    Although this science will be diligently studied, it will be rigidly confined to the governing class. The populace will not be allowed to know how its convictions were generated. When the technique has been perfected, every government that has been in charge of education for a generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need of armies or policemen.
    On Pages 49-50 Russell wrote the following alarming and prophetic prediction:

    The Nazis were more scientific than the present rulers of Russia … If they had survived, they would probably have soon taken to scientific breeding. Any nation which adopts this practice will, within a generation, secure great military advantages.
    The system, one may surmise, will be something like this: except possibly in the governing aristocracy, all but 5 per cent of males and 30 per cent of females will be sterilised.
    The 30 per cent of females will be expected to spend the years from eighteen to forty in reproduction, in order to secure adequate cannon fodder. As a rule, artificial insemination will be preferred to the natural method …
    Gradually, by selective breeding, the congenital differences between rulers and ruled will increase until they become almost different species. A revolt of the plebs would become as unthinkable as an organized insurrection of sheep against the practice of eating mutton.
    On Page 54 Russell continued:
    After all, most civilized and semi-civilized countries known to history and had a large class of slaves or serfs completely subordinate to their owners. There is nothing in human nature that makes the persistence of such a system impossible. And the whole development of scientific technique has made it easier than it used to be to maintain a despotic rule of a minority.
    When the government controls the distribution of food, its power is absolute so long as they can count on the police and the armed forces. And their loyalty can be secured by giving them some of the privileges of the governing class. I do not see how any internal movement of revolt can ever bring freedom to the oppressed in a modern scientific dictatorship.
    Regarding the ongoing 1957 depopulation agenda, on Pages 103-104, Russell wrote:
    I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing. There are others, which, one must suppose, opponents of birth control would prefer. War, as I remarked a moment ago, has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective.
    If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full. There would be nothing in this to offend the consciences of the devout or to restrain the ambitions of nationalists.
    The state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of that? Really high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially other people’s. However, I am wandering from the question of stability, to which I must return.
    There are three ways of securing a society that shall be stable as regards population. The first is that of birth control, the second that of infanticide or really destructive wars, and the third that of general misery except for a powerful minority.
    All these methods have been practiced: the first, for example, by the Australian aborigines; the second by the Aztecs, the Spartans, and the rulers of Plato’s Republic; the third in the world as some Western internationalists hope to make it and in Soviet Russia …
    Of these three, only birth control avoids extreme cruelty and unhappiness for the majority of human beings. Meanwhile, so long as there is not a single world government there will be competition for power among the different nations.
    And as increase of population brings the threat of famine, national power will become more and more obviously the only way of avoiding starvation. There will therefore be blocs in which the hungry nations band together against those that are well fed. That is the explanation of the victory of communism in China.
    On Page 105, Russell continued:
    The need for a world government, if the population problem is to be solved in any humane manner, is completely evident on Darwinian principles. (Total NWO Nazi Bullshit Fake Philosophy) A society is not stable unless it is on the whole satisfactory to the holders of power and the holders of power are not exposed to the risk of successful revolution.
    On Pages 110-111 Bertrand Russell wrote:
    First, as regards physical conditions. Soil and raw materials must not be used up so fast that scientific progress cannot continually make good the loss by means of new inventions and discoveries …
    If raw materials are not to be used up too fast, there must not be free competition for their acquisition and use but an international authority to ration them in – such quantities as may from time to time seem compatible with continued industrial prosperity. And similar considerations apply to soil conservation.“
    Second, as regards population … To deal with this problem it will be necessary to find ways of preventing an increase in world population. If this is to be done otherwise than by wars, pestilences, and famines, it will demand a powerful international authority.
    This authority should deal out the world’s food to the various nations in proportion to their population at the time of the establishment of the authority.
    If any nation subsequently increased its population it should not on that account receive any more food. The motive for not increasing population would therefore be very compelling.
    During the period immediately after World War 2, the campaign to create a cold war was fomented. The propaganda phrase, “Cold War” was first coined by CFR New World Order mouthpiece, the infamous Walter Lippman.
    The CIA was then organized under the National Security Act of 1947. The United Nations was founded soon after by Soviet Spy Alger Hiss. Covert operations to subvert the minds of America’s future children were revealed in the Reese committee hearings of 1953 into the great tax-exempt Foundations.
    It was discovered that via educational grant giving, the Ford, Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundations promoted communism, now called globalism to comfortably merge the United States with the then Soviet Union.     What they call it has changed several times, but this communist agenda continues to this day.

    „See in your mind’s eye a B-29 bomber aircraft, called the „Enola Gay,“ flying to its hellish appointment, that horror-stricken summer’s day in 1945. 4 Why did the United States government drop the only two nuclear-fission weapons in its arsenal upon those two virtually defenseless population-centers in Japan?     In that 1946 report, Russell presents his motive for the continued use of the geopolitical threat of nuclear weaponry by himself, Winston Churchill, et al.: to blackmail Moscow into submitting to an agreement whose purpose, Russell states explicitly there, is to transform the then recently established United Nations Organization into the kind of one-world dictatorship for which his world-federalist utopians have continued to work throughout this century.
    Russell’s strategic dogma, as articulated in that 1946 edition of The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, has shaped most of the history of this planet since that date. Since Soviet General Secretary N.S. Khrushchev sent four official representatives to Russell in London in 1955, to negotiate a thermonuclear condominium along the lines Russell had prescribed in that 1946 statement of his strategic doctrine,8 until the fall of the Gorbachev government in August 1991, the smaller and weaker nations of the world have been ruled by a U.N.O. world government in the form of a thermonuclear condominium between the political blocs dominated respectively by the two rival super-powers, Moscow and the Anglo-Americans.
    For those who know both the approximately fifty-years history of the discovery of nuclear fission and fusion, since the discoveries of both Professor Dmitri Mendeleyev and the Curies,9 the proof exists to show that Russell’s intent as expressed in that 1946 article, was the same intent which Russell and his cronies had in duping the United States government into building the bomb in the first place: to produce and use a weapon so horrifying that nations would surrender their sovereignties to a global arbiter of policy, a United Nations world-government dictatorship, the „final imperialism.“
    Excepting a few, such as the Dr. Leo Szilard,10who was approximately as evil as his master Russell, most of the scientists working on the Manhattan Project were, like the Fusion Energy Foundation co-founder, the late Professor Robert J. Moon ,11 dedicated and accomplished persons, who sincerely believed Russell’s great lie of 1939, that Hitler was committed to building a nuclear-fission weapon, and that we must get there first. Russell and his cronies, the true authors of the famous letter to President Franklin Roosevelt which Russell’s cabal induced Albert Einstein to sign,12 knew that Hitler was not going to sponsor such research and that the relevant German scientists around Professor Werner Heisenberg were determined that such a weapon not be built for Hitler’s use.
    Unlike the misinformed honest atom scientists, the Russell of 1939 pushed to have the weapon built for exactly the motives he articulated later in the 1946 restatement of his intent. World-federalist, utopian fanatic Russell conceived of the development and use of nuclear weaponry as a trick for terrifying governments into abandoning the right to defend their sovereignties by military means. As he stated this purpose in his 1946 piece, he intended to terrify the peoples of the world into submitting to rule by a global arbiter of conflicts, to a world empire, a global, Malthusian dictatorship of the United Nations Organization.
    Britain’s Lord Bertrand Russell has been, beyond any reasonable doubt, the most evil public figure of the passing century. England’s murdered Christopher Marlowe might have said fairly that the Thule Society’s monstrous Adolf Hitler was but a picaresque rogue cast as Dr. Faustus, whereas Russell was a true Mephistopheles. He was also a savage hoaxster in his corrosive influence within the domains of philosophy and natural science. How could civilization have fallen so low, that many among the world’s putative intelligentsia exhibit such intellectual or even moral shamelessness as to profess what is termed popularly „respect“ for such a creature?
    Consider a handful of crucial passages from Russell’s racialist writings of the pre-war and post-war period; these writings show the true moral nature of the purpose to which Russell dedicated that dogma of nuclear blackmail which he and Leo „Strangelove“ Szilard bestowed upon such worthy apostles as Robert Strange McNamara of the Vietnam „body count“ enterprise16 and upon self-proclaimed British Foreign Office agent Henry A. Kissinger.“

    „In his 1941 Generalplan Ost for the occupation of Russia and other parts of Eastern Europe, Adolf Hitler put precisely these disgusting policies of Russell’s into practice.22 So, in 1945, we came to identify the consequences of Russell’s empiricist dogmas by such appropriate terms as „genocide,“ „holocaust,“ and „crimes against humanity,“ as practiced in war-time Auschwitz and other locations in Eastern Europe:

Midwives and medics can be trained to give abortions. The more professionally the abortions are carried out, the more the population will gain trust in this respect. Also physicians must of course be permitted to carry out abortions, without a violation of his medical oath coming into question.
    Voluntary sterilization is also to be promoted. Infant mortality must not be combatted. Mothers must not be instructed about care for infants and children’s diseases. …
    Once we have converted the mass of the people to the idea of a one- or two-child system, we will have reached the goal we are aiming at … .23
    On the basis of such evidence, the sole grounds on which we might be prohibited from describing as „neo-Nazis“ Russell and such among his liberal U.S. co-thinkers as the Harriman and Bush families‘ eugenics circles of 1932, is that the ideas Adolf Hitler copied were those of his British and U.S. admirers of the 1930’s, such as Sir Peregrine Worsthorne’s stepfather, Montagu Norman, George Bush’s father, Prescott Bush, and those other professed non-German admirers of Adolf Hitler who authorized and funded the coup d’état which put Hitler into power in Germany in 1933.24 It would be appropriate to describe Adolf Hitler as an exemplary follower of Bertrand Russell.

    On the one hand, the petitioners demand that, due to the known lack of accuracy of the PCR test in a serious study, a so-called Sanger sequencing must be used. This is the only way to make reliable statements on the effectiveness of a vaccine against Covid-19. On the basis of the many different PCR tests of highly varying quality, neither the risk of disease nor a possible vaccine benefit can be determined with the necessary certainty, which is why testing the vaccine on humans is unethical per se.
    Furthermore, they demand that it must be excluded, e.g. by means of animal experiments, that risks already known from previous studies, which partly originate from the nature of the corona viruses, can be realized. The concerns are directed in particular to the following points:
    The formation of so-called “non-neutralizing antibodies” can lead to an exaggerated immune reaction, especially when the test person is confronted with the real, “wild” virus after vaccination. This so-called antibody-dependent amplification, ADE, has long been known from experiments with corona vaccines in cats, for example. In the course of these studies all cats that initially tolerated the vaccination well died after catching the wild virus.
    The vaccinations are expected to produce antibodies against spike proteins of SARS-CoV-2. However, spike proteins also contain syncytin-homologous proteins, which are essential for the formation of the placenta in mammals such as humans. It must be absolutely ruled out that a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 could trigger an immune reaction against syncytin-1, as otherwise infertility of indefinite duration could result in vaccinated women.
    The mRNA vaccines from BioNTech/Pfizer contain polyethylene glycol (PEG). 70% of people develop antibodies against this substance – this means that many people can develop allergic, potentially fatal reactions to the vaccination. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    The much too short duration of the study does not allow a realistic estimation of the late effects.     For those unfamiliar with the term “TI or Targeted Individuals”, it is important to note there are different methodologies that the functionaries or agents apply to targeted individuals carried out by various government programs or agency initiatives.     With the advent of 5G technology, microwave radiation will be increased exponentially using small millimeter waves small cell deployment. This could mean wireless antennas on every lamp post, utility pole, home and business throughout entire neighborhoods, towns and cities It does this by using largely untapped bandwidth of the millimeter wave (MMW), which is between 30GHz and 300GHz, as well as some lower and mid-range frequencies.     The Artificial Intelligence Program can and will induce anything it wishes. It can be a disease, emotional distress, brain targeting, genital targeting. Our moods and emotions are being manipulated and controlled through Artificial Intelligence and work in concert with these frequencies.

    Extremely low frequencies and microwaves can cause agitation in humans and these frequencies have been known to cause serious illness and eventual death. Moreover, mind control through sound wave technology would be the ultimate non-lethal weapon; stealth warfare.     It was already twenty years ago that mass media first mentioned the strange word combination ‘psychotronic weapon’. All information about such weapons arrived from military men transferred to the reserve and from researchers that were not officially recognized by the Russian Academy of Sciences. They usually told about some generators that could make people muddleheaded even when they were distanced at hundreds of kilometers.
    Such devices were said to be able to control people’s behavior, seriously impair psyche and even drive people to death. As soon as information of the kind was published some people immediately claimed themselves as victims of impact of such psychotronic weapons. They stormed editorial offices of newspapers and magazines that reported about the psychotronic weapons and complained that some strange voices dictated orders to them. Journalists in their turn recommended such people visiting psychiatrists.
    By the year of 2000 the amount of publications about psychotronic weapons reduced to nothing and the impact of psychotronic weapons was no longer mentioned. These days, the issue of psychotronic weapons seems to be reviving.
    Boris Ratnikov says that Russia has been working on the psychotronic impact upon humans since the 1920s. Until the mid-1980s secret centers for investigation of psychic impact upon humans were working in large cities of the country under the KGB’s patronage. Thousands of brilliant researchers were working on the problem in the twenty secret centers. After the break-up of the USSR the centers were closed and the researchers either left abroad or currently work in various parts of Russia.

    In the USA researchers work on psychotronic effect and employ oriental psychophysical systems, hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming, computer psychotechnologies and bio-resonance stimulation in their studies. They seek every opportunity of manipulating human behavior. Israeli researchers conduct similar studies to help people reveal their new potential through self-regulation, changing their consciousness and improving the psychical body potential for athletes.     The Academy of National Self-Defense Forces in Japan studies the use of parapsychological phenomena that may be employed by the intelligence. The Institute of Religious Psychology is also working on the problem there.
    In North Korea, the Service for Security and Control of Foreign Policy conducts experiments with special oscillators that can modify functions of human organs.
    In Pakistan, special services can use a special device that can cause dysfunctions of human organs and physiological systems and even cause people’s death.
    The Spanish intelligence finances studies of the effect of physical factors on human organs and human brain with the view of making devices to cause dysfunctions of organs and mental transformations.
    Main goal of all these studies is to find new methods and forms of impact upon human psyche, to manipulate large groups of people and to enlarge the resources of human consciousness, Boris Ratnikov says. Many countries posses information about secret use of a distance impact upon individuals and large groups of people. And these are not at all mere experiments but also practical application of technologies for various political and military purposes. Such technologies grow more perfect thanks to scientific and technological innovations.
    Boris Ratnikov says that he once saw a KGB’s classified document about potential threats and a psychotronic generator. The document said that the mechanism of a psychotronic generator is based upon the resonance of response functions of human organs, the heart, liver, kidneys and brain. Every human organ has its individual frequency response. When this frequency is used to affect the organ with E-field radiation this may cause acute cardiac decompensation, renal failure or inadequate behavior. Such attacks are usually targeted at unhealthy organs and may in some cases be lethal. It is said that the KGB spent millions of rubles during the Soviet era to conduct studies on a distanced medical and biological action of special radiation on troops and population.

    How did people first estimate that human brain can be affected from outside? In 1853, famous chemist Alexander Butlerov was the first in the world to originate a scientific hypothesis to explain the phenomenon of hypnosis. Butlerov assumed that human brain and nervous system are emitting sources and that movements of nervous currents in the organism are identical to the interaction of the electric current in conductors. The scientist said that the electroinduction effect explained how signals going from the brain of one person to other man’s brain emerged.
    Physiologist Ivan Sechenov also supported Butlerov’s hypothesis. He added that emotions and close relations between people, especially between twins, intensified the effect of mental force interaction.
    Academician Vladimir Bekhterev set up the world’s first Institute of Brain and Mental Activity. In the late 19th- early 20th centuries Bekhterev conducted experiments on electromagnetic justification of hypnosis applied to animals and humans. In his works Bekhterev wrote that he discovered a mental mechanism of super-sensitive contact that emerges on special terms between a human and an animal and allows to mentally operate the animal’s behavior with the help of movements and emotions.
    In 1924, chairman of the academician council of the Animal Psychology Laboratory, brilliant animal trainer Vladimir Durov wrote a book on animal training and told about his experiments on hypnosis applied to animals
    In 1932, the Bekhterev Institute of Brain named after the scientist was officially charged to conduct experiments on distant interaction.
    In 1965-1968, the Institute of Automatics and Electroenergetics based in Novosibirsk studied mental communication between humans and animals. The materials of the study were classified and were never published officially.
