    „Black Goo is a mineral oil that is built up within the planetary crusts that has the ability to contain consciousness that is mirroring the entire biosphere. Whatever is thought, felt, on top of the planet is mirrored and stored within this liquid. There’s a much higher density of ability to carry light field structures than our cellular system, it´s kind of similar but on a denser scale and it is immortal, it is not divided into individuals, it is one being but the sum of all individuals of all kinds is this being as a mirror. So this is the basic structure and we came across many different groups who were playing around with this substance for dark reasons and one structure we came across were a number of 5 quantum computers run on extracted modified Black Goo
    and these things had been built by humans, but not with human knowledge in the middle of Germany near Nordhausen, ..there was a facility where they mounted the V2 rockets which was inside a mountain … if you go into serious research you find two additional layers beyond and somebody went in there on an astral level. We use the spiritual abilities of people to find the direction and then we go with hard-core science research to find if the things they see really are material and existant, so we had somebody who went down there and with a spirit into the two underground levels of the facility and the second one was kind of with troops inside armed people, non human. Heavily armed and the third layer has 1.5m thick pipes containing what are described as a liquid with nano-particles processing light… . and then something we already knew from the lab, that the spirit that is contained by this Black Goo whether it’s the good one or the bad one it´s travelling on magnetic field lines so if you activate a piece of Black Goo with a magnet. People who are sensitive they just go out of the room they start screaming because the spirit is covering the entire building suddenly. So it is something contained but it’s being driven out and in this vision I saw the grid within and then I saw the magnetic field structures…  you know with the Northern Lights, it’s a precise circle that was where kind of a spirit goes building up the toroidal soul grids of this planet. It was such a beauty! So that´s her.

    Die Geschichte der Bewußtseinskontrolle, dem totalitären Zugriff totalitärer Systeme auf den Geist und das Bewußtsein der Menschen, ist uralt und hat seine Wiege im vermeintlich demokratischen Westen mit seiner „Wertegemeinschaft“.

    Selbst Wikipedia, die im Dienste eben dieser totalitärer Systeme und Apparate steht, räumt in diesem Zusammenhang zum Thema MKULTRA ein: „MKULTRA war ein umfangreiches geheimes Forschungsprogramm der CIA über Möglichkeiten der Bewußtseinskontrolle. Es lief von 1953 bis in die 1970er Jahre im Kontext des Kalten Kriegs. Ziel des Projekts war, ein perfektes Wahrheitsserum für die Verwendung im Verhör von Sowjetspionen zu entwickeln sowie die Möglichkeiten der Gedankenkontrolle zu erforschen. In Teilen überschnitten sich die Arbeiten auch mit den Forschungen anderer US-Programme zu biologischen Waffen. Das Programm umfaßte unter anderem Tausende von Menschenversuchen, bei denen ahnungslose Testpersonen, oft willkürlich unter Krankenhauspatienten und Gefängnisinsassen ausgewählt, ohne ihr Wissen unter hochpotente halluzinogene Drogen gesetzt wurden. Zahlreiche Versuchspersonen trugen bei den Experimenten schwerste körperliche und psychische Schäden davon, teilweise bis hin zum Tod. Ein großer Teil der Experimente des Projekts verstieß gegen US-amerikanische Gesetze.“
    Der kanadischer Psychiater Colin A. Ross ist einer der wichtigsten Experten, der die Welt über Mind Controlprogramme aufgeklärt hat. Im Verlauf seiner ärztlichen Tätigkeit behandelte er Patienten mit ähnlichen Krankheitsbildern, die über militärische und geheimdienstliche Experimente in Verbindung mit Mind Controlprogrammen in den USA, Kanada und Großbritannien berichteten. Dies bewog Ross zu weiteren Forschungen auf diesem Gebiet mittels über den Freedom of Information Act freigegebener Akten der CIA. Ross kam zu der Erkenntnis, daß die amerikanische CIA unmittelbar nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg damit begonnen hatte, umfangreiche Forschungsprogramme zur Bewußtseinskontrolle und zur Erforschung von Drogen sowie zum Entwickeln neuer Verhörmethoden zu starten. Dies geschah mit enormer finanzieller Unterstützung der US-Regierung.
    „Ross ist der Ansicht, daß es der CIA gelungen sei, einen so genannten „Manchurischen Kandidaten“ zu erschaffen und zum Einsatz zu bringen. Das wichtigste Element dabei sei die künstliche Erzeugung multipler Persönlichkeiten mittels extremer Folter, Medikamenten, Drogen und Hypnose. Bestimmte Dokumente, so Ross, gäben Hinweise darauf, daß die CIA schon Ende der fünfziger Jahre damit begonnen habe, Kinder in speziellen Programmen zu Spionen und Attentätern zu trainieren und zu programmieren. Eltern und Pflegeeltern von Adoptivkindern sollen mit involviert gewesen sein, denn nur so sei es möglich, einen Menschen dauerhaft zu kontrollieren. Oft seien die Eltern ebenfalls Geheimdienst- oder Militärangehörige gewesen.

    Und an die Stelle von Einzelversuchen sind inzwischen mittels Chemtrails und HAARP flächendeckende und nationsweite Programme der Gehirnwäsche und Bewußtseinskontrolle mittels massenhafter „Verdumpfung“ und Abstumpfung der Menschen getreten.     Heavy dense gravity, it hit me like a truck, it was shocking to my being. These attacks were attempts at invading me… who comes in with what… and they do everything in their power to immobilize you, to paralize you, I´ve been paralyzed twice. I´ve had…cancer… They try to keep me down at a very very negative frequency..tried to destroy me.     I somehow, I don´t know how, figured a way to connect to the organic earth operating system, that is connected to the core of this planet and through that I am able to connect to the organic record that the earth spirit has and this is the record that cannot be

Brainwave-tracking is becoming increasingly common in the consumer market, with the gaming industry at the forefront of the trend. “Neurogames” use brain-computer interfaces and electroencephalographic (EEG) gadgets like the Emotiv headset to read brain signals and map them to in-game actions, basically giving the player virtual psychic superpowers.
    Now there’s a fear that we’re not doing enough to protect our raw thoughts from getting hacked with „brain spyware“ or being tracked and gathered like the rest of our personal data. The concern was raised last month at the 2014 Neurogaming Conference in San Francisco, NPR reported.
    “We may wake up in a few years and say, ‘Oh, we should have done something. We should have thought about the privacy of this data,’” Arek Stopczynski, a neuroinformatics researcher at MIT told me in an interview.

It’s possible to glean private information like PIN numbers, credit cards, addresses, and birthdays „leaked“ from brain signals, as researchers demonstrated in a 2013 paper on the privacy and security implications of brain-controlled consumer products.
    And unlike your Facebook profile, EGG data is a unique biometric identifier, like a fingerprint. Researchers have demonstrated they can identify people based on their EEG data with an 80-100 percent accuracy rate.
    The greatest potential danger when it comes to brainwave data privacy, Stopczynski argued, is the possibility of linking EEG databases to other databases with information about finances or location. “If we don’t do something about it or start talking about it, we will end up with this big dataset of personal EEG data that no one will have proper control over,” he said.
    If, let’s just say the NSA, began collecting brain data, they could theoretically match it with other datasets culled from online data mining to create a complete profile of an individual that goes far beyond what they divulge through posts and messages alone.
    How can we stop this kind of invasive mining of our minds? The simple answer is that brainwaves can be protected just like any other personal data.
