die wechseln sich also ab normalerweise, das heißt ein Mitarbeiter sitzt vor dem Computer und der andere entspannt sich
ein bisschen, meistens schaut man da Fußball oder man unterhält sich mit anderen Staatsschutzmitarbeitern ,den
Fußtruppen die immer zum Team dazugehören… gibt man denMitarbeiter mannigfaltige Möglichkeiten die überwachte Person zu
beschießen und zu verletzen.. dass man bestrahlt wird…da wird der Kopf bestrahlt..dass man schon verblödet aufwacht.
Sicherheitsrisiko Staatsschutzmitarbeiter der Staatsschutzmitarbeiter hat die Aufgabe mich zu überwachen,

wenn der Mitarbeiter des Landeskriminalamtes, der für eure Bevormundnung zuständig ist und für den Folterplan sagt schiess dem
morgens fünf minuten lang in die Nieren, dann hält sich der polizeiliche Staatsschutz in der Regel dran, aber die
Herren vom Verfassungsschutz zum Beispiel, die schießen einem gang gerne mal fünf Stunden lang in die Nieren und
wieso ,weil es die Technik das erlaubt… besonders in der nähe vom Vollmond, wenn wir alle so ein
bisschen bluna sind, die Verletzung extrem stark sind… das heißt der Mitarbeiter des Staatsschutzes darf euch
verletzten wie er will und nicht nur euch, sondern auch jede andere Person, die bei euch in der Umgebung rumsteht.

Am 3. Oktober 1990 wurde die Bundesrepublik Deutschland von Außenminister Hans-Dietrich Gentscher bei der UNO abgemeldet und es wurde statt dessen der NAME Deutschland -„Germany“ bzw. „BUND“ eingetragen und mit dem Zusatz: „Non-governmental organization“ versehen.
Laut Auskunft der United Nations UN ist der „BUND“, ein Firmenkonsortium, das nach Angaben von D&B auch den Namen Bundesrepublik Deutschland bzw. Germany führt und als s.g. NGO registriert ist.
Bei dem o.g. Eintrag (BUND) dürfte es sich nicht wie oberflächlich betrachtet um die juristische Person „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland“ (Deutsches Telefonbuch) handeln, da es den Eintrag mit dem originären Namen „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland e.V.“ mit seiner Bundesgeschäftsstelle in Berlin im Branchenverzeichnis der United Nations ebenso gibt und Kurzformen keinen Registereintrag als weitere NGO erhalten können. Ein solcher Eintrag wäre rechtsfehlerhaft. Vielmehr muß der Hinweis auf den „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland“ in deutschen Telefonbüchern unter obiger Adresse als Täuschung angesehen werden um den BUND als das was er ist, vor der Öffentlichkeit zu verdecken. Unter http://www.bund.de finden wir das Bundesverwaltungsamt in Köln, während wir unter http://www.bund.net den „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland“ Berlin finden.

Die Statuten der NGO werden gerne als Gesetze und Verordnungen bezeichnet und in irreführender Weise verwendet um mit Hilfe dieser „Verwaltungsrichtlinien“ die Bürger der deutschen Bundesstaaten zu täuschen und ihres Eigentums/Besitzes zu berauben. Es handelt sich um ein geschicktes Ausforderungssystem das mit Hilfe von s.g. Vollstreckungsagenturen / Exekutoren wie Staatsanwaltschaft, Gericht, Bundeswehr, Polizei, Bundespolizei und s.g. Vollstreckungsbeamten zwangsweise und gewaltsam vollzogen wird.
Vertragsangebote der NGO werden gerne als Bescheid oder Gebührenforderung tituliert, um den „Kunden“ in gleicher Weise zu täuschen, wie dies mit s.g. Gesetzen und Verordnungen geschieht.

D-U-N-S ist die Abkürzung für Data Universal Numbering System, das 1962 von Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) eingeführt wurde. Der heute international als Standard anerkannte Zahlencode dient der eindeutigen Identifizierung von Unternehmen. Eine DUNS-Nummer können nur gewerbliche oder unternehmerisch tätige Personen erhalten.
Mit dem SIC Code unterwerfen sich Firmen dem internationalen Handelsrecht kurz UCC.
Seit Oktober 2003 führt die Firma D&B im Auftrag der US Regierung gemäß dem „Trade with the enema act“ von 1917 als s.g. Freund- Feinderkennung das offizielle Register für Firmen oder Unternehmen und Selbständige weltweit. Es geht nur um Handel mit Firmen und Unternehmen und die DUNS-Nummer ist danach ein sehr belastbares Mittel, um herauszufinden, ob es sich um eine Firma handelt oder eben nicht. Diese Nummern sind der unbedingte Nachweis. Ämter und Staaten können eine solche Nummer nicht bekommen, denn weder die Firma D&B, noch der „Trade with the enemy act“ haben zum Hintergrund staatliche Strukturen. Hat ein Gericht eine solche Nummer, so kann es kein staatliches Gericht sein und das gilt ebenso für andere pseudostaatliche Einrichtungen oder Unternehmen in Hessen und in der Bundesrepublik in Deutschland.
Auf Grund der fehlenden Staatlichkeit verfügen die „Behörden“ der BRD“, Länder, der Landkreise und der Städte und Gemeinden nicht über staatlich-hoheitliche Gebietskörperschaftsrechte, denn staatlich-hoheitliche Gebietskörperschaften werden von einem Staat an Behörden verliehen und nicht von einer NGO. Nur dann dürfen sich Behörden und Institutionen, wie z.B. Finanzämter, Gemeinden, Krankenkassen etc. als „Körperschaften des öffentlichen Rechts“ titulieren. Eine Verwaltung als Organisationsform, wie sie der BUND bzw. die Bundesrepublik in Deutschland und die Länder darstellen, handelt nicht hoheitlich (staatlich), sie verwalten (organisiert) nur, vielleicht „wie“ ein Staat, aber eben nicht „als“ Staat im vereinten Wirtschaftsgebiet (Art. 133 GG).
Im Übrigen liegen unter anderem englischsprachige Unterlagen aber auch deutschsprachige Unterlagen von Prof. Dr. Franz Hörmann vor, wonach alle Regierungen, sowie alle Körperschaften incl. aller Vereine (alle juristischen Personen) durch den OPPT (One People Public Trust) am 25. Dez. 2012 (Bekanntmachung der Erklärung der UCC 1-103 & 1-308 und UCC # 2013032035) rechtmäßig gepfändet und gelöscht wurden. Das hat zur Folge, daß alle juristische Personen gemäß UPIK Register weltweit nach dem Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) nicht mehr handlungs- und Geschäftsfähig sind ( vergl. UCC-Aktenregistrierungen des OPPT. WA DC UCC Ref Doc # 2012113593)
Das bedeutet konkret:

Bereits seit dem 9 November 1918 wird Deutschland lediglich von einer Geschäftsleitung regiert, die keinerlei Staatlichkeit für sich reklamieren kann. Die sogenannte Weimarer Republik; deren Fortführung durch die Nationalsozialisten; als auch die von den Alliierten installierte Bundesrepublik in Deutschland konnten nie eine Staatlichkeit entwickeln. Diese Geschäftsführungen sind unfähig gewesen Gesetze zu verändern oder gar zu erlassen. Und diese Entwicklung läßt sich auf die Geschehnisse am 9. und 10. Appearance: There are many types of Andromedans, just as there are many different beings in our Milky Way Galaxy. Three types of Andromedans have telepathically contacted me. One is from a race of 4-5D humans that have a similar features to us, but I see them as bald. Some may even have elongated cone heads. Another, was from a race of 4D 3-4’ blue skinned humanoids with bald round heads and dark eyes, and the other is of a master race of at least 7-9’ winged humanoids existing in higher dimensions. These may have their origin with the Avian races.

Dimensional Perspectives: Exist from 3D on up to 9D
Appearance: These are insectoid beings that have features similar to the Praying Mantis insects of Earth, but they stand upright and are at least 8-9 feet tall. Higher dimensional forms are energy beings that maintain their Mantis shape with colorful light.
Evolution: These beings evolved hundreds of millions of years ago on a planet of insects. They became the first to develop advanced self awareness. They developed the use of tools but in unison they became highly sensitive to sound and light and its reflection in colors. They used this special heightened awareness and became highly advanced in the connection and use of frequencies to change their environment and to communicate with each other and their surroundings. Involvement with Earth: The Mantis are assisting, and in many ways overseeing, the Zeta Reticulan hybrid program,

They are often seen in the background during abduction experiences. These are usually 4-5D Mantis beings, but they are tuned into guidance from their higher dimensional kin, who play a part in spiritually guiding them. Prior to this recent involvement, Mantis have had little to do with Earth, other than gifting the planet with the Praying Mantis insect that has since evolved into many glorious colors. Star seeds: There are over 800,000 Mantis souls incarnated here now and only since the recent hybrid program began. This is a new experience for the race and it is not an easy one. Many of these starseeds feel completely out of place on Earth and in a human body, unless they are of the younger generation who also have Zeta DNA. These souls have it easier as there is a lot of Mantis frequency in their chemistry that is aligned with their being. Those born prior to the 90’s, and there are not as many of these, may have had a hard adjustment period in life. They have felt that if anyone really knew what they are like, they would run, so they hide their inner truth in some way. It has been a difficult task for their angels and other guides to get them to open up and share what they came to share. Place of Origin: The Draconian beings originally came from another universe after the universe already created stars and planets and the Avian and Feline races were already developing here billions of years ago. They established themselves in the Draco and Orion constellation regions and then set out to conquer other worlds.

Appearance: The original Reptilian master race is Draconian, which have the form of Dragons. They are huge winged beings of immense power. There are now many forms of Reptilian beings in the universe. Some are fully reptilian, and some are human reptilian hybrids.
Evolution: The Draconian race came in small numbers after this universe was formed. They found and opened the gateway that is in the Lyran Constellation. They were a renegade group whose motives were to find new lands to conquer and to multiply. They became a menace to many evolving worlds and did not abide by limits of interference set by creator beings and angelic consciousness. The Reptilians developed a disturbing reputation in this universe. But, the Draconian Royal lineage has since evolved to a high stature and they cooperate in guiding creation in the universe. Abilities: They tend to see advantages in all situations and can strategize ways to effectively complete any goal. Instincts are acute. They sense motives and some say they smell fear and weakness, but also strengths. Many species are only crudely telepathic, if at all, thus they often depend on telepathic translators in their galactic dealings. But, again, their instinctual prowess serves them well. They also can energetically shapeshift into other beings.
Specialties: Reptilians will get the job done no matter what it takes. They are social builders and can see how talents can best be used to accomplish tasks. They establish effective hierarchies and rules to make teams succeed. Higher dimensional Reptilians are called upon to bring order and direction to common pursuits. Focus: Bringing spirit of accomplishment, duty, loyalty, courage and order to all situations. Evolving Reptilians seek to reveal the strength within their hearts and to use this power to elevate projects.
Involvement with Earth: The Draconian race created the Dinosaurs on Earth. They were an early experiment in for Gaia consciousness. Then it was agreed by universal councils that there was time for new life to blossom on Earth, but that reptiles would remain in smaller forms. Much later, after humans were evolved in sentience, a 4D Reptilian race became involved in enslaving human beings to do their bidding and there was some genetic mixing that occurred without permission from guardians of Earth. This race and other Reptilian beings are trying to rectify this mistake now. Earth humans still have Reptilian DNA. It is hoped that the positive aspects of this can be strengthened in the race. Much of the overly aggressive and militant behaviors of humans came from these genes that were not planned for. Place of Origin: A planet of the star Arcturus 36.7 light years from us.
Dimensional Perspectives: Exist from 4D to 6D
Appearance: Arcturians are humanoid, but have different features than us. I see the 6D Arcturians as tall white glowing figures with angled and intense eyes. These Arcturians may be what have been termed Tall Whites. Others who have contact with lower dimensional 4D forms describe them as short with wider faces and denser stature. These could be a different race of Arcturians or simply be their 4th dimension appearance.
Evolution: Not yet aware of Arcturian evolution, other than they evolved to become a highly spiritual species and are considered to be among the most technically advanced in the galaxy. They may actually have come from Andromeda originally.
Qualities: Precise intellect, telepathic, alchemists, analytical, scientific, reserved, deep structured thinkers, code breakers, mathematical, healers, interdimensional travelers.
Abilities: Experts in use of geometry, color and sound vibrations for altering time, space, atmosphere, and states of being. Energetic alchemist, architects, builders and healers. They see beneath the surface of things and use precise methods to create and alter environments including the health of a vessel.
Specialties: Using sacred geometry to move through space and time and shift realities. Their methods of interdimensional travel and communications are used throughout the universe. They are also called upon to create geometrical sound and color forms to alter or transmit to developing worlds. Arcturians are often the master minds behind the crop circle signatures. They create amazing ships of light that can traverse many dimensions and are sought after.
Basic Needs: Appreciation and being needed. Arcturians know they are good at what they do, and like to be admired for it. They enjoy using their abilities for constructive purposes.
Focus: Designing and implementing their brilliant ideas to be of service in the universe.
Involvement with Earth: The Arcturians are our neighbors and at one point a group inhabited Earth, long before humans became sentient and before Lemuria and Atlantis. It was decided by galactic councils that there would be other experiments to help local species develop on Earth, so they left. But they still retain an interest in Earth’s progress and today they make contact attempting to open humanity to new thought, especially via their use of sacred geometry. They design crop circle forms to input new evolutionary frequencies into Earth and her inhabitants.

Star seeds: There are many million Arcturian souls born on Earth and a good portion are among the younger generation. Russia´s Supreme Court has begun hearing a government request to outlaw the Jehovah´s Witnesses and declare it an extremist organisation.
The justice ministry has already placed its headquarters near St Petersburg on a list of extremist groups.
An estimated eight million people worldwide are part of the Christian-based movement, best known for going door to door looking for new converts.
It has 175,000 members in Russia and 395 branches across the country.
As the case began in Moscow on Wednesday, lawyers representing the movement submitted a counter suit, asking the High Court to declare its members victims of political repression and the justice ministry´s action unlawful.
The court ruled that this was not part of its jurisdiction, but did not say whose it was, Russia´s legal information agency reported. The case was eventually adjourned until Thursday.
The ministry argues that the Jehovah´s Witnesses´ activities „violate Russia´s law on combating extremism“ and their pamphlets incited hatred against other groups.
Jehovah´s Witnesses representative Yaroslav Sivulsky told the BBC that the movement had nothing to do with extremism and he complained that in every case the courts never really listened to their arguments.
One pamphlet quoted the novelist Leo Tolstoy, describing the doctrine of the Russian Orthodox Church as superstition and sorcery, according to BBC correspondent Sarah Rainsford.

The group was founded in the US in the late 19th Century and during Joseph Stalin´s reign of terror in the Soviet Union it was outlawed and thousands of members were deported to Siberia. Other Christian groups were also persecuted.

A controversial new book argues boomers are beset with egotism, impulsivity and a shocking lack of empathy — and they´re leaving the world a worse place.
Long before millennials were dubbed the “Me Generation,” journalist Tom Wolfe used the label to describe the young baby boomers coming of age in the mid-1970s, a time of heightened focus on the self and personal development.
“The new alchemical dream is: changing one´s personality — remaking, remodeling, elevating, and polishing one´s very self … and observing, studying, and doting on it,” Wolfe wrote in a 1976 New York magazine cover story.
To the extent that millennials really are self-absorbed and narcissistic, it may be because they learned from the masters: their parents. Baby boomers ? the unusually large generation born during a wave after World War II ?
grew up in a time of historic prosperity. In many ways, the world they´ll leave for their children couldn´t be more different from the one they knew as children.
Boomers blew through resources, racked up debt, and brought an end to economic growth, using their enormous voting power to elect politicians who enacted policies that typically benefitted boomers´ interests, rather than
future generations. Now, millennials face more debt, fewer resources and higher levels of unemployment than their parents, and are likely to see the fallout of runaway environmental destruction within their lifetimes.
In his new book, A Generation of Sociopaths, writer and venture capitalist Bruce Gibney puts forth the controversial hypothesis that baby boomers ? specifically the large subset of white, middle-class boomers ?
are, both individually and as a group, unusually sociopathic. Gibney cites mental health data showing boomers have significantly higher levels of antisocial traits and behaviors ? including lack of empathy,
disregard for others, egotism and impulsivity ? than other generations.
As a result, boomers have used their substantial voting power to create a society and government that don´t work very well. Or, as Gibney puts it, boomers´ “private behaviors congealed into a debased neoliberalism.”
The factual basis for Gibney´s case isn´t perfect. Data on generations prior to boomers is thin, because widespread psychological testing wasn´t as common, and younger generations haven´t been around long enough for
long-term data. It´s possible that other generations have major issues as well, but we simply don´t have enough information to assess them properly. Gibney, however, insists that there´s something unique with boomers.
We sat down with Gibney, a Gen-Xer, to learn more about why he says boomers are a generation of sociopaths, and how the boomer agenda has gotten us into the precarious political and economic situation we´re in today.
I imagine that a lot of people have taken issue with the title of your book. Is it really possible to apply a psychological label to an entire generation?
Well, I think you can match the behaviors and the policies to certain diagnostic criteria. For the boomers ? the youngest are in their 50s and the oldest are in their 70s ? we have a coherent body of data, collected over
decades, that map onto this diagnostic criteria of sociopathy.
So we can see sociopathy-associated traits like improvidence ? there is no greater improvidence than failing to save for your retirement. We can postulate the checklist that way. We have an enormous amount of data about the boomer mainstream,
and it matches up surprisingly well with the description of antisocial personality disorder.
It´s a good diagnostic label, because what we´re really dealing with is an anti-social society. And that highlights the inherent paradox: Can you have an anti-social society? I don´t actually think you can.
You argue that boomers aren´t genetically predispositioned to be dysfunctional, but instead were conditioned to be that way. What do you mean by that?
I focus mainly on the white, middle-class boomers who constitute the substantial majority of the boom ? it´s a pretty homogenous group, and they were raised in a fairly homogenous way. They were the first generation in the U.S. to be raised permissively.
And the evidence strongly suggests that highly permissive parenting leads to some problems later on in life. These people have higher self-esteem, but they tend to be more rebellious and messy, both in the literal sense and in their approach to their own
affairs.
They were also the first generation to be raised with television, and there really weren´t parental reservations about screen time. The literature on TV and cognitive and behavioral development is almost universally negative.
They came of age in a time of fairly effortless prosperity … They really just assume that things are going to work out, no matter what. That´s unhelpful conditioning.”
And finally, there are certain assumptions that are built up throughout their early lives. For the first half of the boomers particularly, they came of age in a time of fairly effortless prosperity, and they were conditioned to think that everything

as hard, and you have much greater expectations about what society can do for you, and what it owes you.
So what´s been the fallout of that, in terms of policy and economics?
There´s obviously been a substantial deceleration of economic growth. The Great Recession arguably began in 2001 and we´ve never entirely recovered ? so that´s 16 years of lost opportunity.
The second big thing on the economic front is the intergenerational passing of burdens, and the most salient one is the debt. Gross debt to GDP 40 years ago was 34 percent, and today it´s around 105 percent. It´s projected by
[the Congressional Budget Office] to exceed the World War II highs by the early 2030s. When boomers start taking control and influencing policies, the policies get worse on the debt, so that now we haven´t seen these levels of debt in more than 70 years.
There are consequences to these levels of debt. … But that´s not really relevant for the boomers. This is not their problem and they have not been serious about it. The debt wasn´t discussed as a serious issue during the 2016 presidential election,
but Social Security was ? .. But the boomers must have done some good things, right?
Toward the end of the book, there´s a chapter called, “The Myth of Boomer Goodness.” Some of the pushback I´ve gotten on the book is people saying, well, didn´t boomers do all these wonderful things, like fighting for civil rights? But there´s no way
that chronology works out. The Voting Rights Act and Civil Rights Act were 1964 and 1965, and only the very oldest boomers could have voted for the congressmen who pushed through that act. So they played no part in those foundational victories.
What we have seen instead is the Voting Rights Act gutted.
Or you can take the environment, which is going to affect everybody. This has just not been a serious item for the boomers … They can´t take credit for these enormous civil rights and environmental victories that we saw in the ´60s and the early 1970s.
