Who is Behind it?
Three good reasons prove it is the CIA and US Govt Agencies.
The government criminals (CIA PsyOps) continue their “Mockingbird” propaganda that China or Russia is behind the V2K and DEW. We know who is behind it – the CIA, and they don’t work for Russia or China.

Reason 1. The V2K proves it.
Some of the best proof we have, that the targeting is based in America – is the V2K. The voices have been documented since the 1980’s – and for the early years – it has always been in perfect American English. Not Chinese. Not Russian. (yes – we are aware that since about 2003, there are many languages involved.)

Joey is a Targeted Individual in Houston. He has V2K. He is half Chinese, and can speak and read Chinese. His V2K is unable to do either. They simply mock him, when he is reading Chinese and make up the sounds for each character. If China was behind it, could they read and speak Chinese? Would the V2K have a Chinese accent? He has concluded – it is definitely not China.

Norman has had V2K since about 1990. It is in American English, no accent. This was before there were any networks of cell towers. He knew it came from satellites.

Harlan Girard had V2K since about 1983, before he passed away in about 2016 – always in American English. He knew about the CIA’s MK-Ultra program. He also knew the attacks and V2K came from satellites, because there was no network of cell towers at that time.“

Reason 2. SATELLITE GPS
The microwave attacks and V2K require the use of satellite GPS, which the US had starting in 1978. The Chinese GPS system called BEIDOU was not fully operational globally until 2020, although by 2012, they had regional operations over China.

Today’s guest is Daniel T. Cooper, known by many as Coop— he is a genetically engineered super soldier, sword master, whistleblower, and inventor of suppressed advanced technologies.

Dan’s origins go back to 1952, when he was genetically engineered by a Japanese scientist from Cossack Jewish stock to serve as a super soldier. He was born on March 2, 1953, at Samson Air Force Base—now a closed U.S. Air Force site, but still an active undersea naval base. From birth, he was part of one of the U.S. Military’s Secret Space Programs.

Between 1955 and 1970, Dan was secretly trained in underground military DUMB bases—across the U.S. and Japan. At night, he studied sword fighting under Japanese and Shaolin masters. By day, he lived a double life, attending school and excelling as an athlete, especially in water polo—earning All-American honors in both high school and junior college.

In 1970, at just 17 years old, Dan was deployed—“beamed up,” as he says—from the New York Athletic Club, where he played men’s water polo. He served a full “20 and back” tour, from 1970 to 1990, in the Secret Space Program known as Dark Fleet—a joint U.S. and Nazi operation. His specialty? Sword duels. Coop became a Niten Ichi-Ryu master—fighting with two swords—and faced off in countless high-stakes duels across this galaxy and beyond.

But Dan wasn’t your average soldier. He was fiercely independent and often clashed with his Nazi, U.S., and Draco commanders. His refusal to blindly obey orders earned him deep respect—not only from his fellow soldiers—but from elite warrior societies across the ET worlds, who saw honor in his defiance. These groups, who only respect true combatants, watched over Coop throughout his service and after his return to Earth.

In 1990, Dan was honorably discharged, but like all SSP vets, his memories were wiped and he was returned in a 17-year-old clone body. Yet, he came back with an unshakable inner drive—to release the suppressed technologies he had seen in space and bring them to Earth.

He began his mission by entering Mt. San Antonio Junior College in 1971 to study business. In 1982, the Sphere Being Alliance reached out to him with a unique request: teach China how to do business and invent zero point energy generators, so they could help drive disclosure. He accepted, enrolling at the University of Colorado at Denver, where he graduated cum laude in 1985 with a BS in Business and a BA in Political Science.

That same year, he advised Chinese leaders—including the Finance Minister and then–Undersecretary of Defense Xi Jinping, now China’s president. His question to China’s Finance Minister was simple but bold: “How many of the 25 Central Committee members are in favor of doing business?” The answer? “I’m the only one.” Coop helped shift that thinking, and the Finance Minister later credited him in his memoirs with playing a key role in China’s economic modernization.

But Coop didn’t stop there. The second phase of his mission involved learning engineering. He worked as an electronics tech for Westinghouse from 1975 to 1976 and later as an urban planner with civil engineering firms from 1988 to 1994.

Then came phase three: law. From 1994 to 2014, Coop worked in legal practice, specializing in mandamus law—suing the government. He spent one year in law school and served as a paralegal with various firms and non-profits. However, this part of his journey was anything but voluntary. Coop was arrested and placed under CIA house arrest. Under threat of death to him and his family, he was forced to work for the Deep State without pay—winning impossible legal cases and exposing corrupt judges, all while protecting defectors and CIA assets. Despite the circumstances, he never lost a case.

In 2014, Coop was finally able to focus full-time on what he calls his life’s mission: developing and releasing advanced suppressed technologies. He began inventing free energy devices and has since filed six U.S. patents for zero point energy generators. His latest invention can power an entire household for just $20 a year, unsubsidized—producing energy at a fraction of a penny per kilowatt hour.

Like Nikola Tesla before him, Coop has stopped patenting his most powerful work to keep it from being stolen by the Deep State. Instead, he keeps the most advanced designs in his head. Though he claims to have discovered the 5th through 8th fundamental forces of nature, he only releases tech based on the first five—for humanity’s safety. As he puts it: “The world may OD from too much, too soon. And no faction of the ICC—the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate—is in favor of full disclosure all at once.”
