Storage products from Western Digital, Seagate, Maxtor and Samsung have backdoors in their firmware, firewalls from Juniper Networks have been compromised, plus networking equipment from Cisco and Huawei, and even unspecified products from Dell. TAO actually intercepts online orders of these and other electronics to bug them.
    SPIEGEL notes that the documents do not provide any evidence that the manufacturers mentioned had any idea about this NSA activity. Every company spokesperson contacted by Spiegel reporters denied having any knowledge of the situation, though Dell officials said instead that the company „respects and complies with the laws of all countries in which it operates.“
    TAO uses software hacking in things like Windows bug reports to get the information and device control they need, of course. But if that’s not enough, they even have a special group of hardware hackers who create modified equipment for TAO specialists to try and plant. A monitor cable that allows „TAO personnel to see what is displayed on the targeted monitor,“ costs $30. An „active GSM base station“ for monitoring cellphone calls costs $40,000, and converted flashdrives that plant bugs and can also transmit and receive data with hidden radio signals come in 50-packs for more than $1 million.     DARPA, on the back of the US government’s BRAIN program, has begun the development of tiny electronic implants that interface directly with your nervous system and can directly control and regulate many different diseases and chronic conditions, such as arthritis, PTSD, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn’s disease), and depression. The program, called ElectRx (pronounced ‘electrics’), ultimately aims to replace medication with “closed-loop” neural implants, which constantly assess the state of your health, and then provide the necessary nerve stimulation to keep your various organs and biological systems functioning properly. The work is primarily being carried out with US soldiers and veterans in mind, but the technology will certainly percolate down to civilians as well.
    The ElectRx program will focus on a fairly new area of medical therapies called neuromodulation. As the name implies, neuromodulation is all about modulating your nervous system, to improve or fix an underlying problem. Notable examples of neuromodulation are cochlear implants, which restore hearing by directly modulating your brain’s auditory nerve system, and deep brain stimulation (DBS), which appears to be capable of curing/regulating various conditions (depression, Parkinson’s) by overriding erroneous neural spikes with regulated, healthy stimulation.

    DARPA wants to miniaturize these neuromodulation implants so that they’re the same size as a nerve fiber.
    DARPA is planning to perform human trials of ElectRx in about five years. The initial goal will be improving the quality of life for US soldiers and veterans — though there’s no word on which condition DARPA will focus on.

    Facebook’s experiment on over half-a-million unsuspecting users has taken a new twist with the revelation that a researcher connected to a Department of Defense-funded program to use the military to quell civil unrest also participated in the study.
    Social media sites exploded over the weekend after it was revealed that Facebook, no stranger to controversy of late, secretly manipulated posts being seen by nearly 700,000 users in 2012 in order to allow researchers to study how emotional states are transmitted over the platform.

    The results of a secret psychological experiment conducted on nearly 700 thousand Facebook users without their consent recently came to light. The fact that the experiment was aimed at studying the emotions of the members of the social network without them knowing it has caused online outrage.
    In January 2012, the number of positive and negative posts displayed in the news feeds of 690,000 Facebook users was secretly manipulated. The next step was to collect and analyze comments and statuses written by the unsuspecting participants of the experiment. The study concluded that those who had less positive content in their news feeds eventually expressed negative mood themselves. In contrast, those who saw less negative content tend to use fewer words with negatively charged emotions in their own posts. The experiment was conducted with a random sample of Facebook users and the results were published in the PNAS journal on June 17, 2014.
    In other words, Facebook intentionally made well over half a million of its users sad.
    The study’s authors came to the conclusion that the emotions experienced by users online are influenced by the posts they read, which can also affect their behavior in real life. As they said,“Emotions expressed by friends, via online social networks, influence our own moods, constituting, to our knowledge, the first experimental evidence for massive-scale emotional contagion via social networks, and providing support for previously contested claims that emotions spread via contagion through a network.”
    ere is the relevant section of Facebook’s data use policy: “For example, in addition to helping people see and find things that you do and share, we may use the information we receive about you … for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and service improvement.”
    The methodology of Facebook raises serious ethical questions..
    However, the fact that Facebook uses its members as guinea pigs raises many questions in relation to the number and content of behavioral experiments that may have already been conducted on the social network by similar methods.

  • Remote Neural Monitoring : A Technology Used For Controlling the Human Brain

    HAVE you ever thought about something you never shared with anyone, and have been horror-struck at the mere thought of someone coming to know about your little secret? If you have, then you probably have all the more reason to be paranoid now thanks to new and improved security systems being developed around the world to deal with terrorism that inadvertently end up impinging on one’s privacy.

Recently, the National Security Agency (NSA) of the US has developed a very efficient method of controlling the human brain.     RNM works remotely to control the brain in order to read and detect any criminal thought taking place inside the mind of a possible perpetrator. Research studies have shown that the human brain thinks at a rate of about 5000 bits per second and does not have the capacity to compete with supercomputers performing via satellites, implants and biotelemetry. The human brain has a distinctive set of bioelectric resonance system. For the RNM system, supercomputers are being used and, thus, with its help, supercomputers can send messages through an implanted person’s nervous system in order to influence their performance in a desired way.
    RNM has been developed after about 50 years of neuro-electromagnetic involuntary human experimentations. According to many scientists, within a few years it is expected that DNA microchips will be implanted in the human brain which would make it inherently controllable. With RNM, it will be possible to read and control a person’s emotional thought processes along with the subconscious and dreams. At present, around the world, supercomputers are monitoring millions of people simultaneously with the speed of 20 billion bits per second especially in countries like USA, Japan, Israel and many European countries.
    For purposes of electronic evaluation, electrical activity in the speech centre of the brain can be translated in to the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the auditory cortex of the brain directly bypassing the ear. This encoding helps in detecting audio communication. It can also perform electrical mapping of the brain’s activity from the visual centre of the brain, which it does by bypassing the eyes and optic nerves, thus projecting images from the subject’s brain onto a video monitor. With this visual and audio memory, both can be visualised and analysed. This system can, remotely and non-invasively, detect information by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in 30-50Hz, 5 millwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain

    „In the modern times of the internet and digital devices permeating our daily habits and routines, the issue of privacy is becoming more and more of a hot button issue. One needs to just look at how Facebook is increasingly encroaching upon the vast amounts of personal information that is recorded willingly and correlated with friends and family to understand that there is a huge amount of our personal lives available for review, whether it be for commercial marketing reasons or for legal justifications. Many scandals have come out regarding AT&T working with our government to intercept our phone calls, our text messages and other private communications. Such breaches of privacy have even come with legislation giving these companies retroactive immunity from prosecution for snooping around in our personal lives, regardless of their motivations.
    But what if such ways of obtaining personal information were considerably outdated?
    The NSA may think so.
    Remote Neural Monitoring is a way to measure the EMF (electro magnetic frequency) waves of an individual and are able to translate them into the words heard/spoken and the images seen by an individual. Labeled under the Signal Intelligence department, remote neural monitoring is a technology that has been around and used for quite some time and has been kept secret from the public along with all other developments of electronic weaponry, research and development of paid for by the taxpayers.
    While it may seem a bit of a stretch to consider that it is possible for technology to read our minds and that this technology would be kept from the public, there has been a lawsuit against the NSA claiming remote monitoring and manipulation. John St. Claire Akwei filed a lawsuit detailing his comprehension of the secretive NSA technology and its’ covert operations against unwitting citizens.
    How does the technology work?
    Remote neural monitoring focuses on the audio and visual portions of the brain by sending signals which are then transmitted back to the origin and analyzed by a computer. While the decoding and encoding of brain signals for surreptitious communication with someone’s brain is certainly a complex feat, there is much that can be done from a remote vantage using this technology. The technology can measure sounds that an individual hears, can transmit its’ own words and images into the brain and can manipulate emotions and behavior. A prison study in Vacaville, conducted by IBM was able to cause complete lethargy in prisoners to the point where sleep was imposed for 18-20 hours per day. Indeed, the spectrum of human emotion and reaction is up for remote manipulation. Paranoia can be instilled as easily as anger. The ability to force emotional reactions on people is a very important consideration as it is a dangerous tool which opens the possibility for people to force criminal behavior without culpability. Forcing a suicide in a depressed individual, as some people have considered the possibility, constitutes remote murder and would be untraceable.
    The type of research for this is certainly invasive and due to the manipulations possible the secrecy for it is indeed paramount as they would send every human rights organization into a frenzy. Cloaked under reasons of national security (but developed by the corporate and university worlds), the information and technology has been ridiculed in official mainstream media to dissuade any actual consideration. Thusly, the technology is now free to be used in secret and without any oversight or transparency.
    But the concerns aren’t just based on privacy rights. Many scientists and human rights advocacy groups are claiming that the unknown risks imposed on a person when targeted could be hazardous to ones health.
    In essence, the reality of remote neural monitoring is the result of decades of research into behavioral modification of human beings, with the goal to be able to remotely influence the actions and mental perception of any given individual. The reality of such a goal really brings a lot of very human ideas to the forefront. Such as, what is consciousness and what constitutes the individual. Is it okay for people to understand the very nature of the human animal and how it reacts without sharing such knowledge? Is it okay to manipulate someone into believing a false reality? Is it okay to create a false reality to further these aims, such as Fox news recently winning a case against a whistleblower asserting its’ rights to mislead the public intentionally as a protection of free speech?
    The list goes on and while there is a subsection of the population fighting to expose this technology and the implications it has for humanities future, there are still a lot of people who aren’t even aware that remote neural monitoring is even possible. Others that have heard of it have no idea how to incorporate the knowledge as the effects, if one were targeted, are on such a subtle level as to make conscious awareness a very difficult endeavor especially when society has already been conditioned to consider that these types of concerns are born of mental illness.
    The persuasion of opinion has long been a goal of authority. To remain in the position of authority, one must have the agreement of the populace. Can it be considered agreement if the populace is subconsciously manipulated into agreement? Or does it matter if the populace does not comprehend or recognize that their agreement was pre-determined and manufactured beforehand?
    Such basic questions are exactly what we consider human rights and to keep such weapons in secret for the consideration of only an elite few is certainly an epic travesty and breach of humanity.     Die Russen sollen im November 2013 mit den Sprühaktionen aufgehört haben und auch in den USA sind Diskrepanzen vorhanden. Eventuelle NWO-Spaltung (temporär?). Die NATO ist die Privatarmee der Hochfinanz, ohne jegliche demokratische Kontrolle. Die deutsche Bundeswehr hat keinerlei Hoheitsrechte im deutschen Luftraum rein gar nichts zu melden, alles USA dominiert, exekutiert und kontrolliert.

    Als Harald Kautz-Vella 2012 beruflich in Norwegen unterwegs war, wurde er mit einem ganz besonderen Phänomen konfrontiert. Trotz bestem Wetter mit ausreichend Sonnenschein und Regen, beklagten viele Landwirte einen nahezu kompletten Wachstumsstillstand Ihrer Pflanzen über einen Zeitraum von ca. sechs Wochen. Da die Ursachen völlig unklar schienen, ließen die Landwirte, getrieben von Existenzängsten, letztendlich sogar eine chemische Analyse Ihrer Felder durchführen.
    Harald Kautz-Vella bekam diese Ergebnisse auf den Tisch und was er dort sah, konnte er nicht so recht glauben. Mit Barium, Strontium, Titan und Aluminium stachen deutlich vier Elemente heraus, welche in dieser Konzentration dort nicht hingehören und deren Ursprung für Harald Kautz-Vella zunächst unklar war. Schnell stieß er im Zusammenhang mit diesen Elementen immer wieder auf Informationen zu so genannten Chemtrails. Von den Ergebnissen der Analysen wollten sowohl die Behörden in Norwegen, als auch in Deutschland nichts wissen.
    In vielen Versuchen und Analysen begann Harald Kautz-Vella dem Geheimnis um die Chemtrails selbst auf die Spur zu kommen. Nach der Berücksichtigung natürlicher und industrieller Einflüsse auf die Analysen kam er letztendlich zu dem Ergebnis, daß es sich nur um Aerosole von Barium-Strontium-Titanat, einem künstlichen Element handeln kann. Das besondere daran ist, daß es sich hierbei um ein Ferroelektrikum handelt, welches durch das Anlegen eines äußeren elektrischen Feldes die Richtung der spontanen Polarisation ändern kann und deutlich auf militärtechnische Entwicklungen hindeutet. So leistet dieses Element unter anderem wertvolle Dienste im Bereich Radarerkennung, -reichweitenverlängerung und der Verwandlung des Himmels bis hin zu einem „Spiegel- und Linsenkabinett“.
    Neben der Nutzung im militärischen Bereich, haben aber insbesondere die ausgebrachten Nanopartikel einen Einfluß auf die Pflanzenwelt und den Menschen. Nimmt der menschliche Körper diese Nanopartikel auf, können Nerven geschädigt und die Zellkommunikation gestört werden. In Kombination mit Quecksilber, wie dies z.B. auch durch Impfungen oder andere äußerliche Einflüsse in den menschlichen Körper gelangen kann, ergibt sich sogar eine „technische Schnittstelle“ in Verbindung mit Funkwellen auf das menschliche Nervensystem. Dies ist unter anderem auch das Aufgabengebiet transhumanistischer Forschung mit dem Ziel bestimmte menschliche Emotionen zu lesen, aber auch auslösen zu können. Dies bedeutet letztendlich nichts anderes als die Möglichkeit der Fremdsteuerung unseres Körpers.
    In zunehmendem Maße ist seit einigen Jahren auch eine rätselhafte Hautkrankheit auf dem Vormarsch. Unter dem Begriff der Morgellon-Krankheit berichten Betroffene immer häufiger von faserartigen Gebilden, welche unter starkem Juckreiz aus gereizten Hautstellen „herauswachsen“. Genau jene faserartigen Gebilde, welche auch bei der Ausbringung von Chemtrails in der Luft beobachtet werden können. Welche Umstände zum Ausbruch dieser Krankheit führen können und wie man diese erfolgreich bekämpft, ist ebenfalls Inhalt dieses Gespräches.“
