    Das COVID-19 gehört zu der β-Gattung der Coronaviren. Die behüllten Viruspartikel erscheinen kugelförmig oder oval, oft polymorph mit einem Durchmesser von 60-140 nm. Seine genetischen Eigenschaften lassen sich deutlich von denen der SARS-CoV und MERS-CoV unterscheiden. Anhand aktueller Forschungsergebnisse weist das COVID-19 mehr als 85% Homologie zu dem Fledermaus-SARS-Coronavirus (bat- SL-CoVZC45) auf. Werden die COVID-19s in vitro isoliert und kultiviert, sind sie in ca. 96 Stunden in humanen respiratorischen Epithelzellen zu finden, während die Isolierung bzw. Kultivierung in Vero-E6- und Huh-7-Zelllinien etwa 6 Tage benötigt.
    Das meiste Verständnis der physikochemischen Eigenschaften des Coronavirus stammt aus Forschungen von SARS-CoV und MERS-CoV. Das Virus ist empfindlich gegenüber UV-Strahlung und Hitze. Maßnahmen wie Erhitzung bei
    56 °C für 30 Minuten oder Einsatz von lipophilen Lösungsmitteln wie z.B. Äther, 75% Ethanol, chlorhaltige
    Desinfektionsmittel, Peroxyessigsäure oder Chloroform können das Virus effektiv inaktivieren. Durch
    Chlorhexidin ist eine Inaktivierung jedoch nicht erreichbar.

    2.1 Infektionsquelle
    Hauptsächlich werden die mit COVID-19 infizierten Patienten derzeit als Infektionsquellen angesehen. Diejenigen, die asymptomatisch aber infiziert sind, können ebenfalls Infektionsquellen sein.
    2.2 Übertragungswege
    Der Hauptübertragungsweg sind Tröpfchen- und Kontaktinfektion.     4.1 Klinische Manifestationen
    Basierend auf den aktuellen epidemiologischen Untersuchungen beträgt die Inkubationszeit 1-14 Tage und liegt meistens zwischen 3-7 Tagen.
    Die Hauptsymptome sind Fieber, trockener Husten und Müdigkeit. Eine Minderheit der Patienten hat Symptome wie Nasenverstopfung, Nasenausfluss, Halsschmerzen, Muskelschmerzen und Durchfall. Patienten mit schwerem Verlauf leiden häufig eine Woche nach Auftreten der Symptome an Dyspnoe und / oder Hypoxämie. Bei schweren Fällen kann es schnell zu akutem Atemnotsyndrom, septischem Schock, dekompensierter metabolischer Azidose, Gerinnungsstörungen und multiplem Organversagen übergehen. Erwähnenswert ist es noch, dass Patienten in einem ernsten Zustand während der Krankheit mäßiges bis niedriges Fieber oder sogar kein Fieber haben können.“

    Ramjee, a stellar vaccine scientist and an HIV prevention research leader, had returned from London a week ago but reportedly showed no symptoms of COVID-19.
    Ramjee, aged nearly 50 years, was the Clinical Trials Unit Principal Investigator and Unit Director of the HIV Prevention Research Unit of the South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) offices in Durban.
    “We are deeply saddened to inform you of the tragic passing of Prof Gita Ramjee in hospital today,” said a statement issued by SAMRC President and CEO Glenda Gray. “Prof Ramjee died of COVID-19 related complications,” Gray added.
    In 2018, Ramjee was presented with the Outstanding Female Scientist Award in Lisbon by the European Development Clinical Trials Partnerships (EDCTP) for her lifetime commitment to finding new HIV prevention methods, which are conducive to the lifestyles, circumstances and perceived risk factors that South African women are faced with.
    “This award is an acknowledgement of the unwavering determination by a global community to forever change the trajectory of the HIV/AIDS epidemic,” she had said at the time.
    Ramjee was married to pharmacist Pravin Ramjee, a South African of Indian descent.
    Her funeral arrangements have not been announced. Attendance at funerals in South Africa is highly restricted and requires permits as the country is going through a 21-day nationwide lockdown announced last week by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
    Five South Africans have died from COVID-19 since Sunday, the third day of the lockdown. Over 13,50 cases have been reported in the country so far. The South African government on Tuesday announced that it will double to 10,000 the teams going door-to-door to test people for COVID-19, mainly in the overcrowded Black townships created during the apartheid era.
    On Sunday evening, in a national broadcast, Ramaphosa cautioned thousands of South Africans who have not been taking the lockdown seriously.

    However, if exception waivers are placed in the law, the responsibility is then transferred back to the parent. If a child should be injured by immunization, the officials
    can say, „Well, the parent should have exempted him if they thought there was any danger.“
    Therefore, there is in truth no such thing as a compulsory vaccination law in this country. They are ALL, in essence, voluntary. The problem is that practically no one in authority will let you know this fact.

    While all immunization laws have exceptions you can use, the wording in each state differs, and you must know the exact wording for your state to make the proper request
    of waiver. This information can be obtained in one of two ways.
    1. Go to the reference section of your local library- look in the State Statute Revised Law Book under Public Health Law or Communicable Disease sections. The list of immunization requirements will appear first and then the exemptions will be given. Usually one or two provisions will be listed: either on religious or medical grounds
    or both.
    2. You may call or write your state representative and ask for a copy of the immunization laws in your state. Making this available is part of his job, and it will be sent promptly.
    Rule No. 3: Know your own state law so that you can conform to its exact requirements for exemption.
    Article 4: There are two basic reasons for exception – medical or religious. Which one you choose will often depend upon the wording of the law in your state and your personal
    convictions.
    We shall discuss medical exemption first. While laws do vary, nearly all states require that a note or certificate of waiver be submitted by a physician licensed in the state of
    residence. In some areas where states are small and people continually travel from one to another for business, a statement from a physician in a contiguous state will be
    accepted.
    In this letter it is usually necessary to state the reason for the requested waiver and the length of time it should extend. Many laws limit all such letters to a school year and
    they must be renewed each fall. The two most valid reasons for medical waiver are „the fear of allergic reaction in a
    sensitive child“ and „to prevent possible damage to a weakened immune system.“ Both of these can occur in a child who has been immunized, and since no one but the
    physician and the parent will be held responsible for their consequences, it is up to them to protect the child.
    It is possible that some states may require the letter from an M.D. or D.O., but many will allow an exemption letter from a chiropractor if it is courteously and properly written,
    as outlined above.
    Rule No. 4: Medical waivers are always valid but must be written to fit each state law and often need to be renewed annually.“

    The foregoing may work for school exemptions, but are there any such waivers in the
    Armed Forces? Yes. All branches of the Service provide „immunization waivers.“
    Again, if they did not you could sue them for millions of dollars if a reaction occurred
    from their immunizations. Because of these waiver provisions, you become responsible
    if you react.
    When you first sign up or enlist, you must state your objection to the vaccinations and
    tell whether it is „religious conscience“ or medical reasons, such as allergies or a low
    tolerance to medication of any kind. If you do not show objection at this time, you have
    given the military the right to do what they will with you.

    If there is any difficulty, the same rules apply here as in the school program. Never forget, even though you may be in the Service, no one has the right to immunize you
    against your will    . You do not give up your constitutional rights when you join the Armed
    Forces.
    Rule No. 5: The rules that govern school vaccination exemption also apply to the military. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. They do not know, or are hiding, the facts of the law.
    Article 6
    What about international travel? May I go around the world without vaccination?
    The World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva grants American visitors the right to REFUSE shots when traveling internationally. However, if an area you wish to enter is
    infected, you may be detained until the public health servant gives you the „go“ (at his discretion).

    The above seven articles constitute all the basic rules. However, there are many
    important little „tricks of the trade“ to having your legal requests honored. These will

    While waivers and exemptions are written into all laws on immunization, most public
    health officials, doctors, and especially school officials are loathe to discuss their
    existence when questioned, and rarely, to our knowledge, volunteer such information.
    A top Philadelphia school official was on the radio with the unequivocal statement, „NO
    SHOTS, NO SCHOOL.“
    „This statement is of course completely counter to state law, with which presumably he is familiar. Such unwarranted dogmatism is common in the people you will encounter. Once the end of their legitimate authority has been reached, they will use their next most powerful weapon – INTIMIDATION.
    They will threaten to keep your child out of school, take him from you, or send you to jail. These are all idle threats because they can do none of these thing, if you follow
    our simple instructions. The basic rules have been given to you, but there are a few important details to be considered if the officials start on this course of unlawful intimidation.“
    „1. You must send a letter to the school to inform the education officials of your stand. A phone call is not legal. It can be a note from your doctor, minister, or a
    notarized letter from you stating your sincere objections to the immunization. If you
    do not do this and fail to have your child immunized, it could be construed as
    negligence on your part and in some states there is a possibility of legal action
    against you.
    2. If the school should refuse to honor your letter, request that they give you a
    statement in writing outlining their reasons for refusal. If they won’t, their refusal is legally invalid, and your letter stands; they must enroll your child.
    If they do (they rarely will) they take the risk of incriminating themselves,
    especially if they are acting contrary (as is common) to what is specified in the law
    concerning your rights for exemption. Remember they are on tenuous ground, not
    you. They are your servants, you are not their servant. If worst comes to worst
    and you have a very knowledgeable official who writes you a refusal and states
    accurately the lawful reasons for refusal, he will also in a negative way tell you
    what the accepted exemptions are, and then you can go about meeting them, by
    one of the routes suggested in this handout.
    3. Child neglect is the one legal point you want to avoid at all costs. No legal parent
    or guardian can be charged with neglect unless he shows complete lack of
    concern or action to be more informed. Stripped of legal jargon, this simply means
    that if you can show that you have investigated the situation, have come to a
    specific decision concerning immunizations, and have informed the authorities of
    the same, no neglect charge can be brought. Neglect can be brought only when it
    can be shown that you have failed to have your children immunized, not out of
    respect for their medical or spiritual integrity, but only because you were too
    concerned with other matters.“

    Was waren das für anorganische Verbindungen?

    CaSiAlFe – Wir haben das durch Decoder für chemische Verbindungen laufen lassen und es konnte diese Verbindung nicht finden. Die einzige Erwähnung, die ich von dieser Verbindung im Internet finden konnte, ist in Bezug auf eine Zementoxidverbindung. Welches, “….wenn Wasser zugegeben wird, produziert es einen Zementleim” Die einzige andere Erwähnung davon ist in einem Buch mit dem Titel “Hazardous Chemicals in Products and Processes: Substitution as an Innovative”.     FeS – Eisen (II)-Sulfid – “Eisensulfid kombiniert mit Eisensilizium und Eisenmangan wird zur Erhöhung des Schwefelgehalts von Stahl und Eisen eingesetzt. Eisensulfid wird auch als Laborchemikalie für die Herstellung von Schwefelwasserstoffgas verwendet. In Haarfärbemitteln, Farben, Keramiken, Flaschen und Gläsern wird Eisensulfid als Pigment verwendet.”
    FeCr – Eisen-Chrom – eine weitere anorganische Verbindung, die nicht in einen Menschen gehört.
    FeCrNi – Eisen-Chrom-Nickel – ist Teil einer Gruppe von Metalllegierungen, die speziell für die Hitzebeständigkeit entwickelt wurden.
    Fe – Eisen – kann in großen Mengen innere Organe schädigen, was zu metabolischer Azidose führt, die dann innere Organe schädigt.
    CaP – Kalziumphosphat – Kalzium, das in Kuhmilch und Blut enthalten ist.
    FeTiMn – eine weitere chemische Zusammensetzung, die im Internet nicht viel erwähnt wird. Folgendes haben wir gefunden: “FeTiMn ist ein Legierungsgranulat für einen Druckbehälter zur Speicherung von Wasserstoff und Deuterium”.

    „Some patients with COVID-19 experience gastrointestinal symptoms, particularly diarrhea, as the first sign of illness, according to a new study.
    Among this subset of patients — who have mild disease overall — respiratory symptoms show up only later in the illness, and some never develop respiratory symptoms at all, the authors said.
    The findings are important because those without classic symptoms of COVID-19 — such as cough, shortness of breath and fever — may go undiagnosed and could potentially spread the illness to others, the researchers said.
    Still, they note that digestive problems are common overall and don’t necessarily mean that a person has COVID-19. But doctors should recognize that sudden digestive symptoms in people with a possible COVID-19 contact „should at least prompt consideration of the illness,“ the authors wrote in their paper, published ahead of print Monday (March 30) in The American Journal of Gastroenterology. „Failure to recognize these patients early and often may lead to unwitting spread of the disease.“
    The study is not the first to report digestive symptoms as a sign of COVID-19. For example, a study posted March 18 in the same journal found that, among about 200 COVID-19 patients at three hospitals in Wuhan, China, around 50% reported at least one digestive symptom, and 18% reported diarrhea, vomiting or abdominal pain. However, that study and others have tended to focus on patients with severe illness, rather than those with mild disease.
    In the new study, the researchers analyzed information from 206 patients at Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College in Wuhan, which was designated as a hospital for COVID-19 patients. To be included in the study, patients needed to have a mild illness, without difficulty breathing or low blood oxygen levels.
    Overall, 48 patients (23%) were admitted with digestive symptoms only, 89 (43%) with respiratory symptoms only and 69 (33%) with both respiratory and digestive symptoms.
    Among all patients with digestive symptoms (117 patients), about 67 (58%) had diarrhea, and of these, 13 (20%) experienced diarrhea as the first symptom of their illness. Patients‘ diarrhea lasted from one to 14 days, with an average duration of five days, the report said. About one-third of patients with digestive symptoms never experienced a fever.
    Patients with digestive symptoms tended to seek health care later than those with respiratory symptoms, an average of 16 days from the start of their symptoms, compared with 11 days for those with respiratory symptoms, the study found. Those with digestive symptoms also took longer to clear the virus from their body (test negative for COVID-19), taking about 41 days on average, compared with 33 days for those with respiratory symptoms only.
    Finally, those with digestive symptoms were much more likely to have the new coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, detected in their stool, with about 73% having positive stool samples, compared with 14% of those with respiratory symptoms only. This finding suggests, but does not definitely confirm, that that virus infects the gastrointestinal tract, the authors said.
    Overall, „these data emphasize that patients with new-onset diarrhea after a possible COVID-19 contact should be suspected for the illness, even in the absence of cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or even fever,“ the authors concluded. „Optimally, testing for COVID-19 should be performed using both respiratory and stool samples, if available.“
    The authors note that their study was relatively small, and larger studies are needed to further describe digestive symptoms in patients with mild COVID-19.
