    For the very first time, Alain Juillet, former director of the French Republic’s Foreign Intelligence Service (DGSE), speaks unreservedly on a topic that, for many, is still a huge conspiracy: UFO phenomena and alien life.
    He has publicly declared that UFO phenomena “goes beyond the dimension of the Earth” and includes a “non-human intelligence”. Alain states that we might expect ‘official’ disclosure albeit there are more clues that invite reflection rather than any certainties to be given.
    He points out that just because we do not have the resources to imagine or understand observable phenomena today, it does not mean that they can not be explained tomorrow.
    Below is an excerpt from the interview between Alain Julliet and Paris Match.
    Interviewer: You’ve agreed to participate in Dominique Filhol’s documentary, UFOs: a matter of States. Is this the first time you have spoken publicly on the subject of UFOs?
    Alain Juillet: Yes. I participated in a meeting of aeronautics enthusiasts where the problem of unidentified objects was raised. I was in the room and answered some questions. But I had never before discussed the subject publicly.
    It was after an interview with the director, Dominique Filhol, that we addressed this issue. He asked me two or three questions and said, “I am interested in this, I am preparing something.” This is how it happened.
    Interviewer: Did you have a particular interest in UFOs?
    Alain Juillet: Yes, even if I am not an enthusiast. On the other hand, I am a man of intelligence and when we see things that are inexplicable today; we know that we can explain them tomorrow.
    It’s just that we don’t have the elements to imagine or understand what’s going on. In the particular field of UFOs, not to mention people who see a flying saucer landing in a field, there are fighter pilots, astronauts, people who are totally trustworthy and report very accurate observations.
    We should not say that they do not make sense, only recognize that there are things that elude us in explaining the phenomenon.
    It is in this context that I became interested in this problem because the first thing we see when we study the UFO phenomenon is that these objects do not seem to obey the laws of aerodynamics and physics, that they are not subject to the force of gravity.
    Therefore, the question that arises is: Has any country developed a system (technology) that disobeys the known laws of pyhsics? Twenty years ago, I would have answered, “Why not?” But today, if a country in the world had made such a discovery, we would know it. No progress of this magnitude can be kept secret.     Alain Juillet: To collect information, technical and human resources must be developed. An intelligence service can only investigate UFOs if there is a need expressed by those in charge, that is, by the highest state authorities.
    If the latter considers that it is not a priority problem, which is generally the case, nothing happens.
    We know that Americans have launched a very serious study with a big budget to try to understand the issue. And it seems that other great powers, particularly Russia and China, did the same, no doubt for the same reason..
    Here we can derive in another aspect that I mention in the documentary film: we go from a world view modeled by traditional physics to another vision based on quantum physics, and we understand these phenomena much better through the prism of quantum physics than with that of current physics.“

    When he grew up, this happened repeatedly, and those creatures could appear next to Kotto in any place, wherever he may be. He did not understand who they were and did not know how to behave, whether it all was his imagination or everything took place in reality. He saw a UFO, the creatures, and then survived what he later considered abduction.
    “I remember being at my home at 6 PM, and I went into my office to meditate in the garage and I saw something. Looked at it for about five minutes, and it was light. I was wondering why the neighbors were shining a light through the top of my garage window. So I went to talk to them. Now keep in mind, I had been sitting in that car garage for some 12 hours and I believed that I contributed to those things that were flying above my garage…I shouldn’t call them things. These aircrafts. As I got older, I understood what they were.”
    Kotto said that every time he moved to new houses, strange traces appeared like smoke circles above it. This lasted all his youth, for around 10-15 years.
    One of the most disturbing experiences happened when Kotto was in the Philippines for work. There, he immediately experienced several obscure UFO incidents.
    “It was one evening in my office in the Philippines. I heard my wife and the waiters calling me to come outside in very anxious voices. It was huge. So, I went out and when I got there, I saw the same huge circle of smoke over the house.
    When I asked them what they saw, they said they saw a UFO as big as the Yankee Stadium turned upside down.”
    According to Kotto, he had strange experiences during the filming of the cult film “Alien” directed by Ridley Scott. The shooting of this film was when aliens and UFOs have repeatedly invaded Kotto’s life.
    “Now I’ll admit, there were things that I alone was finding on the set of Alien—the spaceship. That mechanism that Sigourney Weaver throws to put the Sulaco (fictional spacecraft) on automatic destruct. There were symbols there. Symbols that had nothing to do with the ship in the film and I kept finding these symbols. They were like Egyptian symbols and I started trying to decipher them, which I was able to do.”
    It is hard to understand what Kotto meant when talking about the creatures, as he did not explain in detail. At the same time, Kotto assures that he does not have any mental illnesses and that no one in his family suffered from schizophrenia, paranoia, or other mental disorders.
    He also assures that he will not get anything beneficial from explaining this to people, and according to him, he just wanted to finally share it with someone else. He says that he is well-known as an actor and that he lacks the fame that he has after filming in a movie.
    At the end of the interview, Kotto admitted that he did not understand why they had chosen him and why they had been closely following him for decades.“

    The study was carried out by Professor Li Lanjuan and colleagues from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China and published in a non-peer reviewed paper released on website medRxiv.org on Sunday.

    „A new study in China has found that the novel coronavirus has mutated into at least 30 different variations.
    The results showed that medical officials have vastly underestimated the overall ability of the virus to mutate, in findings that different strains have affected different parts of the world, leading to potential difficulties in finding an overall cure.
    The study was carried out by Professor Li Lanjuan and colleagues from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China and published in a non-peer reviewed paper released on website medRxiv.org on Sunday.
    Li’s team analyzed the strains from 11 randomly chosen coronavirus patients from Hangzhou, where there have been 1,264 reported cases, and then tested how efficiently they could infect and kill cells.
    More than 30 different mutations were detected, of which 19 were previously undiscovered.
    “Sars-CoV-2 has acquired mutations capable of substantially changing its pathogenicity,” Li wrote in the paper.
    The team discovered that some of the mutations could lead to functional changes in the virus’ spike protein, the South China Morning Post reported. Spike protein is the protein that the coronavirus uses to attach itself to human cells.
    Li ’s team infected cells with COVID-19 strains carrying different mutations, of which the most aggressive strains were found to generate as much as 270 times as much viral load as the weakest strains. The aggressive strains also killed the human cells the fastest.
    The results indicated „that the true diversity of the viral strains is still largely underappreciated,” Li wrote.
    The study could have future implications on the treatment of coronavirus, as several different strains have been found throughout the world. The United States, which has the world’s worst death toll at 42,897, and 799,515 overall cases, has been struck by different mutations. New York, which itself had the worst death rate in the US, and the eastern coast show a strain of coronavirus similar to that found in Europe, whereas the western US has shown similarities with strains found in China.
    Coronavirus has so far been treated in hospitals worldwide as one disease and patients receive the same treatment regardless of the strain. It has been suggested by the team at Zhejiang University that defining mutations in different regions may change the way we approach combating the virus.
    “Drug and vaccine development, while urgent, need to take the impact of these accumulating mutations into account to avoid potential pitfalls,” the scientists said.“
