    „The big question in Vladimir’s mind was not whether or not they had built

    Magicians, I was well-versed in the concepts that the Third Reich had used –

    To me, the issues were much more fundamental. If Werner Von Braun et. al.,
    the key Nazi space scientists, had worked on flying disks and levitation
    machines – with or without aliens – why did they build rockets and tin cans
    for NASA? Had the aliens abandoned them? Were the Germans holding back this
    secret knowledge? Was the Third – or Fourth – Reich alive and well in
    Brazil, building UFOs, commanding the New World Order from the
    Bilderberg-Hapsburg empire and keeping the traitor Nazis under their thumb at
    NASA? If any of this was true, then world politics far superceded any
    provincial rocket building.

    Vladimir had a wealth of impressive knowledge of physics, aerospace, and UFO
    propulsion theory. But was he bamboozled, or was he putting in the plumbing?
    The pictures and blueprints he had were seemingly genuine. Other UFO
    investigators were also on the bandwagon. Valery Uvarov, Victor Kostrikin,
    and even famed Russian Cosmonaut Marina Popovich were convinced of their
    authenticity.

    As the years have gone by, Vladimir Terziski has become famous in these
    circles. His two-hour lectures, followed by three-hour question-and-answer
    sessions, can hold just about any standing-room only crowd. He’s frequently
    dismissed as a kook…“

    I still get a lot of blank stares when I mention “chemtrails,” but with greater frequency people say something like, “Oh yeah, I know about them. They’re a bad thing.”

    The chemtrail activity is called “Project Cloverleaf,” and it is managed out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. It is generically called the “aerosol program,” as tons of barium, aluminum, and other aerosoled chemicals are being put into the atmosphere. It is being sold as a weather modification program, but its real purpose is for battlefield communications and weather warfare. The practice is spreading all over the world and involves Russia, China, and other major players. It has been going on for decades, increasing imperceptibly since the Vietnam War. Weather warfare has the advantage that an attacked country doesn’t even know it is under assault. It is veiled in the greatest secrecy.

    It has been alleged that the dramatic increases in Alzheimer’s in the old and Autism in the young—and cancers for everybody—are linked to development of this program…

    We never asked for chemtrails. We never decided we wanted them. “Informed consent?” What a joke!“

Man möchte so weit kommen, dass man bei den Mensch Krankheit, Behinderung oder Leid hervorrufen und potentielle Gegner „neutralisieren“ und deren Tod herbeiführen kann – was natürlich zunächst vor allem dem Gegner unterstellt, aber eben auch zum Anlass genommen wird, entsprechende Kenntnisse weiterzuentwickeln.

    Die Waffen dazu kommen aus ganz unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Nicht nur psychologische Forschung, sondern auch die Neurowissenschaften werden immer stärker mit einbezogen.

    Nanotechnologie, Biotechnologie, Informationstechnologie und Kognitionswissenschaften, kurz NBIC, sind die Wissenschaften, die im Gedankenkrieg die Waffen bereitstellen und gemeinsam einen „sehr gefährlichen Cocktail“ ergeben, „der das Gehirn noch mehr manipulieren kann“.

    Damit ergibt sich nicht nur ein neues Schlachtfeld, sondern die Militarisierung hält auch in der Gehirnforschung Einzug. Das ist bedenklich, denn so werden auch Wissenschaften, die mit dem Militär eigentlich gar nichts zu tun haben, in die kognitive Kriegsführung der Nato einbezogen.

    All das findet du Cluzel jedoch nicht bedenklich, sondern er empfiehlt ausdrücklich den Gedankenkrieg als „eines der heißesten Themen für die Nato im Moment“.“
