    Those of us who have been monitoring chemtrails know that they have been regularly sprayed far earlier than 1990. In fact, the SOTN author of this article was first alerted to them by his mother in the 1970s in upstate New York.

    If you think the Internet came out of Silicon Valley, that NASA planned the first satellite to orbit Earth, or that IBM created the modern computer—think again. Each one of these breakthroughs was conceived at RAND, a shadowy think tank in Santa Monica, California.
    The Intimidation Factor
    Rand rose out of the ashes of World War II. After witnessing the success of the Manhattan Project—the $2 billion initiative that created the first atomic bomb—a five-star Air Force general named Henry „Hap“ Arnold (pictured) concluded that America needed a team of great minds to keep the country’s technology ahead of the rest of the world. In 1946, he gathered together a small group of scientists and $10 million in funding and started RAND (which stands for Research and Development). He even convinced a family friend, aircraft magnate Donald Douglas, to house the project at his factory in Santa Monica.
    After a few short months, RAND got the attention of academics, politicians, and military strategists alike by issuing a prophetic study called „Preliminary Design of an Experimental World-Circling Spaceship.“ At the time, rocket science was still in its infancy, so RAND’s call for an orbiting space station was revolutionary. Not only did the think tank specify the kind of fuel the spaceship would need and how quickly it could be built, but it also outlined how the station could predict the weather, transform long-distance communication, and, most importantly, intimidate our rivals abroad. If America could put a satellite into space, what else was she capable of?
    Although President Truman passed on the space station, the military fell in love with RAND. Through Hap’s connections, the Air Force quickly became the think tank’s main contractor, and RAND began consulting on everything from propeller turbines to missile defense. Before long, the organization was so flush with contracts that it had to hire hundreds of additional researchers to keep up. In recruitment ads, RAND bragged about its intellectual genealogy, tracing a direct line from its president, Frank Collbohm, to Isaac Newton. Whether or not that claim was true, the institute secured a reputation as the place to dream up new ways to wage wars and keep enemies at bay.
    By the 1960s, America’s rivals were paying attention. The Soviet newspaper Pravda nicknamed RAND „the academy of science and death and destruction.“ American outfits preferred to call them the „wizards of Armageddon.“
    War Games
    The Soviets had good reason to worry about RAND. In 1957, the Air Force hired the think tank to create spy satellites. Within two years, it developed CORONA—a covert system that aimed to send camera-carrying satellites into orbit on the backs of missiles. While the idea was genius, the design was flawed. It took 13 failed attempts before the system finally got off the ground in 1959. Once it did, however, the results were spectacular. The CORONA satellite returned with 161 lbs. of film about the Soviet Union, more footage than spy planes had recovered in the previous four years combined. For the following decade, CORONA became the backbone of American intelligence on the Soviet Union. Researchers watched troops march along the Russian border with China and spied on cities they’d never seen before. They could even count the fruit in Soviet orchards and analyze their crops.
    By the early 1960s, RAND had established itself as a fixture of U.S. policy. Branching out from straight rocket science, the think tank had become the center of the nation’s nuclear strategy.
    One high-profile RAND genius, John Williams, developed game theory to predict how the cagey Soviet Union might act during conflict.
    The theory was a perfect fit for RAND, an organization that continually sought to impose objective reality on an irrational world.
    Another genius, mathematician Albert Wohlstetter, came up with the fail-safe concept, which saved the world from nuclear conflagration several times. The idea called for a series of checkpoints for bombers armed with nuclear weapons. If a bomber pilot failed to receive confirmation at any checkpoint, he would abandon the mission and turn the plane around. Once, in 1979, a mistake by a telephone operator led to a transmission that the United States was under nuclear attack from Moscow. Ten fighters from three separate bases took to the air armed with nuclear missiles. But in the end, because of Wohlstetter’s fail-safe system, none of them deployed their weapons.
    strangeloveThrough the years, RAND’s sphere of influence became more visible. In the 1960s, Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara hired scores of its young researchers—dubbed the „Whiz Kids“—to reorganize the Pentagon. But perhaps the thing that most solidified RAND’s reputation in the public’s imagination was the release of the Stanley Kubrick film Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb in 1964. The movie’s title character, a deranged Nazi scientist, was modeled after RAND’s eccentric Herman Kahn. A military strategist, Kahn famously argued that America could easily survive an all-out conflict with the Soviet Union if people took refuge in shelters and rationed food. Although the radiation would cause hundreds of thousands of genetic defects, Kahn insisted the American people would endure. Kahn’s apocalyptic scenarios didn’t end there. He also dreamed up the Doomsday Machine, a device that could destroy all life on Earth, which Kubrick used in Dr. Strangelove. In fact, Kubrick borrowed so many of Kahn’s sayings and ideas that the scientist began demanding royalties. Kahn was so persistent that Kubrick finally had to tell him, „That’s not how things are done, Herman.“
    Spinning a World Wide Web
    While RAND has played a major role in keeping America safe from military attacks and nuclear catastrophes, the think tank has also left its mark on the communications industry. RAND is directly responsible for packet switching, the technology that made the Internet possible. It all started in the 1960s, when the military asked RAND researchers to solve a hypothetical question: If the Soviet Union destroyed all of our communication systems with a nuclear bomb, how could we fight back?
    A young engineer named Paul Baran provided an elegant solution by likening the nation’s telephone wires to the brain’s central nervous system. Baran proposed sending messages via phone lines and changing words into numbers to avoid noise and distortion. Baran also decided that any content relayed should be divided into „packets,“ or discrete bundles of data. As a result, messages were separated during transmission, and would then automatically reconfigure themselves once they reached their destination. More importantly, if direct communications were destroyed, the packets could reroute themselves through phone lines anywhere in the world.
    Baran tried to convince AT&T to install the system, but the phone giant refused to create something that could become its worst competitor.
    Instead, the creation of a worldwide packet-switching system was left to the Pentagon, which devised ARPANET, the predecessor to the Internet.
    Healthy Choices
    During the 1960s, RAND also expanded its lines of investigation into education, welfare reform, and criminal justice. By the time Richard Nixon took office in 1969, the think tank was an established, independent source for social policy research. So, when the issue of medical insurance sparked a great national debate, Nixon tapped RAND for ideas. At the time, there was little data on the effectiveness of free health care versus coverage plans with co-pays and deductibles. In particular, Nixon wanted to know if free health care made people healthier. To find the answer, RAND’s Health Division spent 10 years acting as the insurance company for more than 5,000 people around the country.
    In the end, RAND’s research found that people who paid for health care were just as healthy as people who got it for free. With free health care, people went in for more regular medical screenings, but their other habits—exercise, diet, smoking—were worse. The message was not lost on the insurance industry, nor on the federal government. In 1982, when the study was released, only 30 percent of medical plans had deductibles. Five years later, more than 90 percent did.
    Thinking Ahead
    Health care was just the beginning of RAND’s expansion into the social sciences. Although 50 percent of RAND’s current $223 million budget still comes from federal funding, much of that goes toward non-defense work. The think tank currently employs close to 1,000 researchers, who spend their time analyzing everything from renewable energy and obesity to hurricanes and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Globalization has also opened up the organization’s opportunities. In addition to its five centers that handle social and economic policy issues, as well as the five centers that focus on international affairs, RAND has an affiliate organization in Europe, and a prominent voice in Middle Eastern policy. Most notably, the RAND Qatar Policy Institute is working on reconfiguring the emirate’s entire educational system.
    rand_logoOf course, RAND hasn’t exactly abandoned its bread-and-butter services. The organization touts three federally funded research and development centers that concentrate on national security. After all, RAND did establish the discipline of studying terrorism in the 1970s, long before the United Nations even had a working definition for the word. Today, the RAND Terrorism Chronology Database, which has catalogued all acts of terrorism from 1968 to the present, has become an invaluable tool for the military and the government. It makes sense that in these times, our new president will pay attention to the think tank, too. Barack Obama has taken a keen interest in its study on post-traumatic stress disorder in soldiers returning from Iraq. In other words, RAND already has his ear.
    The Who’s Who of Rand
    nashJohn Nash „“ RAND was the motherland of game theory during the 1950s and 1960s, and among its most prominent players was John Nash—the soulful subject of the book and movie A Beautiful Mind. Nash came up with what is now called the Nash equilibrium, which is used to determine the stability of competition.
    Thomas Schelling „“ Schelling was an economist who came to RAND shortly after Nash’s frenzied departure. His game theory concocted a worldview of aggression and counter-aggression that was heavily influential during the Vietnam War.
    Kenneth Arrow „“ One of the most influential RAND employees, Arrow posited that greed is good, and that what he termed „consumer sovereignty“ should rule society. Some critics have blamed Arrow’s Theorem for providing the theoretical foundation for the free market frenzy of the past 30 years, including the current housing market meltdown.
    Albert Wohlstetter „“ The most prominent member of RAND’s so-called Nuclear Boys Club. A brilliant theoretical mathematician and an unparalleled nuclear strategist, he worked at RAND on and off from 1951 to his death 46 years later. He originated the Second Strike nuclear doctrine (make sure you have enough backup nukes to wipe out any attackers) and the Fail Safe principle (drop the big one on your target only after confirmation in flight from headquarters).
    Daniel Ellsberg „“ An endlessly loquacious mathematical genius, strategic thinker, and unlikely peacenik. Disgusted with official lies about America’s involvement in Southeast Asia, he leaked the Pentagon Papers, which set in motion the end of the Vietnam War.

    Samsung AI Center’s Moscow research team have combined with Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology to publish a new document that shows how terrifying new software can be used to create 3-dimensional talking heads. The images are created via still images. The software’s creations are nothing short of stunning and scary. It can take a regular, common image of anyone and produce what appears to be a video communication from that person. Of course, the implications of such technology are unsettling. This means rival governments will be capable of serving up a completely fake video of politicians. It also means countries such as the United States could leverage such technology for its own purposes.
    Here’s a sample of the technology below.
    The researchers published document can be found here. It claims that as little as one image is needed to create the life-like videos. Although, the software tends to work most accurately when given a series of images, rather than a single image. “Crucially, only a handful of photographs (as little as one) is needed to create a new model, whereas the model trained on 32 images achieves perfect realism and personalization score in our user study (for 224p static images).”
    The good news is that these same researchers claim the software has difficulty creating accurate personalities. They claim “landmark adaption” would need to occur in order to achieve personality matches.
    That said, personality matches may not be needed in every creation. And there is plenty of opportunities to sample thousands of clips of global politicians, including President Trump or any number of Democratic 2020 Presidential candidates.

    Such software could change the results of elections, thrust societies into civil wars, and subvert activism.

    Below is an example of how Samsung’s AI software uses a single image to create life-like portraits.
    The results are clearly stunning.
    These “photorealistic talking head models” are created via convolutional neural networks. The algorithm adjusts and learns to display numerous personality attributes. The program looks for hallmark personality features, such as mouth, eye, and nose movements.

    The company claims its research is aimed at creating life-like avatars, improved video conferencing, and gaming effects. But it’s a long stretch to ignore the tremendous negative potential such software offers to society. With 5G wireless networks already on the brink of full-scale launch, technology is becoming sharper and faster. Which gives way to much more nefarious potential.
    Fake Video Faces and Social Media
    Most everyone has a social media account. Whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Reddit, people’s images are littered throughout the web. And that could serve as a feeding frenzy for those looking to cash in or manipulate via someone’s likeness. As you can see in the samples above, the fake video faces appear authentic and life-like. If such software ends up in the wrong hands, it’s clear the devastating potential it yields.
    It’s unlikely that this software will sit dormant. Instead, it will evolve and improve to a point that we aren’t likely to be able to detect the difference between real and fake videos. Social media influencers, which includes politicians and celebrities, would be most at risk for fake video creation.“

    The subject-matter of mind control of single individuals from unspecified agencies is often the object of skepticism from the general public, in so far as official science only takes into consideration the somewhat limited manipulation techniques such as hypnosis, subliminal messages and so on. The results of the experiments conducted within the framework of such projects have almost never been made known to the general public in their entirety, as the mind control technique that enables their development is a terrible weapon against individual freedom and a person who owns one wants to keep its monopoly. Brain washing”, the creation of “Manchurian candidates” and such like are not topics meant to appear in the texts of psychology or in newspaper articles. Nevertheless, they can be terribly real and arouse legitimate suspicions in the minds of those who are asking questions on the disturbing facts of recent history, like the murder of President Kennedy, or news items like the last mass massacres perpetrated by alleged unbalanced people in the world. Writing about these topics is to some extent difficult, because the sources are often doubtful, witnesses are reluctant or unreliable and the few documents available are full of omissions. As difficult as it may be, it is also legitimate to try to inform the public about the possibility that similar techniques are commonly used, without revealing the details that make it possible to implement these techniques but revealing enough to allow people to recognize them and, where possible, to defend against them.
    Quoting sources within the structures that are more familiar with them, namely the secret services, is virtually impossible without incurring unpleasant incidents. However, I was able to directly experience the most sophisticated of these techniques. Thus, on the basis of this experience, I have written this article. To report is not to prove and as a matter of fact, there is no mention of the documentary evidence of what is reported below. In any case, a similar piece of information is worth something, since it may raise doubts in broader minds and prepare the readers to face, in a more conscious and less passive way, the new order which is taking shape in the world.
    “Mind reading” was also the object of much research in both civilian and military spheres, over the past century, especially with the Soviets. Such research has always been unsuccessful, until the new millennium. However, for at least a decade, the so-called “artificial telepathy” was secretly developed by the NSA or other U.S. government agencies. This is a technology that remotely allows a two-way communication between a suitable device, controlled by an operator, and human brain. It also allows a connection interface with all the human nervous system, from considerable distances via protections of different types. This is possible, perhaps through a satellite-network which can provide global coverage. Given an initial analysis, it does not seem that there are technological protections, able to protect the targeted victim. An even more disturbing detail is this technology being also used to torture and kill individuals remotely, without a trace. Readers with scientific background will remain extremely perplexed in the face of such progress. It is therefore appropriate to specify immediately that such technology is based on some radical developments, both in the field of physics and in that of neuroscience, which seem incredible to official science and common sense. Writing and especially reading cortical currents at a distance, and also interpreting them in terms of words and images, appears as an achievement so far advanced from the commonly recognized state of the art, yes, so far advanced as to amaze any industry expert. However, the goal has been achieved. This most likely occurred through the discovery of a new carrier for physical interaction of wave or particle beams unknown or already known but not officially used for practical purposes. This interaction carrier has characteristics of greater distance, penetration and precision never seen before. With this, it was then possible to investigate in detail the functioning of human brain.
    Like any real technology, fortunately enough, it also has some important limitations. Above all, it does not directly target the victim’s thoughts nor does it control body movements, but it only interferes with both, mainly through psychological manipulation, sleep deprivation and pain induction. The operator who controls the device can project his voice in the mind of the victim to manipulate him/her and to induce him or her to have a Manchurian candidate-like behaviour, but the manipulation techniques used are generally traditional and it is possible to oppose against them the same resistance that would be opposed to a flesh-and-blood interlocutor. Moreover, mind reading is limited to verbal or “superficial” thoughts, namely, what we express through words. It is also limited to a few non-verbal or “deep” thoughts and to the mental images that we visualize. However, most non-verbal thoughts and memories stored in our brains apparently, cannot be accessed yet from the outside or not yet decipherable through technology. The physical effects that the operator can cause to the victim range between the projection of false sensory inputs of visual, auditory and tactile nature to the interference directed into the neurovegetative system with high probability of death, due to cardiac or respiratory arrest, for example. False sensory inputs can, with relative ease, be identified as disturbances and are consequently ignored. This technology is used today to constantly monitor specific key figures in the political, scientific, military and media world, as well as to perform covert psychological operations, wherever it is needed. It puts in a state of submission those who become aware of similar reality. For example, blackmailing them through reading their thoughts. Opponents are then forced into a program of social, psychological and finally physical discredit and destruction which typically ends with inducing the victim to suicide, with a fatal accident caused artificially or with a natural-looking death . From the outside, they simply appear as cases of insanity, since in psychiatry, the mere perception of a voice is considered a sufficient symptom for specific diagnosis. The goal, needless to say, is to impose an absolute domination of the world. But sometimes, unlike what happened at the time of Hitler or Stalin, there is a way to reach it through a devious and sneaky global coup, unbeknownst to the general public. The agency which holds the monopoly of this instrument does not wish others to develop another one, even with very little similarity. It is then very likely that the figures who are in a position to do it, particularly scientists, would face the same type of opponents, with all those who are able to oppose some more traditional forms of resistance like nuclear retaliation in case of war.“

    In the late 1970’s scientists at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories were developing what they called a Brain Bomb – a low-frequency energy weapon which could be used on a battlefield to liquidate the brains of thousands of soldiers at one time.
    This weapon was likely used by President George H.W. Bush against Iraqi troops during the 1990 Gulf War, when it was reported that thousands of Iraqi Army troops were simultaneously obliterated near Basra. Their bodies were bulldozed into mass graves and no autopsies were performed.
    HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Frequency Program) had already been established in 1993. It was a joint program between the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska at Fairbanks and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).
    Based on the stolen research of Nikolas Tesla, HAARP experimented with the weaponization of radio frequencies and energy. Officially it was shut down in 2014, but DARPA carries forward the research, which has come to focus on the effects of these frequencies on the individual human being.
    Currently DARPA – whose logo is a pyramid surrounding an all-seeing eye – is developing a robotic soldier with Lockheed Martin.
    The Internet was launched and funded by the military as ARPANET in the 1970’s. ARPA later became DARPA. On August 6, 1991 the Internet went live to the world and by the end of the 1990’s it was being widely used by the public. That was only 20 years ago.
    As more people were exposed to DARPA’s newest and most widespread low-frequency weapon, school shootings spiked, health problems increased, life-expectancy began a rapid decline, families disintegrated and society began to embrace many dark trends as “normal”.
    Former DARPA director Regina Dugan went on to work at Google, where she works with CEO and Bilderberger member Eric Schmidt to promote “smart tattoos”, one of which she has herself. It is a biometric chip which will be used to access the coming integrated 5G reality which is being rapidly rolled out.
    Known as the Internet of things, 5G involves hundreds of billions of microchips which will permeate our possessions, our homes, our cars, our neighborhoods and eventually our bodies. Some say that Chemtrails is the means by which they are loading our bodies up with aluminum, since this is the best conductor for plugging us into the 5G “smart grid”
    In line with the Masonic project that we are nothing more than soul-less batteries to be used to power the Luciferian elite, human beings are slated to become just another “thing” in this Internet of things. They want to change our organic DNA to metal, which they can then mine to run their Babylonian nightmare.
    Trans-genderism is an Agenda 21 stepping stone Trojan Horse gateway to trans-humanism, which involves the integration of 5G into our very being. The hip-sounding Silicon Valley front men they are using to promote this Orwellian nightmare are calling it the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It seeks to integrate smart chip low-frequency weapons technology with biological processes.
    The goal is to turn us into machines which can be programmed to perform certain jobs, purchase certain things, think certain thoughts and emit negative dark emotions which will power and normalize the permanent war Illuminati blood sacrifice into an acceptable parallel reality they call “virtual reality” or “augmented reality”.
    The recent Facebook/Cambridge Analytica scandal (https://hendersonlefthook.wordpress.com/2018/03/20/cambridge-analyticas-facebook-mi6-psyop/) gave us a glimpse into how Facebook is being used as an emotional dossier gathering tool on each individual for later use by DARPA in their 5G control matrix.
    They are mapping everyone’s psyche to find out which buttons to push when they hit the 5G switch and transform us all into permanent reliable negative energy batteries for the rollout and acceptance of their Satanic New World Order.

    Meanwhile in Switzerland – home to the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), which is the central bank for all the world’s private central banks which control the world via debt slavery- the CERN project continues apace, as the Luciferians attempt to isolate the “God particle”, using super-high speed atomic fission colliders.
    These fallen angel inbreds like to split atoms rather than fuse them since they are all about opposition to a whole Gaia Creation and instead promote a disjointed atomization of reality which is foreign to this planet. Nuclear fusion could change the world by producing free energy with no waste, but the bankers continue to take us down the path of nuclear fission, divided reality, conflict with Creator and destruction.
    CERN scientists have reported seeing demons during some of their experiments as have other tech “wizards” involved in quantum computing. They talk about this openly now. One Canadian computer whiz said recently of meeting the demons, “but we still have to push on and hopefully we won’t destroy the world in the process.”
    Some believe CERN is deliberately generating dark matter, which is then funneled into the “cloud” – Newspeak for the “World Brain” which is under construction and set to be completed this year. It will listen, watch, remember and act. A statue of Shiva – Hindu god of destruction – stands at the entrance to CERN headquarters.
    This is why the hipster tech leaders talk of “disruptive technology” and “game-changers”. Knowingly or not, they are pushing forward this DARPA Luciferian agenda. One company has now created artificial auras for people, while another has produced personal replicas, promoting them as “comforting” in such a suddenly disagreeable world.
    Computers have become so powerful that they are now programming themselves. Illuminati spokesman Elon Musk is now warning that unless we want to become these computer’s “pets”, we must ourselves merge with AI (artificial intelligence). Intel says that by 2020 human brains will contain chips which will run the computers to “prevent” this AI takeover.
    These kinds of fear-provoking statements reflect the old Masonic project advancement technique of problem-reaction-solution, or Ordo Ab Chao (Order out of Chaos). They first create a problem, then fix it with a Draconian solution which will advance their Great Work of Ages or New World Order.
    The Illuminati are obsessed with numbers. They know certain numbers have power. And they do. The ancient spiritual texts all tell us this. Creation is based on a numbers system. But these Luciferians have usurped this ancient knowledge, hidden it from the general populace to keep us dumbed down, and are now using it to enslave us in a Worldwide web which they have cast out in the hopes of finally capturing the entire human race.
    Now enthralled by and willingly caught in their Internet, numbers and algorithms will be key to the coming DARPA endgame called 5G. Once in place it is all math. Human originality, dissent and creativeness are being crushed and discredited as passe.
    Drones already fly overhead stealing pictures of your face to use as facial recognition software installed in this control matrix. Companies have recently begun asking for a verbal confirmation when you pay bills on the phone. They are stealing your voice which will then be integrated into the voice recognition software for 5G.
    There will be 5G transmitters on every block of every city connecting this “smart grid”. Alexa-type devices will monitor every home. Your “smart phone” will track your every purchase, movement, discussion, emotion and thought. It will also implant and change your thoughts and emotions to ones more congruent with the Satanist agenda. Through Facebook, they know and will now play upon your weaknesses.
    The Hunger Games will have begun. We will all become nothing more than Maze Runners if we do not escape this net of technology which has been cast upon us. When 5G gets rolled out, both our free will and our humanity will be radically curtailed and may cease to exist. Look around you, it’s happening already.
