„North Carolina woman gets coronavirus despite staying home for three weeks“
Victoria Nissen: so is it in the air? As in Chemtrails?
Nadine Nelson: Incubation is up to a month and yes it´s also Airborne, so maybe neighbours.
Julia Rose: on the shopping.
Tim Casey: She had an autoimmune disorder, anyone with an autoimmune disorder will test positive for covid-19.
The test for covid-19, tests for enzymes realised from cell death. So autoimmune diseases, stress, cancer, heart
disease, and many other things will test positive.
Danielle Rae: There is some BS here. So let’s start living again and all get it.
If we die, we die.. fuck it at this point.
Lori Dalton: Try reading the article. She let someone deliver groceries she didn’t know, who had it. Then she didn’t take it out of the bags or clean it, before she brought it inside.
Greg R. Dietrich: Ahh! the ny post.
Eric Lopez: That’s at least what she told her husband and the media.
Jody Bacon Sanders: 5G.
Puti Warbrick: False positive test.
Krisztina Halász: Coronavirus is the common cold. New strand is covid19.
So. Every covid19 is coronavirus, but not every corona is covid! But test can only confirm the common coronavirus..
So you can be positive, but not have the new strand!

„A North Carolina coronavirus patient said she was infected despite staying home for the three weeks leading up to her diagnosis last Thursday, a report said.
“This is the sickest I’ve ever been and it’s the most scared I’ve ever been,” Rachel Brummert told WCNC. “I’m absolutely terrified.”
Brummert, who suffers from an autoimmune disorder, told the outlet that she last left her Charlotte home for a trip to the pharmacy in mid-March.
Because of her underlying condition, Brummert, as a precautionary measure, had kept her distance from others, including her husband, who is living in a separate room.

On one occasion, a woman who has since tested positive for the illness dropped off groceries on Brummert’s doorstep, the report said.
While Brummert didn’t come into contact with the woman, she said she retrieved the bags of food from her porch without gloves.
“I really thought I was doing everything right,” Brummert said.
“I’ve never had anything like this before,” she said. “I’ve had the flu. This is not the flu. It’s a whole other monster.”“

By Park Si-soo
South Korea has confirmed 111 cases of coronavirus reinfection (as of Sunday noon) .. two epicenters of the domestic outbreak.
Jung Eun-kyeong, director of Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC), said on Sunday the organization was exploring possible causes of reinfection.
„For now it is uncertain what led to reinfection ― revived virus that survived treatment or fresh exposure to the virus after recovery,“ Jung said.
The director said an extensive research was under way and the KCDC would share the result with WHO and other nations battling coronavirus.
Earlier health authorities here have said the virus was high.. likely to have been reactivated, instead of the people being reinfected, as they tested positive again in a relatively short time after being released from quarantine.
They also said the COVID-19 virus may remain latent in certain cells in the body and attack the respiratory organs again once reactivated.
A COVID-19 patient is deemed fully recovered after showing negative results for two tests in a row within a 24-hour interval. The country’s COVID-19 infections reported 32 additional virus cases, bringing total infections to 10,512.“

Loss of smell and taste validated as COVID-19 symptoms in patients with high recovery rate
„Loss of smell and taste validated as COVID-19 symptoms in patients with high recovery rate“
„Neuroscience News
Summary: Study confirms sensory loss associated with taste and smell is strongly linked to early coronavirus infection. Based on the findings, people who report olfactory or taste loss are ten times more likely to have COVID-19 than other infections. Patients reported their sensory loss to be profound rather than mild. Encouragingly, the rate of sensory recovery was high, with patients reporting a return of normal smell and taste function within two to four weeks, which matches the time of disease recovery. Researchers also found people who reported sore throats more often tested negative for COVID-19.

„Loss of smell and taste has been anecdotally linked to COVID-19 infections. In a study published April 12, 2020 in the journal International Forum of Allergy & Rhinology, researchers at UC San Diego Health report the first empirical findings that strongly associate sensory loss with COVID-19, the respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus.
“Based on our study, if you have smell and taste loss, you are more than 10 times more likely to have COVID-19 infection than other causes of infection. The most common first sign of a COVID-19 infection remains fever, but fatigue and loss of smell and taste follow as other very common initial symptoms,” said Carol Yan, MD, an otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon at UC San Diego Health. “We know COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus. This study supports the need to be aware of smell and taste loss as early signs of COVID-19.”
Yan and colleagues surveyed 1,480 patients with flu-like symptoms and concerns regarding potential COVID-19 infection who underwent testing at UC San Diego Health from March 3 through March 29, 2020. Within that total, 102 patients tested positive for the virus and 1,378 tested negative. The study included responses from 59 COVID-19-positive patients and 203 COVID-19-negative patients.
Yan said the study demonstrated the high prevalence and unique presentation of certain sensory impairments in patients positive with COVID-19. Of those who reported loss of smell and taste, the loss was typically profound, not mild. But encouragingly, the rate of recovery of smell and taste was high and occurred usually within two to four weeks of infection.
“Our study not only showed that the high incidence of smell and taste is specific to COVID-19 infection, but we fortunately also found that for the majority of people sensory recovery was generally rapid,” said Yan. “Among the Covid-19 patients with smell loss, more than 70 percent had reported improvement of smell at the time of survey and of those who hadn’t reported improvement, many had only been diagnosed recently.”“
But encouragingly, the rate of recovery of smell and taste was high and occurred usually within two to four weeks of infection. The image is in the public domain.
Sensory return typically matched the timing of disease recovery. Interestingly, the researchers found that persons who reported experiencing a sore throat more often tested negative for COVID-19.
In an effort to decrease risk of virus transmission, UC San Diego Health now includes loss of smell and taste as a screening requirement for visitors and staff, as well as a marker for testing patients who may be positive for the virus.
Other known symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, fatigue, cough and difficulty breathing. Respondents in Yan’s study were most often persons with milder forms of COVID-19 infection who did not require hospitalization or intubation. The findings, she said, underline the importance of identifying early or subtle symptoms of COVID-19 infection in people who may be at risk of transmitting the disease as they recuperate within the community.
“It is our hope that with these findings other institutions will follow suit and not only list smell and taste loss as a symptom of COVID-19, but use it as a screening measure for the virus across the world,” Yan said.

Abstract
Long-term memory performance depends upon gating system
Association of chemosensory dysfunction and Covid‐19 in patients presenting with influenza‐like symptoms
Background
Rapid spread of the SARS‐CoV‐2 virus and concern for viral transmission by ambulatory patients with minimal to no symptoms underline the importance of identifying early or subclinical symptoms of Covid‐19 infection. Two such candidate symptoms include anecdotally reported loss of smell and taste. Understanding the timing and association of smell/taste loss in Covid‐19 may help facilitate screening and early isolation of cases.
Methods
A single‐institution, cross‐sectional study evaluating patient‐reported symptoms with a focus on smell and taste was conducted using an internet‐based platform on adult subjects who underwent testing for Covid‐19. Logistic regression was employed to identify symptoms associated with Covid‐19 positivity.
Results
A total of 1480 patients with influenza‐like symptoms underwent Covid‐19 testing between March 3 through 29, 2020. Our study captured 59 of 102 (58%) Covid‐19‐positive patients and 203 of 1378 (15%) Covid‐19‐negative patients. Smell and taste loss were reported in 68% (40/59) and 71% (42/59) of Covid‐19‐positive subjects, respectively, compared to 16% (33/203) and 17% (35/203) of Covid‐19‐negative patients..
Conclusions
In ambulatory individuals with influenza‐like symptoms, chemosensory dysfunction was strongly associated with Covid‐19 infection and should be considered when screening symptoms. Most will recover chemosensory function within weeks paralleling resolution of other disease‐related symptoms.“

„The important thing is to make people realize in
almost every field we have choices, it’s not predetermined.“
„Why not protect people against that too – with this
new surveillance system, so the tendency would be to prolong it indefinitely and in this way the corona virus epidemic
could be a watershed event in the history of surveillance, it’s the moment when mass systems of surveillance are established even in democracies that so far rejected them and also it’s the moment when surveillance goes really
under the skin. Governments are now not just interested in well we go and who we meet but even in what’s happening inside our bodies, our body temperature, our blood
pressure, our medical condition, so that’s really going a step further and what we need to realize is that it’s not true that the only way to stop an epidemic is through some totalitarian surveillance and control from above, we have a choice, we can go the way of totalitarian surveillance all we can go the way of empowering citizens giving them good scientific education, giving them reliable information and trusting them to do the right thing, if you think about washing hands with soap, so you can place a camera in every toilet and punish people who don’t wash their hands with soap or you can tell people educate people look there are viruses and germs they cause disease if you wash your hands with soap it kills or removes the viruses and you trust people to do the right thing.“
„This moment of crisis we need this kind of trust
„but what we’re also seeing is cooperation so where do you think this leaves the balance between populist
leaders and globalization?“
„Again we need now global cooperation more than ever
before to exchange information to make sure that we produce enough equipment globally to deal with this masks and testing kits and respiratory machines and so forth. We need a global effort to improve and increase the production and we need to distribute the equipment fairly … the rich countries will monopolize all the equipment, we need the equipment to go to the countries that it needs most, we can cooperate in many other ways, by, for instance, sending medical, help medical personnel from one country to another and of course we need
cooperation on the economic level to have a global economic plan, especially again for the poorer countries. Countries
like the US, Germany and Britain, they will somehow muddle through, but when this crisis hits Africa, South Asia, South
America, unless we have a global economic plan entire countries could collapse and what we are seeing now is that there is no such cooperation, again this is the price for the rise of xenophobic populism over the last few years when we
most need global cooperation you see that there is no global leadership United States which served as the global leader during the Ebola epidemic of 2014 and during the 2008 financial crisis it basically abdicated its job as global
leader, it’s very clear to the world that the u.s. is no longer leader of the world, it cares basically just about itself, it has no friends only interests and even if the u.s. suddenly has a revelation and decides to reassume global leadership role which is not happening yet but maybe in the future the level of trust in the current US administration is so low that nobody would follow it nobody would like to
follow a leader whose motto is: me first.“
„Again it’s a choice it’s not predetermined on the one hand
this kind of crisis could accelerate processes of democratic collapse and the rise of authoritarian strongmen people
panicking and economic crises they feel threatened biologically by an epidemic and the yearn for them strong leader that can protect them so it can go in that
direction or it can go eight exact opposite people realizing because of this crisis the importance of having a national solidarity over the last few years was really led to the crisis of democracy is that politicians in many countries again the u.s. is the best example have abandoned the idea of
national solidarity and intentionally divided society into hostile camps presenting themselves as the leaders of
one camp and presenting the other camp not as legitimate rivals but as dangerous traitors and this was their ticket to power and in a normal situation maybe you can run a country
even like the US with the support of just half the population but you can’t do it in a crisis like this, at present in the u.s. there is one camp that whatever the president says even if he says that the Sun rises in the West and set in the east they’ll believe it but then you have the other half that if he says one plus one equals two they are self-doubting it just because he said it and now he wants everybody to follow the same guidelines because to defeat this epidemic you can’t have just 50% of the population you need a hundred percent.“ -
Coronavirus could attack immune system like HIV by targeting protective cells

Coronavirus could attack immune system like HIV by targeting protective cells, warn scientists
Researchers in China and the US find that the virus that causes Covid-19 can destroy the T cells that are supposed to protect the body from harmful invaders
One doctor said concern is growing in medical circles that effect could be similar to HIV.“

„The reason, they suspected, was the lack of a membrane fusion function. Sars, which killed hundreds in a 2003 outbreak, can only infect cells carrying a specific receptor protein known as ACE2, and this protein has an extremely low presence in T cells.
Further investigations to the coronavirus infection on primary T cells would evoke “new ideas about pathogenic mechanisms and therapeutic interventions,” the researchers said in a paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Cellular & Molecular Immunology this week.
A doctor, who works in a public hospital treating Covid-19 patients in Beijing, said the discovery added another piece of evidence to a growing concern in medical circles that the coronavirus could sometimes behave like some of the most notorious viruses that directly attack the human immune system.“

„“More and more people compare it to HIV,” said the doctor who requested not to be named due to the sensitivity of the issue.
In February, Chen Yongwen and his colleagues at the PLA’s Institute of Immunology released a clinical report warning that the number of T cells could drop significantly in Covid-19 patients, especially when they were elderly or required treatment in intensive care units. The lower the T cell count, the higher the risk of death.

The coronavirus that causes Covid-19 could kill the powerful immune cells that are supposed to kill the virus instead, scientists have warned.
The surprise discovery, made by a team of researchers from Shanghai and New York, coincided with frontline doctors’ observation that Covid-19 could attack the human immune system and cause damages similar to that found in HIV patients.
Lu Lu, from Fudan University in Shanghai, and Jang Shibo, from the New York Blood Centre, joined the living virus, which is officially known as Sars-CoV-2, on laboratory-grown T lymphocyte cell lines.
T lymphocytes, also known as T cells, play a central role in identifying and eliminating alien invaders in the body.

They do this by capturing a cell infected by a virus, bore a hole in its membrane and inject toxic chemicals into the cell. These chemicals then kill both the virus and infected cell and tear them to pieces.
Deadly coronavirus comes in three variants, researchers find
12 Apr 2020
To the surprise of the scientists, the T cell became a prey to the coronavirus in their experiment. They found a unique structure in the virus’s spike protein that appeared to have triggered the fusion of a viral envelope and cell membrane when they came into contact.
The virus’s genes then entered the T cell and took it hostage, disabling its function of protecting humans.
The researchers did the same experiment with severe acute respiratory syndrome, or Sars, another coronavirus, and found that the Sars virus did not have the ability to infect T cells.

Coronavirus: pandemic hits a grim milestone as Covid-19 deaths worldwide surpass 100,000
Doctors who had seen the bodies said the damage to the internal organs was similar to a combination of Sars and Aids.

The gene behind the fusion function in Sars-CoV-2 was not found in other coronaviruses in human or animals.
But some deadly human viruses such as Aids and Ebola have similar sequences, prompting speculation that the novel coronavirus might have been spreading quietly in human societies for a long time before causing this pandemic.
Volunteers needed for second phase of China coronavirus vaccine trial
10 Apr 2020
But there was one major difference between Sars-CoV-2 and HIV, according to the new study.
HIV can replicate in the T cells and turn them into factories to generate more copies to infect other cells.
But Lu and Jiang did not observe any growth of the coronavirus after it entered the T-cells, suggesting that the virus and T-cells might end up dying together.
The study gives rise to some new questions. For instance, the coronavirus can exist for weeks on some patients without causing any symptoms. How it interacted with the T cells in these patients remained unclear.
Some critically ill patients also experienced cytokine storms, where the immune system overreacts and attacks healthy cells.
But why and how the coronavirus triggers that remains poorly understood.“

The U.S. government had awarded a $3.7 million research grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology
„The U.S. government had awarded a $3.7 million research grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology:
„April 12, 2020 CIVILIAN INTELLIGENCE NEWS SERVICE“
„The U.S. National Institutes of Health, a government agency, had awarded the research grant on coronavirus transmission in the lab over the past decade:“
„The Chinese laboratory at the center of scrutiny over a potential coronavirus leak has been using U.S. government money to carry out research on bats from the caves which scientists believe are the original source of the deadly outbreak.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology undertook coronavirus experiments on mammals captured more than 1,000 miles away in Yunnan which were funded by a $3.7 million grant from the US government.
Sequencing of the COVID-19 genome has traced it back to bats found in Yunnan caves but it was first thought to have transferred to humans at an animal market in Wuhan.
The revelation that the Wuhan Institute was experimenting on bats from the area already known to be the source of COVID-19 – and doing so with American money – has sparked further fears that the lab, and not the market, is the original outbreak source.
Lawmakers and pressure groups were quick to hit out at U.S. funding being provided for the ‘dangerous and cruel animal experiments at the Wuhan Institute’.
The institute is located only 20 miles from the food market where it was originally believed that the outbreak began. Experts continue to say the virus was transmitted from animal to human and was not lab engineered in China as some conspiracy theories have claimed.
US Congressman Matt Gaetz said: ‘I’m disgusted to learn that for years the US government has been funding dangerous and cruel animal experiments at the Wuhan Institute, which may have contributed to the global spread of coronavirus, and research at other labs in China that have virtually no oversight from US authorities.’
On Saturday, Anthony Bellotti, president of the US pressure group White Coat Waste, condemned his government for spending tax dollars in China, adding: ‘Animals infected with viruses or otherwise sickened and abused in Chinese labs reportedly may be sold to wet markets for consumption once experiments are done.’
The $44 million Wuhan Institute of Virology, the most advanced laboratory of its type on the Chinese mainland, is based twenty miles from the now infamous wildlife market that was thought to be the location of the original transfer of the virus from animals to humans:
According to documents obtained by The Mail on Sunday, scientists there experimented on bats as part of a project funded by the US National Institutes of Health, which continues to license the Wuhan laboratory to receive American money for experiments.“
„Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla) has criticized U.S. funding of research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology after it emerged that experiments were being conducted on bats from Yunnan, the location experts believe to be the original source of deadly COVID-19
Anthony Bellotti, the founder and National Campaign Manager of the White Coat Waste Project, slammed the use of US funding to perform experiments on bats in Wuhan.
China is clamping down on research into the origins of the coronavirus after officials have demanded the right to inspect its scientific papers before they are made pubic.“
„The NIH is the primary agency of the United States government responsible for biomedical and public health research. The Wuhan Institute lists them on their website as a partner as well as several other American academic institutions. Other U.S. partners include the University of Alabama, the University of North Texas, Harvard University, and the National Wildlife Federation. As part of the NIH research at the institute, scientists grew a coronavirus in a lab and injected it into three-day-old piglets. The news that COVID-19 bats were under research there means that a leak from the Wuhan laboratory can no longer be completely ruled out.“
„According to one unverified claim, scientists at the institute could have become infected after being sprayed with blood containing the virus, and then passed it on to the local community.“
„A second institute in the city, the Wuhan Centre for Disease Control – which is barely three miles from the market – is also believed to have carried out experiments on animals such as bats to examine the transmission of coronaviruses.
The Wuhan Institute, which keeps more than 1,500 strains of deadly viruses, specializes in the research of ‘the most dangerous pathogens’, in particular the viruses carried by bats.“
„Chinese officials decided to build the institute after the country was ravaged by an outbreak of SARS in 2002 and 2003.
SARS, another kind of coronavirus, killed 775 people and infected more than 8,000 globally in an epidemic.“
„..The virus, formally known as SARS-CoV-2, could be a biological warfare weapon engineered there. Others suspect that it escaped from the lab.“

A recent study is drawing the attention of the medical community, claiming that sea buckthorn berry’s lactic acid
bacteria can contain the spread of the new coronavirus by inhibiting the activation of its energy source, purine.
According to a research team at Ehwa Womans University Medical Center, it has confirmed probiotic bacteria
extracted from fermented sea buckthorn berry had lots of lactobacillus gasseri (L. gasseri), which represses the
activation of purine, an energy source required for the mutation of new coronavirus.
Professor Yoon Ha-na of the Department of Urology at Ehwa Womans University Medical Center
The group of researchers found L. gasseri while conducting experiments related to the inhibition of cytokine activity, and escherichia coli that inflame the bladder. The researchers, led by Professor Yoon Ha-na of the Urology Department, also discovered that sea buckthorn berry
had abundant amounts of ehstreptococcus thermophilus and lactobacillus rhamnosus, which have the same chemical
binding site to the COVID-19 and affect the protein activity of AIDS. They also confirmed nine antioxidants, six
minerals, and 16 amino acids.
In China, too, a research team led by Professor Ruan Jishou from Nankai University in Tianjin recently discovered
that COVID-19 in the human body mutated in a similar way to that of the Ebola and AIDS virus. According to the
Chinese research team, the new coronavirus creates spike protein to survive within the human body. The spike
protein contacts the cell membrane and attacks purine to acquire energy for its replication.
Korea is also using AIDS drugs to treat COVID-19 patients by inhibiting proteolytic enzyme activity. A patient’s
symptoms improved significantly in a few days after administrating Kaletra and AIDS drugs.
Professor Yoon expects the probiotic bacteria in sea buckthorn berry to be a supplementary treatment to suppress
COVID-19 spread by inhibiting purine activity.
“I believe the probiotic bacteria will work as a complementary treatment to prevent COVID-19 and will apply the same mechanism to additional studies, including cystitis and hyperlipidemia,” Professor Yoon said.
Professor Jeong Goo-bo of Gachon University Lee Gil Ya Cancer and Diabetes Institute, also said, “I believe L.
gasseri, derived from plants, can be effective in preventing COVID-19 spread because it affects the activation of
purine enzyme, the energy source for AIDS, hepatitis, Ebola, and COVID-19 virus.”
