„Next Up for US Military Scientists? Mind-Controlled Weapons

Imagine soldiers sitting in a location thousands of miles away from their target and only using their minds to control a weaponized drone. This is the type of technology that The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) wants to create through its Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program.
How Does Mind Control Work?
The basic component of mind control is establishing a link between the brain and an external device. One way researchers accomplish this is by translating brain waves into commands by using electroencephalography (EEG) sensors. EEG is capable of recording the brain’s electrical activity.
Scientists have been working on mind control for decades. In 1969, Eberhard Fetz published a paper about his research on a monkey that had one neuron connected to a dial. When the monkey moved the dial with its brain, it received a reward. It learned how to move the dial faster to get more rewards in two minutes.
For now, most of the mind control technology involves EEG sensors like caps worn by people who are playing certain video games or implantable brain devices, but things continue to evolve. The goal is to create more sensitive sensors that are not invasive or harmful.
What Is the Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology Program?
In 2018, DARPA announced a call for applications in its Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program that focuses on developing „bi-directional brain-machine interfaces“ for military service members. A bi-directional machine interface is a connection between a human being and a machine that allows the person to control the device.
The main benefits of the program are that it doesn’t require surgical implantation of devices in a person’s brain or body. This makes the technology safer and more accessible. However, DARPA wants the tech to be as effective as electrodes implanted in someone’s brain.
In May 2019, DARPA awarded funding to six organizations for the program: Teledyne Scientific, Battelle Memorial Institute, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), Rice University and Carnegie Mellon University. These organizations are working on creating brain-machine interfaces that DARPA will be able to use.
Proposed Plans for Mind-Controlled Weapons
Since the technology is in the development stages, the exact research process and any proposed plans for mind-controlled weapons may change. However, DARPA wants these weapons to be ready in four years. Some possible solutions include helmets or headsets that soldiers could wear to control drones or other military equipment. They wouldn’t need any keyboards or control panels to work.
The six organizations are looking at electric and magnetic fields to create mind-controlled weapons. They are also examining ultrasounds, light and other methods to accomplish this. Although each team has a different approach, Carnegie Mellon University plans to use ultrasound waves to communicate with the brain. The goal is to create technology that works in 16 locations in the human brain and communicates with brain cells at a speed of 50 milliseconds.
The technology could extend beyond controlling thousands of drones in the sky or tanks on the ground. DARPA may be able to use the tech to send images from one brain to another. Other potential uses could include soldiers being able to sense hackers or security breaches in systems.
Program Phases
The Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology program has several phases. The first one focuses on the organizations developing the ability to read and write to the tissue in the brain through the skull. The second phase will give the teams 18 months to create devices that they can test on animals. During the final step, the teams will test their devices on people.
Four of the organizations are working on devices that are noninvasive, and two teams are creating devices that are slightly invasive but don’t require surgery. For example, a soldier may have to swallow a pill or get an injection to interact with a mind-control device. Battelle wants to make magnetoelectric nanoparticles that could be injected in the brain.
DARPA’s History of Research into Mind Control
To understand DARPA’s interest in mind-controlled weapons, it’s important to look at the past. One of the areas that the agency has focused on in the past was mind-controlled prosthetic arms. The DEKA Research and Development Corporation created the LUKE Arm system for DARPA.
The LUKE Arm system, named after Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, stands for Life Under Kinetic Evolution. It’s a battery-powered arm with joints that move easier and better than other prosthetics. A person can control the arm through different systems, such as surface EMG electrodes. This means that you could put electrodes on the surface of the skin to control the movement of the arm. It’s a noninvasive technique that doesn’t require surgery.
Potential Risks
While there is a lot of excitement about the potential uses of mind control technology in the military and beyond, there are potential risks that shouldn’t be ignored. First, there are ethical and privacy concerns about the technology. What if it falls into the wrong hands and is used in terrible ways?

Most research on the link between electromagnetic fields and cancer has been inconclusive. However, most people today are not wearing a device, such as a helmet, that transmits electromagnetic waves for long periods of time. Soldiers who are controlling weapons with their minds may have to spend hours being exposed to the device. This presents questions about the risk of brain cancer and other types of cancers.

All information about such weapons arrived from military men transferred to the reserve and from researchers that were not officially recognized by the Russian Academy of Sciences. They usually told about some generators that could make people muddleheaded even when they were distanced at hundreds of kilometers.
Such devices were said to be able to control people’s behavior, seriously impair psyche and even drive people to death. As soon as information of the kind was published some people immediately claimed themselves as victims of impact of such psychotronic weapons. They stormed editorial offices of newspapers and magazines that reported about the psychotronic weapons and complained that some strange voices dictated orders to them. Journalists in their turn recommended such people visiting psychiatrists.
By the year of 2000 the amount of publications about psychotronic weapons reduced to nothing and the impact of psychotronic weapons was no longer mentioned. These days, the issue of psychotronic weapons seems to be reviving.
Boris Ratnikov says that Russia has been working on the psychotronic impact upon humans since the 1920s. Until the mid-1980s secret centers for investigation of psychic impact upon humans were working in large cities of the country under the KGB’s patronage. The Academy of National Self-Defense Forces in Japan studies the use of parapsychological phenomena that may be employed by the intelligence. The Institute of Religious Psychology is also working on the problem there.
In North Korea, the Service for Security and Control of Foreign Policy conducts experiments with special oscillators that can modify functions of human organs.
In Pakistan, special services can use a special device that can cause dysfunctions of human organs and physiological systems and even cause people’s death.
The Spanish intelligence finances studies of the effect of physical factors on human organs and human brain with the view of making devices to cause dysfunctions of organs and mental transformations.
Main goal of all these studies is to find new methods and forms of impact upon human psyche, to manipulate large groups of people and to enlarge the resources of human consciousness, Boris Ratnikov says. Many countries posses information about secret use of a distance impact upon individuals and large groups of people. And these are not at all mere experiments but also practical application of technologies for various political and military purposes. Such technologies grow more perfect thanks to scientific and technological innovations.
Boris Ratnikov says that he once saw a KGB’s classified document about potential threats and a psychotronic generator. The document said that the mechanism of a psychotronic generator is based upon the resonance of response functions of human organs, the heart, liver, kidneys and brain. Every human organ has its individual frequency response. When this frequency is used to affect the organ with E-field radiation this may cause acute cardiac decompensation, renal failure or inadequate behavior. Such attacks are usually targeted at unhealthy organs and may in some cases be lethal. It is said that the KGB spent millions of rubles during the Soviet era to conduct studies on a distanced medical and biological action of special radiation on troops and population.

How did people first estimate that human brain can be affected from outside? In 1853, famous chemist Alexander Butlerov was the first in the world to originate a scientific hypothesis to explain the phenomenon of hypnosis. Butlerov assumed that human brain and nervous system are emitting sources and that movements of nervous currents in the organism are identical to the interaction of the electric current in conductors. The scientist said that the electroinduction effect explained how signals going from the brain of one person to other man’s brain emerged.
Physiologist Ivan Sechenov also supported Butlerov’s hypothesis. He added that emotions and close relations between people, especially between twins, intensified the effect of mental force interaction.
Academician Vladimir Bekhterev set up the world’s first Institute of Brain and Mental Activity. In the late 19th- early 20th centuries Bekhterev conducted experiments on electromagnetic justification of hypnosis applied to animals and humans. In his works Bekhterev wrote that he discovered a mental mechanism of super-sensitive contact that emerges on special terms between a human and an animal and allows to mentally operate the animal’s behavior with the help of movements and emotions.
In 1924, chairman of the academician council of the Animal Psychology Laboratory, brilliant animal trainer Vladimir Durov wrote a book on animal training and told about his experiments on hypnosis applied to animals
In 1932, the Bekhterev Institute of Brain named after the scientist was officially charged to conduct experiments on distant interaction.
In 1965-1968, the Institute of Automatics and Electroenergetics based in Novosibirsk studied mental communication between humans and animals. The materials of the study were classified and were never published officially.

Wellenanteile zu berücksichtigen. Diese Vereinbarung, mangels Messmöglichkeit Rauschsignale in den Feldgleichungen einfach zu vernachlässigen, hat dazu geführt, dass die Hochfrequenztechniker glauben, das Rauschen sei ein bedeutungsloses Randphänomen und enthalte keinerlei relevante Informationen. Das aber ist ein fataler Trugschluss!

Die Erweiterung der Feldgleichungen:
Der heute massgebliche Vertreter der Skalarwellen-Theorie Konstantin Meyl hat bereits 1990 über die Wirbelberechnung die Grundlage für die theoretische Integration und Berechnung vieler bis dahin nur postulierter physikalischer Phänomene geschaffen. Er erweiterte die Feldgleichungen von Maxwell und leitete daraus eine Formel her, die die oben beschrieben Resonanzphänomene als Basis aller natürlichen und technischen Prozesse erklärt und berechnen lässt. Diese Formel enthält einen Term, der das Rauschen als Skalarwellenphänomen beschreibt, und aus pragmatischen Gründen (mangels Messmöglichkeiten) bisher zu Null gesetzt wird. NASA Chooses Nokia to Build First Mobile Network on the Moon EMBED SHARE
Nokia says it has been chosen by the American space agency NASA to build the first mobile phone network on the moon.
The Finnish technology company recently announced that its Nokia Bell Labs division will build the lunar communications system. It said NASA will put the equipment on a lunar lander. The spacecraft is expected to reach the moon’s surface in late 2022.
Nokia’s announcement comes as the space agency continues preparations for sending astronauts to the moon by 2024. NASA’s Artemis program aims to establish a long-term human presence on the moon as a “warm-up” for future missions to the planet Mars.
Earlier this month, NASA announced it had awarded $370 million to 14 companies to provide technology for the moon-landing program. The money will support studies of cryogenic fluid management and technologies related to energy storage and power production on the moon’s surface.
The space agency also signed a deal for the development and testing of improved lunar landing systems. And it is seeking private companies to mine rocks and other resources on the moon.
The Nokia agreement was included in NASA’s latest awards to private companies. The space agency said it is paying the company $14.1 million to build the mobile network.
Nokia said its network will provide critical communications for work astronauts will need to perform on the moon. This will include remote control of lunar vehicles and other equipment, real-time navigation activities and high-quality video streaming.
The equipment includes a base station, antennas and computer software programs. All the equipment will be designed to survive difficult launches, lunar landings and extreme conditions in space.
Nokia said the equipment is designed to configure, or set up, the 4G/LTE communications network on its own. Marcus Weldon is Nokia’s chief technology officer. Weldon said he sees the 4G/LTE system as a necessity to support “a sustainable human presence on the lunar surface.”
The company decided to use 4G instead of 5G, the latest mobile technology, because 4G has been available longer and proven its reliability.
Nokia said its long-term goal is to move the moon network to 5G technology in the future.

The mere size, power, and mostly unregulated conduct of the digital monopolies—Facebook, Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft—as well as the unprecedented scale and speed with which personal data is collected and turned into predictive algorithms, creates an omniscient, opaque machinery that threatens to erode the very foundation of American democracy.
The risks associated with this machinery are indeed numerous. Apocalyptic prophets highlight the ability of digital monopolies to control much of our attention, dictate which content we are—or are not—exposed to, and influence our choices and behaviors through tools like targeted advertising. More often than not, the user is faced with a binary choice: either agree to the terms of the digital platforms or not use the services at all. Their data has become the new gold, and their attention the main commodity traded in the digital economy.
The digital economy has turned into a winner-takes-all arena, with a small number of companies controlling large parts of the market. The resulting lack of competition can potentially hinder innovation and entrepreneurial growth and exacerbate inequalities in labor markets. Companies like Amazon, for example, can strong-arm taxation systems and recruit our best and brightest talent to work on tasks that are crucial to its business. But that does not help to solve more pressing societal problems.
If we want to ensure inclusive growth and shared prosperity—rather than a concentration of wealth among a few big players and their allies—we need to act now. Below, we suggest a set of players that we believe should carry the torch in providing solutions to the threats posed by digital monopolies (in order of importance):
The government
Governments have the ability to regulate, fine, break, and change the course of monopolies. They can do so by employing the broad array of tools used to combat monopolies in other domains.

Users

To protect yourself (and others) from potential harm and to influence the behavior of the digital monopolies, we recommend you:
Regularly request reports on the personal data held on you
Update your privacy settings and restrict data access and usage
Make your voice heard by politically demonstrating or voting
Monitor your behavior (i.e. tracking the time you spend on social media)
Create barriers for yourself and others (i.e. implementing parental control features)
Be critical (i.e. compare news about monopolies from different sources)
As a rule of thumb, users should realize that if they are not paying for a product, they are the product that is being sold to someone else.
Other corporate giants
Corporate giants can support the government and other players by financially backing anti-trust campaigns or spearheading transparency movements. In fact, standing up to digital monopolies is in corporations’ best self-interest, because the monopolization of data on the behavior of billions of consumers gives the digital monopolies an unprecedented advantage in various industries.
If Alphabet decided to enter the real estate brokerage market tomorrow, the sheer amount of data it holds on individuals from all over the world would make it a leading competitor overnight.
The digital monopolies themselves
While many of the digital monopolies have started out under the ethos of audacious social missions—such as “connect the world” (Facebook) and “organize the world’s information” (Google)—their current practices make their missions sound more like “exploit human vulnerabilities” or “claim the maximum amount of user attention.” This is likely to make them go down in history as the online versions of Big Tobacco, Pharma, or Oil.
Digital monopolies can, however, follow a business model that is both profitable and aligned with their original ethoses by giving users control over their data, while maintaining the intellectual property rights of the algorithms used to analyze and commercialize them.
At this point, the tech giants are too big to fail—we have to live with them. The breakdown of any of the monopolies could have severe consequences. The recent security breach in the credit bureau Equifax, for example, was minuscule in comparison to the potential data exposure that could unfold if some of the largest services like Gmail or Amazon Web Services were hacked.
Whereas it took more than six decades to regulate the tobacco industry, the threats posed by the digital monopolies call for a much faster and coordinated response. Let’s act together, and let’s act now.

what outrageous you know this is like some of the crazy things that have been happening in this country with the black lives matter proteins right and the antifa bridges you know in portland and minneapolis absolutely crazy things
people pushing and also you see the police doing this now with these other protests pushing people to the ground yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah right getting on the plane frustrating to see this it’s so … that sometimes you just think uh you’re in a different kind of dimension different kind of world that you are so strange.. to because it’s just no they’ve given themselves kind of cart blanche to do anything at this point kind of push evil to you know beyond its boundaries really to be on any human kind of
.. because i’m in the music business i also um had many contacts to other um uh you know kind of uh famous artist more famous artist ..and um there was i had this kind of moments when uh i also had um talks with the with some freemasons and..some other cults that i don’t want to mention here but what i want to mention here is that um
when i talked with him and talk more deeply about stuff with them that these kind of beliefs that they have and generally i think this kind of um it’s the kind of problem that they you know they want they want to create some thing that they believe in that kind of self-fulfilling prophecy in a way
that theythey believe in some things should happen and then they create this to make it happen in a way and this is so
disturbing in a way – oh it’s all dark agenda dark visions
yeah somebody’s you know bad dream made reality….intention there are bad people out there and some very high echelons of power and the real bad thing is that they don’t see themselves as bad they see this and some see themselves as illuminated beings..“

so you you cannot do harm to other beings if you do harm
to other beings you do harm yourself and this is
not an intellectual thing that we have to understand we have to feel it more you have to feel that this
is the most severe problem that we have in this world or in this reality and that we’re in.“

i hear this kind of frequency that kind of tinnitus frequency
i kind of hear that it wants to or it it’s like there is a kind of attempt to give me v2k but it’s not working it’s something like that it sounds like to me that this is the reason i also said before that i have always the impression
that it’s a kind of intelligence behind because the frequency is not this has no loop pattern or repeating pattern
and it has like an randomly spike randomly yeah definitely so but still i think there’s an intelligence behind because in especially in special situations for example when i try to meditate or when i try to you know to just be quiet to be silent and something like that and they it it becomes
more aggressive or for example when i wrote you an email it’s
started to get such crazy…“
