    „Dr. Roger Leir (hier) aus Kalifornien, der nun leider am 14. März 2014 verstarb, war einer der wenigen, der auf eigene Faust solche Objekte aus den Körpern von Entführten entfernte. Doch auch der Chirurg Dr. Leir stand vor einem Rätsel. Ein entfernter Fremdkörper etwa war magnetisch, konnte nicht „geöffnet“ werden und leuchtete unter UV-Licht gründlich. Zudem waren in dem Objekt Nervenenden eingeschlossen und der vier mal zwei Millimeter kleine Körper war mit einer Membran von Proteinen umgeben. Er selben hatte keine Antwort auf die Frage, was das für ein Objekt sein könnte. Leir interessierte sich von Anbeginn (1947) an für das UFO-Thema und wurde im Laufe der Jahrzehnte zu dem Experten in Sachen „Alien-Implantate“ innerhalb der UFO-Szene. Insgesamt hat er fast 20 derartige Objekte in all den Jahren aus verschiedenen Menschen herausoperiert. Was sind diese Dinger?
    Dr. Leir und sein Kollege Dr. Alex Moser waren sicher, dass sie zumindest teilweise wie nicht von der Erde wirkten. Vielmehr vermuteten sie, dass es vielleicht irgendwelche Technologien zur Kontrolle und Überwachung der jeweiligen Menschen sind, aus denen diese Objekte stammten. Der Metallurge Dr. Moser und Dr. Leir sprachen in diesem Zusammenhang von einer Art Funksignale, die diese Implantate auszusenden scheinen bzw. schienen. Ebenso von „Kohlenstoff-Nano-Röhren“, die sich bei starken Vergrößerungen zeigten
    Sie deuten diese Implantate tatsächlich als künstliche Objekte, die jedoch nicht von Aliens stammen, sondern von irdischen Geheimorganisationen, Militärs oder ähnlichem. Demnach dienten diese Fremdkörper heimlichen Menschenversuchen, die es bekanntlich in der Vergangenheit tatsächlich sehr zahlreich gab. Hier wird eine (globale) Verschwörung vermutet, da diese Technologien der Implantate zum Beispiel der Manipulation von Menschen dienen könnten. Vielleicht sogar, mit Blick auf die erstaunliche Nano-Technologie der Stücke, unter Mitwirkung von Aliens (s. a. Video hier). Solche Spekulationen ändern aber nichts an dem Umstand, dass Dr. Leir diese Objekte aus Menschen herausoperierten. Sie sind also erstmal da und durch eine Verschwörung von Geheimorganisationen auch nicht vollständig erklärt. Ebenso ändert die „Regierungs-Deutung“ nicht viel an den Umstand, dass Dr. Roger Leir und sein Kollege Dr. Alex Moser nach ihren Untersuchungen zu 95 Prozent sicher sind, „dass es nicht irdischen Ursprung ist“ …“

Concerned citizens can also attempt a self scan, but civilian grade scanners are not always sensitive enough to detect implanted RFID chips.“
