    beauftragt wurde38, erforschte zusammen mit Robert Beck die sog. Woodpecker-Signale, mit denen die
    UDSSR den Westen zur Zeit des Kalten Krieges attackierten. Er fand heraus, dass sie im Frequenzband
    zwischen 3.26 und 17.54 MHz mit einer Sendeleistung von 100 Megawatt nicht nur Hochfrequenzsender
    stören, sondern auch krank machende biologische Wirkungen haben, u. a. Krebs, Depressionen und
    Verhaltensstörungen verursachen können. Er wies nach, dass die Immissionen nicht abschirmbar waren,
    auch nicht mit einem Farady-Käfig. Und es war nicht möglich, sie mit Störsignalen unwirksam zu machen.
    “Nichts stoppt oder schwächt diese Signale”, soll Puharich selbst gesagt haben. Es sei die Absicht der
    Russen, damit das Bewusstsein der Menschheit zu ändern.
    Sein Bericht an die US-Regierung wurde unter Geheimhaltung gestellt und man versuchte, ihn zum
    Schweigen zu bringen. Sein Haus brannte ab und er musste nach Mexiko ins Exil flüchten. Später holte
    man ihn zurück. Man gab zwar die Existenz der Woodpecker-Besendung nicht zu, schoss aber von star-
    ken Sendeanlagen, über die die Amerikaner weltweit, u. a. in Australien und Afrika, verfügen, zurück.
    Diese HF-Sendeanlagen der USA erwiesen sich aber als ungenügend zur Abwehr. Deshalb bauten die
    Amerikaner HAARP. 39 Man kann davon ausgehen, dass der Ionosphärenheizer mit derselben Technolo-
    gie wie das russische Woodpecker-System arbeitet. Dafür sprechen auch die zugrunde liegenden Paten-
    te von Tesla.40
    Auf die Möglichkeiten entfernungsunabhängiger Informationsübertragung weist Michael Persinger implizit
    hin, wenn er in seinem Artikel davor warnt, dass die überall vorhandenen Energiefelder des Geomagne-
    tismus und anderer natürlicher Quellen wie von Sonnenwinden und technischer Strahlung dazu miss-

    2. Warum das so ist, erklärte Dr. Ulrich Warnke in seinem Vortrag beim DGEIM-Symposium 2003 in
    Stuttgart: Messgeräte zum Nachweis elektromagnetischer Wellen und Felder detektieren Kräfte.
    Longitudinal- und Skalarwellen aber haben keine Kräfte.43
    3. Prof. Michael Persinger erklärt es uns in seinem Artikel über die technische Machbarkeit von
    Mindcontrol-Besendung genauer: Der Spektrumanalyser misst quantitativ die elektromagnetische
    Trägerwelle, nicht aber den aufmodulierten Signalcode, bei dem es sich um qualitative Informati-
    on handelt. Auch weist er darauf hin, dass die benötigte Energie, um die biologisch wirksamen
    Störsignale zur Wirkung kommen zu lassen, relativ schwach sein kann.44
    4. Als sich kürzlich eine Betroffene Rat suchend an Frau Dr. Ingeburg Ruppe45 bei der Bundesan-
    stalt für Arbeitsschmutz und Arbeitsmedizin in Berlin, Nöldnerstrasse, wandte, erklärte diese fron-
    tal in der ihr eigenen provokant-dreisten Art, dass die Besendung ohnehin nicht nachweisbar sei.
    Ansonsten kenne sie nicht einen einzigen Fall.46
    5. Im Frühjahr 1997 hat der ehemalige E-Waffen-Konstrukteur Eldon Byrd der US-Navy in einem
    Artikel in der US News and World Report mitgeteilt, dass diese Version der E-Waffen dramati-
    sche Wirkungen auf lebende Organismen haben könnten, während das Signal zu schwach ist,
    um es nachweisen zu können.“

    Alle weiteren Recherchen erbrachten, dass es sich um das Institut am Fachbereich Humanwissenschaf-
    ten der Universität Osnabrück handeln muss. Dort gibt es eine Lehreinheit Psychologie mit der Unterab-
    teilung Fachgebiet Allgemeine Psychologie II. Prof. Hugo Schwarze wird in der Internet-Präsentation des

    seiner Leitung wurde untersucht, wie man damit den Charakter und die Persönlichkeit von Menschen
    beeinflussen kann.
    Prof. Peschka hat früher am Institut für Energiewandlung und Elektrische Antriebe in Stuttgart-Vaihingen,
    das mutmaßlich zum Institut für Luft- und Raumfahrt der Universität gehört, gearbeitet. In der Zeitschrift
    UMSCHAU in Wissenschaft und Technik, Heft 5 von 1975, findet sich ein Artikel mit dem Titel:“ Kineto-
    barische Effekte – ein neues Phänomen ?“. Dr. Ulrich Warnke, der seinerzeit einige gemeinsame Publika-
    tionen zusammen mit Prof. Peschka herausgebracht hat66, gab mir dazu die Auskunft, dass Prof. Pesch-
    ka mentale Einflüsse seiner kinetobarischen Frequenzen erwähnt habe. Was „kinetobarisch“ bedeutet,
    wissen aber weder der Brockhaus noch mein Physik-Lexikon.
    Heute hat Peschka einen Lehrstuhl am Institut für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen und Kraftfahrzeugbau
    der Universität Wien. Nachdem ich ihn dort ausfindig gemacht hatte, habe ich ihn mit einer kurzen E-Mail
    angeschrieben, in der ich zunächst nicht mitgeteilt habe, was mein Begehren ist. Er antwortete freundlich
    und offen, was mich ermutigte, direkt nachzufragen, was es mit seinem Engagement in der Mindcontrol-
    Forschung auf sich hat. Ich erhielt darauf hin keine Antwort mehr von ihm.
    Prof. Dr. Hugo Schwarze, Universität Osnabrück
    Heiner Gehring, der Autor von Versklavte Gehirne, antwortete mir in einer E-Mail-Nachricht vom 9. Au-
    gust 2003 auf meine Frage nach seinem Motiv zur Veröffentlichung dieses Buchs: „Als ein in der universi-
    tären Forschung arbeitender Psychologe habe ich es als meine Pflicht angesehen, über Mindcontrol als
    Bestandteil eben dieser Forschung zu schreiben. In der Lehre in Deutschland spielt das überhaupt keine
    Rolle, auch selbst dann nicht, wenn ein Professor selber an einem der Regierungsprojekte zu Mindcntrol
    beteiligt war.“ Auf meine Nachfrage, welche Universität der Tatort sei, antwortete er mir nicht mehr.
    Alle weiteren Recherchen erbrachten, dass es sich um das Institut am Fachbereich Humanwissenschaf-

    Nicht ganz bedeutungslos dürfte auch sein, dass Prof. Schwarze Schachprofi ist, wie eine Recherche im
    Internet unter seinem Namen zu Tage förderte. Dieses und die dem Institut zugeordnete Stelle eines
    wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiters für die Psychologie des Spiels lässt Zusammenhänge vermuten, wenn
    man dazu in Betracht zieht, dass Dr. Munzert ein Buch über die Psychologie des Schachspiels veröffent-
    licht hat67.
    Prof. Dr. Manfred Heinemann, Universität Hannover
    Prof. Heinemann ist Leiter des Instituts für Zeitgeschichte von Bildung und Wissenschaft an der Universi-
    tät Hannover. Er ist Sozialwissenschaftler, der nach eigener Aussage über Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in
    Hypnose verfügt. In der Öffentlichkeit gilt er als Experte für das Bildungswesen in der DDR von 1945 –
    1953.“

    „Prof. Niels Birbaumer, Universität Tübingen
    Er ist Direktor des Instituts für Medizinische Psychologie und Verhaltensbiologie. Dass Herr Birbaumer zu
    den führenden Experten auf dem Gebiet der neuroelektronischen Forschung gehört, kann man aus der
    Tatsache schließen, dass das Wissenschaftsjournal New Scientist ihn um seine Meinung bzgl. eines
    neuen Ultraschall-Patents der Firma Sony gefragt hat. Das Patent für die Technologie zur Induzierung
    von sensorischen Wahrnehmungen mittels Ultraschall direkt ins Bewusstsein nannte er einer CNN-
    Meldung zufolge ‚plausibel’.68
    Die ZEIT hatte ihn in einem Interview gefragt: „Werden wir Gedanken lesen können?69 Aus seinen Ant-
    worten lässt sich entnehmen, dass er den aktuellen Stand der neurolinguistischen Forschung gut kennt.
    Diese Vermutung wird in einem Artikel über die aktuelle neurophysiologische Forschung bestätigt, der in
    der SPIEGEL-Ausgabe 14/2008 erschienen ist. Darin wird über Experimente von Prof. Birbaumer mit
    Patienten berichtet, die an einem progressiven Verfall ihrer neuromuskulären Steuerungssysteme leiden:
    „Seit Jahrzehnten arbeitet er an seiner Idee: Er will Gehirne an Computer anschließen, damit Schwerbe-
    hinderte auf diese Weise kommunizieren können. Mit seinem „Gehirn-Computer-Interface“, von Birbau-
    mer großspurig „Gedankenlesemaschine“ genannt, haben bereits Dutzende seiner Patienten eindrucks-
    voll und weltweit beachtete Erfolge errungen.“
    Dass Birbaumer nicht nur Fachmann für neurophysiologische Signalcodierung ist, sondern auch für Ge-
    hirnwäsche, erfahren wir aus einem Artikel, den er 1998 zusammen mit Prof. Dr. Karl Walter Bock im
    Deutschen Ärzteblatt veröffentlicht hat.“

    „Auch Ärzte wollen profitieren:
    Auch Ärzte, die immerhin den Eid des Hippokrates geschworen haben, nie Schaden zuzufügen, haben
    offenbar keine Skrupel, nichtsahnende Hilfesuchende fürs Mindcontrol-Geschäft zu missbrauchen.     Bei
    den nachfolgenden Beispielen bleibe ich zum Schutz der Opfer zurückhaltend mit Angaben, woher die
    Informationen stammen. Ich kann aber versichern, dass die Quellen glaubwürdig sind.
    Dr. Ingeburg Ruppe, Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, Berlin, Nöldnerstrasse
    Ihre Aussagen – in Telefongesprächen wie bei persönlicher Begegnung – lassen vermuten, dass sie ihre
    und die Kapazitäten des Instituts für Mindcontrol-Forschung nutzt. Dabei kennt sie – selbstredend – nicht
    einen einzigen Fall.
    Eine niedergelassene Ärztin in München
    Ein Opfer des elektronischen Terrors unterzog sich jahrelang einer psychoanalytischen Behandlung bei
    ihr. Eines Tages sah die Patientin ihre Therapeutin eine Wohnung verlassen, in der die Drogen- und E-
    Waffen-Gang, von der sie terrorisiert wurde, ihr logistisches Quartier hatte.
    Zwei Erfurter Ärztinnen
    In der ursprünglichen Fassung hatte ich die Namen dieser beiden Damen genannt und schwere
    Kunstfehler beschrieben, die ihnen von einer ehemaligen Patientin zur Last gelegt werden. Einige Monate
    nach der Internetveröffentlichung wurde mir eine mit hohen Geldstrafen und repressiver Fristsetzung

    Fazit: Mindcontrol-Forschung ist ein attraktiver Tummelplatz für geldgierige und perverse Psychofummler.
    Die Stasi hat eine neue Aufgabe gefunden.“
    Die praktische Umsetzung ist, wie die Recherchen von Opfern ergeben haben, bundesweit fest in den
    Händen ehemaliger Stasimitarbeiter, die nach der Wende in die Dienste des Bundesnachrichtendienstes,
    der CIA und anderer Geheimdienste übernommen wurden    . Andere haben bei bestehenden privaten Si-
    cherheitsdiensten ein neues Betätigungsfeld gefunden oder einen eigenen aufgebaut. Das erklärt die
    verblüffend übereinstimmende Vorgehensweise in allen bekannten Fällen. Das Lokalkolorid richtet sich
    danach, welche Gang die Hoheitsrechte im jeweiligen Bezirk hat.     Handelt es sich z.B. um eine Bande,
    die traditionell im Drogenhandel tätig ist, so sind die Organisatoren andere Leute mit anderen subkulturel-
    len Arbeitsmethoden als in einem Bezirk, der von Ossi-(Exil)kultur geprägt ist.“

    „Bekanntlich machen sich ordentlich als Beamte bei Geheimdiensten bestallte Mitarbeiter die Hände nicht
    selbst schmutzig. Das Besendungsgeschäft im Outsourcing-Verfahren regional vor Ort von kriminellen
    Banden organisieren zu lassen, hat den Vorteil, dass der staatliche Geheimdienst seine Hände in Un-
    schuld waschen kann und keine weiteren Verpflichtungen eingeht, als den Tätern im Rahmen seiner Für-
    sorgepflicht den Rücken vor den Strafverfolgungsbehörden frei zu halten.72 In einem Stellenangebot für
    eine „Karriere als Belästiger“…“

    „Aus zuverlässiger Quelle wissen wir, dass die deutschen Geheimdienste – sollten sie nicht Auftraggeber
    des elektronischen Terrors in deutschen Landen sein -, dem verbrecherischen Treiben der regionalen
    Bestrahlungskommandos genauso verantwortungsbewusst und untätig zusehen wie das Bundeskriminalamt    .
    Diesem kommt die Aufgabe zu, alle anderen Behörden wie die LKAs, das Bundesinnenministerium u.a. mit der Auskunft ruhig zu stellen, dass die Behauptungen der Opfer gegenstandslos seien.
    Die Dreistigkeit, mit der das BKA die Machenschaften der Stasi deckt, hat seinerzeit schon Andreas von
    Bülow als Mitglied des Stasi-Untersuchungsausschusses des Deutschen Bundestags erbost.     Er schreibt
    dazu: „Ein weiterer Anstoß zu diesem Buch erwuchs aus der dreisten Behauptung des ehemaligen stellvertretenden Leiters des Bundeskriminalamtes, der mir auf die Bitte nach einer etwas systematischeren
    Einführung in die Zusammenhänge von Drogenhandel, Waffenhandel, Geldwäsche und Terrorismus zur
    Antwort gab, das Bundeskriminalamt sei aufgrund des deutschen Datenschutzes außerstande, die ge-
    nannten Felder im Zusammenhang zu erkennen und darzustellen. Meine Anregung, die Beschwernisse
    seines Amtes mir schriftlich so darzustellen, dass gesetzliche Abhilfe geschaffen werden könne, griff der
    Vertreter des BKA nicht auf.““

    Wie eng wiederum die Abhängigkeiten des BND von den amerikanischen Geheimdiensten sind, darüber
    macht man sich keine Illusionen mehr, wenn man Norbert Juretzkos Buch Bedingt dienstbereit liest. Darin
    beschreibt er, wie der US-Militärgeheimdienst DIA ihn und seine Kollegen vom BND zu Dackeln machte,
    die die kleinen Werbegeschenke der amerikanischen Kollegen dankbar entgegen nahmen und ihnen
    dafür willfährig alles eingesammelte Informationsmaterial ablieferten. Die Situation der Berliner BND-
    Agenten zu Wendezeiten fasste ein frustrierter Mitarbeiter der Truppe in dem Satz zusammen: „Vom
    eigenen Dienst werden wir verarscht, von den Amis beschissen.“77

    einem deutschen Geheimdienst verübt werden, die Parlamentarische Kontrollkommission des Deutschen

    Der amerikanische Spielfilm Control Factor ist, wenn man verfremdende Metaphorik in Rechnung stellt,
    verblüffend hart an der Realität mit seiner Darstellung der Zusammenhänge. Die Mindcontroler sind eine
    Truppe von Neuro-Wissenschaftlern vom Schlag eines Dr. Mengele und eiskalten AgentInnen, ausgerüs-
    tet mit Hightech. Im Film wird mitgeteilt, sie seien nicht im Auftrag der gewählten Regierung tätig, sondern
    es handele sich um eine Organisation für Nationale Sicherheit, die zunächst an Einzelfällen Erfahrung
    sammelt, um dann im nächsten Schritt mittels der überall installierten Mobilfunksender zur psychotroni-
    schen Manipulation ganzer Bevölkerungsgruppen überzugehen.“

    „Menschenjagd auf Alte, Kranke, Außenseiter und Querdenker:
    Bei E-Waffen-Opfern zeigen sich auffällige Häufungen von Fallzahlen in einigen Bevölkerungsgruppen.
    Unter ihnen sind viele alte Menschen, also Personen, die nicht mehr im Erwerbsleben stehen; auch
    scheinen die Täter allein lebende Frauen als Jagdopfer zu bevorzugen. Den tieferen Sinn dieser Aus-
    wahlkriterien erklärt der russische Experte Jurij J. Leonov, der selbst in der Entwicklung von psychotroni-
    schen und Plasmawaffen gearbeitet hat, und heute Abgeordneter in der Duma ist, in einem Interview, das
    unter dem Titel Engel und Dämonen beim FSB am 26.10.99 in einer Zeitschrift unbekannten Titels veröf-
    fentlicht wurde. Leonov sagt: „Der KGB benutzte Singles, in den meisten Fällen ältere; das könnte in ge-
    wissem Sinn als human bezeichnet werden“99 Wer sich mit politisch unliebsamen Themen oder mit tabu-
    isierten Sachverhalten beschäftigt und diese vielleicht auch noch öffentlich bekannt macht, der muss
    damit rechnen, ins Fadenkreuz der E-Waffen-Maffia zu geraten. Alle Menschen, die umweltkrank
    und/oder –engagiert sind..“

    „Einer großen Zahl von Fällen geht es um Immobilien; da sollen Menschen von ihren Nachbarn,
    die häufig arbeitslos sind, aus ihrem Haus oder ihrer Wohnung vertrieben werden, sei es aus Habgier,
    Neid oder Missgunst. Und dann gibt es noch diejenigen, die sich in ihrer Berufsausübung die Freiheit
    nehmen, ihrer ethischen Verpflichtung zu folgen und unbestechlich zu sein. Wenn sie damit irgendwel-
    chen Dunkelmännern in die Quere kommen, dann lehrt man sie mit Strahlenfolter Mores. Prof. Meyl ist
    ein prominentes Beispiel.101 Natürlich werden das gesamte Umfeld und alle Kontaktpersonen der Opfer
    ständig überwacht und verdeckt elektronisch, mit Desinformation und sonst wie manipuliert.
    Die Menschen, die offenkundig und brutal gefoltert werden, sind nur die Spitze des Eisbergs. Potentiell
    wird die gesamte Bevölkerung verdeckt mit diesen Technologien überwacht und beeinflusst.
    Zieht man die Summe der Einzelbeobachtungen zusammen, um die Frage nach den Zielen und Zwecken
    zu beantworten, die die Täter mit ihrem immensen personellen102, materiellen und finanziellen Aufwand
    verfolgen, so kommt man bei aller Vorsicht, nicht Verschwörungstheorien, die gerade Konjunktur haben,
    auf den Leim zu gehen, zu folgenden Hypothesen:“

    1. E-Waffen sind die Waffen der Zukunft. An ihrer Entwicklung wird mit Hochdruck gearbeitet.103
    Neue Entwicklungen werden im Feldversuch an schutzlosen Bürgern erprobt. (These Dr. Mun-

    2. Die Opfergruppen lassen sich den sozialen Merkmalen zuordnen
    – Alter
    – allein lebend
    – Frauen
    – ‚Ballastexistenz’ (lebt von Rente, Arbeitslosengeld, Sozialhilfe)
    – krank
    – politisch inopportun
    – Außenseiter
    3. Die gesundheitlichen Auswirkungen sind dazu geeignet, das „sozial verträgliche Frühableben“
    der Opfer zu befördern. Die colateralen Terrormethoden zielen darauf ab, die psychosoziale und
    materielle Existenz der Opfer zu zerstören. Man versucht, sie in den Selbstmord zu treiben oder
    zu entmündigen, indem man sie in die Psychiatrie bringt und/oder unter Betreuung stellt. Man
    versucht, sie in die Wohnungslosigkeit zu treiben, und damit in Entwurzelung und Hilfsbedürftig-
    keit. Man raubt ihnen den Schlaf, um sie zu zermürben, und man versucht, sie um den Verstand
    zu bringen, um ihnen die Selbstbestimmung zu nehmen.
    4. Die elektronische Bearbeitung der Opfer zielt primär darauf ab, ihr Denken, Fühlen und Verhalten
    zu kontrollieren und zu steuern.
    5. In Zeiten globalisierter Verteilungskämpfe setzt das politische Management nicht mehr auf
    Schlagstock und Wasserwerfer, um die Bevölkerung in Schach zu halten, sondern auf elektroni-
    sche Massenbeeinflussung.
    6. Unter dem Deckmantel von Demokratie, Menschenrechten und Rechtsstaat, der in Fest- und
    Feiertagsreden beschworen wird, agiert weltweit ein geheimes Herrschaftssystem, das sich einen
    Dreck darum schert. Die Drahtzieher sind in den Kreisen der Hochfinanz, Großindustrie und –
    magnaten, des Schwarzen Adels, der Geheimdienste, -bünde und –logen zu suchen. Sie und ih-
    re politischen Lakaien, allen voran George W. Bush, agieren aber auch ganz ungeniert in so re-
    nommierten Gremien wie UNO, Nato, IWF, WTO, Club of Rome, Regierungen von Nationalstaa-
    ten usw.104
    7. Es sind dieselben grauen Eminenzen – in der nächsten und übernächsten Generation – , die den
    1. und 2. Weltkrieg in Szene gesetzt, Hitler, Mussolini und Franco an die Macht gebracht und dort
    gehalten haben. Es sind die Leute, die die nationalen Volkswirtschaften ausbluten, indem sie Un-
    summen von Dollars per Computer virtuell um den Globus zirkulieren lassen. Diese Leute sehen
    offenbar mit dem Ende des Kommunismus die Stunde gekommen, nun endgültig die „Neue
    Weltordnung“ zu errichten; d.h. die soziobiologisch und elektronisch kontrollierte globale Zombiegesellschaft.
    8. Der neue Mensch, den es dafür zu züchten gilt, ist resistent gegenüber Chemikalien und elektromagnetischer Strahlung.

    hocheffizientem Entgiftungssystem sucht..“

    Torsional radiation (radiation of twisted polarisation) is a special kind of physical radiation that cannot be
    beamed by the nature environments. Because of this its appliance can induce any disease, calm down
    unwished excitement, decrease or increase psychophysical activity [17, p. 192], strengthen different
    wishes, implant into the subconsciousness of the object in question a necessary programme [23 p.
    133;17, p. 192;, 50, p 376 ]. Torsional fields are the tumultuous currents of particles. Intensity of a tor-
    sional field does not depend on a distance to the source of the field and possesses a particular penetrat-

    way in Moscow [32, p. 48]. Especially good results in the area of psychotronic technologies have been
    obtained by means of stimulating the subconsciousness of population, the so called zombiing.
    The Director of the Inter-industry Scientific and Technical Centre Vent, the Doctor of physical and
    mathematical sciences A. J. Akimov invented a spin-torsional generator that irradiates bell-mouthed rays
    of reversion, which are capable to lock the devices (homing guidance system up to and including). In the
    result of such influence not only equipment turns off, but also human mind and body. A. J. Akimov ap-
    proved, that for the experimental works a production run of torsional generators of works-made samples
    has been settled [7, p.181]. V. Šepilov from the Moscow Centre Enio-technica reports that military forces
    have at their disposal weapon-like generators capable of focus injuring of vital functions of a human or-
    ganism: breath, cardiovascular system and neuronal connections.

    Moskauer Appell an die Weltöffentlichkeit
    “Das Moskauer Komitee für ökologisches Wohnen: gegen psychotronische Gewaltanwendung (russische
    Föderation) appelliert an die Weltöffentlichkeit mit einem Ersuchen um die Durchführung einer internatio-
    nalen Untersuchung des Genozids an der russischen Bevölkerung und des Breiteneinsatzes psychotroni-
    scher Waffen gegen Bürger der russischen Föderation. Unsere Organisation wurde im Jahr 1990 ge-
    gründet, um die Aufmerksamkeit der Öffentlichkeit und der Regierung auf das Problem von psychotroni-
    schem Terrorismus zu lenken und um Bürger darin zu unterstützen, ihre legitimen Rechte und Freiheiten
    zu schützen – im besonderen das Recht, in Sicherheit in der eigenen Wohnung zu leben. Das Komitee
    wurde von der Moskauer Rechtsbehörde am 15.08.1994 unter der Nr. 3383 registriert. Es ist von den
    Angaben in wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften, von den Massenmedien und von vielen Bürgerbeschwerden
    in verschiedenen Ersuchen bekannt, dass psychoronische Waffen für die Durchführung biomedizinischer,
    kybernetischer Experimente, für die Kontrolle und das Management, und dazu, Bürger des russischen
    Staates zu Zombies zu machen, sowohl für militärische, als auch zu Zwecken der Unterdrückung benutzt

    rung (Verstärkung) der Wirkungen psychotronischer Einflüsse mit der Anwendung von elektromagneti-
    schen (in diesen Fällen Laser, CVCh., Mikrowellen, Röntgenstrahlung) drehenden, leptonischen, gravita-
    tiven genauso wie akustischen, Infra- und Ultraschall-Effekten werden auch psychotronische und narkoti-

    Zahlreiche Aufrufe des Moskauer Komitees für ökologisches Wohnen in den letzten 9 Jahren an alle Re-
    gierungshierarchien, an den Präsidenten, an die Verwaltung, an die Duma mit der Bitte um eine Untersu-
    chung der zugänglichen Tatsachen bzgl. Massenexperimenten – einschließlich internationaler – an den
    Bürgern Russlands, einem Völkermord, und auch um die Forderung, den psychotronischen Terrorismus
    zu beenden und die weitere Entwicklung und Herstellung psychotronischer Waffen zu verbieten durch die
    Einführung strenger Kontrollen über den Teil der Öffentlichkeit und der Regierung, die wissenschaftliche
