Auch in einer Pandemie darf man keine Menschen direkt verletzten. Das darf niemand, auch der Staat nicht. Der Schutz jedes einzelnen ist im Grundgesetz Art. 2
Festgeschrieben. Gesunde Menschen dürfen nicht verletzt werden, da von gesunden Menschen nachweislich keine Gefahr ausgeht.
Auch eine Nötigung ist Strafbar.
Tut der Staat dies auf Anordnung, würde es Körperverletzung nach § 223 Strafgesetzbuch begehen. Auch der Versuch wäre Strafbar.
Desweiteren käme der Straftatbestand der Folter, also z.B. mit Erpressung einer Person mit Gewaltanwendung als Internationales geächtetes und verfolgbares Vorgehen gegen Gefangene in Frage.
Also, wenn der Staat, bzw. die aktuelle oder zukünftige Regierung die Diskussion zu einer Impfpflicht aufnehmen sollte, müsste er/sie sich genau überlegen, ob das zu einem Eigentor für Deutschland wieder werden könnte und jahrzehntelang Schadenersatz an alle geschädigten Zahlen müsste.
