„Ever since the NASA spacecraft Dawn entered the orbit of Ceres, scientists have been fascinated about the feedback received. On January 19, 2015, the first high-res images of the planet were collected and immediately sparked a heated debate over their supposedly alien origins.
What the pictures revealed puzzled the researchers. Two bright spots were visible in a huge crater from the surface.
To deepen this mystery even further, Dawn also provided images of a pyramid-shaped mountain which is located over a relatively flat landscape. The structure measures about 3 miles above the surface and is oddly dark on one side, while the other side glows with bright streaks similar to the other bright spots found inside the crater. What material could reflect light in such a manner ?
Impressed about the discoveries, the NASA team went further and managed to capture even better images of this curious planet. On 11 May, 2015, Dawn has mapped the planet in detail from 2,700 miles above for the 2nd time.“
A better view over the dwarf planet’s surface revealed even more small spots near the previous place. Located in a crater about 55 miles across, at least eight spots can be seen near the largest bright area, which is considered to be about six miles wide. An extremely reflective material is responsible for these spots. Scientists claim that ice or salt might be causing this reflection, but they consider other options as well.
Ceres seems to be split into a rocky core and an icy mantle, and may sustain a leftover internal ocean of liquid water under its coating of ice. In January 2014, emissions of water vapors were spotted from different regions of Ceres, an unexpected and intriguing event, because massive bodies in the asteroid belt do not usually emit vapors.
Besides water, which is a key factor for sustaining life, the small planet also has plentiful craters of different sizes, many of which have central peaks. There is enough evidence supporting the idea of former activity on the surface, including flows, landslides and collapsed structures. It seems plausible enough that alien life might had existed and flourished out here on Ceres, because of the water and minerals which are found over its surface and under its layer.
Following the first exploring mission of a dwarf planet, Carol Raymond, deputy principal investigator for the Dawn mission, declared:
THE SURFACE OF CERES HAS REVEALED MANY INTERESTING AND UNIQUE FEATURES. FOR EXAMPLE, ICY MOONS IN THE OUTER SOLAR SYSTEM HAVE CRATERS WITH CENTRAL PITS, BUT ON CERES CENTRAL PITS IN LARGE CRATERS ARE MUCH MORE COMMON. THESE AND OTHER FEATURES WILL ALLOW US TO UNDERSTAND THE INNER STRUCTURE OF CERES THAT WE CANNOT SENSE DIRECTLY.”

In other words, this particular dwarf planet has some distinct features which makes it unique among other small planets and it was supposedly targeted by NASA from the start, because of the abundant material it possessed.
Dawn is the first mission to visit a dwarf planet, and the first to engage in two different objectives in our solar system. The spacecraft is still taking images and spectra of Ceres in orbits of about three days each. At the moment, Dawn is orbiting at an altitude of 900 miles.
What other crucial information NASA has gathered we can only speculate. Being well known that government agencies tend to release only the information they desire,no-one knows what this particular planet has in store for us.“

Allerdings ist es auch möglich, Erinnerungen, Verhaltensmuster und Seelenenergie einer anderen Person zu übertragen, sodass sich Original und Klon wesentlich in ihrem Verhalten voneinander unterscheiden können.
Leben wir tatsächlich schon in einer Welt, in der wir natürliche Menschen nicht mehr von seelenlosen Klon-Zombies unterscheiden können? Menschen, die keine Menschen mehr sind, lediglich Roboter aus Fleisch, die nur nach außen vorgeben, Menschen zu sein. Man nennt sie Robotoid. Besser bekannt sind sie den meisten als Terminator.
Es ist technisch bereits möglich, alle wichtigen Informationen einer Person auf einer Festplatte herunterzuladen, um sie auf einen Klon zu übertragen – ein Prozess, der laut Cosenei ständig wiederholt werden muss, wie das Aufladen einer Batterie.
Doch zurück zu den Untergrundanlagen. Cosenei will von einem Offizier der kanadischen Armee erfahren haben, dass in zahlreichen Untergrundanlagen dämonische Kreaturen leben, die sich von Menschenopfern ernähren und schon auf der Erde waren, als es den Mensch noch nicht gab. Möglich, dass einige dieser Wesen als gefallene Engel auf die Erde kamen und seither im Untergrund leben, weil sie laut Bibel von Gott dorthin verbannt wurden.
Insider wie Cosnei behaupten auch, dass sich die Erde gegenwärtig in der Endphase der Errichtung der Neuen Weltordnung befindet, was auch der Grund der erbitterten Kämpfe ist. Weder die eine, noch die andere Seite will sich geschlagen geben. Das Licht kämpft gegen die Dunkelheit, das Gute gegen das Böse und umgekehrt.
Über die Neue Weltordnung ist in der Vergangenheit viel geschrieben worden… Coseneis Worten nach liegt der Neuen Weltordnung ein satanischer Plan zugrunde, der vorsieht, dass zwischen 80 und 90 Prozent der Weltbevölkerung getötet wird, der Rest soll den Eliten als Sklaven in den Untergrundstätten dienen.

Allerdings liegen dazu noch keine näheren Informationen vor. Auch Timothy Holmseth berichtet, dass am 15. Mai 2020 ebenfalls ein 6,5 Erdbeben in der Nähe der Basis registriert wurde. Wurde auch diese Anlage durch eine Atombombe zerstört?
Die Area 51 ist größtenteils unterirdisch angelegt ist. Dass einzige, das was man auf Satellitenaufnahmen sehen kann, ist die Nellis Air Force Base, alles andere spielt sich im Untergrund ab. Deshalb halte es für durchaus denkbar, dass die unterirdische Anlage zum Teil gesprengt wurde.
Auch hier wurden in der Vergangenheit Experimente durchgeführt, die nach Meinung zahlreicher Whistleblower nicht nur der Erde, sondern dem gesamten Universum enormen Schaden hätten zufügen können.
Nach Aussage von Dan Burish wurde hier unter anderem mit Chronovisor-Technologie gearbeitet, mit der es möglich war, in hochenergetische Räume und auch in die galaktische Ebene einzudringen,was möglicherweise zu einer Katastrophe im gesamten Universum hätte führen können, weil die Technologie nach Worten Burishs am Ende für alle unbeherrschbar wurde.
.. Was hier aktuell geschieht, übersteigt die Dimension dessen, was wir uns vorstellen können bei Weitem (Terrorstaat 2020: Die Corona-Akte – die dunkle Seite der Macht (Video)).
Vor allem aber kann sich ein Großteil der Bevölkerung noch immer nicht vorstellen, wie die Kinder in solche Anlagen kamen. Meistens waren es Kinder aus armen Verhältnissen, die größtenteils sogar durch Behörden in Heime gesteckt wurden, weil Behördenmitarbeiter zu der Auffassung gelangten, das das Wohl des Kindes in Gefahr war – in der aktuellen Coronakrise hat es allein in den Vereinigten Staaten mehr als ein Dutzend solcher Fälle gegeben (Perverse Eliten: Ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels für Millionen verschwundener Kinder).
Das geht laut Timothy Holmseth unter anderem auch aus einem Dokument des Oregon Departement of Human Services DHS hervor. Viele Kinder wurden in den letzten Monaten in Pflege gegeben, weil die Eltern aufgrund von COVID-19 nicht mehr in der Lage waren, sich um ihre Kinder zu kümmern.

Largely unbeknownst to the general public, executives and top journalists of almost all major US news outlets are longtime members of the influential Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) .
Established in 1921 as a private, bipartisan organization to “awaken America to its worldwide responsibilities,” the CFR and its close to 5000 elite members for decades have shaped U.S. foreign policy and public discourse about it. As a well-known Council member famously explained, they transformed the American republic into a global empire, albeit a “benevolent” one.
Based on official membership rosters, the following illustration depicts for the first time the extensive media network of the CFR and its two major international affiliate organizations: the Bilderberg Group (mainly covering the US and Europe) and the Trilateral Commission (covering North America, Europe, and East Asia), both established by Council leaders to foster elite cooperation at the global level.
In a column entitled “Ruling Class Journalists,” former Washington Post senior editor and ombudsman Richard Harwood described the council and its members approvingly as “the nearest thing we have to a ruling establishment in the United States.”

Harvard economist and Kennedy supporter John Galbraith confirms the Council’s influence: “Those of us who worked for the Kennedy election were tolerated in the government for this reason and had a say, but foreign policy was still with the Council on Foreign Relations people. ”
Princeton University CFR member Stephen Cohen describes the Council as “America’s single most important non-governmental foreign-policy organization,” whose primary role is to “define the accepted, legitimate, orthodox parameters of discussion.” According to Cohen, “the CFR really is what the Soviets used to call the very top-level of the Nomenklatura.”
And no less than John McCloy, the longtime chairman of the Council and advisor to several US Presidents, recalled about his time in Washington: “Whenever we needed a man, we thumbed through the roll of the Council members and put through a call to New York [i.e., the CFR headquarters].”“
German news magazine The Spiegel once described the CFR as the “most influential private institution of the United States and the Western world” and a “politburo of capitalism.” Both the Roman-inspired logo of the Council, as well as its slogan (ubique – omnipresent), appear to emphasize this ambition:
In his famous article about “The American Establishment,” political columnist Richard Rovere notes, “The directors of the CFR make up a sort of Presidium for the part of the establishment which guides our destiny as a nation. It rarely fails to get one of its members, or at least one of its allies, into the White House. It generally is able to see to it both nominees are men acceptable to it.”
Until recently, this assessment indeed was justified. Thus, in 1993 former CFR director George H.W. Bush was followed by CFR member Bill Clinton, who in turn was followed by CFR “family member” George W. Bush. In 2008, CFR member John McCain lost against CFR candidate of choice, Barack Obama, who received the names of his entire Cabinet already one month prior to his election by CFR Senior Fellow (and Citigroup banker) Michael Froman. Froman later negotiated the TPP and TTIP trade agreements, before returning to the CFR as a Distinguished Fellow.
It was not until the 2016 election the Council could not, apparently, prevail. At any rate, not yet.

The Insect Allies program was announced by DARPA in 2016. It is a research project that aims to protect the U.S. agricultural food supply by delivering protective genes to plants via insects, which are responsible for the transmission of most plant viruses. Scientists believe loading the bugs up with viruses that would offer plants protective benefits could be one way of ensuring food security in the event of a major threat.
In an editorial published in the journal Science, a group of researchers led by Richard Guy Reeves, from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Germany, says Insect Allies isn’t exactly what it says it is. Instead, they claimDARPA is potentially developing insects as a means of delivering a „new class of biological weapon.“
How Does Insect Allies Work?
There are many threats that could impact upon food security. This includes environmental disasters, natural pathogens and intentional attacks. Crop failure, for whichever of these reasons, has the potential to have devastating consequences—wheat and maize, for example, are relied upon by hundreds of millions across the globe for their basic nutritional needs.

Scientists with theDefenseAdvanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) are looking at introducing genetically modified viruses that can edit chromosomes directly, like using insects to transmit genetically modified material into plants.

Genetically altering a species to make it more resilient comes with problems. Introducing alterations directly into a species‘ chromosome is slow, as the alteration must be passed down through generations before it takes hold.
Instead, scientists with DARPA are looking at introducing genetically modified viruses that can edit chromosomes directly in fields—these are known as horizontal environmental genetic alteration agents (HEGAAs).
The DARPA program is using the principles of HEGAAs but, unlike traditional methods of dispersal—like spraying fields with them—it wants to spread them through insects. At the moment, maize and tomato plants are being used in experiments and the insects being used for dispersal are leafhoppers, aphids and whiteflies.
„Insect Allies aims to develop scalable, readily deployable, and generalizable countermeasures against potential natural and engineered threats to mature crops,“ Blake Bextine,DARPA Program Manager for Insect Allies, told Newsweek. „The program is devising technologies to engineer and deliver these targeted therapies on relevant timescales—that is, within a single growing season. To do so, Insect Allies researchers are building on natural, efficient, and highly specific plant virus and insect vector delivery systems to transfer modified, protective genes to plants.“
Why Biological Weapons?
Reeves and his colleagues offer a number of assertions about why Insect Allies could end up being a means of bioweapon dispersal. Firstly, they question the very nature of the project—the use of insects. Why, they say, are insects so integral? What is the problem with spraying HEGAAs?
The team says Insect Allies „appears very limited in its capacity to enhance U.S. agriculture or respond to national emergencies…. As a result, the program may be widely perceived as an effort to develop biological agents for hostile purposes and their means of delivery.“
Potentially, the viruses being introduced could do harm instead of good. The insects could be used to disperse agents that would prevent seeds from growing. „HEGAA weapons could be extremely transmissible to susceptible crop species, particularly where insects were used as the means of delivery,“ they write. „Chromosomal editing would be targetable to particular crop varieties dependent on their genome sequence (presumably those varieties not grown by the deploying parties).“

The development of an insect-based system, according to the authors, points to „an intention to develop a means of delivery of HEGAAs for offensive purposes.“ The technology, they say, could quickly be simplified and used to develop a whole new class of biological weapons. „In our view, the program is primarily a bad idea because obvious simplifications of the work plan with already-existing technology can generate predictable and fast-acting weapons, along with their means of delivery, capable of threatening virtually any crop species,“ they wrote.
The team calls for more transparency from DARPA as the Insect Allies progresses. However, it also says the potential to weaponize this technology is already out there. They say weapons programs are driven by the perceived activities of competitors—maybe the Insect Allies program is a response to intelligence about another nation’s capabilities.
Furthermore, „the mere announcement of the Insect Allies Program, with its presented justifications, may motivate other countries to develop their own capabilities in this arena—indeed, it may have already done so…. Reversal of funding for thisDARPA project…would not in itself close the particular Pandora’s box that HEGAAs or their insect dispersal may represent.“

DARPA denies the assertions made by Reeves and his colleagues. „DARPA is producing neither biological weapons nor the means for their delivery,“a spokesman told Newsweek. „We do accept and agree with concerns about potential dual use of technology, an issue that comes up with virtually every new powerful technology.“ He said these concerns are the reason Insect Allies has been structured in the way it is—supposedly as a transparent and university-led research project that encourages communication. „We also have numerous, layered safeguards in place to maintain biosecurity and ensure the systems we’re developing function only as intended,“ the DARPA spokesperson added.

He said he disagrees with the conclusion of the editorial in Science, saying technology and research that deals with food security and gene editing „have a higher bar than most for transparency“—and Insect Allies, he says, meets these high standards.
Responding to the queries relating to delivery—why spraying technology cannot be used—Bextine said these are just not up to the challenge, especially when it comes to responding at a large scale to the most severe threats.
„Many existing methods for protecting crops are inefficient, expensive, imprecise, or destructive to plants, may require significant infrastructure, and often provide only limited efficacy,“ he said. „Sprayed treatments are impractical for introducing genetic modifications on a large scale and potentially infeasible if the spraying technology does not access the necessary tissues with specificity. Meanwhile, traditional selective breeding methods for introducing protective traits into plants require years to propagate, nowhere near the speed required to prevent a fast-moving threat from developing into a crisis.“
He added that DARPA would never receive funding for the next generation of aerial spraying technology. The development of this new technology is dependent on industry and other research funders. „Instead, we reach for fundamentally new ways of delivering more precise, efficacious treatments through systems that can be readily adapted to confront a range of potential threats.
„Emerging biotechnologies—and especially the cutting-edge research being performed on Insect Allies—are pushing science into new territories. DARPA is proud to be taking a proactive role in working with stakeholders to inform a new framework for considering how the benefits of these technologies can be most safely realized.““
