Eine Klarstellung dessen was hier ist, mit Völkerrecht hat das nichts zu tun, mit Staatsrecht auch nicht :

Am 3. Oktober 1990 wurde die Bundesrepublik Deutschland von Außenminister Hans-Dietrich Gentscher bei der UNO abgemeldet und es wurde statt dessen der NAME Deutschland -„Germany“ bzw. „BUND“ eingetragen und mit dem Zusatz: „Non-governmental organization“ versehen.
Laut Auskunft der United Nations UN ist der „BUND“, ein Firmenkonsortium, das nach Angaben von D&B auch den Namen Bundesrepublik Deutschland bzw. Germany führt und als s.g. NGO registriert ist.
Bei dem o.g. Eintrag (BUND) dürfte es sich nicht wie oberflächlich betrachtet um die juristische Person „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland“ (Deutsches Telefonbuch) handeln, da es den Eintrag mit dem originären Namen „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland e.V.“ mit seiner Bundesgeschäftsstelle in Berlin im Branchenverzeichnis der United Nations ebenso gibt und Kurzformen keinen Registereintrag als weitere NGO erhalten können. Ein solcher Eintrag wäre rechtsfehlerhaft. Vielmehr muß der Hinweis auf den „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland“ in deutschen Telefonbüchern unter obiger Adresse als Täuschung angesehen werden um den BUND als das was er ist, vor der Öffentlichkeit zu verdecken. Unter http://www.bund.de finden wir das Bundesverwaltungsamt in Köln, während wir unter http://www.bund.net den „Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland“ Berlin finden.

Eine Nichtregierungsorganisation (NRO bzw. aus dem Englischen NGO) oder auch nichtstaatliche Organisation ist ein zivilrechtlich zustande gekommener Interessenverband. Der englische Begriff non-governmental organization wurde einst von den Vereinten Nationen (UNO) eingeführt, um Vertreter der Zivilgesellschaft, die sich an den politischen Prozessen der UNO beteiligen, von den staatlichen Vertretern abzugrenzen; non-governmental bedeutet dabei „nichtstaatlich“ im Sinne von „staatsunabhängig“, „regierungsunabhängig“. Heute wird der Begriff von und für Vereinigungen benutzt, die sich insbesondere sozial- und umweltpolitisch engagieren, und zwar unabhängig von einer Beziehung zur UNO.

Die Bundesebene (auch Bund genannt) ist die oberste Ebene in der Hierarchie des „Staats-Modell“ des Bundesstaates. In der Politik- und Rechtswissenschaft liegt dem Modell die Idee eines föderativ organisierten politischen Systems der staatlichen Ebene zugrunde: Die einzelnen Bundesländer [nicht zu verwechseln mit BundesStaaten] besitzen zwar eine eigene Landesregierung, Verwaltung und Gerichtsbarkeit, ihre Kompetenzen leiten sich jedoch vom Bund ab.

Tochterunternehmen bzw. lokale Niederlassungen sind, neben den direkten Geschäftsbetrieben wie Bundes-tag, Bundes-regierung, Bundes-tag, Bundes-rat, Bundes-kanzleramt, Bundes-rechnungshof, Bundes-polizei, Bundes-verwaltungsgericht, Bundes-Ministerium der Finanzen, Bundes-Ministerium der Justiz, Bundes-finanzhof, Bundes-gerichtshof, Bundes-verfassungsgericht auch alle Länder, Landkreise und Gemeinden. Ihre Statuten sind z.B. Bundes-gesetze, Bundes-haushalt, Bundes-finanzhaushalt. Jede Business Unit ist eine eigenständige private Firma und im größten Firmenregister der Welt, dem UPIK-Register eingetragen. Bundes-grenzschutz gibt es nicht mehr, da der BUND als NGO über keine Grenzen verfügt. Grenzen gibt es nur bei Gebietskörperschaften- also Staaten. NGO’s sind private Einrichtungen und Funktionen.
Die Statuten der NGO werden gerne als Gesetze und Verordnungen bezeichnet und in irreführender Weise verwendet um mit Hilfe dieser „Verwaltungsrichtlinien“ die Bürger der deutschen Bundesstaaten zu täuschen und ihres Eigentums/Besitzes zu berauben. Es handelt sich um ein geschicktes Ausforderungssystem das mit Hilfe von s.g. Vollstreckungsagenturen / Exekutoren wie Staatsanwaltschaft, Gericht, Bundeswehr, Polizei, Bundespolizei und s.g. Vollstreckungsbeamten zwangsweise und gewaltsam vollzogen wird.
Vertragsangebote der NGO werden gerne als Bescheid oder Gebührenforderung tituliert, um den „Kunden“ in gleicher Weise zu täuschen, wie dies mit s.g. Gesetzen und Verordnungen geschieht.
Vollstrecker / Exekutoren der NGO sind private Firmen wie POLIZEI und BUNDESWEHR, deren Firmenbezeichnungen als Wortmarke für bestimmte Waren- und Dienstleistungsgruppen beim Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt eingetragen sind, sowie Gerichtsvollzieher.
Nach Auskunft von Dun & Bradsteet (D&B) vormals Schimmelpfennig in Deutschland (Auskunftei in Darmstadt), dem größten Dienstleister für Wirtschaftsinformation der Welt, sind sämtliche Institutionen des BUNDES, der Länder, Kreise, Städte und Gemeinden eine Firma, private Unternehmen.

D-U-N-S ist die Abkürzung für Data Universal Numbering System, das 1962 von Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) eingeführt wurde. Der heute international als Standard anerkannte Zahlencode dient der eindeutigen Identifizierung von Unternehmen. Eine DUNS-Nummer können nur gewerbliche oder unternehmerisch tätige Personen erhalten.
Mit dem SIC Code unterwerfen sich Firmen dem internationalen Handelsrecht kurz UCC.
Seit Oktober 2003 führt die Firma D&B im Auftrag der US Regierung gemäß dem „Trade with the enema act“ von 1917 als s.g. Freund- Feinderkennung das offizielle Register für Firmen oder Unternehmen und Selbständige weltweit. Es geht nur um Handel mit Firmen und Unternehmen und die DUNS-Nummer ist danach ein sehr belastbares Mittel, um herauszufinden, ob es sich um eine Firma handelt oder eben nicht. Diese Nummern sind der unbedingte Nachweis. Ämter und Staaten können eine solche Nummer nicht bekommen, denn weder die Firma D&B, noch der „Trade with the enemy act“ haben zum Hintergrund staatliche Strukturen. Hat ein Gericht eine solche Nummer, so kann es kein staatliches Gericht sein und das gilt ebenso für andere pseudostaatliche Einrichtungen oder Unternehmen in Hessen und in der Bundesrepublik in Deutschland.
Auf Grund der fehlenden Staatlichkeit verfügen die „Behörden“ der BRD“, Länder, der Landkreise und der Städte und Gemeinden nicht über staatlich-hoheitliche Gebietskörperschaftsrechte, denn staatlich-hoheitliche Gebietskörperschaften werden von einem Staat an Behörden verliehen und nicht von einer NGO. Nur dann dürfen sich Behörden und Institutionen, wie z.B. Finanzämter, Gemeinden, Krankenkassen etc. als „Körperschaften des öffentlichen Rechts“ titulieren. Eine Verwaltung als Organisationsform, wie sie der BUND bzw. die Bundesrepublik in Deutschland und die Länder darstellen, handelt nicht hoheitlich (staatlich), sie verwalten (organisiert) nur, vielleicht „wie“ ein Staat, aber eben nicht „als“ Staat im vereinten Wirtschaftsgebiet (Art. 133 GG).
Im Übrigen liegen unter anderem englischsprachige Unterlagen aber auch deutschsprachige Unterlagen von Prof. Dr. Franz Hörmann vor, wonach alle Regierungen, sowie alle Körperschaften incl. aller Vereine (alle juristischen Personen) durch den OPPT (One People Public Trust) am 25. Dez. 2012 (Bekanntmachung der Erklärung der UCC 1-103 & 1-308 und UCC # 2013032035) rechtmäßig gepfändet und gelöscht wurden. Das hat zur Folge, daß alle juristische Personen gemäß UPIK Register weltweit nach dem Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) nicht mehr handlungs- und Geschäftsfähig sind ( vergl. UCC-Aktenregistrierungen des OPPT. WA DC UCC Ref Doc # 2012113593)
Das bedeutet konkret:
“ BUND, Länder, Kreise, Städte und Gemeinden haben niemals eine staatliche Legitimation besessen;
“ BUND, Länder, Kreise, Städte und Gemeinden handeln aus einem Geschäftsmodell heraus;
“ Damit ist es de jure und de facto ausgeschlossen, daß BUND, Länder, Kreise, Städte und Gemeinden „hoheitlich“ tätig sein können oder sein konnten;
“ BUND, Länder, Kreise, Städte und Gemeinden haben mit dem Bürger keinen Vertrag auf der Grundlage der UCC Registrierungen (Bezug: WA DC UCC Doc #2012114776, 24. Oktober2012);
“ Mitarbeiter und Bedienstete von BUND, Länder, Kreise Städte und Gemeinden in ihrer Rolle als vermeidliche Verwalter vermittelnd, handeln laut UCC in ihrer Arbeit persönlich und haftend mit ihrem gesamten Vermögen (vergl. WA DC UCC Ref. Doc #2012113593);

Bereits seit dem 9 November 1918 wird Deutschland lediglich von einer Geschäftsleitung regiert, die keinerlei Staatlichkeit für sich reklamieren kann. Die sogenannte Weimarer Republik; deren Fortführung durch die Nationalsozialisten; als auch die von den Alliierten installierte Bundesrepublik in Deutschland konnten nie eine Staatlichkeit entwickeln. Diese Geschäftsführungen sind unfähig gewesen Gesetze zu verändern oder gar zu erlassen. Und diese Entwicklung läßt sich auf die Geschehnisse am 9. und 10. November 1918 zurückführen, indem ein Staatssekretär ein Geschäft/ einen Konzern ausrief und der Reichskanzler Max von Baden einen Kanzler inthronisierte. Das funktioniert nur, wenn es sich um den Posten eines Treuhänders/Geschäftsführenden handelt.
Ein Staatssekretär kann keine neue Staatsform ausrufen; ein Kanzler kann keinen Kanzler als seinen Nachfolger ernennen! Ebenso kann in einem Satz zusammengefaßt werden, daß die Bundesrepublik Deutschland und das Land Hessen auch nur auf Konzernebene handeln können, denn:

„Researchers at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have confirmed that Morgellons is a real disease.

Naturalnews.com reports: After thousands of complaints to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in January of 2008, the CDC paid researchers over $300,000 to conduct a 3-year study on Morgellons. The researchers erroneously concluded that “No common underlying medical condition or infectious source was identified, similar to more commonly recognized conditions such as delusional infestation” and hence indirectly concluded that Morgellons was not a disease and was in fact a psychological disorder. The CDC agreed and stated, “This comprehensive study of an unexplained apparent dermopathy demonstrated no infectious cause and no evidence of an environmental link”.
Morgellons has historically been linked to genetically modified organisms (GMOs; a specific bacteria known as Agrobacterium), Lyme Disease, immune weakness and environmental toxicity.
According to researchers at the State University of New York, “Agrobacterium represents a universal gene and protein transfer machine” and hence laboratory (genetically modified) creations now have the ability to alter the DNA of humans. Hence, agrobacterium allows horizontal transfer of DNA and would be a likely culprit in the creation of Morgellons although other environmental factors appear to also be involved.
Following up from the CDC study, in January of 2012, new independent research just published in the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Dermatology Research found that Morgellons is in fact a real disease. Based on extensive physical, microscopic and fluorescence examination of skin, hair, tissues, calluses, etc. of three Morgellons sufferers, the researchers reported several interesting findings:
– Abnormal functioning of the follicular keratinocytes (genetic alterations in DNA caused hair follicles and skin to malfunction).

– Fibers, which under the microscope (100x), had a unique floral arrangement and colors of blue, red, white, green and some brightly fluorescent.
– Some fibers “appeared as root-like growths.”
– For the first time, demonstrated that Morgellons fibers contain keratin (structural protein which makes up the outer layer of the skin) which means the fibers were created within the body.
– Alterations in keratinocyte (skin) expression was most likely due to spirochetal infection from Lyme Disease.
The filaments from the Morgellons patients were confirmed to contain keratin via immunohistological staining with antibodies specific for human keratins. This means that fibers present in the subjects were found to be biological in origin and are produced by keratinocytes (proteins in the outer layer of skin) and grew out of the body.
These findings are consistent with the 2012 CDC publication stating that over 80 percent of non-biopsy material taken from patients had a protein composition.
The researchers concluded that the fibers “are clearly biological in nature and are not implanted textile fibers.” It may be probable to assume that since these fibers under the microscope which contain floral and root-like structures that the origin may be via a cross contamination of DNA from plants and humans by way of GMOs.
This study opens the door for future research which is desperately needed in the environmental and epigenetic causes of Morgellons Disease with Lyme Disease and GMOs being the likely areas of interest.“

Würde es sich um Spinnenweben handeln, wäre die Reaktion wohl anders ausgefallen und es ginge bestimmt nicht um Verletzung der Datenschutzrichtlinien „dritter“, wobei man sehen kann, dass andere dahinter stecken. Histological examination – dermatological specimens
All patients were clinically diagnosed with MD by a healthcare provider based on the presence of skin lesions and/or skin crawling sensations with intradermal filaments that were visible with a hand-held microscope, as described in previous publications [4-9]. The dermatological material that met our diagnostic criterion was mainly in the form of calluses embedded with filaments, many of which were blue or red. MD calluses were easily removed from patients as they were composed of thickened skin that has separated from the dermis at the stratum basale. Histological examination of cross sections revealed epidermal layers from the stratum basale to the stratum corneum. The courage Kevin Shipp has shown by doing his best to expose government criminality and tyranny serves as a stellar example to us all.

Es wird beantragt, dass die etablierten Parteien: CDU/CSU, SPD, FDP und Bündnis 90/Die Grünen von der Bundestagswahl 2017 wegen ihrer staatsfeindlichen und kriminellen Handlungen ausgeschlossen werde, dann können sich auch die Journalisten auf andere Berichterstattung vorbereiten und viele viele gehen wohl in den Knast.“
