    If swarms of enemy small attack boats armed with guns and explosives approached a Navy ship, alongside missile-armed drones and helicopters closing into strike range, ship commanders would instantly begin weighing defensive options – to include interceptor missiles, electronic warfare, deck-mounted guns or area weapons such as Close-in-Weapons System.
    Now, attacks such as these will also be countered with laser weapons being added to the equation, bringing new dimensions to maritime warfare on the open sea.
    By 2021, U.S. Navy destroyers will be armed with new ship-fired lasers able to sense and incinerate enemy drones, low-flying aircraft and small boat attacks — all while firing at the speed of light.
    The system is called HELIOS (High-Energy Laser and Integrated Optical-Dazzler with Surveillance,) which appears to be a similar system to that of another one that I covered in that previous article from German company, Rheinmetall Defense Electronics, simply called HEL (High-Energy Laser), which they referred to as “HEL on wheels.”
    As nation after nation becomes wired for war and neutralizes then surpasses each other, new methods must be developed to maintain military supremacy. This is the nature of military conflict and one of the prime reasons why the world seems to have new security threats each and every day.     „A recently unclassified report from the Pentagon from 1998 has revealed an investigation into using laser beams for a few intriguing potential methods of non-lethal torture. Some of the applications the report investigated include putting voices in people’s heads, using lasers to trigger uncontrolled neuron firing, and slowly heating the human body to a point of feverish confusion – all from hundreds of meters away.
    A US citizen requested access to the document, entitled „Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons,“ under the Freedom of Information Act a little over a year ago. There is no evidence that any of the technologies mentioned in the 10-year-old report have been developed since the time it was written.
    The report explained several types of non-lethal laser applications, including microwave hearing, disrupted neural control, and microwave heating. For the first type, short pulses of RF energy (2450 MHz) can generate a pressure wave in solids and liquids. When exposed to pulsed RF energy, humans experience the immediate sensation of „microwave hearing“ – sounds that may include buzzing, ticking, hissing, or knocking that originate within the head.
    Studies with guinea pigs and cats suggest that the mechanism responsible for the phenomenon is thermoelastic expansion. Exposure to the RF pulses doesn´t cause any permanent effects, as all effects cease almost immediately after exposure ceases. As the report explains, tuning microwave hearing could enable communicating with individuals from a distance of up to several hundred meters.
    „The phenomenon is tunable in that the characteristic sounds and intensities of those sounds depend on the characteristics of the RF energy as delivered,“ the report explains. „Because the frequency of the sound heard is dependent on the pulse characteristics of the RF energy, it seems possible that this technology could be developed to the point where words could be transmitted to be heard like the spoken word, except that it could only be heard within a person´s head. In one experiment, communication of the words from one to ten using ´speech modulated´ microwave energy was successfully demonstrated. Microphones next to the person experiencing the voice could not pick up these sounds. Additional development of this would open up a wide range of possibilities.“
    The report predicts that communicating at longer distances would be possible with larger equipment, while shorter range signals could be generated with portable equipment. Putting voices in people´s heads could cause what the report calls „psychologically devastating“ effects. The technology might even allow for communicating with an individual hostage surrounded by captors, although this would require „extreme directional specificity.“
    With another weapon, electromagnetic pulses could be used to disrupt the brain´s functioning, although this technology was still in the theoretical stages at the time.
    Under normal conditions, all brain structures function with specific rhythmic activity depending on incoming sensory information. Sometimes, the brain synchronizes neuronal activity in order to focus on a specific task, but the degree of neuronal synchronization is highly controlled. However, under certain conditions (such as physical stress or heat stroke), more areas of the brain can fire in a highly synchronized manner, and may begin firing uncontrollably.
    The report describes a method for replicating this highly synchronized neuron firing across distances of several hundred meters. High-voltage (100 kV/m) electromagnetic pulses lasting for one nanosecond could trigger neurons to fire, disrupting the body´s controlled firing activity. Short-term effects may include loss of consciousness, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, and seizures lasting for a couple minutes. These high-voltage pulsed sources, which would require an estimated frequency of 15 Hz, exist today.
    Another form of non-lethal torture described in the report is microwave heating. By raising the temperature of the body to 41°C (105.8°F), humans can experience sensations such as memory loss and disorientation, and exhibit reduced aggression. According to the report, humans can survive temperatures up to 42°C (107.6°F), at which time prolonged exposure can result in permanent brain damage or death.
    The microwave heating technique was tested on a Rhesus monkey, where a 225 MHz beam caused an increase in the animal´s body temperature. Depending on the dosage level, the temperature increase occurred within a time of 15 to 30 minutes. After the beam was removed, the animal´s body temperature decreased back to normal. The report suggests the technique could be useful for controlling crowds or in negotiations.
    While the investigations reveal intriguing techniques for non-lethal torture, the report does not mention plans for carrying out specific experiments or studies in the future. “

    1) the pilots are being told it is to fight global warming but data shows it causes it
    2) the US military is conducting world-wide spraying from its many military bases but what doesn’t make sense is their spraying their own country. What military equally disables its own country?
    3) spraying now for 20 years has caused a massive extinction event, the most rapid of all the past ones. Animal and plant species are disappearing at an alarming rate and they will all be gone within a few decades.
    My only conclusion that makes any logical sense is that this is either a self-destructive satanic program or it is a program directed by extraterrestrials by the US military for terraforming (replacement of native species) and the near extinction of humans.
    But I tend to doubt the first possibility because no amount of threats or coercion by satanic globalists could get the USA military to cut their own throats (which is what chemtrails is doing to us all).
    I really think humans are DNA-modified primates. We are an alien experiment. They are our masters. They easily abduct us, experiment on us, and track us without our knowledge most of the time. Those big bug heads of theirs have very powerful minds that can paralyze us with just a look. It would be childs play to them to mentally control the leaders of the US military and intelligence agencies. And the leaders may not even consciously know they have ever interacted with aliens. And since the military leader is the president then either he is directly mind controlled or he is just manipulated by the intelligence agencies and military leaders. He did easily fall for that BS lie that Assad had chemically attacked his own people, which means he is fairly weak-minded and easily influenced.
    Without a violent overthrow of the government and an outright war against the aliens then we will definitely lose our precious planet and the few remaining humans will be alien slaves. Whistleblowers that lose their lives for spilling the beans are the ones I listen to. Most of the others just make a bunch of shit up and confuse us all which the government loves and so lets them live. It was Phil Schneider that said the New World Order is just a front for the alien takeover. He was assassinated for speaking out which is one main reason I believe him.

    Since I started to get red sores from chemtrail exposure similar to what Morgellons sufferers have I started to read up on the subject. It is reported that the fibers that grow out of sores are unidentifiable and that they resist temperatures up to 1400*F. Unidentifiable is a calm way of saying extraterrestrial, not of this Earth. So if chemtrails is just the USAF combatting global warming (which stopped in 2016 due to the grand solar minimum) then how/why the extraterrestrial fibers?     Dr. Robert Bell, ehemaliger Vizepräsident der internationalen Krebsforschung am British Cancer Hospital kann offensichtlich eins und eins zusammenzählen und spricht Klartext: „The chief, if not the sole, cause of the monstrous increase in cancer has been vaccination.“ (dt. Der Hauptgrund, wenn nicht die einzige Ursache für die monströse Zunahme von Krebs ist die Impfung.)
    Das dürfte auch der Grund sein, dass Impfstoffe nicht auf Karzinogene getestet werden und die Patienten nie mit den Packungsbeilagen konfrontiert werden. Bei solchen Tests würden sie nämlich durchfallen und entsprechend keine Zulassung erhalten.
    Impfstoffe enthalten aber nicht nur Krebserreger, sondern auch andere gefährliche Substanzen, wie Quecksilber oder Aluminium, die in unserem Körper nichts zu suchen haben; besonders nicht bei Säuglingen: In England kollabierte beispielsweise die 14-jährige Natalie Morton rund 75 Minuten nach einer Impfung gegen Gebärmutterhalskrebs im Schulhauskorridor und verstarb auf der Stelle.

    Während sich die Anzeichen für die Gefährlichkeit dieser Injektionen allerorten mehren, versucht die Pharmalobby mit allen Mitteln der Propaganda dagegenzuhalten; die Obama-Administration lockerte in den USA sogar die strikten Grenzwerte für den Quecksilbergehalt in Impfstoffen. Der Verdacht drängt sich auf: Hier hat jemand etwas anderes im Sinn, als das, was die Ärzte im Hippokratischen Eid schwören müssen!
    Selbst die amerikanische Forscherin Dr. Diane Harper, die massgeblich an der Erforschung und klinischen Erprobung der HPV-Impfstoffe Cervarix und Gardasil beteiligt war, hat öffentlich gewarnt, die beiden Impfstoffe seien möglicherweise nicht sicher. In einem Interview mit der englischen Zeitung Sunday Express erklärte sie ganz offen, entgegen der Versicherung seiner Befürworter verhindere der Impfstoff keineswegs den Gebärmutterhalskrebs: „Der Impfstoff wird die Häufigkeit des Gebärmutterhalskrebses nicht senken.“ Diese sensationelle Nachricht wird von der Presse – nach einer Propaganda-Gegenoffensive zugunsten der Impfung – genauso gewissenlos unter den Teppich gekehrt, wie die Berichte über den Tod der jungen Natalie Morton.
    Leider wurde das spannende Interview wenig später zensiert: Express.co.uk (Selbst der Guardian berichtete über den Skandal.)
    Leider ist Natalie Morton nur eine von unzähligen Opfern. Lisa-Maria Reimer überlebte die Impfung zum Glück, doch sie ist bis heute geschädigt:
    Fazit: Solange Impfungen freiwillig sind, könnte es uns ja egal sein. Nicht dass ich kein Mitgefühl für Opfer habe, aber in der Zwischenzeit sind die Informationen da und ein Mindestmass an Eigenverantortung sollte man meiner Meinung nach voraussetzen können; besonders wenn es um die Gesundheit der eigenen Kinder geht.
