Being able to travel in time is something dreamed by most, which has often been discussed and has been the focus of many Hollywood films. So far it has been seen as nothing more than a theory, but … would anyone believe a person if he said he traveled to another time and came back? In this post we will comment on a recent case of a “traveler in time”.(William Taylor)

A man who claims to have worked for the British government more than a decade ago posted a video to YouTube stating that he was sent to the year 8,973 on a time machine, in what he calls a secret program. In the amazing admission, he also revealed the date on which this advanced technology of time travel will be launched to the public, and according to him we are only ten years away.(William Taylor)
William Taylor, who claimed to have worked in British intelligence in the early 2000s, said he experienced life on earth thousands of years from now when he was sent to find out more about the future. What he said he found was a “utopia”, without disease, death or crimes.
“The humans were gone and they had been replaced by human-robot hybrids, but the Earth still existed, and it is one of the many planets that these beings had colonized in an attempt to find more space . ” Taylor insists that the government has a lot of advanced technologies that are kept secret from the public, but admits that part of it will be released to the general public by 2028, within a decade.(William Taylor)
Speaking to Apex TV, Taylor said: “It’s time for everything to finally come out clean, it’s time to tell the public the truth. It’s time to tell, whoever is looking outside, the truth. “
“I used to work for the British government. I really regret not telling my family what I did. I’ve been living a lie for a long time. There are many advanced technologies that are kept secret. who are going to come after me for making this video. I expose myself to a great risk by telling the truth. “
Taylor claimed that he was an employee of the ‘British Intelligence Agency’, which was where he experienced the journey in time ‘with his own eyes’. He said that traveling through time is not a new phenomenon, and in fact it was already successfully achieved in 1981.(William Taylor)
“There is an infinite number of universes, and it is possible to move freely between these universes ,” Taylor added. He explained: “We developed a machine that allowed one not only to travel in time, but to move between these parallel universes.”
“They put me in a machine, which was a small sphere, with enough space for one person. The sphere was only four inches thick and was made of lead to protect from radiation by this process. I was sent to the year 3000. We did not know if human civilization would still be present, but we took a risk. “
Taylor then talked about losing consciousness for an unknown time. When he woke up, he said he looked out the spherical machine window and could see a red sky. When he left his machine, he seemed to be in a big city, covered in fog. But he said no one was on the “ground level”.
“I looked up and saw a means of transport flying hundreds of meters above me . ” But what it says about other secret experiments carried out by major governments around the world, are much more terrifying.
“There have been attempts to move everyone to another timeline and change certain things,” Taylor said.
He then told the camera that the reason why this technology exists is because there have been several cover-ups of crashed alien spaceships. Taylor said that engineers could discover, within craftsmanship, the advanced technology needed to travel through time, through dimensions and become invisible. (William Taylor)
His final mission, before being “liberated” from the British Intelligence Agency, was to travel to the year 8,973, because the calculations supposedly suggested that this would be when humans and technology would merge completely into one.
Taylor recalled: “I saw the light looking through the window of the time machine. It was very bright. I looked down and saw green grass, and above, blue sky. “It seemed like I was in a park with some trees.”
She said that people “looked different,” and she was tall and thin, with big heads and big eyes. Taylor then stated that he approached a group of people and asked them what year it really was.
“One woman replied ‘You are in the year 8.793’. Everyone seemed as if it were completely normal that they had just met a traveler in time, “he said. (It is not clear whether Taylor made a mistake in reciting the year at this time, after stating that it would be sent to 8,973). He continued: “I told them that it was year 2.005 and they all seemed to be completely out of phase …”
Taylor then commented that the group told him they were not humans, but a combination of humans and robots that live forever. “There were no diseases, no conflict, everything was perfect. I was in a utopia, “he added.
Taylor also claimed to have met another traveler at the time during his visit, who discovered that it was from the year 2.055. When he finally returned to 2005, he said that the many photos he had taken were immediately confiscated by the government. He states that some of the advanced technologies, including time travel, are planned for launch in 2028, but until then, it is determined that people do not know the truth.(William Taylor)

DARPA Wants to Jolt the Nervous System with Electricity, Lasers, Sound Waves, and Magnets
Until now, the neuroscience programs at DARPA, the mad science wing of the Department of Defense, have focused on technologies for warfighters who have returned home with disabilities of the body or brain. For example, programs have funded research on prosthetic limbs that are wired into the nervous system and brain implants that could treat post-traumatic stress disorder.
But the way the military fights wars is changing, and so must DARPA’s priorities. At a conference last week to celebrate DARPA’s 60th anniversary, officials described the next frontier of neuroscience research: technologies for able-bodied soldiers that give them super abilities.
“Warfighters need new ways to interface and interoperate with machines,” says Al Emondi, manager of DARPA’s newest neurotech program. “But most of the technologies developed up to this point require surgery. What got us here won’t take us there.”
The Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program will fund research on tech that can transmit high-fidelity signals between the brain and some external machine without requiring that the user be cut open for rewiring or implantation. The program was announced in March, and Emondi is currently picking researchers who will be funded under the program. He tells IEEE Spectrum to expect an announcement in early 2019.
It hasn’t escaped DARPA’s attention that no-surgery-required brain gear that gives people superpowers may find applications beyond the military. The proof-of-concept tech that comes out of the N3 program may lead to consumer products, says Justin Sanchez, director of DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office. “ This will spawn new industries,” he says.
The program has two tracks: One for researchers developing completely non-invasive tech and the other those working on “minutely invasive” technologies. Both those categories require a little explanation.
Completely non-invasive: It may seem surprising that DARPA would focus on this area of research, because plenty of non-invasive neurotechnologies already exist. For example, electrodes are simply placed on the scalp in both electroencephalogy (EEG), a technique that’s been used to read brain signals for many decades, and in transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), a method of jolting the brain that’s currently being tried as a cure for depression, an enhancement of athletic ability, and just about everything else.
But Sanchez says these existing technologies will never provide precise enough transmission for the applications DARPA envisions. The N3 program aims for new non-invasive tech that can match the high performance currently achieved only with implanted electrodes that are nestled in the brain tissue and therefore have a direct interface with neurons—either recording the electrical signals when the neurons “fire” into action or stimulating them to cause that firing.

The N3 program demands non-invasive tech that can read signals out of and write information into 1 cubic millimeter of brain tissue, and do so within 10 milliseconds. To get this spatial and temporal resolution despite the barrier of the skull, Emondi says researchers will have to find new ways to detect neural activity. “When a neuron fires, it changes its reflectivity—can we capture that optical signal?” he asks. “When it fires, it actually emits an acoustic wave—can we capture that?”
Minutely invasive: DARPA invented this wording to avoid the term “minimally invasive,” which, in medicine typically means laparoscopic surgery. DARPA doesn’t want its new brain tech to require even a tiny incision. Instead, minutely invasive tech might come into the body in the form of an injection, a pill, or even a nasal spray. Emondi imagines “nanotransducers” that can sit inside neurons, converting the electrical signal when it fires into some other type of signal that can be picked up through the skull.
By the end of the 4-year program, DARPA expects all researchers to be ready to demo their tech with a “defense-relevant task.” For example, a demonstrator might use brain signals to pilot a drone or to control a fighter jet in a simulator (as a paralyzed woman, Jan Scheuermann, did using brain implants in 2015).
Asked about killer apps for this tech, Emondi says he likes the idea of using this tech in “active cyber defense,” in which the tech could allow security specialists to actually feel an intrusion. “Instead of being on the network, you’d be in the the network,” he says.
Anything developed in the N3 program will be just a proof of concept, and would require regulatory approval before it could be widely used by warfighters—or by the general public. But with some of Silicon Valley’s biggest players also working on neurotech, it seems likely that consumer brain gear is coming.
DARPA’s Sanchez says that making brain tech easy to use will open the floodgates. “We can imagine a future of how this tech will be used. But this will let millions of people imagine their own futures,” he says. “What do you want to do with your brain?”
