Please watch the video in full if you can! This is an unscripted, unedited video where I talk about a serious issue that is impacting this channel (and hundreds more) and there doesn´t seem to be a current clear resolution for.

The YouTube world that´s affecting a lot of channels and mine, this channel
has been affected as well and it’s an invalid traffic claim, now just before I get into more details this might not be of any interest to a lot of my viewers…
but it does affect my viewers and subscribers as well, because ultimately
it’s likely to have an impact on this channel..I was very enthusiastic about ideas for the channel and things like that I got a message or a note to the message in my YouTube
Studio saying that one or more of my videos had had ads restricted.
So Paid advertising restricted due to invalid traffic and I thought what does that mean so I went and had a look in my analytics and the revenue that the channel makes for
adverts on the video… just just completely dropped off a cliff around the 19th of August. I mean the channel doesn’t make much hardly anything anyway to be honest but
that’s because it’s just a low RPM CPM kind of category which basically means that
compared to other types of video and niches, it’s just the advertisers don’t pay much, don’t want to pay much per thousand views which is fine. I enjoy.. I enjoyed the
content and so I was prepared to just put more focus into that keep making
more videos and take this in a certain direction, but basically what’s happened now is
YouTuber slapped this invalid traffic tag onto my channel and it’s basically killed off almost all of the revenue it was making, so I’ve gone from
making not very much but at least it was something to basically almost nothing. I
mean, I literally mean almost nothing like not enough to even buy…food or
whatever, so I googled this YouTube this invalid tracks. I thought what’s going on and
it’s revealed a bit of a a bit of a can of worms there are probably hundreds of
YouTubers who are being affected by this. Dozens and dozens of them have put videos up
saying exactly the same thing, they’ve been hit with this so I mean if you for
your own interest if anyone watching this if you’ve been affected or or if you
just want to know more information just go into the YouTube search and type in
invalid traffic and just watch all the results come up from all the YouTubers content creators saying exactly the same thing… and I think the biggest Channel I’ve seen
that’s affected was like 400000 subscribers and people have lost their livelihoods …people who are doing this full time which to be honest is where I would
love that, hat would be an end goal for me, that would be something I would love to do with this channel be able to make this my only focus and there’s been and it’s just room
people everyone’s contacted YouTube Creator support.. we don’t know what the problem is because YouTube won’t go into any more details, they won’t tell us what videos have been
affected, they won’t tell us what the source of this supposed bad traffic is, so they don’t give us any information that we can then use to fix the problem and try and get things back to normal. I mean, so it’s Hitler’s literally killing off channels, because
it’s not or it shouldn’t be all about the money..but it comes to a point where you get to a certain size and you think okay I’ve got a following here there’s enough people
here that are interested in this topic for me to really feel like I can make a
difference and really kind of push this and that’s the point where I’m at now
and to be honest with you I’ve been like made redundant recently for my full-time job,
so I got a period of time now before I have to just get another job I’ve got a
certain amount of time that I had enough money to kind of keep me afloat and then when that money runs out, I’ve just gotta get out and get another job, whatever, it may be
and I really hoped in this time I could at least spend a good amount of time
really pushing to build this channel and just see how far I could take it in
you know within a reasonable amount of time and unfortunately with the YouTube
traffic invalid traffic bug Mission whatever it isI’m not sure that’s going to be
possible now because I can’t really I’m not in a position where I can justify putting lots of time in making videos for the channel when it’s going to be literally making
no money at all and that’s really sad, because I love making the videos but
because I’m also need to think financially to bring in running bring in money so I can pay for your mortgage and all this kind of thing food can’t spend time on videos now and those contents it does take time that aren’t bringing anything in and that’s just the sad reality of it so um I’m gonna keep my eye on the situation very closely
and see if other people are getting any resolve from this any results
any more sense of YouTube but I’m sort of I’m sorry to say that for the time being I’m probably not going to be putting many or maybe any at the moment videos out
until there’s a resolution found for this because I just physically can’t afford
time spend at the moment making stuff this channel um when I need to find a way of getting income, pay for household. Essentials so yeah sorry for the long and boring one
and thanks to anyone that stuck through and watched it till the end and um sorry,
it’s not more of a positive one I really wish it was but like I said I’m not abandoning the channel or anything like that in the sense that I’m going to be putting
videos up at the moment, because the situation but I’ll still be checking in every day checking any comments and any updates I can give in the community tab
um I will do or as a video update.“

The Stats are completely faked, the analytics show only 2 cities visited my page which is audacious nonsense…at least 20 cities should be listed.

Hi – I don’t have the invalid traffic notice on my channel but the revenue has dropped dramatically – last month RPM was 95c! Not sure what the issue is – I totally sympathise with you.
