    „Witnesses in a strange and unexplained UFO case claim an alien was shot dead at an U.S. Air Force Base in New Jersey.
    Ever since this case was presented to the public, numerous UFO researchers have tried getting to the bottom of it with little to no success.
    As the story goes, in the early hours of January 18, 1978, after a night of heavy UFO activity over the McGuire Air Force Base near Trenton, NJ, an extraterrestrial being ended up losing its life on the tarmac.
    Details of the case have been submitted by one Major George A. Filer III, who was an Air Force Intelligence Officer at that time. According to his testimony, a small, grey alien had been shot by a military policeman after the being had left the safety of its spacecraft.
    While he was driving near the base, the policeman noticed the UFO activity was on the high-end of the spectrum and was already in a state of high alert when he came upon a “small being with a large head, black eyes and a very slender body.” Believing they were being invaded, he panicked, got out of his car, pulled out his .45 caliber handgun and demanded that the being lay down on the ground.
    Naturally, the grey alien did not comply so the policeman fired several shots. Wounded, the being climbed the fence into McGuire AFB, took a few more steps and then collapsed on the runway.

    Filer did not witness the event firsthand, but was briefed by the head of the command post over at McGuire AFB.
    “He was very specific about the fact that an alien from outer space had been shot at Fort Dix, and that he had run away after being wounded, and headed for McGuire,” Filer told UFO investigator Dr. Steven Greer. “Now McGuire and Fort Dix just have a fence between them, and this alien apparently climbed the fence or went under it, and got to McGuire and died out on the end of the runway.”
    Filer got there just in time to see the aftermath of an alien being shot to death.
    The security police were already there, guarding the body of an alien “crouched in a fetal position, not breathing.”
    Another witness to this scene was Sgt. Jeff Morse, one of the officers who roped off the body to keep anyone from tampering with it before the specialists arrived. It is very likely that ‘Morse’ is a pseudonym intended to keep the witness’ identity secret.
    Morse told UFO investigators that the “specialists” consisted of a team of military officers wearing blue berets and that their first order of business was to order everybody to take a few steps back, enough that they wouldn’t be able to see the details.
    But he managed to see enough to confirm Filer’s description of the otherworldly being. He vividly remembers “the skin of the unclad, hairless body was wet, shiny and snake-like.”

    The Blue Berets kept spraying the body with liquid from a portable tank, probably in an effort to preserve it. It was then placed onto a wooden platform and a wooden frame was quickly built around it. The entire assembly then went into a large metal container which was then loaded onto a C-141 cargo airplane that landed on site.
    Nobody who’s willing to talk knows where the dead grey alien was taken but some researchers suspect it was brought to the Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio, the same place that housed the alien bodies recovered from the 1947 crashes in Roswell, NM.
    By their own admissions, Morse and Flier were later flown to Wright-Patterson and subjected to strict interrogations. Although they were interrogated on separate occasions, they were basically given the same warning: “keep quiet or you’re done!”

    As for the presence of the lone ET, Filer suspects that one of the UFOs crash landed or was shot down and in an attempt to gain sanctuary, the alien was heading for the Air Force Base.
    Recently, the case has made a comeback but despite the fresh interest, it is unlikely that more details will surface. This incident, like so many before it, raises a legitimate concern. As omni.media reports, “we have an alien race expecting one of their own to eventually come home. They just probably weren’t expecting it to be in a body bag.”

Also sagen diese Wissenschaftler ebenfalls, dass das Virus eine “unkonventionelle Evolution” aufweist und weitere Forschung empfohlen wird. Da die Wissenschaftler ihre Arbeit schnell zurücknehmen mussten, sagte Monagnier, dass sie vermutlich dazu gezwungen wurden.
    Im Februar 2020 hat eine andere Forschungsarbeit der Südchinesischen Technischen Universität darauf hingewiesen, dass das Virus “vermutlich” aus einem Labor in Wuhan stammt, jener Stadt also, in der es entdeckt wurde. Interessanterweise ist eines der Forschungszentren, die in dieser Arbeit erwähnt werden, das “Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory” und dieses ist das einzige in China, dass mit gefährlichen Pathogenen wie SARS und Ebola forschen kann. Bevor es 2018 eröffnet wurde, haben Experten für biologische Sicherheit der USA Bedenken ausgedrückt, dass ein Virus dort ausbrechen könnte. So wie die Forschung der Indischen Wissenschaftler, wurde auch diese Chinesische, wissenschaftliche Arbeit zurückgezogen.
    Der Einfluss der Pharmaindustrie
    Professor Montagnier hat lange gezeigt, dass er keine Angst hat die herrschenden Ansichten des wissenschaftlichen Establishments in Frage zu stellen. Früher hat er sich, während eines 2009 durchgeführten Interviews der AIDS Dokumentation “House of numbers” für die Wirksamkeit der Ernährung und Antioxidantien im Kampf gegen HIV und Aids ausgesprochen. Als Mit-Entdecker von HIV und als Nobelpreisträger unterstützen Montagniers Aussagen, auch Dr. Raths Entdeckungen und die anderer Wissenschaftler, die bereits viel früher die Welt vor dem Geschäftsmodell mit der Aids Epidemie gewarnt haben.

    The Insect Allies program was announced by DARPA in 2016. It is a research project that aims to protect the U.S. agricultural food supply by delivering protective genes to plants via insects, which are responsible for the transmission of most plant viruses. Scientists believe loading the bugs up with viruses that would offer plants protective benefits could be one way of ensuring food security in the event of a major threat.
    In an editorial published in the journal Science, a group of researchers led by Richard Guy Reeves, from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Germany, says Insect Allies isn’t exactly what it says it is. Instead, they claim DARPA is potentially developing insects as a means of delivering a „new class of biological weapon.“
    How Does Insect Allies Work?
    There are many threats that could impact upon food security. This includes environmental disasters, natural pathogens and intentional attacks. Crop failure, for whichever of these reasons, has the potential to have devastating consequences—wheat and maize, for example, are relied upon by hundreds of millions across the globe for their basic nutritional needs.

    Scientists with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) are looking at introducing genetically modified viruses that can edit chromosomes directly, like using insects to transmit genetically modified material into plants.

    Genetically altering a species to make it more resilient comes with problems. Introducing alterations directly into a species‘ chromosome is slow, as the alteration must be passed down through generations before it takes hold.
    Instead, scientists with DARPA are looking at introducing genetically modified viruses that can edit chromosomes directly in fields—these are known as horizontal environmental genetic alteration agents (HEGAAs).
    The DARPA program is using the principles of HEGAAs but, unlike traditional methods of dispersal—like spraying fields with them—it wants to spread them through insects. At the moment, maize and tomato plants are being used in experiments and the insects being used for dispersal are leafhoppers, aphids and whiteflies.
    „Insect Allies aims to develop scalable, readily deployable, and generalizable countermeasures against potential natural and engineered threats to mature crops,“ Blake Bextine, DARPA Program Manager for Insect Allies, told Newsweek. „The program is devising technologies to engineer and deliver these targeted therapies on relevant timescales—that is, within a single growing season. To do so, Insect Allies researchers are building on natural, efficient, and highly specific plant virus and insect vector delivery systems to transfer modified, protective genes to plants.“
    Why Biological Weapons?
    Reeves and his colleagues offer a number of assertions about why Insect Allies could end up being a means of bioweapon dispersal. Firstly, they question the very nature of the project—the use of insects. Why, they say, are insects so integral? What is the problem with spraying HEGAAs?
    The team says Insect Allies „appears very limited in its capacity to enhance U.S. agriculture or respond to national emergencies…. As a result, the program may be widely perceived as an effort to develop biological agents for hostile purposes and their means of delivery.“
    Potentially, the viruses being introduced could do harm instead of good. The insects could be used to disperse agents that would prevent seeds from growing. „HEGAA weapons could be extremely transmissible to susceptible crop species, particularly where insects were used as the means of delivery,“ they write. „Chromosomal editing would be targetable to particular crop varieties dependent on their genome sequence (presumably those varieties not grown by the deploying parties).“

    The team calls for more transparency from DARPA as the Insect Allies progresses. However, it also says the potential to weaponize this technology is already out there. They say weapons programs are driven by the perceived activities of competitors—maybe the Insect Allies program is a response to intelligence about another nation’s capabilities.
    Furthermore, „the mere announcement of the Insect Allies Program, with its presented justifications, may motivate other countries to develop their own capabilities in this arena—indeed, it may have already done so…. Reversal of funding for this DARPA project…would not in itself close the particular Pandora’s box that HEGAAs or their insect dispersal may represent.“

    Responding to the queries relating to delivery—why spraying technology cannot be used—Bextine said these are just not up to the challenge, especially when it comes to responding at a large scale to the most severe threats.
    „Many existing methods for protecting crops are inefficient, expensive, imprecise, or destructive to plants, may require significant infrastructure, and often provide only limited efficacy,“ he said. „Sprayed treatments are impractical for introducing genetic modifications on a large scale and potentially infeasible if the spraying technology does not access the necessary tissues with specificity. Meanwhile, traditional selective breeding methods for introducing protective traits into plants require years to propagate, nowhere near the speed required to prevent a fast-moving threat from developing into a crisis.“
    He added that DARPA would never receive funding for the next generation of aerial spraying technology. The development of this new technology is dependent on industry and other research funders. „Instead, we reach for fundamentally new ways of delivering more precise, efficacious treatments through systems that can be readily adapted to confront a range of potential threats.

    For the very first time, Alain Juillet, former director of the French Republic’s Foreign Intelligence Service (DGSE), speaks unreservedly on a topic that, for many, is still a huge conspiracy: UFO phenomena and alien life.
    He has publicly declared that UFO phenomena “goes beyond the dimension of the Earth” and includes a “non-human intelligence”. Alain states that we might expect ‘official’ disclosure albeit there are more clues that invite reflection rather than any certainties to be given.

    Interviewer: You’ve agreed to participate in Dominique Filhol’s documentary, UFOs: a matter of States. Is this the first time you have spoken publicly on the subject of UFOs?
    Alain Juillet: Yes. I participated in a meeting of aeronautics enthusiasts where the problem of unidentified objects was raised. I was in the room and answered some questions. But I had never before discussed the subject publicly.
    It was after an interview with the director, Dominique Filhol, that we addressed this issue. He asked me two or three questions and said, “I am interested in this, I am preparing something.” This is how it happened.
    Interviewer: Did you have a particular interest in UFOs?
    Alain Juillet: Yes, even if I am not an enthusiast. On the other hand, I am a man of intelligence and when we see things that are inexplicable today; we know that we can explain them tomorrow.
    It’s just that we don’t have the elements to imagine or understand what’s going on. In the particular field of UFOs, not to mention people who see a flying saucer landing in a field, there are fighter pilots, astronauts, people who are totally trustworthy and report very accurate observations.
