    The modern understanding of the Pentagon´s relationship with unexplained flying phenomena has become remarkably more pointed in the last six months since the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program was uncovered. Its disclosure came in between our own exclusive reporting on two very strange and well-documented encounters with strange aircraft operating in U.S. airspace. Now, new documents are coming to light that show the Department of Defense´s own spy agency was also interested in subjects that border on science fiction and the even the paranormal, including warp drive, extra-dimensional manipulation, dark energy, and other highly exotic forms of space travel.
    The documents were first discovered by George Knapp´s I-Team, part of Las Vegas CBS affiliate Channel 8 News, which has been investigating the government´s supposed connection with ´UFOs´ for decades.
    Author´s note 5/14/18: It has come to our attention that the documents were in fact first posted by Corey Goode late last year shortly after the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program was first disclosed.
    Recently Knapp has been digging deeper into Bigelow Aerospace—which is located in Las Vegas—and its starring role in the previously classified program. It is no secret that Robert Bigelow, a former real estate developer turned inflatable space station entrepreneur, has been highly interested in UFOs, but the depth of the company´s official relationship with the Defense Department regarding the topic was something entirely unheard of before the disclosure of the Defense Intelligence Agency´s (DIA) Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program occurred in December 2017.
    Abbreviated AATIP, that effort, and its funding, sprang from Nevada Senator Harry Reid´s interest in the topic, along with that of a Defense Intelligence Agency official. The program, which eventually cost $22 million and ran roughly between 2008 and 2012, began after Bigelow won the contract, apparently to investigate UFO sightings, along with pretty much everything else that goes along with the topic for better or worse, on behalf of the military.
    A team of nearly 50 scientists, analysts, and investigators were assembled to work on the program, which was originally and very cryptically dubbed the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program before gaining its more recent moniker. The contract between the DIA and Bigelow made sure not to spell out its focus, instead referring to exotic technologies without mentioning UFOs. The I-Team writes:
    „The agreement with DIA did not mention UFOs at all. It used more generic terms such as future threats and breakthrough technologies, and specified 12 focal points including, lift, propulsion, materials, versions of stealth as well as human interface and human effects.“

    It was under the AAWSA name that the organization funded at least two studies into advanced propulsion and space technology research that border on the fantastical. The first of these studies, dated March 29, 2010, deals with „advanced space propulsion“ for faster-than-light travel, discussing theoretical physical constructs such as „spacetime-altered regions“ and „gravity/antigravity“ forces. The second study, which the AAWSA program published on April 2, 2010, covers similar ground, but also includes discussions about „dark energy“ and „extra dimensions.“
    The AAWSA experts did this work under the auspices of DIA´s Defense Warning Office, which makes good sense, at least conceptually. This organization first came into being in 2002 and is „charged with identifying sources of increasing threats to U.S. interests in critical regions,“ accordin

    „This office will also identify opportunities to affect adversary behavior prior to and in the early stages of a crisis.“ that presentation notes. In 2003, these tasks expanded to also include work „to provide the earliest possible warning of technological developments that could undermine U.S. military preeminence.“
    UFO sightings are often indications of advanced and secret military aircraft research and development projects. Having a team of experts try and determine if any of the reports translated to real programs, especially those that potential opponents such as Russia or China might have been working on, would be well with DIA´s mandate for the office.
    That AAWSA team would have delved into known developments in associated fields would also make sense in this context. If America´s adversaries were rapidly advancing toward practical warp drives and other advanced propulsion and space research, DIA would definitely want to know in order to help inform U.S. policy responses.
    „These studies are so loaded with information,“ Senator Reid reportedly said at one point, according to Las Vegas´ Channel 8. „One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there´s no explanation for. Well there are now.“

    But the applicability of these studies to the Defense Warning Office´s core mission seems dubious, as do portions of the underlying research itself. Neither report suggested that the technology they described was anywhere near practical or that any foreign government was close to achieving a relevant breakthrough.
    „This paper has considered the possibility—even likelihood—that future developments with regard to advanced aerospace technologies will trend in the direction of manipulating the underlying spacetime structure of the vacuum of space itself by processes that can be called vacuum engineering or metric engineering,“ the March 2010 study says in its final discussion section. „Far from being simply a fanciful concept, a significant literature exists in peer-reviewed, Tier 1 physics publications in which the topic is explored in detail.“
    „The idea that a sufficiently advanced technology may interact with, and acquire direct control over, the higher dimensions is a tantalizing possibility, and one that is most certainly worthy of deeper investigation,“ the second document concludes. „Of course, this may not be actualized until many years in the future, but consider the many spectacular physical phenomena that are believed to be true at this early point in the 21st century.“
    What these statements do clearly reflect is the vision of the primary „contractor“ for these studies, EarthTech International, Inc., a small firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. This company no longer has a functional website and otherwise has a virtually non-existent presence on the internet. „We strive to translate these ideas into laboratory experiments,“ according to an archived copy of the company´s website from 2017.

    A cursory internet search on EarthTech´s CEO Harold Puthoff, Ph.D., who authored the March 2010 study, and Eric Davis, Ph.D., another employee who co-authored the other report, quickly turns up a web of links to Bigelow and his other fringe scientific and paranormal investigative endeavors, including the now defunct National Institute for Discovery Science, or NIDSci. Independent consultant Richard Obousy, who helped produce the April 2010 document, also has connections to the Nevada businessman.
    Puthoff is now Vice President of Science and Technology at To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, a non-profit organization that reportedly is, at least in part, continuing the AAITP´s work independently. Luis Elizondo, who was the government head of AAITP and its follow-on guise, is its Director of Global Security and Special Programs.
    The full extent of the AAWSA effort, including how many similar studies it funded and at what cost, as well as the later AAITP, still remains unclear. So far, two videos the latter iteration of the group examined in detail have captured the most public attention through the media. F/A-18 Hornet Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) targeting pods shot both of these clips and they feature small „tic-tac“-like objects racing around at high speed over the water.
    But the main video and pilot account wasn´t new when news of the existence of AAITP first broke. It had been floating around in defense circles for over a decade, but more open disclosure about the origin of the video on an official level, as well as subsequent interviews with the pilot that took it, certainly elevated it to mainstream news.
    Beyond that, accounts of Bigelow´s special unit´s investigation include claims that mysterious material from downed objects was being stored in storage lockers and that the program went far beyond documenting and evaluating eyewitness reports of UFOs. Instead, it took a holistic approach, which may have included evaluating the impact on human biology in association with sightings and other unexplained events and even seemed to have delved into other paranormal domains.
    This would seem to match up with the picture of the program´s work we now have based on the documents Knapp´s I-Team obtained. What we know for sure, beyond the basic facts surrounding the project and information that Elizondo, the guy who led the program on the DoD side, has given to the press, is that some very strange studies resulted from its mandate. Once again, the studies Las Vegas´ Channel 8 uncovered are official DIA documents that the United States Government paid EarthTech and other Bigelow associates to produce and kept on file for its own internal use.
    If nothing else, the existence of these studies supports the perception that this program went far beyond just trying to interpret and document eye-witness accounts of UFOs and trying to identify what was buzzing around in earth´s atmosphere. And they are bound to leave just about anyone wondering if this is what has been released, imagine what else exists that hasn´t…“

    „We are contacted all the time by people asking for how they can refute the arguments of those who believe that the world is overpopulated. So we have decided to create a short primer called
    “How to Debunk the Myth of Overpopulation in Three Easy Steps.”
    Before we start, however, let’s define overpopulation. Overpopulation describes a situation where the number of people exhausts the resources in a closed environment such that it can no longer support that population.
    Let’s imagine that our PRI offices were to suddenly become a closed environment, with nothing allowed in our out. Obviously, I and my colleagues would exhaust the available resources very quickly: The water cooler would be drained dry, the refrigerator would be emptied out, and the oxygen would be all used up.
    Obviously, my office has too many people for its natural resources, but I haven’t started trying to eliminate my co-workers to ensure my own survival. I haven’t launched a sterilization campaign against my younger colleagues or encouraged my older colleagues to jump out of the windows. Why?
    Well, of course I am constrained by Catholic moral teaching. But aside from that, I know that my office is not a closed environment. Neither are most instances cited by overpopulation zealots, such as crowded cities or poor countries. None of these are closed environments.
    Other instances of phony overpopulation occur when humans create artificially closed environments. If someone locked me in my office, most people wouldn’t blame my resulting demise on “the overpopulation of the office” but on the cruel person who locked me in. Similarly, if government policies prevent food from being transported to where it is needed, or distributed to those who are hungry, “overpopulation” is not to blame. It’s the policy, stupid.
    In addition, overpopulation is defined as a problem created by the numbers of people, not their behaviors. If every person demanded his or her own continent or island, the world would seem “overpopulated” very quickly.
    Let’s keep these things in mind as we consider the argument that the earth, as a closed environment, is overpopulated. Is Spaceship Earth (as they like to call it), running out of resources? Let’s evaluate:
    1) “Food: there isn’t enough!” Since the time of Thomas Malthus, who lived in the early 1800s, doomsayers have gloomily predicted that mankind would outbreed its food supply, resulting in catastrophic famines. Yet the world currently produces enough food to feed 10 billion people, and there are only 7 billion of us. That is, with 7 billion human minds at work, we produce enough food for 10 billion human bodies. Imagine how much food we can produce with 10 billion minds!
    “But there are still hungry people in the world!” Yes, hunger remains a problem in some parts of the world, but it is not caused by the number of people. Commenting on the recent Somali famine, Oxfam, an international humanitarian organization, stated, “Famines are not natural phenomena, they are catastrophic political failures.”
    “Well, we got lucky with the Green Revolution, and food production shot up, but we can’t count on something like that to occur again!” Why not? There is no reason to think that we are running out of human ingenuity. If anything, a larger population means more opportunities for the kind of scientific collaboration and increased specialization that results in such scientific leaps forward.
    “Ok, but humans now eat higher up the food chain that we used to. We can’t keep that up and still have enough for everyone!” Sure, people in the developed nations eat more meat, which require much more energy input per calorie eaten than if we ate grains and plant proteins. But that doesn’t mean that we will run out of food. We are eating higher energy foods because they are relatively cheaper than they used to be—and prices don’t fall when goods are scarce. The falling price of high energy foods indicates that they are becoming more plentiful, not less so. According to the World Education Service, “world agriculture produces 17% more calories per person today than it did 30 years ago…This is enough to provide everyone in the world with at least 2,720 kilocalories (kcal) per person per day.”
    2) “We are running out of water!” The earth is awash in water. Oceans cover 70 percent of the planet’s surface to an average depth of 6,000 feet. That’s why the earth looks blue from space. You cannot use up or destroy water; you can only change its state (from liquid to solid or gas) or contaminate it so that it is undrinkable.
    “That’s a great theory, but if I’m thirsty, theory doesn’t mean much to me. There is not enough fresh water for everyone!” There is! Since 1900, freshwater withdrawals (i.e. production of usable water) have increased much faster than the human population has increased. Freshwater withdrawals have increased seven-fold since 1900 while the world population has increased only four-fold.[2] This suggests our ability to access usable water increases faster than population growth.
    “Tell that to the people living in the Sahel!” You’re correct, lack of water is a serious humanitarian issue. But it is not an overpopulation issue. Water, although plentiful, can be difficult to move to those who need it, hence local water scarcity. As Karen Bakker (2003) states: “Water is one of the heaviest substances mobilized by human beings in their daily search for subsistence….Water is expensive to transport relative to value per unit volume, requiring large-scale capital investments in infrastructure networks which act as an effective barrier.” In other words, we need more dams, canals, and pipelines, not more abortion, contraception and sterilizations.
    3) “But we’re growing exponentially!” Um,…No. We’re not. We are growing, but definitely not at an exponential rate. In fact, our rates of growth are declining. Between 1950 and 2000, the world population grew at a rate of 1.76%. Between 2000 and 2050, it is expected to grow by 0.77 percent.[3] So yes, because 0.77 is greater than zero, it is a positive growth rate, and the world population will continue to grow.
    Most of this growth will come from developing countries—their life expectancies are expected to shoot up in the next 50 years, contributing to their population growth. Africa’s growth is not something to worry about.
    Europe’s decline, however, is something to worry about. A UN report titled “World Population to 2300” paints a picture of Europe’s future if European fertility rates don’t rise above current levels: “The European Union, which has recently expanded to encompass 452-455 million people (according to 2000-2005 figures) would fall by 2300 to only 59 million. About half the countries of Europe would lose 95 per cent or more of their population, and such countries as the Russian Federation and Italy would have only 1 per cent of their population left.” In other words, the French, German, Italians and British will virtually cease to exist.     „Gunmen: unmen in Pakistan have shot and killed a polio worker – the third death this week linked to the country’s latest vaccination drive, government officials said.
    The latest attack happened on Thursday in the south west city of Chaman, which borders Afghanistan, when two female vaccination workers were targeted as they carried out an immunisation programme.
    Nasreen Bibi, 35, was killed instantly, while a 24-year-old woman – named only as Rashida – was seriously wounded.
    The attackers are still at large and officials have temporarily suspended the anti-polio drive following the incident.
    Rashid Razzaq, an official at the government polio emergency center in provincial capital of Quetta, said: „Two gunmen opened fire on two female polio vaccinators in Sultan Zai village, located about 100km north west of the Baluchistan provincial capital Quetta. Nasreen Bibi 35, died at the spot while Rashida 24 is seriously injured.“

What got us here won’t take us there.” As a result DARPA’s Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program will “fund research on tech that can transmit high-fidelity signals between the brain and some external machine without requiring that the user be cut open for rewiring or implantation.” The program was originally announced back in March and Emondi is currently hand picking the researchers who will be funded under the program with planned announcements coming in early 2019. It also hasn’t escaped DARPA’s attention that developing neurotech gear that doesn’t need any form of surgery that give people superpowers may find applications beyond the military either. And it’s thought that the proof of concept products that eventually find their way out of the N3 programs labs might lead to a new revolution in consumer products, says Justin Sanchez, director of DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office. ... The N3 program has two tracks. The first track is for researchers who are developing completely non-invasive technologies, while the second is for those working on “Minutely invasive” technologies. Both those categories require a little explanation. Looking at the completely non-invasive track first it may seem surprising that DARPA would even bother to focus on this area of research, because there are plenty of non-invasive neurotechnologies already on the market from companies like Halo Neuroscience and others. For example, electrodes are simply placed on the scalp in both Electroencephalogy (EEG), a technique that’s been used to read brain signals...of patients in hospitals for many years now, and elsewhere Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), a method of jolting the brain that’s currently being tried as a cure for depression, to train olympians, and just about everything else. But Sanchez says these existing technologies will never provide precise enough transmission for the applications DARPA envisions. The goal of the N3 program is to create new non-invasive technologies that can match the high performance currently achieved only with implanted electrodes that are nestled in the brain tissue and therefore have a direct interface with neurons, either recording the electrical signals when the neurons “fire” into action or stimulating them to cause that firing. “The N3 program demands non-invasive tech that can read signals out of and write information into 1 cubic millimeter of brain tissue, and do so within 10 milliseconds.” says Emondi. Note the wording there – both read and write information to the brain which could also one day help DARPA open the door to real time memory editing as well, a feat that researchers recently achieved in mice. RELATED Scientists may have identified the genes responsible for ageing To get this spatial and temporal resolution despite the barrier of the skull, Emondi says researchers will have to find new ways to detect neural activity. ... On the Minutely Invasive front DARPA invented this wording to specifically avoid the term “Minimally Invasive,” which in medicine typically means laparoscopic surgery. DARPA doesn’t want its new brain tech to require even a tiny incision. Instead, minutely invasive tech might come into the body in the form of an injection, like a smart pill, a nasal spray or even via a new category of so called injectable electronics that I’ve discussed before. Emondi imagines “Nanotransducers” that can sit inside neurons, converting the electrical signal when it fires into some other type of signal that can be picked up through the skull. By the end of the 4 year long program DARPA expects all the researchers involved to be ready to demo their tech with a “defense-relevant task.” For example, a demonstrator might use brain signals to pilot a drone or to control a fighter jet in a simulator in the same way a paralysed woman, Jan Scheuermann, did using brain implants in 2015. But with some of Silicon Valley’s biggest players also working on neurotech, such as Facebook where Mark Zuckerberg wants to turn the platform into the world’s first telepathic social network, and Elon Musk via his Neuralink business, it seems likely that it’s a matter of when consumer brain gear arrives and not when, and DARPA’s Sanchez says that making brain tech easy to use will open the floodgates. “We can imagine a future of how this tech will be used, and this [research] will let millions of people imagine their own futures,” he says. “What do you want to do with your brain?” It’s an interesting question, with crazy possibilities and potential that could range from uploading information to your brain matrix style, like was achieved recently, or letting you control animals, like this living cyborg dragonfly, or spaceships as they ferry people between Earth and Mars.     While reaffirming the gloomy assessments of the study, Logsdon held out hope that the threat of fact-resistant humans could be mitigated in the future.
    “Our research is very preliminary, but it’s possible that they will become more receptive to facts once they are in an environment without food, water, or oxygen,” he said“

Durchgesickerten Geheimdienst-Dokumenten zufolge können sie uns damit sogar unbemerkt fotografieren. Der CIA wirft WikiLeaks damit vor, ein geheimes Computer-Hacking-Programm laufen zu lassen, das ihren Agenten Zugriff auf allerlei smarte Alltagsgegenstände wie Mobiltelefone, Fernseher und iPads, Laptops usw. gewährt.
    Besonders alarmierend: Ein anderes Dokument legt nahe, dass dieses – von der Cyber-Direktion der CIA entwickelte – MI5-CIA Spionageprojekt sogar auch auf Autos, LKWs und andere Transportmittel, wie Flugzeuge Zugriff haben soll, einfach alles, was einen Bordcomputer installiert hat, der mit dem Internet verbunden ist. Angeblich sollen die Geheimdienste, sobald sie die Kontrolle über Fahrzeuge erlangt haben, auf diese Weise Ermordungen inszenieren können und es wie Unfälle aussehen lassen. „Der Zweck einer solchen Kontrolle ist in den Dokumenten nicht genannt, aber es würde der CIA erlauben, so gut wie unaufdeckbare Tötungen durchzuführen“, sagte WikiLeaks.
    Insgesamt veröffentlichte WikiLeaks dieses erschreckende Material im Rahmen von 8.761 Dokumenten. Laut WikiLeaks sei das seine bisher größte Veröffentlichung von CIA-Dateien. Die CIA lehnte eine Stellungnahme ab. Datenexperten zeigen sich überzeugt, dass die zwischen 2013 und 2016 von der „Engineering Development Group“ der CIA erstellten und später durchgestochenen Dokumente echt seien.
    Die britischen Geheimdienste – MI5 und GCHQ – sind laut dieser geleakten Daten in die Machenschaften der CIA tief verwickelt, denn die Dokumente zeigen klar, dass Großbritanniens Geheimdienste zusammen mit der CIA Workshops durchführten, wie man sich in Haushaltsgeräte „einhacken“ kann. Dieses Programm unter dem befremdlichen Namen „Weeping Angel“ (weinender Engel) ermöglichte es den Diensten konkret, in die Samsung TV-Geräteserie F8000, die serienmäßig immer mit dem Internet verbunden ist, hineinzukommen und das Gerät zu kontrollieren. Dieser „Hack“ wurde in einem „gemeinsamen Workshop“ entwickelt, der im Juni 2014 zwischen MI5 und der CIA stattfand, und ermöglichte es den Agenturen, diese Fernsehgeräte komplett unter Kontrolle zu bekommen.
    Damit der Apparat nicht durch Ausschalten für die Spionagezwecke unbrauchbar wird, soll der MI5 einen sogenannten ‚Fake-Off‘-Modus geschaffen haben. Das bedeutet, dass der Fernsehbenutzer den Apparat zwar ausschaltet, der sich aber nur scheinbar ausschaltet und nur im Off-Modus zu sein scheint, in Wirklichkeit aber heimlich weiter läuft. Das Gerät kann so alles weiter aufzeichnen, während der ahnungslose Besitzer den Fernseher für ausgeschaltet hält. Alles, was das Gerät aufzeichnet, wird über Internet direkt an einen CIA-Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet, der sozusagen live mithören kann. Das funktioniert bestens dadurch, dass diese Fernseher über ein eingebautes Mikrophon verfügen, um eine sprachgesteuerte Bedienung zu ermöglichen.
    Die an WikiLeaks gelangten Dokumente sollen auch aufzeigen, dass GCHQ mit der CIA zusammengearbeitet hat, um Apple-iPhones hacken zu können sowie auch alle anderen Smartphones, die mit Googles Konkurrenz, der Android-Software, als Betriebssystem arbeiten. Diese Telefone können ihre Umgebung sogar dann aushorchen und fotografieren, wenn die Besitzer sie für ausgeschaltet halten. Laut den Dokumenten von WikiLeaks arbeitete dieser Kryptographie-Geheimdienst GCHQ, die im britischen Cheltenham ansässige Abhöragentur der Regierung, bereits 2017 intensiv an sechs verschiedenen Methoden, wie man in das Apple-iOS-Betriebssystem eindringen, das auf iPhones, iPods und iPads verwendet wird, sowie an Methoden zum Ausspionieren von Android-Handys. Insgesamt soll – den Dokumenten zufolge – die CIA vierzehn Wege zum „Einhacken“ auf iPhones und 24 zum „Einhacken“ auf Android-Smartphones und Tablets entwickelt haben.

    Aus den Dokumenten geht hervor, dass die Agentur mehr als 1.000 Viren und andere Arten von Malware erstellt hat, um Zugriff auf Alltagsgegenstände zu erhalten.
    WikiLeaks warf der US-Regierung außerdem vor, dass sie ihrer Verpflichtung nicht nachgekommen sei, Technologieunternehmen über festgestellte Schwachstellen zu informieren. Stattdessen würde sie die gefundenen Schwachstellen „horten“, damit die Geheimdienste sie nutzen können. Die Vereinbarung, Technologiefirmen über die „Hintertürchen“, die in ihren Geräten existieren, zu informieren, wurde gerade zu dem Zweck getroffen, dass die Technologie-Riesen diese Schwachstellen in ihren Betriebssystemen beseitigen und dadurch Lecks für ausländische Geheimdienste, insbesondere Russland und China, zu schließen.
    WikiLeaks behauptete, das durchgestochene Dokumenten-Archiv sei zuvor von der CIA an ehemalige amerikanische Regierungshacker und -unternehmer verteilt worden. Einer der Empfänger habe WikiLeaks einen Teil des Cache-Speichers übergeben, um eine öffentliche Debatte über diese staatlichen Geheimdienstmethoden zu auszulösen.“
