    Morris reported that this particular weapon creates “BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES“ that cannot be offset by protective gear.
    These devices appear to work at the Very Low Frequency (VLF) spectrum, the same frequency range as generated by the sinister U.S. Gwen (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system of transmitters.
    The 7\93 issue of DEFENSE OFFENSE ELECTRONICS discussed the FBI’s use of Soviet KGB psychotronic devices against the Branch Dividians at Waco, Texas. There is strong evidence that such weapons were used.     He then discussed the Soviet use of extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic weapons against humans in the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
    Col. Alexander’s knowledge of psychotronic weapons was demonstrated in a 1990 book he co-authored with Janet Morris, and Major Richard Groller, titled THE WARRIORS EDGE.
    That book described the mind-zapping effects, inside the United States, that have been created by the Soviet Tesla Magnifying ELF Woodpecker transmitters. Alexander demonstrated his close personal ties to the White House by describing his long association with Al Gore, Jr., who is now Vice President of the United States.

    Electronic warfare is defined as any military action involving the use of electromagnetic and directed energy to control the electromagnetic spectrum to attack the enemy.     For those unfamiliar with the term “TI or Targeted Individuals”, it is important to note there are different methodologies that the functionaries or agents apply to targeted individuals carried out by various government programs or agency initiatives. This article discusses individuals targeted by; remote neural monitoring, mind control, brain mapping, gang stalking, implants, voice to skull technology (V2K) which beams frequencies into the head, and nervous system manipulation 24 hours a day.     This classified technology has been created by governments and military and used on its own citizens.     Targeting can be done by radio-frequency weapons, high powered microwave technology and acoustic technology.     The use of hidden directives such as ‘DOD Directive 5240.1-r – Procedure 13 Human Experimentation for Intelligence Purposes’ allows for the testing and evaluation of any technology on any U.S. Person and those foreigners living on U.S. soil.     This technology which is networking inside us, is the Program which allows the powers that be to have full scale access to our brains and our bodies to manipulate as they wish.     The Artificial Intelligence Program can and will induce anything it wishes. It can be a disease, emotional distress, brain targeting, genital targeting. Our moods and emotions are being manipulated and controlled through Artificial Intelligence and work in concert with these frequencies.
    Ask yourself when you feel lower vibratory emotions of; disgust, fear, anger, violence, sexual thoughts, jealousy, etc., are these my own emotions, or implanted emotions through these frequencies and the AI technology?

    Extremely low frequencies and microwaves can cause agitation in humans and these frequencies have been known to cause serious illness and eventual death.     Imagine soldiers sitting in a location thousands of miles away from their target and only using their minds to control a weaponized drone. This is the type of technology that The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) wants to create through its Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program.
    How Does Mind Control Work?
    The basic component of mind control is establishing a link between the brain and an external device. One way researchers accomplish this is by translating brain waves into commands by using electroencephalography (EEG) sensors. EEG is capable of recording the brain’s electrical activity.
    Scientists have been working on mind control for decades. In 1969, Eberhard Fetz published a paper about his research on a monkey that had one neuron connected to a dial. When the monkey moved the dial with its brain, it received a reward. It learned how to move the dial faster to get more rewards in two minutes.
    For now, most of the mind control technology involves EEG sensors like caps worn by people who are playing certain video games or implantable brain devices, but things continue to evolve. The goal is to create more sensitive sensors that are not invasive or harmful.
    What Is the Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology Program?
    In 2018, DARPA announced a call for applications in its Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program that focuses on developing „bi-directional brain-machine interfaces“ for military service members. A bi-directional machine interface is a connection between a human being and a machine that allows the person to control the device.
    The main benefits of the program are that it doesn’t require surgical implantation of devices in a person’s brain or body. This makes the technology safer and more accessible. However, DARPA wants the tech to be as effective as electrodes implanted in someone’s brain.
    In May 2019, DARPA awarded funding to six organizations for the program: Teledyne Scientific, Battelle Memorial Institute, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), Rice University and Carnegie Mellon University. These organizations are working on creating brain-machine interfaces that DARPA will be able to use.
    Proposed Plans for Mind-Controlled Weapons
    Since the technology is in the development stages, the exact research process and any proposed plans for mind-controlled weapons may change. However, DARPA wants these weapons to be ready in four years. Some possible solutions include helmets or headsets that soldiers could wear to control drones or other military equipment. They wouldn’t need any keyboards or control panels to work.
    The six organizations are looking at electric and magnetic fields to create mind-controlled weapons. They are also examining ultrasounds, light and other methods to accomplish this. Although each team has a different approach, Carnegie Mellon University plans to use ultrasound waves to communicate with the brain. The goal is to create technology that works in 16 locations in the human brain and communicates with brain cells at a speed of 50 milliseconds.
    The technology could extend beyond controlling thousands of drones in the sky or tanks on the ground. DARPA may be able to use the tech to send images from one brain to another. Other potential uses could include soldiers being able to sense hackers or security breaches in systems.
    Program Phases
    The Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology program has several phases. The first one focuses on the organizations developing the ability to read and write to the tissue in the brain through the skull. The second phase will give the teams 18 months to create devices that they can test on animals. During the final step, the teams will test their devices on people.
    Four of the organizations are working on devices that are noninvasive, and two teams are creating devices that are slightly invasive but don’t require surgery. For example, a soldier may have to swallow a pill or get an injection to interact with a mind-control device. Battelle wants to make magnetoelectric nanoparticles that could be injected in the brain.
    DARPA’s History of Research into Mind Control
    To understand DARPA’s interest in mind-controlled weapons, it’s important to look at the past. One of the areas that the agency has focused on in the past was mind-controlled prosthetic arms. The DEKA Research and Development Corporation created the LUKE Arm system for DARPA.
    The LUKE Arm system, named after Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, stands for Life Under Kinetic Evolution. It’s a battery-powered arm with joints that move easier and better than other prosthetics. A person can control the arm through different systems, such as surface EMG electrodes. This means that you could put electrodes on the surface of the skin to control the movement of the arm. It’s a noninvasive technique that doesn’t require surgery.
    Potential Risks
    While there is a lot of excitement about the potential uses of mind control technology in the military and beyond, there are potential risks that shouldn’t be ignored. First, there are ethical and privacy concerns about the technology. What if it falls into the wrong hands and is used in terrible ways?

In 1853, famous chemist Alexander Butlerov was the first in the world to originate a scientific hypothesis to explain the phenomenon of hypnosis. Butlerov assumed that human brain and nervous system are emitting sources and that movements of nervous currents in the organism are identical to the interaction of the electric current in conductors. The scientist said that the electroinduction effect explained how signals going from the brain of one person to other man’s brain emerged.
    Physiologist Ivan Sechenov also supported Butlerov’s hypothesis. He added that emotions and close relations between people, especially between twins, intensified the effect of mental force interaction.
    Academician Vladimir Bekhterev set up the world’s first Institute of Brain and Mental Activity. In the late 19th- early 20th centuries Bekhterev conducted experiments on electromagnetic justification of hypnosis applied to animals and humans. In his works Bekhterev wrote that he discovered a mental mechanism of super-sensitive contact that emerges on special terms between a human and an animal and allows to mentally operate the animal’s behavior with the help of movements and emotions.
    In 1924, chairman of the academician council of the Animal Psychology Laboratory, brilliant animal trainer Vladimir Durov wrote a book on animal training and told about his experiments on hypnosis applied to animals
    In 1932, the Bekhterev Institute of Brain named after the scientist was officially charged to conduct experiments on distant interaction.
    In 1965-1968, the Institute of Automatics and Electroenergetics based in Novosibirsk studied mental communication between humans and animals. The materials of the study were classified and were never published officially.

    years later, people are going to figure out that all of our minds have been plagued with this branch of thought that
    shouldn’t even be there…and it messes everybody up…and there are a lot of really toxic and sick disgusting people out there… they’re usually outsourced by some companies so they’relike contractors that huge companies like YouTube or Facebook are going to hire these people thousands of these
    people relate to go through all of the content and a lot of these people end up with post-traumatic stress disorder issues with their own mentality and then they they actually go back and sue these tech companies for even more money and
    so anyways you can see that that was the original intent of content moderation just to keep the really bad stuff off of
    the platform.“

    Facebook or Twitter can actually be scams in order to get them to buy certain products or services and so that’s kind of how we got into this whole mess but the problem now is that we have these large tech companies which by this point they essentially run the whole world right like YouTube is
    dominating almost the entire world, you got Twitter also dominating huge parts of mental thoughts communication everybody’s kind of thinking about these things that’s how we communicate these days and yet these platforms they are
    privately owned enterprises right it’s not free speech really okay.“

    log into Facebook you’re reminded that you’re the type of person who likes rock music and you see all of these related

    find you don’t even really like music you know most of us we have a rock phase in our teenage years and then as we get older we just kind of stop listening to a lot of music
    and so part of my fear is that platforms like Facebook will just delay your ability to transform yourself over time
    because they constantly come in to remind you who you said you were and take reconfirm your identity every time
    whereas I prefer identity to be something a little bit more fluid something I can easily change at a whim compared to something that is being locked down…“

    my real name here (Patrick Shyu) and so you see this is how cancel culture works maybe you raise an idea you want to have a discussion out there and then the mob comes after you identifies you personally comes after you with personal attacks and really goes after your entire livelihood as well and this is where things get dangerous because the response here is i don’t usually hate people but my need to see someone inflict some kind of pain onto this man is unnaturally high and so you see this is actually starting to incite violence and if this person had more influence perhaps her followers would say okay let me help this person out let me come after this guy and inflict some type of pain onto this person and so if we go through some of these other tweets there are some overall ideas around here one is there’s zero space for descent in the blm movement, they resort to intimidation and bullying if you disagree and dislike this and i think that overall captured this whole entire twitter debate if you can even call it a debate because most of it was name calling and social shaming and what’s also disturbing and i’m not sure if this is part of their strategy is that very few of these tweets even mentioned me people didn’t want me to know that they were talking about me and what people will do is they’ll even block you so you can’t see what they’re posting and then they’ll talk behind your back which seems to be a really disgusting thing to do if you’re just going to talk about someone and you don’t even want to see what you’re posting about them you just want to trash talk other people that does not sound like a healthy conversation to me…a lot of people are being discriminated against…because of cancel culture it seems that people don’t even want to debate if you try to have a debate it’s not even going to be a safe time to do it..“ I don´t think anyone in silicon valley will hire him anymore.“
