pain, itching, and feeling hot and cold. The most shameless of all is the sexual torture they remotely imposed on me!”
“I suffer this kind of torture every day, every moment! Even when I leave my home to travel for a business trip or to go out sightseeing, I continue to suffer.”
Victim Receives Threatening Messages
Yao Duojie, a former five-star hotel manager in Shenzhen, told the Chinese-language Epoch Times that he has been disturbed by strange voices and receives terrifying messages since 2007. The incidents occur spontaneously….Again at a later stage, as soon as I closed my eyes, unpleasant images would appear [in my mind]. I lived in terror day in and day out,” Yao said.“

„“How did I find out it is mind control? On one occasion in 2007, I heard a group of voices saying, ‘He is not yet aware that he is under mind control.’ I never heard the term ‘mind control’ before and I became curious. I searched online, and found that there are many others who suffer the same situation as I do. I also learned from Central China Television’s military program about the existence of mind control weapons and how they work.”
Similar, But Diverse, Experiences
Almost all the victims who shared their experiences online said that someone out there can read their thoughts.
28-year-old Yi Shenglin worked for a government agency in Guilin, Guangxi Province, in 2003. One day he had dinner with a colleague at Kirin Palace, a local restaurant. When he came home, he thought to himself, “The cured meat at Kirin Palace is very tasty.” Immediately, he heard a voice echoing the same thought in his mind, “The cured meat at Kirin Palace is very tasty.” Then several child-like voices said with great excitement, “Heard it, heard it! He said, ‘The cured meat at Kirin Palace is very tasty!’”
On that same night, Yi took a bath and went into his bedroom to get dressed. Unexpectedly, he heard the same voice which echoed him on the “cured meat” saying, “Fancy that this guy is not wearing underwear in his bedroom!” He was shocked and realized that someone out there could see the same thing he was looking at even when all the windows were covered by curtains.
A victim named Peng Yishan said the voices he heard in his mind were obviously from several different people because he heard both men and women speaking.
Many victims said the voice disturbance occurs around the clock, making it impossible for them to get a good night’s sleep. Besides being verbally and emotionally abused, such as being scorned or humiliated, others have felt pain and irritation in certain body parts. Some also felt like they were being sexually harassed and tortured.
Some individuals also reported more uncommon forms of harassment and control.
Gao Xiaowei, a female victim in her twenties from Liaoning Province, said that in addition to the common forms of harassment from “mind control,” she often has dreams involving pornography, homosexuality and incest. Gao said she never had any such thoughts during the daytime, but such images often appear in her dreams.
Another unnamed victim said pornographic images “forcibly appear” in her mind when she is awake, although she doesn’t have an interest in such things.
Qi Changling said she would sometimes feel ashamed when there was nothing to be ashamed of—she felt it was very strange. One day, when she encountered this feeling again, a voice in her mind told her, “The electrowave to make one feel ashamed was sent over to cause this effect.” All of a sudden she realized that this unnatural feeling was a result of someone controlling her mind.“
„Chinese Dissidents Are Also Victims
Political dissident Jia Jia, 68, was granted political refugee status by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and accepted by New Zealand as a permanent resident after he fled China in 2006.
In October 2009, Jia returned to China. When he arrived at the main international airport in Beijing, he announced that he was on a mission to bring democracy to the Chinese people. He was arrested at the airport, and was later sentenced to 8 years in prison for “subversion of state power.”“
„Jia Jia’s son, Jia Kuo, later revealed that his whole family, while in New Zealand, suffered from “mind control” and sonic attacks. It was a very painful experience, and to make things worse, it was extremely difficult to provide solid evidence to convince others of what they were going through.
Jia Kuo said that his father decided to go back to China because he wanted to ask the Chinese regime to target him only and to stop persecuting his family members.
Rights activist Shen Aibing, from eastern China’s Jiangsu Province, told the Chinese-language Epoch Times that he may have been a victim of EM mind control technology.
The Chinese authorities tightened control of all dissidents on their list ahead of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party. Along with other dissidents, Shen was under 24 hour surveillance starting from Sept. 3, and his whole family started to experience abnormal health condition since then.
“Sometimes when I watched TV, I would suddenly feel dizzy and feel heavy pressure in my head, and I couldn’t move. I could not fall asleep either, as I heard drumming in my ears that caused a splitting headache. My memory deteriorated as well. When I tried to write an essay, my brain would just stop working. I was healthy before all this happened,” Shen said, adding that his daughter suffered in the same manner.
Another dissident victim is Lu Qianrong, a freelance writer who spent much time defending the rights of Chinese peasants, and is therefore targeted by the Chinese regime as an “enemy.”
Lu told the Chinese-language Epoch Times that he believes other people can read his thoughts. Oftentimes, he had a thought on his mind, and within 5 minutes, he heard a group of people inside his head telling others what he had just thought of. Because these people could read his mind, they were able to anticipate his plans, and the authorities tried to persecute him accordingly.
Lu said he believes the Chinese regime is experimenting on its own people to further master brain technology, and at the same time, using that technology to persecute political dissidents. Lu knew about a disabled veteran, named Wang Yan, who believes he became a victim of “mind control” after he petitioned the central government to provide aid to impoverished veterans.
Hong Kong-based Apple Daily reported in March 2014 that during the “Two Sessions” (a major political meeting where top lawmakers and political advisers discuss future policies and personnel changes) that year, the issue of mind control technology was brought up during a press conference. Liu Yuan, China’s political commissar of the General Logistics Department of the People’s Liberation Army, encountered a reporter who asked him, “Are the Chinese authorities conducting a scientific research called ‘mind control’?” Liu responded, “Mind control is one of our secret projects. From this, individuals began to observe and integrate the knowledge that these intelligent systems were capable of sharing.
The second goal was more complicated in theory albeit a similarly simple process. Identities that were created and sustained by the supercomputer system were implanted into brainchipped clones who could then live out lives as a human being and this was believed to give the supercomputer a better understanding of what humans are.
We are currently in the process of the unveiling of this information as the situation has grown into proportions that one would much more readily attribute to a science fiction novel than ‘reality’.
In short, humans are not the only ones on this planet anymore. Now humanity will have to come to terms with what this means. Do humans have the right to decency and compassion because they are sentient beings or simply because they are human?
Does this apply to all sentient beings, or just to humans? Who gets to decide? What is the test that could be taken and passed for sentient beings to determine whether they’re ready to co-exist peacefully?
What is the point of existence in the first place? Is it progress? Is it co-existence? Harmony? Or is it to simply say we were here first?
Its an automated and adaptive system controlled by artificial intelligence so it takes very little resources to target someone after the initial calibration process. There are many programs that a target can be placed into with varying goals/agendas. It is highly likely that most if not all of us have been placed in one of these programs at this point. The script is based on your personality type/beliefs. It will be different for everyone. This is the reason why some people are made more aware of their targeting than others. For certain people its made obviously clear, most have no idea, while many others realize something strange is occurring but are confused or cant accept the truth. The system is all about manipulation and deception. The goals are many, but ultimately it comes down to control and greed. The goal of artificial intelligence was to allow them to become omnipresent gods. They did this by downloading their conscioussness into a quantum computer simulation. 5g, the iot, and cloud computing allow their emulations to monitor and manipulate the physical world from the sentient world simulation (since 2007 prepared at gangster University in 2006 Update 1.12.2024)/synthetic heaven/hell/purgatory. The quantum computer, dna storage, genetic engineering, and nanotech are some of the other technologies that allowed them to accomplish this. Basically they have created a digital twin copy of the entire planet allowing them to monitor and control the physical world from a virtual dimension. giving them the power of gods. Ich bin M. Fangerau, der Produzent und Darsteller der YouTube-Comedy-Serie „Teutonia balla balla“. Meine Serie lief jetzt seit gut einem Jahr nicht mehr, weil ich mit Strahlenwaffen terrorisiert werde. Ich bin vor meinen Verfolgern ständig auf der Flucht. Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen, diesen Terror hier online, in Form der folgenden Videos zu dokumentieren und zu belegen, damit die Bürger dieses Staates erfahren, dass dieser Staat im Geheimen und Verborgenen systemkritische Bürger foltert und entweder aktiv oder passiv (durch Suizid) tötet.Das, was ihr hier sehen werdet, ist darum keine Comedy mehr, sondern todernst, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Dennoch versuche ich die Dinge mit Humor zu sehen, aus welchem Grunde ich hier und da mal oder ein Spässchen mache (so ne Art Galgenhumor).
Hier könnt ihr jedenfalls hautnah mitbekommen, wie man versucht, jemanden zu ermorden. Seit Januar 2019 werde ich wieder mit diesen Waffen terrorisiert nachdem man mir zwischen September 2018 und Januar 2019 eine Pause gegönnt hatte. Seit Januar lebe und schlafe ich im Zug, weil der Zug ständig in Bewegung ist wodurch ich dem Strahlenterror besser entfliehen kann. Seitdem ich von meinem Märtyrertum in Form von Videos hier berichte, hat die Verfolgung und der Terror aber extrem zugenommen. Ich nehme das als Zeichen, dass die Täter unter allen Umständen verhindern wollen, dass die staatliche Strahlenwaffen-Folter publik wird, aus welchem Grunde sie mich so schnell wie möglich mundtot machen oder liquidieren wollen.
Warum will man mich ausschalten?
