    The United States government has very long and storied history of perform both short and long-term experiments on sections of our population without their knowledge or consent. With that in mind, is the idea of chemtrails so far-fetched?
    Ilive here in America’s oldest city of Saint Augustine, in the perpetually-sunny state of Florida. Multiple times per week, for the past 9 years, I have watched with amused fascination as airplanes fly in a weaving pattern, criss-crossing each other while their planes emit a dense, white trail. This trail, from here on referred to as a chemtrail, is not the same as the normal contrail that is produced when planes fly. A ‘condensed vapor trail’, or contrail, is thinner and dissipates within seconds after the plane has passed. The ‘chemical trail’, or chemtrail, is thicker and grows larger after it is produced, the exact opposite of the contrail. One of my Bible teachers used to tell me that ‘things that are different are not the same’. The photo your see at the top of this article I took myself, as well as the video at the bottom of the page.
    I went and googled ‘chemtrails’, and was rather shocked at what results were returned to me. A few years ago, a Google search for ‘chemtrails’ would have returned a healthy pro-versus-con selection, leaving the reader to investigate and make up their own mind.Not so in 2019. The Google results I got today, I went through 15 pages of them, you can see for yourself here, all informed me that if I believed that chemtrails were real, then I was a ‘crazy conspiracy nut‘ and not to be taken seriously. Oh really? So that got me thinking about other ‘conspiracy theories’ where the powers that be called people nuts for believing but later turned out to be true. Here is just a few of those:
    THE TUSKEGEE FORCED SYPHILIS EXPERIMENT: United States government doctors let 622 men believe they were getting free healthcare and treatment — but actually gave them no treatment at all. Instead, the purpose of the Tuskegee experiment (a.k.a. the Tuskegee syphilis study) was to observe untreated black patients as syphilis ravaged their bodies. The researchers thus observed the men who had syphilis until they died, lying to them about their condition to keep them from getting treatment anywhere else. They watched as their bodies slowly degraded and they died in agony. The government denied this for decades until it finally came to light over 40 years after the experiments had ended. READ MORE
    CIA MK-ULTRA MIND CONTROL EXPERIMENTS: MK-Ultra’s “mind control” experiments generally centered around behavior modification via electroshock therapy, hypnosis, polygraphs, radiation, and a variety of drugs, toxins, and chemicals. These experiments relied on a range of test subjects: some who freely volunteered, some who volunteered under coercion, and some who had absolutely no idea they were involved in a sweeping defense research program. From mentally-impaired boys at a state school, to American soldiers, to “sexual psychopaths” at a state hospital, MK-Ultra’s programs often preyed on the most vulnerable members of society.     AGENT ORANGE: In 1965, dermatologist Dr. Albert Kligman got a hefty $10,000 grant to study various chemicals on behalf of Dow Corning, Johnson & Johnson, and the U.S. Army. His particular brief was to observe how human skin reacts to harsh chemicals, a process known as “hardening,” though he also tested psychoactive drugs as well. One of the chemicals we know that Dr. Kligman was testing was dioxin, the active ingredient in Agent Orange At the time, the military was crop dusting half of Vietnam with the stuff, and people in the spray zones were exposed over and over. The Pentagon was interested in what would happen to them, as was Dow, the manufacturer of Agent Orange. To speed up his research in the human experiments, Dr. Kligman injected his victims with a reported 468 times the recommended “safe” dose of dioxin, which is known to work as a blister agent and systemic toxin.     As you can see, the United States government has very long and storied history of perform both short and long-term experiments on sections of our population without their knowledge or consent, which is grisly and macabre to say the least. With that in mind, is the idea of chemtrails so far-fetched? I don’t think it is. At the very least, how is it possible that you can have up to half a dozen planes all flying in formation in the skies, and laying out the now-familiar patterns of criss-crossing and X’s? I watch it nearly every day here in Florida, this first video you will see is one I took myself while driving to the gym.
    I am no expert on chemtrails, but I am smart enough to be able to look at something and see that it doesn’t add up, that something is obviously wrong, and the official narrative which they try so hard to ram down our throats doesn’t line up with the facts.     I took this video myself this afternoon as I was driving to the gym. The sky, as you can see, was filled with long streaks made by planes that were criss-crossing each other at a relatively low altitude. Does it make me a ‘conspiracy theorist’ when I saw it with my own eyes? Am I to believe that the FAA approves all these different planes flying across each other, creating giant X’s in the sky at low-altitude? And yet, as you can see, here it is.     The mind-altering mechanism is based on a subliminal carrier technology: the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), sometimes called „S-quad“ or „Squad“.
    It was developed by Dr Oliver Lowery of Norcross, Georgia, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703, „Silent Subliminal Presentation System“, dated October 27, 1992.
    The abstract for the patent reads:
    „A silent communications system in which non-aural carriers, in the very low or very high audio-frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum are amplitude- or frequency-modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers.
    The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener.“
    According to literature by Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyze human emotional EEG patterns and replicate them, then store these „emotion signature clusters“ on another computer and, at will, „silently induce and change the emotional state in a human being“.
    Silent Sounds, Inc. states that it is interested only in positive emotions, but the military is not so limited. That this is a US Department of Defense project is obvious.
    Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds, Inc., says this about S-quad in a letter dated December 13, 1996:
    „All schematics, however, have been classified by the US Government and we are not allowed to reveal the exact details… … we make tapes and CDs for the German Government, even the former Soviet Union countries! All with the permission of the US State Department, of course… The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm (Iraq) quite successfully.“
    The graphic illustration, „Induced Alpha to Theta Biofeedback Cluster Movement“, which accompanies the literature, is labeled „#AB 116-394-95 UNCLASSIFIED“ and is an output from,
    „the world’s most versatile and most sensitive electroencephalograph (EEG) machine“.
    It has a gain capability of 200,000, as compared to other EEG machines in use which have gain capability of approximately 50,000. It is software-driven by the „fastest of computers“ using a noise-nulling technology similar to that used by nuclear submarines for detecting small objects underwater at extreme range.
    The purpose of all this high technology is to plot and display a moving cluster of periodic brainwave signals. The illustration shows an EEG display from a single individual, taken of left and right hemispheres simultaneously.
    Ile readout from the two sides of the brain appear to be quite different, but in fact are the same (discounting normal left-right brain variations).
    CLONING THE EMOTIONS
    By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude „emotion signature clusters“, synthesize them and store them on another computer.
    In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it.
    „These clusters are then placed on the Silent Sound[TM] carrier frequencies and will silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human being!“
    SYSTEM DELIVERY AND APPLICATIONS
    There is a lot more involved here than a simple subliminal sound system. There are numerous patented technologies which can be piggybacked individually or collectively onto a carrier frequency to elicit all kinds of effects.
    There appear to be two methods of delivery with the system.
    One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short-range operations.
    The other, as described above, utilizes ordinary radio and television carrier frequencies.
    Far from necessarily being used as a weapon against a person, the system does have limitless positive applications. However, the fact that the sounds are subliminal makes them virtually undetectable and possibly dangerous to the general public.
    In more conventional use, the Silent Sounds Subliminal System (SSSS) might utilize voice commands, e.g., as an adjunct to security systems. Beneath the musical broadcast that you hear in stores and shopping malls may be a hidden message which exhorts against shoplifting. And while voice commands alone are powerful, when the subliminal presentation system carries cloned emotional signatures, the result is overwhelming.
    Free-market uses for this technology are the common self-help tapes; positive affirmation, relaxation and meditation tapes; as well as methods to increase learning capabilities.
    In a medical context, these systems can be used to great advantage to treat psychiatric and psychosomatic problems. As a system for remediating the profoundly deaf, it is unequalled.
    (Promises, promises. This is the most common positive use touted for this technology over the past 30 years. But the deaf are still deaf, and the military now has a weapon to use on unsuspecting people with perfectly normal hearing.)
    OFFICIAL DENIALS
    In fact, the US Government has denied or refused to comment on mind-altering weapons for years.
    Only last year, US News & World Report ran an article titled „Wonder Weapons“ basically a review of the new so-called ’non-lethal‘ or ‚less-than -lethal‘ weapons.‘ Not one word about S-quad, although the technology had been used six years earlier!
    Excerpts from the article read:
    „Says Charles Bernard, a former Navy weapons-research director:
    ‚I have yet to see one of these ray-gun things that actually works; and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has come to us every few years to see if there are ways to incapacitate the central nervous system remotely,‘ Dr F. Terry Hambrecht, head of the Neural Prostheses Program at NIH, told US News, ‚but nothing has ever come of if,‘ he said. ‚That is too science-fiction and far-fetched.“‚
    It may sound „science fiction and far-fetched“ but it is not. However, that is just what the powers-that-be want you to believe, so as to leave them alone in their relentless pursuit of…what?
    The idea behind non-lethal weapons is to incapacitate the enemy without actually killing them, or, in the case of riot control or hostage situations, to disable the participants without permanent injury, preferably without their knowing it. The electromagnetic mind-altering technologies would all fall into this class of weapons, but since they are all officially non-existent, who is to decide when and where they will be used?
    And why should selected companies in the entertainment industry reportedly be allowed access to this technology when the very fact of its existence is denied to the general public?
    As recently as last month [February], this stonewall approach of total denial or silence on the subject still held fast, even toward committees of the US Congress!
    The Joint Economics Committee, chaired by Jim Saxton (R-NJ), convened on February 25, 1998 for the „Hearing on Radio Frequency Weapons and Proliferation: Potential Impact on the Economy“.
    Invited testimony included statements by several authorities from the military:
    Dr Alan Kehs, of the US Army Laboratories, discussed the overall RF threat.
    Mr James O’Bryon, Deputy Director of Operational Testing and Director of live fire testing for the Office of Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon, discussed the role of Live Fire Testing and how it plays a role in testing military equipment with RF weapons.
    Mr David Schriner, Principal Engineer of Directed Energy Studies with Electronic Warfare Associates and recently retired as an engineer with a naval weapons testing facility, talked about the difficulty in building an RF weapon and about the terrorist threat.
    Dr Ira Merritt, Chief of Concepts Identification and Applications Analysis Division, Advanced Technology Directorate, Missile Defense and Space Technology Center, Huntsville, Alabama, discussed the proliferation of RF weapons primarily from the former Soviet Union.
    Although these statements gave information of technical interest, they are perhaps more important for the information they did not give: information on the existence of radiofrequency weapons that directly affect the human brain and nervous system.
    KGB PSYCHOTRONICS
    This technology did not spring up overnight. It has a long history of development and denials of development-by the US Government and probably half of the other governments of the world as well.
    We know that the former Soviet Union was actively engaged in this type of research. In a previous article we reported that during the 1970s the Soviet KGB developed a Psychotronic Influence System (PIS) that was used to turn soldiers into programmable ‚human weapons‘. The system employed a combination of high-frequency radio-waves and hypnosis. The PIS project was begun in response to a similar training scheme launched in the US by President Carter, according to Yuri Malin, former security adviser to USSR President Gorbachev.
    In my Electromagnetic Weapons Timeline I covered a period of 60 years of interest and development in EM weapons-information gathered from the many articles and news clippings sent in by readers of Resonance.

    POWER OF THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
    Jan Wiesemann has written an apt description of the situation which now exists in the United States, about the ‚forces that be‘ and how the situation came about:
    „During the Cold War the United States not only engaged in a relatively open nuclear arms race with the Soviet Union, but also engaged in a secret race developing unconventional weapons. As the intelligence agencies (which prior to the Second World War had merely played a supporting role within the government) continued to increase their power, so did the funds spent on developing techniques designed to outsmart each other.
    „And as the US intelligence community began to grow, a secret culture sprang about which enabled the intelligence players to implement the various developed techniques to cleverly circumvent the democratic processes and institutions…
    „Like many other democracies, the US Government is made up of two basic parts the elected constituency, i.e., the various governors, judges, congressmen and the President; and the unelected bureaucracies, as represented by the numerous federal agencies.
    „In a well-balanced and correctly functioning democracy, the elected part of the government is in charge of its unelected bureaucratic part, giving the people a real voice in the agenda set by their government.
    „While a significant part of the US Government no doubt follows this democratic principle, a considerable portion of the US Government operates in complete secrecy and follows its own unaccountable agenda which, unacknowledged, very often is quite different from the public agenda. “
    Jan goes on to quote one of the United States‘ most popular war heroes: Dwight D. Eisenhower, who served as Supreme Commander of Allied Forces during World War II and was later elected 34th President of the United States.
    In his farewell address to the nation in 1961, President Eisenhower said:
    „…we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all United States corporations.
    „This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence-economic, political, even spiritual-is felt in every city, every state house, every office of the federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.
    „In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or our democratic processes.“
    INTERNATIONAL CONCERNS OVER NEW WEAPONS
    The United Nations was established in 1945 with the aim of „saving succeeding generations from the scourge of war“.
    In 1975 the General Assembly considered a draft first proposed by the Soviet Union: „Prohibition of the Development and Manufacture of New Types of Weapons of Mass Destruction and New Systems of Such Weapons“.
    In 1979 the Soviet Union added a list of some types of potential weapons of mass destruction:
    Radiological weapons (using radioactive materials) which could produce harmful effects similar to those of a nuclear explosion
    Particle beam weapons, based on charged or neutral particles, to affect biological targets
    Infrasonic acoustic radiation weapons
    Electromagnetic weapons operating at certain radio-frequency radiations which could have injurious effects on human organs.
    In response, the US and other Western nations stalled. They gave a long, convoluted reason, but the result was the same.
    In an article entitled „Non-Lethal Weapons May Violate Treaties“, the author notes that the Certain Conventional Weapons Convention covers many of the non-conventional weapons,
    „those that utilize infrasound or electromagnetic energy (including lasers, microwave or radiofrequency radiation, or visible light pulsed at brainwave frequency) for their effects“.
    Harlan Girard, Managing Director of the International Committee Against Offensive Microwave Weapons, told me he believes the strategy behind the government’s recent push for less-than-lethal weapons is a subterfuge. The ones that are now getting all the publicity are put up for scrutiny to get the public’s approval. The electromagnetic mind-altering technologies are not mentioned, but would be brought in later under the umbrella of less-than- lethal weapons.
    These weapons were recently transferred from the Department of Defense over to the Department of Justice. Why? Because there are several international treaties that specifically limit or exclude weapons of this nature from being used in international warfare.
    In other words, weapons that are barred from use against our country’s worst enemies (notwithstanding the fact that the US did use this weapon against Iraqi troops!) can now be used against our own citizens by the local police departments against such groups as peaceful protestors of US nuclear policies.
    TOWARDS GLOBAL MIND CONTROL
    The secrecy involved in the development of the electromagnetic mind-altering technology reflects the tremendous power that is inherent in it. To put it bluntly, whoever controls this technology can control the minds of men-all men.
    There is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished, by utilizing the nearly completed HAARP project for overseas areas and the GWEN network now in place in the US. The US Government denies all this.
    Dr Michael Persinger is a Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada.
    You have met him before in the pages of Resonance where we reported on his findings that strong electromagnetic fields can affect a person’s brain.
    „Temporal lobe stimulation,“ he said, „can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation, and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject’s memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed.“
    Dr Persinger wrote an article a few years ago, titled „On the Possibility of Directly Accessing Every Human Brain by Electromagnetic Induction of Fundamental Algorithms“.
    The abstract reads:
    „Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks.
    A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be. affected by a subharmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0. 1 Hz.“
    He concludes the article with this:
    „Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but which is now marginally feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed.
    „The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation. Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and implications within the scientific and public domain.“
    It doesn’t get any plainer than that.
    And we do not have open discussion because the US Government has totally denied the existence of this technology.

    Project Looking Glass device was used to predict the potential probability of future events.
    Once the device is tuned properly, images of probable future events are projected in open space within the fields, similar to a hologram. The data output of the device (images and in some cases sounds) were then captured via high resolution audio-video capture devices.
    If multiple probabilities of the same event were displayed, they could be de-interlaced by use of specific software platforms.
    Next to the Project Looking Glass device were two “transport pads” which could teleport physical matter or humans from one location to the other instantly, but not always reliably and with certain disastrous outcomes during testing phases.
    Dan had the unfortunate experience of being in the room during one of those unfortunate outcomes, and witnessed a death.”

    An important and consequential set of observations has taken place over the course of this last year. The subject of discussion is that of human blood. The observations raise the spectre and the very real possibility of the literal transformation of a species. In this case, the species is the human being.

    The data set upon which to draw definitive conclusions remains limited. Nevertheless, each individual that has been observed does show a common thread of anomalous disturbance within the blood, and the only variable to date is the degree of change.

    For those undesirous to follow this thread to its conclusions and propositions, it will be stated that the anomaly observed here is the alteration of blood in a combined biological and geometric sense; the end result of which remains uncertain. Those that continue to read will see the line of evidence, progression, and logic for themselves.     The first paper that we should become familiar with was written via Carnicom Institute in 2009, approximately 10 years ago. This paper was titled, “A Mechanism of Blood Damage”, and it introduces the situation that we must now face, more directly, a decade later. A couple of relevant quotes and image follow:

    This paper first presented the known impact of the Cross-Domain Bacteria (CDB)[tentative nomenclature] upon human blood.
    Another relevant paper that could certainly be mentioned here is titled, “Cross-Domain Bacteria Isolation”, written in May of 2014. This paper introduces the tentative “Cross-Domain Bacteria” (CDB) nomenclature in response to the protracted abstention, avoidance and neglect of the scientific, medical, and goverment communities in spite of repeated and sustained presentation of important microbiological discoveries….
    ”A sufficient time period has elapsed to allow for the identification, classification and designation of a novel and ubiquitous life-form that is known to exist in association with the so-called “Morgellons” condition. This call has thus far gone unheeded within the scientific community and more rapid progress is required. It has been stated, by discovery (ref.     Any papers that are discussed here need not be in chronological order, as there remains a continuous overlap between all research topics presented on this site over the last twenty years.
    However strange it may have seemed at the time that they were written, the next pair of papers introduced the prospect of modified or artificial blood existing within certain cultures that had been developed. Several papers were written on the topic, and it is fair to say they raised the ire of certain interest groups and concerted efforts to dismiss the work were made. The work of the Institute is governed largely by the standard of repeatability, and therefore in the face of such skepticism, the blood work was repeated, repeated, and then repeated. The work stands as written.
    While the notion of “artificial blood” may have seemed to be outside the norm of possibility for many of us at the time, the passage of time has shown us that the norms of biology have certainly changed dramatically over the last decade. Artificial blood research (with special emphasis upon military needs) was published publicly shortly after these papers were written. Anyone that is prone to think of biology, and artificial biology at that, need only look at the relatively recent introduction of CRISPR gene technology to show how quickly the world is changing.

    Before we go further, let’s address the question of “where”. Where does this unusual and specific microbe exist and come from?
    The answer, at this point is “environmental”. It now exists in the general environment, at a global level, in any and all physical samples that have been examined. The include air, water, soil, and food as first examples. Any strategies or thought of hiding from, denying, avoiding, or refusing to acknowledge the omnipresent existence of this specific microbe appear to be in folly and vain at this point. “Elimination” of the microbe also would appear to be a fruitless enterprise. It is here, and nothing foreseeable shows that it will disappear. Our world is full of microbes; some neutral, some harmful and some benign. Not everyone is affected in the same way under the influence of various microbes, even those that have been identified as harmful. These statements should be kept in perspective as we , as a species, continue to sort out our relationship with this particular microbe. The earth and life are not static entities, and adaptability to changing circumstances are a hallmark of survival of a species. That is no different here.
    All that being said, beyond the question of where it exists, is, where does or did it come from? This is a fair game question, however unpleasant that answer may be. The known evidence is this: the first identified source of this particular microbe is traced to an unusual airborne filament sample, with first examinations taking place in 1999. The United States Environmental Protection Agency was involved in those early discoveries, and the response of that agency can be found here:

    This researcher regards the EPA response as legally actionable for more than two decades, however no known legal challenge to the EPA’s stated position has been put forth. Carnicom Institute has made its crticism of the EPA decision known for this same twenty year period, and the state of public health continues to be affected by that decision to this day.
    This microbe now is broadly distributed across the full spectrum of the global environment.
    It is also appropriate to make mention of a paper titled, “Morgellons : An Enviromental Source”, written in December of 2009. This was the first of many papers to follow that established the claim that the origin of the CDB was indeed environmental and of filament association. Although the microscopy at the time was relatively modest, the paper made justifiable basis to this claim that has only been verified in a continous sense since. As stated at the time,

    Although a score or more of research papers relevant to the previous discussion could easily be presented, let us now advance to a more recent, and enigmatic, threshold of discovery. This is the subject matter of a much more recent paper titled, “Complex Observations, Unknown Consequence”, written in July of 2019. Once again, the photographs under the microscope are the evidence that we must consider. In this partcular case, the sample under observation was that of urine incubated under refrigeration for an extended period. Once again, a couple of quotations and photographs are presented to open up the new territory that is now before us:
    “Significant, highly significant “geometric” development and formation involving the CDB microbe is most definitely on display here. Such observations at this level of uniqueness have never before been witnessed or recorded by this researcher in the two decades of research that precedes it.”
    “There are obviously some important questions to ask here. One of these most certainly involves investigating the ‘driving force’, or cause of geometry now being introduced into the extensive microbial study that has brought us to this point. It is certainly warranted to open the discussion as to whether or not a biological ‘circuit’ or ‘network’ is established here. The distinction between nature and artificial design has certainly been presented to us, whether we welcome the prospect or not.”

    Although there is a long list of papers that will substantiate the progression of evidence presented here, we are now in a position to examine a more contemporary, but nevertheless related set of events. These events involve human blood and, once again, the issue returns closer to home.
    We must now look at another extraordinary development, and that is the alteration of the fundamental morphology and geometry of red blood cells (erythrocytes) by the CDB microbe. It is now to be understood and accepted that Carnicom Institute puts forth the claim that the specific microbe under study here is causal to what has become known as the Morgellons health condition.

    It should also be known, at this time, that the images above are extraordinary and are restricted, at this level of development, to come from a single individual. However, as a complement to this statement, the blood of every individual does exhibit some degree of variation that is caused by the presence of the CDB. The case shown here appears to represent a more uniform and sophisticated evolution of changes that are now known to occur within human blood. The fact that the cell membranes are intact and that no material structural damage to the cells is evident is a remarkable event in its own right. Additional comments will be made on this fact later in this discussion, as this is known to not always be the case. In fact, it is known that structural damage to the cellular integrity is a much more common occurrence. At this time, there is only one individual known that has exhibited, AT THE LEVEL SHOWN, the change in human blood shown above. The data set remains incomplete. How many individuals are affected, to the above degree, remains unknown at this time. The changes are, however, scientifically valuable enough to warrant this disclosure.
    Fortunately, although the data set is limited, there are some comparisons that can be made with other individuals. The blood of approximately a half dozen additional individuals has been observed under similar conditions and equipment to the case shown above. What is found that a “gradation” of CDB influence occurs within the other individuals. This ranges, therefore, from that of limited presence of the CDB to that of blood that shows serious compromise to the red blood cellular integrity. Examples of the extreme ends of the ranges that have been observed will be shown below. All individuals show some influence of the CDB presence, and this has been the case since initial blood observations were made years ago.
    Before additional ‘control’ samples are introduced, let us state again that a unique attribute of the blood sample above is that the cell geometry remains in apparent integrity, and that the cell membranes do not show serious degradation as has been commonly observed over time.

    A few comments are in order here, as we are fortunate to have a few “control” cases that we can make comparisons with. First, these photos are not selective; they can be regarded as a random sample of the population. No observations of individuals without some degree of CBD infusion are available at this time.
    It can seen that all individuals, at least to some degree. are subject to the phenomenon of CDB infusion and packing. Although remarkable in its own right, this finding is also consistent with that prepared from random samplings of the population many years ago. We may also infer, at least from the limited sample above, that age or sex do not appear to be primary variables that affect the degree of CDB infusion within the blood.
    Let us discuss each case in somewhat more detail. Photo 1 is an interesting case in that it represents the least impact from the CDB in the cases shown. We also see that a higher age of the individual also does not necessarily correspond to the degree of CDB infusion shown. It is known that this individual is extremely selective and disciplined with respect to diet. I think that it can be fairly stated that this individual has devoted a great deal of attention to quality of diet and nutrition over an extended period of time. Certainly a highly disciplined and healthful diet is to be considered as a factor in any future studies of this type. We also acknowledge, however, that such devoted efforts do not, in this case, entirely prevent the intrusion or infusion of CDB within the blood cells.
    It is also known that the individual of Photo 2 is also quite selective with respect to diet; although likely to a lesser degree than that from Photo 1. In this case we do see extensive CDB infusion. We also notice the cell membranes remain generally intact, although the circular geometry of the cells appears to be more disturbed than that from Photo 1. We also notice the presence of a couple of white blood cells (larger) that are heavily infused with the CDB, presumably in an attempt to remove the extensive microbe population from the blood.
    Photo 3 demonstrates age is not necessarily any barrier to the onset of CDB infusion. One may examine this issue more deeply with the past research paper titled “And Now Our Children” (Jan, 2008) on this site. What is noticed in this case is a higher level of CDB infusion along with a greater deterioration in the blood cell membrane integrity. No information on the dietary or life style attributes are known in the case.
    As we approach the tail of disclosure of important blood changes within the general population, there remains an additional intriguing chapter to report. The “transformation”, or changes that are underway, continue to evolve in unexpected and unknown ways, and with unknown consequences to human life.
    The individual blood sample that has been highlighted within this report continues to show significant and anomalous changes within the blood.
    There is, fortunately, a rather long history of blood observations for this individual, and at one time the damage shown was as severe as any that has ever been shown on this site. The reasons for the various changes that have taken place over the years, generally in the direction of improving cellular integrity, are likely involved and dependent upon the research of Carnicom Institute over the years. The latest disclosures, however, represent a most profound change in the state of affairs. The ante has now been raised, and it already was extraordinarily high.
    Here is the most current situation:
    Approximately three months after the blood observations of this report were made, a more recent set has been collected. Change has continued to take place, and the current status is shown below:
    Recent blood observations from the individual previously exhibiting uniform and dense CDB infusion. The blood remains abnormal with the presence of the central “bulls eye” effect. The presence of a centralized CDB within the cells exists as a strong possibility. There has been previous observations over the years of this nature; what is distinct here is the uniformity of presence within each erythrocyte and the continued integrity of the cell membrane within a sustained anomalous CDB infusion state. The blood conditions of thalassemia (hereditary), codocytes, and macrocytes do not seem to apply in this case; all evidence points to the CDB as the source of the blood change.     In summary:
    1. All blood samples examined visually over the course of existence of Carnicom Insitute or related research has shown the presence, at least to some detectable degree, of the Cross-Domain Bacteria (CDB – tentative nomenclature). The degree of impact to the cell integrity, and consequently to the human species, varies from less to severe.
    2. Carnicom Institute makes the claim that the CDB are causal to the health condition that has assumed the name of “Morgellons” by the general public. No formal acceptance of the reality of this health condition by the general scientific or medical communities currently exists.

    4. CDB infusion within the cells can reach remarkable levels. The infusion impact spans a wide range of impact, from that of severe cellular damage to that of orderly and geometric arrangement. An amazing combination of massive geometric CDB infusion coupled with no detectable impact upon cellular integrity has now been observed and recorded.
    5. The statistically significant presence and distribution of the CDB amongst the population observed, the sustained length of the observation period, and the phenomenal changes that are recorded herein force us to consider new boundaries on the state of human existence, cellular networking, and genetics.
    6. The cultures, biological molecules and DNA of this specific microbe can be produced as a result of the research of Carnicom Institute. Primary answers exist within the DNA of this species. There need not be any ambiguity on these affairs, and the means to resolve certain problems and answer important questions on the observations shown here does exist.
    7. There is no particular benefit to extrapolating the demonstrated scientific accomplishments to the point of unwarranted conjecture or claims. The substance of what is known about the microbe is sufficient to establish the further required campaign of discovery. Our work is now cut out before us, and any delay, avoidance, or denial will only compound the uncertainties that remain.

    Das erinnert mich sehr an einige Bibeltexte, wo Jahwe, der HERR, mit Donner und Blitz erschien und die Menschen ebenfalls erschraken, was ich schon immer so ganz und gar „ungöttlich“ empfand. Wer weiß, was am Sinai wirklich geschah, als Mose nach einem solchen gewaltigen Getöse den Berg erklomm, um sich dort mit Jahwe zu treffen, der dem Sklavenvolk der Hebräer seine Gesetze übergeben wollte und das Volk unten in Angst und Schrecken war?
    Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich dir damit einen kleinen Götter- Eindruck der „heiligen“ vedischen Texte vermitteln konnte. Natürlich bieten diese Texte weitaus mehr. Einiges davon findet man in Armin Risis Buch „Gott und Götter“, aber teils schwer verdauliche Theologie, wie ich meine! Auch wird viel über Götterkriege erzählt, was uns natürlich auch einen Einblick in die „Moralität“ dieser Götter vermittelt. Im Kapitel „Waffen der Götter“ schreibt Langbein: „ Als „gute Götter“ sahen wohl die wenigsten Inder die Besucher aus dem All an. Wussten doch die Menschen, dass die Fremden oft im Streit miteinander gerieten und untereinander heftigste Schlachten ausfochten.“
    Er berichtet von uralten Funden radioaktiv verseuchter Skelette, 30 000 an der Zahl und viele weitere Nachweise von unvorstellbaren radioaktiven Vernichtungskriegen.
