    Defense Offense news reported that on Dec. 15, 1992, Janet Morris stated that she and the Richmond, Virginia-based International Health-line Corporation,

    Morris reported that this particular weapon creates “BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES“ that cannot be offset by protective gear.
    These devices appear to work at the Very Low Frequency (VLF) spectrum, the same frequency range as generated by the sinister U.S. Gwen (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system of transmitters.
    The 7\93 issue of DEFENSE OFFENSE ELECTRONICS discussed the FBI’s use of Soviet KGB psychotronic devices against the Branch Dividians at Waco, Texas. There is strong evidence that such weapons were used. After the Feds launched their mass-murdering, flame-throwing attack, some members of David Koresh’s church attempted to flee the burning building, but soon as they got outside, they suddenly turned around and ran back INTO the fire – which demonstrated an extreme mental disorientation of the type created by psychotronic mind control weapons.

    DEFENSE ELECTRONICS described a spring, 1993 meeting between Clinton Administration officials and Soviets psychotronics experts, including Dr. Igor Smirnov.
    Amongst the U.S. agencies represented at the meetings with Smirnov were:

    Clinton Administration officials wanted,

    Clinton Defense offense officials expressed interest that the KGB psychotronic devices could be used “in non-violently” clearing areas of potential enemies, snipers, etc. (meaning U.S. gun collectors and patriotic militias).
    Also meeting with the Soviet psychotronic experts, were officials from the giant Trilateral-allied international corporations, such as General Motors and researchers from the National Institute of Mental Health.“

    Alexander first became known to the public through his December, 1980 MILITARY REVIEW article titled, “THE NEW MENTAL BATTLEFIELD.” That article clearly described the LETHAL nature of many of the so-called “non-lethal” weapons that are now being targeted against American civilians.
    Alexander stated:
    “Psychotronics may be described as the interaction of mind and matter… The possibility for employment as weaponry has been explored. To be more specific, there are weapons systems that operate on the power of the mind and whose LETHAL CAPACITY HAS ALREADY BEEN DEMONSTRATED.”
    Describing Soviet development of psychotronic weapons, Alexander stated:
    “The ability to… CAUSE DEATH can be transmitted over distances, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent reason.”
    These “weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator… The psychotronic weapon would be silent (and) difficult to detect…”
    He then discussed the Soviet use of extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic weapons against humans in the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
    Col. Alexander’s knowledge of psychotronic weapons was demonstrated in a 1990 book he co-authored with Janet Morris, and Major Richard Groller, titled THE WARRIORS EDGE.
    That book described the mind-zapping effects, inside the United States, that have been created by the Soviet Tesla Magnifying ELF Woodpecker transmitters. Alexander demonstrated his close personal ties to the White House by describing his long association with Al Gore, Jr., who is now Vice President of the United States.
    Alexander made a revealing comment about secret “revolutionary technologies” that are in fact, now being utilized by both the U.S. and Russian governments:

    To help promote the U.N. global dictatorship, Soviet KGB scientist have recently been working at various U.S. advanced weapons facilities, such as Lawrence Liverpool and Los Alamos Laboratories.
    In November, 1993, a three day top-secret non-lethal weapons conference took place in the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. The meeting was attended by Attorney General Janet Reno, numerous scientist, military weapons experts, intelligence officials from state and local police departments.     To cleverly disguise the Federal Government’s use of KGB psychotronic devices, a whole series of cover-stories about so-called “non-lethal” have been planted in the American press.

    For those unfamiliar with the term “TI or Targeted Individuals”, it is important to note there are different methodologies that the functionaries or agents apply to targeted individuals carried out by various government programs or agency initiatives.     This technology which is networking inside us, is the Program which allows the powers that be to have full scale access to our brains and our bodies to manipulate as they wish.     Extremely low frequencies and microwaves can cause agitation in humans and these frequencies have been known to cause serious illness and eventual death.     es ist soweit. Die Forscher von CERN haben angekündigt, innerhalb weniger Tage Kontakt mit einem Paralleluniversum aufzunehmen.     Dazu wird der Large Hadron Collider (LHC) kurzzeitig mit einer unvorstellbar großen Menge an Energie hochgefahren; die Energie-Menge soll angeblich den Bedingungen entsprechen, unter denen – so die allgemein akzeptierte Theorie – unser eigenes Universum entstand.
    Stephen Hawkins und eine Reihe weiterer hochrangiger Wissenschaftler haben immer wieder eindringlich vor diesem Experiment gewarnt.

    I had asked what questions you had! This question came up a few times, so I thought I’d address it. Join me as we talk about possible clues in your 3D life showing you that you may be or have been involved in the Super Soldier Program and/or The Secret Space Program.“

    you into a body put your spirit into the body on the fourth

Yes I’m sure there are different types of jumper, I would have to talk to my other friends but i’m sure there are i’m sure there are um okay so you can be gone either your physical body or your it’s not it’s not really your soul it’s your spirit that would be put into another person and so you can be gone for a total of
    like one day up to like five years 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, I think it was 50 years was like the tops like you cannot the problem is not you going to a place
    like let’s say I was on this mission and I couldn’t
    find this guy, right, so I jumped back to whatever time period and i had to live there for like 45 years before i could find this guy and get all the technology hooked up and
    jump back, the problem with that is that when they
    regress you, they usually have a clone ready, so when you come back, your spirit can be put back in that clone which then can be put back in your bed, so it’s not like you’ve
    aged at all, if there is not a clone ready
    they have to regress you which they can do they also can do, but they can only regress you so much so like your
    outside may look young but your inside is very old um and let me tell you a little story about this: I went to the doctor
    to the emergency room one night i thought i was having appendicitis they thought i was having appendicitis i
    was all hooked up and then at the last minute one of the doctors was like let’s get her a cat scan or whatever an mri
    make sure like we’re at before we open her up and whatever so
    I come back and we’re waiting and it’s taking forever
    and they finally come in and they’re like um, we’ve looked over your charts and all your other medical records and like you don’t have an appendicitis or you don’t have an appendix and then we’ve never really seen this before but like your aorta is that of like a 70 or 80 year old, it’s like calcified uh and they’re like do you know do you
    know why this could be i mean like i don’t think he would but i’m gonna ask and what are you supposed to say oh yeah i’ve been in the super soldier program and i’ve i’ve had to be
    regressed so many times that like my innards are like that of a 70 or 80 year old because i can only be regressed so much..“

    jump rooms within the mars basis r d departments they do a lot of testing and experimenting with time dilation technology so that’s why they get the portal systems
    first these portals are used to basically take civilians from their homes and put them into the ssp program which for me was planetary corporations or they will take military personnel like the us navy and from the army there are a lot of different people working on the planetary corporation’s
    bases because there are specific jobs that everybody is suited for like for me it was assisting with the neurolink implement implementation to implant neural links into other people’s brains and to check that the neurolink implants were working correctly as well as looking after the holographic medical pods to make sure they were working properly so those were my jobs in the cybernetics labs that’s what
    i was specifically tasked to do also some genetics work
    where i was where i was manipulating various genetics and making human human et hybrids so working on testing
    the neural link implants and making fati human hybrids that’s what i was mainly put to do in my 60 and back
    for the 10 to 12 years that i worked for the cybernetic labs, which are connected to the military bases particularly Mars bases, so but going back to these portals.“

And the answer to that is when the age-regression is being done it is usually the original body of the ssp asset that is returned to earth; not a clone; clones are only made if the ssp assets somehow died during their service and could not be brought back from the brink of death, so ssp assets are usually not returned home to earth as clones they’re returned in their original bodies
    as long as they haven’t died and they’re alive they will be returned in their human bodies back to earth when their age- regressed, so if the ssb asset was cloned they would need to be a perfect first generation or third generation

    and the genetic databases attached to the holographic medical pods or in some cases clones are made in regeneration tanks as well on planetary corporations, so if a clone is needed for some reason the original ssp Asset died they weren’t able to bring them back from the dead if the cybernetics technicians cannot bring somebody back from the dead
    then they will send back a clone potentially f that’s required but it’s not normal to send back clones it’s not how
    it’s usually done clones that are not first generation can
    have glitches and malfunctions with memory lapses and behavioral issues, so the cloning has to be done in a perfect process with the best dna imprint of the original person,
    so there’s no glitches with the clone so there’s no issues because that’s very noticeable if the clone is having glitches that’s why it’s not first generation or third generation it’s something in between then if it malfunctions
    because the dna is not perfect it’s not the original dna imprint of the person, if the dna has been copied over
    and over again then it’s not going to function as the same dna of the original and that’s when you have glitchy clones
    with memory lapses and behavioral issues, the clones are able to go through the time travel dilation jump gates because their dna is the same as the original person.“

    Even so, the US Department of Defense (DOD) may already be creating a copy of you in an alternate reality to see how long you can go without food or water, or how you will respond to televised propaganda.
    The DOD is developing a parallel to Planet Earth, with billions of individual „nodes“ to reflect every man, woman, and child this side of the dividing line between reality and AR.
    Called the Sentient World Simulation (SWS), it will be a „synthetic mirror of the real world with automated continuous calibration with respect to current real-world information“, according to a concept paper for the project.
    „SWS provides an environment for testing Psychological Operations (PSYOP),“ the paper reads, so that military leaders can „develop and test multiple courses of action to anticipate and shape behaviors of adversaries, neutrals, and partners“.
    SWS also replicates financial institutions, utilities, media outlets, and street corner shops. By applying theories of economics and human psychology, its developers believe they can predict how individuals and mobs will respond to various stressors.
    SEAS can display regional results for public opinion polls, distribution of retail outlets in urban areas, and the level of unorganization of local economies, which may point to potential areas of civil unrest

    „The idea is to generate alternative futures with outcomes based on interactions between multiple sides,“ said Purdue University professor Alok Chaturvedi, co-author of the SWS concept paper.
    Chaturvedi directs Purdue’s laboratories for Synthetic Environment for Analysis and Simulations, or SEAS – the platform underlying SWS. Chaturvedi also makes a commercial version of SEAS available through his company, Simulex, Inc.
    SEAS users can visualise the nodes and scenarios in text boxes and graphs, or as icons set against geographical maps.
    Corporations can use SEAS to test the market for new products, said Chaturvedi. Simulex lists the pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly and defense contractor Lockheed Martin among its private sector clients.
    The US government appears to be Simulex’s number one customer, however. And Chaturvedi has received millions of dollars in grants from the military and the National Science Foundation to develop SEAS.
    Chaturvedi is now pitching SWS to DARPA and discussing it with officials at the US Department of Homeland Security, where he said the idea has been well received, despite the thorny privacy issues for US citizens.“
