    Researcher Vladimir Terziski believes, in spite of all the descriptions of ‚aliens‘ given by abductees, that there are also craft constructed by ‚the Illuminati‘ which are taking advantage of the ‚alien‘ question by attempting to pass off their own black projects as ‚alien technology‘. Although Terziski is uncertain as to the existence of the so-called ‚greys‘, he does admit his belief in an ancient human-like society which possesses antigravity craft.
    Terziski states that whether or not the ‚greys‘ exist, the New World Order may be using the ‚external‘ alien threat as a means to bring about world unity after the fall of Russia while „…at the same time hundreds of valid, but undesirable ET contacts with…more advanced races are debunked or ignored by the government.“
    If some researchers are correct, Bavarian Intelligence [the Illuminati’s Skull & Bones society, the Thule Societies „Nazi“ Empire, and the CIA-NSA network that was ‚german’ated from within the Bavarian Illuminati and Bavarian Thule societies] are actually working with the ‚Greys‘ in secret. Even if the ‚New World Order‘ declares ‚war‘ on these creatures, as opposed to a grassroots ‚human resistance‘, one can be assured that this war be a farce as have other conflicts in the past. It would very well be like the Korean war conflict wherein SOCIALISTS within the ‚United Nations‘ waged a no-win ‚police action‘ against southeast Asian COMMUNISTS. General George Douglas MaCarthur for one accused the Socialist leadership of the U.N.
    of intentionally SABOTAGING his forces in Korea by leaking American positions to their Communist allies.
    Now in recent years ‚Patriot‘ organizations have been warning of a possible „RED DAWN“ takeover of the U.S. by Socialist UNITED NATIONS troops who NOW HAVE AN INCREASING ARMY OF U.N. TROOPS „IN TRAINING“ within the borders of the United States. (If such a take-over attempt were to occur, we would suggest that the UNITED NATIONS complex in New York City increase it’s security by at least a thousand fold to defend itself from the retaliation that would follow. Let’s just say that there is an entire ‚Army‘ of grassroots Patriots waiting-in-the-wings to defend America from such a threat if or when such an invasion is attempted). The Bavarian „National“ Socialists who ultimately control the U.N., such as the Trilaterals, are reportedly tied-in with the reptilian gray empire, so it is doubtful that any resistance to the invaders will come through the Trojanhorse United Nazis (er, excuse us… United Nations!). Such a ‚war‘ may be the grand finale of a series of outward Machiavellian ‚conflicts‘ which the Bavarian Empire has allegedly ‚arranged‘ between nations over the centuries for the purpose of simply keeping the human race in the state of disorder, chaos, confusion and fear which is so necessary to ensure the final goal — an absolute electronic dictatorship in which every human being will be ‚tagged‘ and branded like cattle with an electronic chip implant which will make them the absolute spiritual, mental and physical slaves of the ‚New World Order‘.
    Multitudes may be deceived into receiving this „mark“ of the Beast (or the „Serpent“?) and in doing so will have relinquished the greatest thing that they possess, their FREE AGENCY (and with it, their soul).
    Terziski alleges that the Illuminati has been involved in top secret ’space R&D‘ [Research & Development] since the turn of the century, and that the Nazi’s, the American Eastern Establishment, and the KGB has been involved as well. In other words, the lower classes of all these nations were themselves largely unfamiliar with such top secret research, although the ‚Illuminists‘ working in the highest levels of internationalism were and are intricately involved.
    Although it may sound rather incredible, Terziski alleges that he possesses confirming information such as the „…first video expose of Nazi UFOs. German/Japanese saucer landings on the moon and Mars in 1944-46, Marconi group’s landing on Mars in 1956… video footage of Nazi interplanetary dreadnoughts and of secret Soviet-American saucer landing on Mars.“
    Although many of the ‚Greys‘ have been described as being of neo-saurioid configuration, other ‚Greys‘ pose a different mystery as to their origin and seem to be more of a bio-synthetic or ‚manufactured‘ configuration. Vladimir Terziski suggests that some of these greys may be „…a product of the US government’s biogenetic cyborg R&D program.“ (Note: There may have been „secret society“ ties behind the AXIS Alliance of World War II. The JESUITS ORDER of ITALY, according to researcher Edmond Paris, had strong connections with Adolph Hitler’s S.S., and in fact may have been working with the THULE SOCIETY of GERMANY in establishing the S.S. as the premier German Intelligence Agency. In turn, according to
    Trevor Ravenscroft, the Nazi occult lodges were in close contact with the occult GREEN DRAGON society of JAPAN. ITALY, GERMANY and JAPAN were the three members of the „AXIS“ powers who fought against the „ALLIED“ alliance: the United States, Great Britain, and to a lesser degree, Russia – Branton).
    Terziski is „…a Bulgarian born engineer and physicist, graduated Cum Laude from the Master of Science program of Tokai University in Tokyo in 1980. Served as a solar energy researcher, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, before immigrating to the U.S. in 1984. International UFO researcher with command of English, Japanese, Russian, German, and Bulgarian. Creator/lecturer of UFOLOGY-101 course for University level attendance.“
    In a June 5, 1993 interview with talk-show host Sam Russell on K-TALK radio in Salt Lake City, Utah, Vladimir Terziski made the bold assertion that in one way or another, any independent scientists who discovers the secret of electromagnetic ‚free-energy‘ antigravity-propulsion is soon bought off, black-listed or killed by the Bavarian Illuminati, which has for centuries been extremely determined to maintain their monopoly on such technology and keep it out of the hands of the masses. The military arm of the Bavarian Empire, the Third Reich, was allowed to ‚field test‘ much of this technology under supervision during World War II as the Bavarians were intent on establishing the „New World Order“, by force if necessary.
    Terziski also stated that a joint German-Japanese ’suicide‘ volunteer crew utilizing this ‚confiscated‘ Illuminati ‚free-energy‘ technology — a Hanz-Kohler converter powered ‚Dreadnaut‘, a giant craft approximately 230 feet in diameter — landed on Mars in mid January, 1946 after 8 months of heavy flight. He did not say what became of this expedition, but he did state that the German Illuminati had established a base on the moon and planted their swastika flags there years before the Apollo program. Terziski also stated that a ’secret‘ joint American-Russian space program — behind-the-scenes of the public program — had landed men on the moon BEFORE the Apollo flights as well, and had discovered the „ex-Nazi“ base already in existence there.
    One of the more startling claims made by Terziski in this interview was that the German experiments in mind control, genetics, and hybridization (between humans and animals) — which were apparently aided by the discovery and perfection of the microscope in Germany, including a Teslan scaler-wave microscope which helped the Germans to unlock the human genome — were repeated in ten times their intensity in the underground Nazi South Polar colony or ‚city‘. This base-city, rumor has it, is known by it inhabitants as the ‚NEW BERLIN‘ and contains a population of over 2,000,000 people loyal to the Nazi philosophy. These include so-called pure-bred ‚Aryan S.S.‘ who apparently utilize slave labor to expand their underground empire. The genetic experiments in this underground metropolis (as in the trilateral Dulce-Dreamland-Luna facilities) is reportedly continuing unabated.
    Terziski claims that German occultists gained entrance to underground repositories below Tibet with the help of Ahrimanic and Luciferian secret societies in that country, where they gained access to ancient records from an early civilization which developed it’s own form of occult-technology. According to Vladimir, the Nazi’s had made contact with ‚half a dozen‘ alien races, including the malevolent reptilians, which may explain why they were so successful in their technological pursuits. Could the U.S. government, fearful of the Nazi Empire/Gray Empire alliance, have chosen to negotiate with this powerful force rather than stand against it? [„if you can’t beat’em, join’em“].     Jason Rice:…and it has to do with the Mars Germans. I can absolutely do that, we had a number of uniforms…
    we didn’t rely on the uniforms for camouflage per se because we had technology that allowed us to disappear, so we thought to phase in and out of the view so the pattern or the camouflage of the uniforms…the real technology in the uniforms came through from the layering of the material the anti-ballistic properties of the material as well as heat and cooling dissipation of the material they were also electrical generations that’s one of the uniforms that
    yielding the form the the patches on it were those of us from Earth ..which was the new Panzer Division and that one what was a of what I first thought was a really strange looking rampant dragon and turns out it was a rampant bear,
    specifically the Berlin bear.
    FTB: You also mentioned that all of your commanding officers were German okay now we need some explanation here and clarification why is this the case?
    Jason Rice: the parent organization for the unit that I was in was Mars German originated and commanded and the reason for that is they held the cards when the deal was struck …and none of Earth’s forces that are going to
    be involved in this program are going to make above the rank of major because they’re not going to be in command
    positions, because those are all going to be Mars Germans …Mars German is the breakaway civilization that started off in Antarctica, once they moved everything out of Antarctica they still had the facilities there and enough
    manufacturing capability that they could do things there if they wanted to but I remember they’d already started their civilization cities on Mars and so New Berlin and New Würzburg were the results of those and they had a
    significant population by 1990 in which that was their home, that’s where they were, that’s where they were based out of, they were no longer based out of Antarctica. They were on Mars, they could do anything and everything they wanted to that, ..other pesky governments sneaking in or coming in and doing this or that and wiping out their

    which allowed them to in the late 30s during World War two and and the in the 40s to go to the Moon and go to Mars..
    Were the Draco already occupying the Moon and Mars at this time?
    Jason Rice: Well, just to clarify a little bit, the Draco did not give the Germans technology.
    FTB: No, they discovered it, right, right, they Jason Rice.
    Jason Rice: They made a deal and the technology that was found down there the Germans had to hand that over so
    they didn’t get any piece of that one of that action went to Germany for 25 years, that was part of the deal and so after that..they were able to actually get some of the stuff and start figuring it out because they had not been able to get their hands or their engineers and scientists had not been able to get their hands on it because they’ve had to turn it all of us how are the technologies.. the technology that they developed to build their base on the Moon as well as on Mars bases they had organically developed and that had started off with the secret
    societies of the 30s with those prototypes that were already in operation when the Germans took them, so they’d already started..the commanding officers being German… in 1990 timeframe the Germans were tired of and did not want to be involved with the Draco any more than they absolutely had to and if you recall the piece of property that they had traded for, was the Draco territory and so they decided they wanted to go somewhere else, unfortunately they still had time left on the clock for their lease and that contract was specific that couldn’t change that and so they had to find somebody else that would take over the lease. Well, any guesses who was that they found to take it over, the Cabal, who happened to be looking for a Moon base in the early 90s and who was more than happy to pen a deal with him, well, the deal turned out that the Cabal had to provide 25000, about 25,000 soldiers for use where and when that the Mars Germans needed and those soldiers ended up being the IDARF ground soldiers and the Mars Germans put the Martian elements , put the protections in place so that they would always maintain control of it which is how and why they limited command positions to just the Mars German-born and it also meant that they were able to field a large number of combat forces without having to dedicate or devote that large of a number of their own troops.
    FTB: So when the Germans arrived on the Moon well actually let’s get ahead who occupies the Moon today who is in
    control of it?
    Jason Rice: The Mars Germans still have a base there, it’s just not where it used to be, the cabal’s secret space program now occupies the grounds where the old mars german moon base was … the Swastika Shapep that’s now been filled in, so it looks like a bunch of buildings.
    FTB:.. and you have described the Moon as actually …that’s artificial…what you’re describing, now the
    swastikas-shaped base but that’s on the outside, but the entire moon is artificial, it’s a ship, right?
    Jason Rice: It is artificially augmented, there are parts of it that are machine, there are parts of it that are rock and stone and you’ve got about two miles of the best radiation protection on the surface.
    FTB: okay, so it’s half natural, I got, it’s an Augmented natural facility… fascinating stuff Jason, you
    stay right there, the Germans doing interplanetary travel of much way before 1969 and and Apollo 11 and us going to the moon..how did they get to the Moon? How did they get to Mars?
    Jason Rice: They had their own anti-gravity technology.. going back to the late 30s, in which, by the time that they were building out their base on the Moon and starting their base on Mars, they’d already made some advancements on that original technology, so… it’s like taking a colonial town and handing over an internal combustion engine to him, the rural society, as well, as the other super society already had working models, working prototypes of these anti-gravity saucers, so that the Germans had a huge lineup and that they were able to start…one of the things I
    found extremely fascinating is that you know the Antarctic Germans at the time had that technology when Admiral Byrd
    went down and when his operation was turned around and returned back to the United States it was four or five months
    later that’s it that we had the crash in Roswell wasn’t very long after Admiral Byrd returned and so my thoughts on
    it are that there were those that felt the playing field needed to be leveled and so that that Roswell was a deliberate crash to deliver a care package.

    Russia and China and and Great Britain or Spain or France or Brazil, are there any other countries involved with us,

    Jason Rice: My suspicion is that each of the major industrial powers have their own secret space program of varying technical advancement, the European Union and the West have by far the most advanced. That’s where the industrial might is that’s where the focus has been, so you have a range of competing secret space programs
    that are involved in their own and going about their own business. The cabal has a stranglehold over every country that has a central bank, they had different branches if you will, similar to Western Armies, like artillery, armor, engineers, infantry and then medicine, most of those branches other than infantry were filled out by the Mars Germans.“

    Another baffling fact is that if they removed four hundred thousand tons of rocks they have to be thrown away in some where. But we did not find any evidence of rocks being piled up nearby. It hasn’t been used to build any other temples or any other structure. Where did all that drag go. Could humans living over 1000 years ago really have constructed Kailash a temple in only 18 years. And if so. How is it. That all the rock that was excavated has simply disappeared. Perhaps further clues can be found by examining a powerful device described in the ancient Vedic texts.     Local authorities believe that tunnels like these lead to a vast underground city under The Kailasha Temple. But why would vast rooms and tunnels exist deep underground beneath the temple?.     Switzerland wants the world to talk about if and how to use untested technology that tampers with nature to slow climate change – and will ask the UN’s environment arm to take the lead.
    Geoengineering techniques that reflect away sun rays and suck carbon from the atmosphere have long been talked about as last-resort solutions to stem the worst effects of climate change.
    But as greenhouse gas emissions remain stubbornly high and geoengineering research gets underway, there is growing concern these technologies could be deployed without protections against their serious risks – and that the prospect of a technofix will be taken as a licence to keep on polluting.
    To kickstart the conversation, Switzerland will introduce a resolution at the UN Environment Assembly in Kenya in mid-March, calling for an assessment of the potential methods and governance frameworks for each one by August 2020. It would be an early step towards an international system for regulating the suite of technologies.
    “There is a risk that geoengineering could be applied by someone without any international control, and we are very concerned about that,” Franz Perrez, head of the international affairs division at Switzerland’s Federal Office for the Environment, told Climate Home News. “Some are already testing solar radiation management, scientific research is already going on. We cannot close our eyes anymore and say ‘This is only science fiction’.”
    The resolution is backed by Burkina Faso, Micronesia, Georgia, Lichtenstein, Mali, Mexico, Montenegro, Niger, South Korea and Senegal, according to the latest version dated 25 February.
    Geoengineering refers to a wide range of techniques for modifying the climate system, from planting trees to fiddling with clouds.
    Untested technologies to manage solar radiation – essentially, dim the sun – pose the biggest concerns. Ideas include releasing aerosol particles from airplanes to reflect sunlight away (mimicking the effects of volcanic eruptions) and spraying seawater drops into clouds to make them more reflective. But they could also change weather patterns, disrupting agriculture and exacerbating geopolitical tensions.
    And if this is not accompanied by emissions reductions, more will be needed to sustain the temperature effect – “practically forever”, Douglas MacMartin, a leading geoengineering scientist working at Cornell University and Caltech, told a Chatham House conference in London last week.
    Yet with government oversight, it may be preferable to runaway global warming. “You would not take chemotherapy drugs just for fun, you would not sit in your car and set off your airbags just for fun,” MacMartin said. “There are clearly serious challenges to solar geoengineering, but they only make sense to face in context with the challenges of climate change itself.”
    Geoengineering: Poor country scientists to get support to study impacts
    Better-known options, which remove CO2 from the air, include afforestation and combining biomass power plants with technology to catch and store their emissions (known as BECCS). But even simple interventions like tree-planting may call for international rules to ensure that emissions cuts in one place aren’t cancelled out somewhere else.
    Attention to geoengineering is growing as the global temperature remains on course to rise by at least 3C compared to pre-industrial levels. The UN’s panel of climate scientists suggested last October it would be difficult to meet the Paris Agreement’s stretch limit of 1.5C without some of these more radical techniques.
    “The reality is that [carbon dioxide removal] is no longer a question of whether or not [according to the UN science report]. It’s which one, which technology, how much, when do you start, who pays for it,” said Janos Pasztor, executive director of the Carnegie Climate Geoengineering Governance Initiative and the former UN assistant secretary-general on climate change.
    “But there has been very little debate [about solar radiation management] in the circles beyond scientists… it’s still looked at as esoteric, science fiction, crazy, difficult, challenging – and all of those things apply,” he told CHN at the Chatham House conference.

    For some, however, geoengineering is so dangerous that it should be banned altogether.
    It could worsen the climate, be weaponised and exacerbate geopolitical imbalances, said Silvia Ribeiro, Latin America director at ETC Group, an organisation that looks at socioeconomic and ecological issues around new technologies. “Investments in geoengineering are already providing justifications for high greenhouse gas emitters to continue emitting and postpone real reductions.”
    The UN has so far taken a cautious, piecemeal approach. Th 190-plus parties to its Convention on Biological Diversity extended a moratorium on all climate-related technologies in 2016, while a 2013 convention on marine pollution prohibited geoengineering of the oceans. The UN’s climate change secretariat regulates global emissions accounting, including from forestry and bioenergy.
    ETC Group worries the Swiss resolution implicitly assumes that geoengineering is acceptable and just needs international governance.
    Perrez countered that the country wants the UN Environment Programme to assess the state of the science and the research gaps, the risks, benefits and uncertainties, the actors working on research and deployment, and how it could all be governed. Then, he said, countries can start talking about what to allow and how.
    But the way emissions are going now, “it’s hard to say that it will not be needed”, Pasztor said, referring to CO2 removal. “The reality is that emissions reductions alone are no longer enough, because we have already put so much carbon into the atmosphere that even if we stop today we’re still going to keep this climate change for hundreds of years.”“
