Die jüngsten US-Luftangriffe auf Irans Atomprogramm haben zwar erhebliche Zerstörung angerichtet, doch Satellitenbilder belegen nun, dass die militärischen Planer offenbar bewusst die Kernreaktoren an einer wichtigen Forschungseinrichtung verschont haben. Laut Auswertungen der Internationalen Atomenergiebehörde (IAEA) blieben drei Forschungsreaktoren am Nukleartechnologie- und Forschungszentrum in Isfahan unbeschädigt.
Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass einer dieser Reaktoren – ein sogenannter Miniatur-Neutronenquellenreaktor, der 1991 von China gebaut wurde – mit 900 Gramm hochangereichertem, waffenfähigem Uran betrieben wird. Diese hochsensible Anlage hätte bei einem direkten Treffer potenziell gefährliche radioaktive Freisetzungen verursachen können, was offenbar vermieden werden sollte.“

@Sascha Zlohklov:Der Merkava3 ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Du wirst im Kampf nie einem alleine finden sondern imm3 bis 5 im Rudel das macht sie so effektiv. Auch gegen panzer und einer reguleren Armee.

Ja der Merkava hat einen hinteren Kampfraum, jedoch wird er hauptsächlich zur weiteren mitführung von Munition verwendet. Er wurde nie dafür konzipiert Truppen zu transportieren, kann aber im Notfall dazu verwendet werden einen verwundeten Soldaten aufzunehmen und den in Sicherheit zu bringen. Der Merkava bleibt ein Kampfpanzer.

Israel ist Satellitenstaat der USA und versuchen den Iran zu destabilisieren. Es ist doch vollkommen verständlich, dass der Iran jeden unterstützt der sein Feind angreift, ob es dir Hisbollah oder der Hamas ist. Dieser Konflikt ist hausgemacht und allein die Schuld der USA, die im kalten Krieg unglaublich viele dumme Fehler gemacht haben. Wahrscheinlich weil sie sich aus rassistischen Gründen überlegen fühlen, das aber deutlich nicht sind. Allein das iranische Volk leidet unter der US Politik.
