    In the late 1970’s scientists at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories were developing what they called a Brain Bomb – a low-frequency energy weapon which could be used on a battlefield to liquidate the brains of thousands of soldiers at one time.
    This weapon was likely used by President George H.W. Bush against Iraqi troops during the 1990 Gulf War, when it was reported that thousands of Iraqi Army troops were simultaneously obliterated near Basra. Their bodies were bulldozed into mass graves and no autopsies were performed.
    HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Frequency Program) had already been established in 1993. It was a joint program between the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska at Fairbanks and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).
    Based on the stolen research of Nikolas Tesla, HAARP experimented with the weaponization of radio frequencies and energy. Officially it was shut down in 2014, but DARPA carries forward the research, which has come to focus on the effects of these frequencies on the individual human being.
    Currently DARPA – whose logo is a pyramid surrounding an all-seeing eye – is developing a robotic soldier with Lockheed Martin.
    The Internet was launched and funded by the military as ARPANET in the 1970’s. ARPA later became DARPA. On August 6, 1991 the Internet went live to the world and by the end of the 1990’s it was being widely used by the public. That was only 20 years ago.
    As more people were exposed to DARPA’s newest and most widespread low-frequency weapon, school shootings spiked, health problems increased, life-expectancy began a rapid decline, families disintegrated and society began to embrace many dark trends as “normal”.
    Former DARPA director Regina Dugan went on to work at Google, where she works with CEO and Bilderberger member Eric Schmidt to promote “smart tattoos”, one of which she has herself. It is a biometric chip which will be used to access the coming integrated 5G reality which is being rapidly rolled out.

    AI promises to bring both enormous benefits, in everything from health care to transportation, and huge risks. But those risks aren’t something out of science fiction; there’s no need to fear a robot uprising. The real threat will come from humans.
    Right now, AI systems are powerful but unreliable. Many of them are vulnerable to sophisticated attacks or fail when used outside the environment in which they were trained. Governments want their systems to work properly, but competition brings pressure to cut corners. Even if other countries aren’t on the brink of major AI breakthroughs, the perception that they’re rushing ahead could push others to do the same.     It also resulted in a mass universal confusion among even the highest-level light beings as to what constitutes a dragon and what constitutes a reptilian. Thus we have numerous stories of beings mistakenly killing dragons when they thought they were killing reptilians. This deliberately fomented confusion is something that is now being brought to our awareness.
    Humans are having “the scales fall from our eyes,” so to speak, as we become conscious of the anti-dragon programming embedded in such stories.“

    Mother Earth, Gaia, had created an original form of humans all on her own, whose closest relations are the “Aboriginals” of Australia and the Bushmen and Pygmies of Africa. There were also other types of the original Gaiaic people peppered around the planet, which are the ancestors of many of the indigenous peoples on the planet today.
    These beings, along with certain mammals that had emerged on Gaia, were identified as laboratory animals by various interdimensional beings who wanted to conduct genetic experimentation.     The reptilians were one type of being that became involved in this experimentation. The original humans of Gaia (Neaderthals, for example) were subsequently either induced to mix with these other humanoid experiments so as to insert other types of DNA into them, or they were violently eradicated by these new hybrids, which were eventually bred to become homo sapiens sapiens. The latter, “doubly wise humans,” have the greatest percentage of reptilian DNA in them.“

    The Caucasian version of homo sapiens sapiens has a particularly high percentage of reptilian DNA, which is why this group has become such an invasive species on the planet.     Before the century is out, advances in nanotechnology, nanomedicine, AI, and computation will result in the development of a „Human Brain/Cloud Interface“ (B/CI), that connects neurons and synapses in the brain to vast cloud-computing networks in real time.
    That’s the prediction of a large international team of neurosurgeons, roboticists, and nanotechnologists, writing in the journal Frontiers in Neuroscience.
    A Human Brain/Cloud Interface, sometimes dubbed the “internet of thoughts”, theoretically links brains and cloud-based data storage through the intercession of nanobots positioned at strategically useful neuronal junctions.
    Instant access to information thus becomes possible without the need for external architecture such as computers and internet cables. Search and retrieval exercises will be initiated by thought patterns alone.
    If ever fully realised the B/CI will far exceed the imaginative limits of early cyberpunk science fiction authors such as William Gibson, and lead to the realisation of many of the aims of the so-called post-human and cyborg movements.
    The current team of researchers, led by Nuno Martins of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the US, coins the term “neuralnanorobotics” to describe the agglomeration of neural, nano and robotic technologies that needs to happen before the internet of thoughts can come to pass.
    This ideal, however, they point out, is a long way from simple cyber-dreaming. The underlying technologies are already in existence – in some cases, commonplace – and the developments needed to bring about the required connections are incremental rather than revolutionary.

    Martins and colleagues envisage the creation of three types of minuscule robots, which they dub endoneurobots, gliabots, and synaptobots. These, they suggest, can be injected into human vascular systems – Fantastic Voyage-style – through which they will navigate a way to the brain, crossing the blood-brain barrier in the process.
    Once there, the bots will position themselves inside individual cells. Endoneurobots will seek out places at the axon initial segments of neurons; gliabots will do the same in glial cells; and synaptobots will set up shop “in intimate proximity” to synapses.
    Once in position, the bots would be induced to wirelessly supply “synaptically processed and encoded human–brain electrical information via auxiliary nanorobotic fibre optics”.
    The set-up, they estimate, could transmit up to 1018 bits per second “and provide rapid data transfer to a cloud based supercomputer for real-time brain-state monitoring and data extraction”.
    As a result, the researchers write, “a neuralnanorobotically enabled human B/CI might serve as a personalised conduit, allowing persons to obtain direct, instantaneous access to virtually any facet of cumulative human knowledge”.
    The interface might also allow another activity – thus far in human history impossible – that opens up a whole range of awkward ethical possibilities.
    The researchers term it “transparent shadowing” or TS. William Gibson might have called it “jacking in to someone else’s head”.
    “Through TS, individuals might experience episodic segments of the lives of other willing participants (locally or remote) to, hopefully, encourage and inspire improved understanding and tolerance among all members of the human family,” Martin and colleagues write, perhaps optimistically.
    The researchers see work leading to a workable B/CI as not only exciting, but also extremely important.
    “Given our biologically constrained cognitive abilities, the impossibility of the human mind to keep pace with the increasingly rapid generation of human knowledge is evident,” they conclude.
    “Hence, it is essential, and may indeed become urgent, that we develop a safe, robust, stable, secure, and continuous real-time interface system between the human brain and the data storage and processing systems that reside in the cloud.”

    In my opinion the CIA really runs this show from the highest levels of government. There are many high-ranking government officials that are involved with this, that have full knowledge of it, that continue to fund it from one year to the next and the amounts that go into this targeted individual program run into the many billions, many many billions and this has been going on for many many years, it’s disturbing on many levels that our government and individual government employees would be willing to stoop to the level of torture, literal torture on a daily basis for more than a million people worldwide.
