Wenn man als anonymer Nutzer von einem anderen anonymen Nutzer beleidigt oder bedroht wurde, hat man sich eben seinen Teil gedacht, weil man wusste, dass man sich nie im echten Leben trifft und dass manche Leute eben im Internet was zu kompensieren haben, was sie im realen Leben nicht ausleben können. Haben bestimmte Nutzer zu oft gepöbelt, wurden sie in Foren einfach gesperrt. So einfach war das. Dann mussten sie sich neu registrieren. Der damit verbundene Zeitaufwand hat eigentlich meist gereicht um Normenkonformes Verhalten durchzusetzen.“

    Conspiracy Revelation: 1.7.2019: Ja, das stimmt. Auf FaceBUG gibt es enorm viele inkompetente Admins/Moderatoren, die Leute wegen nichts aus Gruppen bannen und bösartig angehen.
    Aber auch generell in Computerforen hat sich der Ton enorm verschärft, die Respektlosigkeit und Mob-Mentalität ist ein Zeichen von Kali Yuga – Dem dunklen Zeitalter des Dämons, dem Verfall menschlichen Respekts. Wenn diese Grünsparne wüssten, wen sie in Realität hier so respektlos behandeln, würden sie ganz schnell kleinlaut werden. Respekt, Objektivismus und Professionalität sollte in jedem Forum/jeder Gruppe im Internet oberstes Gebot haben, aber was man meistens findet, sind endlose Inkompetenz, Subjektivismus, Beleidigungsattacken, Rauswürfe/Banning wegen Nichtigkeiten, Mob-Bashing, grundloses bannen oder sogar die Drohung Daten an russische Geheimdienste weiterzuleiten (in deutschen Foren – bolshevikische Stasi-Verräter als Admins), absolut krank, in diesem deutschen Lande läuft soziologisch massiv viel schief.

    Und was da so dabei war, hat selbst mich geschockt, jemand der in der Informatikbranche arbeitet und weiß dass solche Unternehmen gerne Daten sammeln.
    Sagen wir es mal so, alles, was Facebook und co. an Daten von Ihnen bekommen kann, werden die auch dankend annehmen. Von Telefonverläufen, privaten Nachrichten, Standortverläufe, Fotos und Videos, bis hin zu ganz privaten Daten wie die geschätzte Größe der Wohnung und Einkommen, die ein Algorithmus aufgrund Ihres Internetverlaufs berechnet, ist da alles dabei.

    Als nächstes baut Facebook eigene Gefängnisse, dann können sie die Menschen gleich direkt ohne Verurteilung einsperren, geht viel schneller. Aber wahrscheinlich ist für die Täter 5 Jahre kein Facebook eh viel schlimmer als 5 Jahre Freiheitsentzug.
    Da das Interwebs so grosse Verbreitung hat wäre es doch langsam sinnvoll einen eigenen Gesetzesbereich einzurichten der sich speziell ums Internet kümmert, sei es um Beispiel Kaufverträge oder eben Hasskommentare. Viele Dinge sind zwar in der „normalen“ Gesetzgebung auch zu finden, aber im Internet gelten durch die Schnelligkeit und die Internationalität dann doch andere Regeln.
    … und dann könnte man ja auch mal hinterfragen warum so viele Menschen Hasskommentare posten … aber den gesunden Menschenverstand wollen wir mal lieber ignorieren ;o)“

    Facebook hat sich dazu nach mehreren Treffen zwischen Konzernchef Mark Zuckerberg und Frankreichs Präsident Emmanuel Macron bereit erklärt. Macron strebt eine führende Rolle im weltweiten Kampf gegen Hetze und der Verbreitung falscher Nachrichten im Internet an. Bislang hat Facebook in Frankreich mit der Justiz bei der Fahndung nach Terroristen zusammengearbeitet, indem der Konzern die IP-Adressen und andere Identitätsdaten der Verdächtigen weiterleitete.
    Facebook hat bislang die Weitergabe der persönlichen Daten der Nutzer, die Hassbotschaften posten, zurückhaltend gehandhabt. Der US-Konzern hat dabei auf Abmachungen zwischen den USA und Frankreich verwiesen, nach denen es zur Weitergabe nicht verpflichtet sei. Außerdem verwies Facebook darauf, dass Länder ohne unabhängige Justiz die Hassbotschaften-Regelung missbrauchen könnten.“
