The Facts:Anti-gravity technology has been around for decades, and there is much proof of that. One of the pioneers was Otis T. Carr, who was subjected to large amounts of ridicule and difficulty while pursuing his developments.

It’s astonishing to me how the topic of anti-gravity is still be placed in the “conspiracy theory” realm. This isn’t the stuff of conspiracy theories or “fringe” science, it’s a field full of reputable scientists and scholars, and real-world examples that have come not only from hard evidence but from extremely credible witness testimony as well. One thing is for certain when talking about such topics: one must delve into the black budget world.
„Take, for example, a recent investigation conducted by a Michigan State University professor and a former secretary from the Department of Housing and Development. Together, with a team of Ph.D students, they uncovered approximately $21 trillion that went missing and unaccounted for from the Department of Defense as well as the Department of Housing and Development. Why is this relevant? Because they discovered that the money was going to fund black budget, off the books programs that require no oversight from Congress. „Breakaway Civilization
The black budget world encompasses a separate civilization (Richard Dolan, “Breakaway Civilization”) that has used tremendous amounts of resources in all areas, from science to archaeology, to move itself far ahead of the mainstream world technologically. How many people does it employ? Who is operating it? Many of these questions remain unknown, but if you follow the money it will give you perhaps somewhat of an idea.
Any civilian who invents technology that rivals the black budget world has always been subjected to harassment, and has difficulty getting their innovations or inventions out to the public. That’s because these technologies have been ‘classified’, for if they were made public it would change everything, severely threatening the tremendous amount of power and control the global elite has over the human population.
The technology that’s been developed within these programs could change the world, but instead it’s used within the military-industrial complex for self-serving purposes, or so it seems. Efficient energy-generating devices that could eliminate the use of oil, or any other modern day fuel source for that matter, have been subjected to patent suppression.
Suppressed Technology List From 1971
For example, the previous list regarding technology suppressed was obtained by researcher Michael Ravnitzky in 1971. Most of the technology listed seems to be related to various military applications. You can view that list here. As Steven Aftergood from the Federation of American Scientists reports:“
“The 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction if the photovoltaics were more than 20% efficient. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction if they offered conversion efficiencies in “excess of 70-80%.” (source)
Why would higher energy efficiencies be a “national security threat?” If this is true, we are talking about solar technology that goes far beyond the best commercial panels available today, which usually can’t even generate 20 percent efficiency.

Anti-Gravity
Anti-Gravity technology most probably falls into this category. According to the very first director of the CIA, Roscoe Hiellenkoetter, we know that there was an “official campaign of secrecy and ridicule” with regards to UFOs while stating that Air Force officers were well aware of their existence. Today we have electro-optical data and even physical evidence, not to mention credible witness testimony of technologies performing and demonstrating this type of technology.
We have statements from previous as well as the most recently retired Directors of Lockheed Martin Aerospace programs, like Steve Justice. So, what did Mr. Justice have to say? Well, a lot of things. One of the first statements he made using the To The Stars platform is that, when it comes to the technologies he’s been around, worked with, and seen, it would be an understatement to call them revolutionary. They are also working on a craft that mimics observations they’ve seen in UFOs, as he stated:
It mimics the capabilities observed in unidentified aerial phenomenon by employing a driver system that alters the space-time metric. We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to “realize” the capability. (source)
So, as you can see, this type of technology is no joke. Many of the UFOs we see may be made by humans, others, probably not. The point is, they are here, within the “science division.”

Anti-gravity technology has been around for a long time.
A paper entitled “Outside The Box” Space & Terrestrial Transportation & Energy Technologies For The 21st Century written by Professor Theodore Lodre of the University of New Hampshire reviews the development of anti-gravity research in the United States and emphasizes how “research activity seemed to disappear by the mid-1950s.” It then looks into recently reported scientific findings and witness testimonies “that show us that this research and technology is alive and well and very advanced. The revelations of findings in this area will alter dramatically our 20th-century view of physics and technology and must be considered in planning for both energy and transportation needs in the 21st century.”
„Otis T. Carr is one of many examples throughout history where there are clues that highly advanced technologies like anti-gravity crafts are actually legit. Given everything we know now, as well as what happened to Carr, only strengthens this suspicion.
In the late 1950s, OTC Enterprises, Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland put out a statement that was published in the April 3rd edition of the Baltimore Enterprise. The statement came in the form of a claim that the company was ready to manufacture a flying saucer that was capable of travel outside of the Earth’s atmosphere. All that was needed was a massive amount of funding, approximately 20 million dollars. The equivalent to that today is probably several billion.

Now keep in mind that this is the 1950s. There was a big wave of UFO sightings at this time, especially after the Atom bomb was dropped. The topic was getting a lot of mainstream media attention. Rumors of “crashed craft, and bodies recovered,” that Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell claimed were real were running rampant at this time. Did ‘the powers that be’ or ‘the military-industrial complex’ have saucer technology at this time? Based on my research, it certainly seems that way. Take, for example, a document from the Central Intelligence Agency’s Electronic reading room:
“A German newspaper recently published an interview with George Klein, famous German engineer and aircraft expert, describing the experimental construction of ‘flying saucers’ carried out by him from 1941 to 1945.” (source)
The document goes on to describe how many people believed ‘flying saucers’ to be a postwar development. They were actually in the planning stages in German aircraft factories as early as 1941. The document then goes on to mention an experiment described by Klein:
“The “flying saucer” reached an altitude of 12,400 meters within 3 minutes and a speed of 2,200 kilometers per hour. Klein emphasized that in accordance with German plans, the speed of these “saucers” would reach 4,000 kilometers per hour. One difficulty, according to Klein, was the problem of obtaining the materials to be used for the construction of the “saucers,” but even this had been solved by German engineers toward the end of 1945, and construction on the objects was scheduled to begin, Klein added.
Otis T. Carr, as mentioned above, had similar claims. He even put on numerous demonstrations for the public and amassed millions of dollars from extremely wealthy people to do so. If they did not believe him, and if he had not shown some promise, how did he receive all of this funding?
Think about it. We now know for a fact that global militaries have long had an interest in the UFO phenomenon. They’ve been asking who, what, where, when and how for a very long time, and of course it’s considered a national security matter. Any individual who has invented, or shows potential to invent craft that is capable of extreme, technologically advanced maneuvers, would not be allowed to develop it, and would be ridiculed like Carr was. This is why the invention secrecy act was made in the early 1950s. In my opinion, its true aim to protect the interest of the power under the guise of ‘national security.’
Carr’s Goal
His goal was to fly to the moon in his “circular foil spacecraft” on December 7th, 1959.
The “spacecraft” allegedly invented by Carr is much like the ideal spaceship imagined by Plantier and others. It is propelled by an artificial gravitic field (the “Carrotto gravity motor”) and if this were not miracle enough, it uses no fuel. It is powered by the “Utron electric accumulator”–a short of self-charging battery which “uses the Sun’s magnificent force of Electromagnetism by means of natural reproductive chemistry, to quote the interesting language of the Enterprise ad. Below is a picture of Wayne Aho, a military intelligence officer who was going to accompany Carr on his trip to the moon. He claimed it would only take a few hours. Carr is second from the left.
Otis T. Carr was actually a protege of Nikola Tesla, according to independent researcher Doug Yurchey: “Carr and his team constructed a number of fully functional flying saucers in the late 1950s. The flying disk worked and was demonstrated. Carr was serious about ‘taking his craft to the Moon. ‘However, two weeks after a dramatic test flight, their laboratory was forcibly closed, Federal agents confiscated equipment as well as all documentation. Authorities told them Carr’s project would ‘destroy the monetary system of the United States.’ (source)
Carr was heavily criticized, ridiculed, and made a fool of by the press. I could not verify whether his connection with Tesla is actually true or not, but rumors of Carr’s relationship with Tesla were rampant, even in the 50’s.
Classic Hit Job
This is a classic story of someone who received lots of public attention and had many failed demonstrations, and apparently, many successful ones as well. Like other great inventors, Carr’s work was seized by the government. This happened in January 1961,….
…By then, his laboratory had been raided and destroyed, and the group of engineers had been ordered to disband and cease contact with one another.
This is very fishy, and similar to the Stan Meyer water powered car story. Looking at it today, it was quite clear that this was a huge attempt to shut Carr down. These developments and curiosities were not for our world, but were reserved for the black budget world. He was denied an appeal on March 1st, 1961 for his ‘crime’. He could not pay the fine and served part of a 14-year jail term. After that little is known about what became either of Carr himself or the craft, but they never flew again. Carr is reported to have suffered from ill-health, a broken man. He passed away apparently in Gardnerville, Nevada, in 2005.
In 1952, Carr actually wrote a book, called “Dimensions of Mystery.” The book was mostly written in ‘code,’ according to him, it was the complete layout of his plan and how his machine worked, yet for a reader like me, or anyone for that matter, it’s impossible to understand. He did switch from user code and poetry, to actually writing some real statements regarding his intentions…“
„As you can see, just like with most other stories of great technological advancements (there are too many examples to choose from), the global elite has always demonstrated their supremacy by ridiculing concepts that don’t really fit the frame. There are multiple technological developments that have been completely hushed up, for “national security purposes.”
Take this quote from Hal Puthoff, for example. It’s not with regards to UFOs but more so “free-energy,” which actually go hand in hand and relate directly to each other. Puthoff has published numerous papers on electron-beam devices, lasers and space propulsion and has patents issued in the laser, communications, and energy fields. Dr. Puthoff’s professional background spans more than five decades of research at General Electric, Sperry, the National Security Agency, Stanford University and SRI International. Dr. Puthoff regularly advises NASA, the Department of Defense and intelligence communities, corporations and foundations. Here’s what he’s had to say:
“I’ve been taken out on aircraft carriers by the Navy and shown what it is we have to replace if we have new energy sources to provide new fuel methods.”
Puthoff is now part of the ‘To The Stars’ academy, who have publicly disclosed that they are working on technology that mimics the flight patterns of observed UFOs.“

Let’s keep an open mind, and not to brush off revolutionizing technologies just because they break the laws of physics as we know them; after all, such laws are made to be broken. It’s similar to when Lord Einstein published his paper on special relativity that completely shattered what we thought we knew back then. Today, we are more aware of how the giant national security apparatus intervenes, and given all of the information that’s emerged regarding the subject of exotic technologies like anti-gravity crafts, it’s easier to see 70 years after the fact what really happened to Otis T. „Hybrids …
Extraterrestrials known as Alien-Human Hybrids are created through processes and procedures that occur during and after the abduction of, and/or visits with, Humans by ETs and Advanced Intelligences.
Not all, Hybrid beings are a biological combination between Humans and what we believe to be Extraterrestrials and Advanced Intelligences; however, their creation is not limited to the combination of only two species’ DNA. In other words, they most likely have more than two “parents.”
The term Transgenic Beings was officially put forward by abduction researcher Budd Hopkins in his 2003 book entitled Sight Unseen to describe these types of new beings. Transgenic beings are created from the process called Transgenesis. It is “…the process of introducing an exogenous gene – called a transgene – into a living organism so that the organism will exhibit a new property and transmit that property to its offspring. Transgenesis can be facilitated by liposomes, plasmid vectors, viral vectors, pronuclear injection, protoplast fusion, and ballistic DNA injection….“Transgenic organisms are able to express foreign genes because the genetic code is similar for all organisms.”
Not only are Hybrids transgenically created beings, so too are Abductee-Experiencers, which is why certain familial lines are targeted and used by the beings. It has also been hypothesized that it’s possible all Humans contain “alien” DNA which might mean all or most of humanity is a transgenic species. This would explain why certain Extraterrestrials find us such a valuable commodity to them. They may only require specific types of “alien” DNA compatible to their particular species which is why not everyone on our planet is abducted, contacted or visited.
This would explain why scientists suspect “the 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA [junk DNA] is no less than a genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.”

Hybrid Characteristics
The physical characteristics of Hybrids vary nearly as greatly as those of their Human and Extraterrestrial parents. In a general sense, ET Hybrids normally have no hair, very sparse hair, as is shown in the image above, blond hair or black or very dark hair. The black or dark hair seen on some Hybrids may or may not be wigs as both real hair and wigs have been described by people who have interacted with them.

Accounts of Hybrids being seen in public were published by Budd Hopkins and Carol Rainey in Sight Unseenand mentioned in presentations by ACERN’s Mary Rodwell and Dr. David Jacobs of ICAR. One less popularized account of Hybrids being seen in public is a resident of Germany who we have given the acronym of “SZS.” Their 1991 encounter involved seeing a Blond-Nordic or a Blond Hybrid male in a grocery store in Hamburg who spoke to them telepathically:
“I had my first experience with what I believe to be a Blonde being. It was not during the night and not while I was sleeping, but rather, during the daytime. I was in a grocery store looking for some food to purchase for my family and I suddenly realized that a Blonde ‘man’ had his gaze fixed upon me. He did not just look at me. His eyes were fixed on me as if he were looking ‘into’ me. It felt as if he knew my deepest thoughts and knew all of my emotions and everything I had experienced during my entire life.”
“First, I felt fear. A terrible fear. At that time I did not know anything about alien beings or that people were having contact with them or other unknown creatures. Also, at that time this Blonde looked like a human being. However, certain things about his appearance were abnormal. He did not move like a normal human being. The best way I can describe his movements is to say he moved in a robotic fashion. His eyes looked and looked at me. I wanted to run away, but I could not move.”
“He continued to stare at me and after some minutes my fear changed to a different emotion. It is not easy to explain, but this new emotion I experienced was peaceful and loving. I was astonished and I asked myself…

Dr. David Jacobs has termed these particular beings “Personal Project Hybrids.” We refer to them in this document as personal Hybrids. For female Experiencers, there are male Hybrids who carry out this role, and for male Experiencers there are female Hybrids. Although he appeared to be a Blond-Nordic, the being “SZS” encountered in the grocery store may have actually been a personal Hybrid or perhaps there are beings of different species assigned to specific Abductee-Experiencers for various reasons. In any case, he was following her and he telepathically responded “Someone who knows you,” after she asked him who he was. After she was interrupted by another shopper at the store and looked back at him, he had “disappeared.”
These unusual relationships with Hybrids can continue for many years, sometimes for the entire life of the Abductee-Experiencer. Some people characterize their behaviour as caring and fatherly or motherly or as a lover, whilst others describe these relationships as a form of control and involving what (in most Human cultures) would be considered rape, since sexual intercourse almost always occurs during them. It is believed these relationships are established for teaching, learning and control purposes which, in some cases, appear to include threats and sometimes even emotional abuse. On the other hand, there are also Experiencers who describe these relationships as loving and they feel they are beneficial physically, and some people feel they are psychically connected to their personal Hybrids.
Alien Sex
Alien sex is not as much fun as the debunkers would have everyone think it is, probably because debunkers are unable to differentiate between “sex” and “love making,” (which explains why they are such frustrated individuals). Often at times Abductee-Experiencers will remember having sexual intercourse with very Human appearing beings with all of the lovely physical attributes a man or woman could desire. Many times these apparent Humans are really much more “alien” in appearance, and in fact, some turn out to be completely Extraterrestrial or even “mechanical.” What this means is, whilst the Abductee-Experiencer believes they are having sexual intercourse with another Human or a Human appearing Hybrid (which ofttimes does take place with advanced stage Hybrids) many times they are actually experiencing a mentally imposed screen image by the other attending ETs. This is accomplished through a process Dr. Jacobs terms “mind scan.” Other people refer to this process as a “download” of telepathic images, “screen images” and “screen memories.”

They need Human DNA and whilst some ETs care about us and do not harm us, there is a distinct feeling that we “belong” to some of them on some other level. Although this does occur quite often, not all Extraterrestrials or Advanced Intelligences treat or use Humans in this manner, but this would require examination in a “Type of ET – Case by Case” manner. If you are an Abductee-Experiencer who is having contact with several different types of ETs, then you most likely know, or are figuring out which ones are doing what to you, or with you, and how you are involved. If you do not, i hope this information is proving to be helpful and in a non-traumatic fashion.
„Alien Human Hybrid
The girl with the golden eyes was seen amongst a group of other Experiencers in the middle decade of 2000. She was being fitted with what were termed “eye coverings” by an adult Hybrid scientist according to the Experiencer who spoke with her. Curiously, the eye coverings were worn in order to make her eyes appear blue and more “human-like.”
These may be what we refer to as “The New Humans.” Hybrids who can feel and express empathy for others, are intelligently gifted, and have much longer life spans than Humans: Those who encompass the best of our species and their species.“

Alien Human Hybrid Children
Empathy appears to be a very important trait to the beings involved in their creation. In 2012, an accounting of what appeared to be a five month old Hybrid child who had the ability to express empathy for another child was shared with the HR Team. This act and achievement meant a great deal to the beings involved in this particular Hybrid’s creation. Since we are quite confident that some of the Hybrids appear more child-like than they truly are, and possibly have longer life spans than Humans, the five month old child could have, in reality, been much older. In any case, the ability for their children to express empathy for others appears to be of exceptional importance to them.
Many of the Hybrid children appear to want to be with their Human parents. Some are rightfully afraid of Humans, but many want to be with them here or want their Human parents with them. We do not know precisely where they are living or existing now. Some have been described to be living in squalid and dark environments and others appear to be well cared for. They could be in another dimension, which is what “SZS” and “KM” were told. Some could be living on board their craft or in bases here on Earth, or perhaps even on our moon and deep within our oceans in structures most humans would never have knowledge of or access to. This information comes from various excellent sources, but all we know for certain is, they are out there – most likely already here – somewhere.“

„Lifespan of Hybrids
It is a well documented fact that in the early stages of The Hybrid Programme, many ET Human Hybrid infants either did not survive or struggled greatly to survive. They required “contact comfort” which is the physical touching, loving and caressing that many mammals, including Humans need in order to survive and to develop normally, both physically and emotionally.
Today, it appears there has been more success with The Hybrid Programme and it is more than likely approaching an apex. We know they still require certain Humans in order to survive, so it is likely that ET and AI Contact will continue for quite some time, or at least for as long as certain beings are still around who require Human DNA.
In the case of David Huggins, although he has aged normally as a Human, Crescent has not appeared to age at all, which tells us she either ages quite well; she has been cloned or she has a much longer lifespan than that of Humans, which may or may not be attributable to DNA extraction and manipulation from the general pool of Abductee-Experiencers – most probably David Huggins himself.
In the case of AJ, of their two personal Hybrids, the blond did not appear to age whilst the one referred to as “The Doctor” did appear to age, in fact, going so far as telling AJ that he was dying. He had apparently lost most of his vision and behaved in an emotional fashion at the prospect of losing his life. Curiously, another Abductee-Experiencer contacted us and said they saw him during one of their abductions and they did not seem to think he was dying having appeared the same as he always did. The aging and dying narrative may have been used as a means of separation from AJ as he, a personal Hybrid and ET Hybrid physician was needed to tend to other Experiencers.
Cases have been shared with the HR Team that tell us healthy ET Hybrids may live for a very long time. We do not know if these are ET Human Hybrids, but some of them appear to be quite Human in their appearance. Some accounts of their life spans are approximately 300 years. We do not know if those are years as measured here on Earth or in their world, dimension, or wherever they may be. Another very curious thing is these Hybrids appeared to be children or at least had child-like bodies, so we know their appearances can be quite deceiving. For example, when one Abductee-Experiencer reported to us that he had seen a Blond child-Hybrid, he heard another male nearby say to him, “Don’t let his appearance fool you – this one is 300 years old.”
One final note on this topic is Joe Montaldo’s red-headed Hybrid who also has not appeared to age over many years, during which several other Abductee-Experiencers have reportedly interacted with him. He sometimes performs the role of “doctor” and some have speculated that he is involved with MILABs (abductions of alien abductees by militaristic looking Humans). Montaldo ofttimes speaks about this Hybrid during radio interviews with other Abductee-Experiencers on his UFO Paranormal Radio Network and UFO Undercover Radio programmes.“

„A New Matrix Provides A New Hologram For Earth
Matrix is a grid system that provides the light required to have a physical representation of consciousness in the form of a human body.
The matrix on Earth was hijacked by those who dominated and controlled us for millenia through frequency technology and changes to the human body template.
The new matrix that we are tuning into allows us to keep a physical human body filled with light as we ascend in consciousness.
Gridworkers around the planet have been bringing a new grid online while the old matrix slowly dissolves. Those who are on the ascension path have all been gradually tuning into the new grid or matrix.
All creation has a template of light, sound, and geometric patterns. The new matrix may be the original earth template or it may actually be a copy of the template with some noticeable improvements.
The new matrix has better “firewalls” that will not allow it to be hacked.
While giving a reading/session at the In5d Psychic conference (October 15, 2016) I met with an aspect of one of the original programmers.
In this session, it was revealed that when the old matrix was created, a very small detail was left out and the group that created it did not realize this. They used the template for creating a planet and left it to grow and evolve while they focused on other projects.
One day they learned that their project had been hijacked. It took a long time to see how it was being taken over because they could only see that humans were interfacing with the program with their free will.
As programmers, they also are able to look into the “future” to see possible outcomes of the co-creation of free will with their original matrix. They were alarmed when almost every probability ended in the destruction of their creation.
The original matrix programmers investigated by sending incarnations in the matrix that would report back what is happening in linear time.
They found that black magic was being used to sway the decisions of humans through subliminal programming and fear.
They also found that the changes to the physical body kept humans from progressing as a species and were more geared towards slavery.
A loop of reincarnations was taking place and humans could no longer remember their “past” lives or that they were all connected to each other and their Source.
Some of these original programmers are now incarnated as gridworkers and lightworkers. Their purpose is to wake up and raise their vibrational frequency out of the old matrix.
In doing so, they help to create a new matrix that all of humanity can collectively tune in to. Since all humans are connected, when one makes this “ascension”, it builds a bridge for others to follow.
Many gridworkers are completing their tasks without realizing the totality of what they are here to do. They carry the codes of the new matrix within them and they may get the urge to travel or to live in a specific region of the world.
Everywhere they go, they leave their energetic codes or imprint. The energies being transmitted to the planet through the alignment with the Galactic Center activate these codes. Awakened humans are making the conscious decision to vibrate in the frequency of love instead of fear.
The conscious gridworkers make the intention for all of the codes to be connected across the planet. The DNA within our bodies carries the original codes of all that we have ever been and all that we will be.
These are being turned back on as well through frequency so that the body will tune into the new matrix. The old program is breaking down and will soon dissolve, as evidenced in our reality RIGHT NOW!
It has been said that what we are doing has never been done before. Shifting from one hologram to another while staying on the human body was tested in predictive programming software and turned out to be achievable.
Any time the programmers wanted to make a change in the past, they followed the rules of allowing the cycle to end and decided what cataclysm would be best for wiping out the human population while keeping the best specimens to make the new changes.
This time, we will ascend in the human form and eventually will decide to keep it or to morph into our light body form (or use a combination of both).
If you have recently lost your psychic abilities, it is because the frequency of the matrix has changed to the new grid. All you have to do is to intend to tune into the new matrix and make the changes necessary in your life to stay in that frequency.
Most people experience “ascension symptoms” physically while tuning in to the new matrix. These include fever, chills, vertigo, hives, heart palpitations, and many other unique and bizarre symptoms that doctors do not have answers for.
Many of us have connected to the new matrix on a consciousness level and connect to the new grid while we are asleep. When we wake up in the morning, we bring these geometric codes into this reality.
The physical body in now catching up to the spiritual body, and we are changing on a cellular level. This has gradually been happening for many years, but because of the accelerated activity of the hijackers, our ascension has accelerated.
Grounding to the planet’s frequency is most important at this time in our transformation. Connecting with your higher self and tuning into your multidimensional selves is also a part of conscious gridwork and lightwork.
Alchemy is necessary to raise the frequency of our food and water so that our body can stay at a higher frequency. Information is essential to keep the consciousness expanding and intention and imagination are the tools for the creation of the new matrix.
Tuning into the new frequency will allow us to experience a new holographic projection of reality. Eventually, we will be able to come and go from physical to light and back to the physical body.
We will be able to manifest what we need into physicality and de-manifest at will, including waste and part of the old matrix that no longer serve us such as concrete and electrical lines. Free energy will sustain our living requirements and travel will become easier.
War will end and the monetary enterprise will be a thing of the past. Eventually the new human will have Superhuman abilities as described in my following lecture. How soon we can achieve this individually and then as a collective is up to us!
