Man möchte so weit kommen, dass man bei den Mensch Krankheit, Behinderung oder Leid hervorrufen und potentielle Gegner „neutralisieren“ und deren Tod herbeiführen kann – was natürlich zunächst vor allem dem Gegner unterstellt, aber eben auch zum Anlass genommen wird, entsprechende Kenntnisse weiterzuentwickeln.

    Die Waffen dazu kommen aus ganz unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Nicht nur psychologische Forschung, sondern auch die Neurowissenschaften werden immer stärker mit einbezogen.

    Nanotechnologie, Biotechnologie, Informationstechnologie und Kognitionswissenschaften, kurz NBIC, sind die Wissenschaften, die im Gedankenkrieg die Waffen bereitstellen und gemeinsam einen „sehr gefährlichen Cocktail“ ergeben, „der das Gehirn noch mehr manipulieren kann“.

    Damit ergibt sich nicht nur ein neues Schlachtfeld, sondern die Militarisierung hält auch in der Gehirnforschung Einzug. Das ist bedenklich, denn so werden auch Wissenschaften, die mit dem Militär eigentlich gar nichts zu tun haben, in die kognitive Kriegsführung der Nato einbezogen.

    All das findet du Cluzel jedoch nicht bedenklich, sondern er empfiehlt ausdrücklich den Gedankenkrieg als „eines der heißesten Themen für die Nato im Moment“.“

    I’ve been searching for the answer of who, what where why how and here are the groups with dealings in this technology.

    Who: CIA, NSA, DARPA, DIA, USAF, IARPA, DOD (army, navy, marine, air force), DOE (research institutes, examples Walter Reed Army Medical Research institutes and Universities like Stanford research institutes). Private investigators like Booz Allen Hamilton, Stratford or Defense contractors like Lockheed Martin and Boeing all have responsibility on the use of psychotronics direct energy.

    What: Stalk harass and use Electromagnetic frequencies for neural manipulation, torture, and sabotage.

    When: Many of the patents available show the public domain had information on these technologies back in the 1950’s.

    Where: The harassment/torture though global does stem from certain locations such as research institutes, national labs, private research facilities, military bases, hospitals, university labs, fusion centers.

    Why: The amount of information received and control established over unknowing individuals covers up corruption. Additionally the blackmail and costly solutions lead to more tax revenue as well.
