    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    hiermit erstatte ich wegen des Ausbaus und der Aktivierung des 5G-Mobilfunknetzes
    Strafanzeige
    I.
    gegen Bundeskanzlerin Dr. Angela Dorothea Merkel,
    sowie gegen
    alle Mitglieder der Regierungen von Bund und Ländern sowie alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der aller sonstigen deutschen Behörden / Dienststellen des Bundes und der Länder, die sich an der Umsetzung / Ausführung des Ausbaus des 5G-Mobilfunknetzes mitgewirkt haben,
    somit insbesondere auch gegen:
    Frau Dr. Inge Paulini, Leiterin des Bundesamts für Strahlenschutz
    und alle Mitglieder ihrer Behörde, die auf Grund der Verharmlosung der Gefahren von 5G und durch die Festsetzung viel zu höher Grenzwerte für den Ausbau des 5G-Mobilfunknetzes mitverantwortlich sind,
    II.
    gegen alle Vorstandsmitglieder und alle Mitarbeiter aller Mobilfunkunternehmen, die für den Ausbau des 5G-Mobilfunknetzes in Deutschland verantwortlich sind
    wegen aller in Betracht kommenden Straftatbestände,
    insbesondere wegen des Tatverdachts
    des Völkermordes gem. § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 1, 2 und 3 VStGB,
    des Verbrechens gegen die Menschlichkeit gem. § 7 Abs. 1 Nr. 1, 2, 5 und Nr. 8 VStGB,
    des Mordes durch aktives Tun und Unterlassen gem. §§ 211, 13 StGB
    der vorsätzlichen Tötung durch aktives Tun und Unterlassen gem. §§ 212, 13 StGB
    der fahrlässigen Tötung durch aktives Tun und Unterlassen gem. §§ 222, 13 StGB,
    der gefährlichen und schweren Körperverletzung im Amt durch aktives Tun und Unterlassen gem. §§ 223, 224, 226, 340, 13 StGB,
    der Nötigung im Amt durch aktives Tun und Unterlassen gem. §§ 240 Abs. 4, 13 StGB
    des Geschehenlassens von Straftaten gem. § 357 StGB,
    der Misshandlung Schutzbefohlener durch aktives Tun und Unterlassen gem. §§ 225, 13 StGB,
    jeweils (soweit Vorsatzdelikte in Bezug genommen werden) auch gemeinschaftlich gem. § 25 Abs. 2 StGB.
    Begründung zum Strafantrag:
    Ich stelle klar, dass ich keiner Partei angehöre und eine Zuordnung zu irgendwelchen Parteifarben auch nachdrücklich ablehne.
    Diese Strafanzeige soll auch einen Beitrag dazu leisten, die Menschen in diesem Land für die Gefahren durch 5G zu sensibilisieren. Sie wird deshalb veröffentlicht werden.
    Unmittelbar veranlasst wurde diese Strafanzeige durch die Nachricht, dass das 5G-Mobilfunknetz seit dem 17.6.2020 schon für 16 Millionen Menschen in Deutschland „verfügbar“ ist und „ab Mitte Juli (2020) schon 50% aller Menschen in Deutschland von dieser 5G-Technologie „profitieren“ sollen, siehe:

    Einleitend möchte ich vorab aus dem demnächst erscheinenden Buch „Corona-Diktatur“ der österreichischen Juristin Monika Donner, hauptberuflich Ministerialrätin im österreichischen BMLV, zitieren (Änderungen in der Endfassung des Buchs sind also noch möglich):
    „Mitten in der COVID-19-Krise wurde das deutsche 5G-Netz rasant ausgebaut, wie die Telekom stolz herausposaunt: »Trotz der Corona-Krise haben wir 5G ohne Umwege ausgebaut.« Bis Mitte Juni 2020 wurden über 12.000 Antennen für die Abdeckung von 16 Millionen Menschen fertiggestellt. Der flächendeckende Ausbau kreuz und quer durchs Land soll dermaßen rasant stattfinden, dass bereits Mitte Juli halb Deutschland mit 5G »versorgt« ist, also rund 40 Millionen Menschen. Bis Jahresende 2020 sollen 40.000 Betriebsstationen aktiv sein. Mit dem 5G-Ausbau während COVID-19 werden offenbar fünf Fliegen mit einer Klappe erschlagen. Erstens lenkte die medial verbreitete Corona-Panik vor dem 5G-Ausbau ab. Zweitens konnten während des Lockdowns keine Anti-5G-Aktionen wie Sitzdemos stattfinden. Drittens wurde mit dem rasanten 5G-Ausbau hinter dem Rücken der Bevölkerung das künftige Trugbild der »zweiten COVID-19-Welle« vorbereitet. Denn ein dichteres 5G-Netz wird mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit zu vielen neuen Sterbefällen führen, die sogleich der Bevölkerung offiziell als neue Corona-Tote präsentiert werden. Viertens kann dadurch ein weiteres Trugbild geschaffen werden: die Regierung habe mit der Ankündigung der »zweiten Welle« rechtgehabt, während die Kritiker angeblich falsch lagen. Und fünftens könnte man gegen letztere intensiver vorgehen, indem man ihnen eine Sorglosigkeit im Umgang mit COVID-19 andichtet. Dass es genau umgekehrt ist, wird sich nur dem aufmerksamen Beobachter erschließen.“
    Diese Zusammenhänge werde ich nachfolgend erläutern, und dann wird deutlich werden, dass 5G kein Grund zur Euphorie, sondern vielmehr ein einziges Horrorszenario für die Menschen in diesem Lande – und weltweit – ist:
    I.
    Zunächst sei der Wortlaut des jeweils 1. Absatzes der §§ 6 und VStGB in Erinnerung gerufen (Zitat):
    Völkerstrafgesetzbuch (VStGB)
    § 6 Völkermord
    (1) Wer in der Absicht, eine nationale, rassische, religiöse oder ethnische Gruppe als solche ganz oder teilweise zu zerstören,
    1.
    ein Mitglied der Gruppe tötet,
    2.
    einem Mitglied der Gruppe schwere körperliche oder seelische Schäden, insbesondere der in § 226 des Strafgesetzbuches bezeichneten Art, zufügt,
    3.
    die Gruppe unter Lebensbedingungen stellt, die geeignet sind, ihre körperliche Zerstörung ganz oder teilweise herbeizuführen,
    ….
    5. ….
    wird mit lebenslanger Freiheitsstrafe bestraft.
    Völkerstrafgesetzbuch (VStGB)
    § 7 Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit
    (1) Wer im Rahmen eines ausgedehnten oder systematischen Angriffs gegen eine Zivilbevölkerung
    1.
    einen Menschen tötet,
    2.
    in der Absicht, eine Bevölkerung ganz oder teilweise zu zerstören, diese oder Teile hiervon unter Lebensbedingungen stellt, die geeignet sind, deren Zerstörung ganz oder teilweise herbeizuführen,
    3. …. 4. … 5.
    einen Menschen, der sich in seinem Gewahrsam oder in sonstiger Weise unter seiner Kontrolle befindet, foltert, indem er ihm erhebliche körperliche oder seelische Schäden oder Leiden zufügt, die nicht lediglich Folge völkerrechtlich zulässiger Sanktionen sind,

    einem anderen Menschen schwere körperliche oder seelische Schäden, insbesondere der in § 226 des Strafgesetzbuches bezeichneten Art, zufügt,

    wird in den Fällen der Nummern 1 und 2 mit lebenslanger Freiheitsstrafe, in den Fällen der Nummern 3 bis 7 mit Freiheitsstrafe nicht unter fünf Jahren und in den Fällen der Nummern 8 bis 10 mit Freiheitsstrafe nicht unter drei Jahren bestraft.
    Auf die Zitierung der anderen oben genannten Straftatbestände des StGB wird hier verzichtet.
    II.
    Dass ionisierende Strahlen für Gesundheit und Leben aller Menschen eine Gefahr verkörpern ist allgemein bekannt.
    Der Missbrauch ionisierender Strahlung ist deshalb auch in § 309 StGB ausdrücklich unter Strafe gestellt.“

    Wenngleich der Missbrauch nicht-ionisierender bzw. elektromagnetischer Strahlen im StGB (noch) nicht tatbestandlich erfasst ist, so bedeutet dies keineswegs, dass andere Straftatbestände nicht einschlägig sind, wenn Menschen elektromagnetischen Feldern ausgesetzt werden, die in ihrer Wirkung auf Mensch und Natur – wie ich nachfolgend nachweisen werde – unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen vergleichbar schädlich sind.
    Die Gefahren von 5G und auch schon der 5G vorausgegangenen Mobilfunk-Technologie-Generationen sind allen Menschen, die sich damit befasst haben, längst allgemein bekannt. Die einschlägige Literatur ist allen zugänglich.
    Nach dem sog. „Vorsorgeprinzip“ (von der UNESCO ausgerufen und von der EU übernommen) kann nur die bewiesene Unschädlichkeit ein Vorhaben rechtfertigen, die bestehende Möglichkeit der Unschädlichkeit hingegen nicht. Dieses Prinzip ergibt sich m.E. aber auch schon aus dem gesunden Menschenverstand, ein Mindestmaß an Verantwortungsgefühl unterstellt.
    Für die hier Beschuldigten ergibt sich die strengste Beachtung eines solchen Vorsorgeprinzips bereits aus der staatlichen Pflicht, Leben und Gesundheit der Menschen in diesem Lande zu schützen, was eine Garantenstellung i.S. des § 13 StGB begründet und somit im Falle einer (vorsätzlichen) Verletzung dieser Schutzpflicht – in Verbindung mit den jeweils einschlägigen Straftatbeständen – (auch) eine Strafbarkeit wegen Unterlassen begründen kann.
    Nach ständiger Rechtsprechung des BVerfGs gilt (Zitat):
    „ In seinem klassischen Gehalt schützt Art. 2 Abs. 2 Satz 1 GG das Recht auf Leben und körperliche Unversehrtheit vor staatlichen Eingriffen. Nach der Rechtsprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts erschöpft sich das Grundrecht jedoch nicht in einem subjektiven Abwehrrecht gegenüber solchen Eingriffen. Aus ihm ist vielmehr auch eine Schutzpflicht des Staates und seiner Organe für das geschützte Rechtsgut abzuleiten, deren Vernachlässigung von dem Betroffenen grundsätzlich mit der Verfassungsbeschwerde geltend gemacht werden kann (vgl. BVerfGE 77, 170 <214>; 77, 381 <402 f.>). Die Schutzpflicht gebietet dem Staat, sich schützend und fördernd vor gefährdetes menschliches Leben zu stellen, es insbesondere vor rechtswidrigen Eingriffen Dritter zu bewahren (vgl. BVerfGE 39, 1 <42>; 46, 160 <164>; 49, 89 <141 f.>; 53, 30 <57>; 56, 54 <73>). Eine solche Schutzpflicht besteht auch hinsichtlich der Missbrauchsgefahren, die vom Umgang mit Schusswaffen ausgehen (vgl. BVerfGK 1, 95 <98>).
    Bei der Erfüllung dieser Schutzpflicht aus Art. 2 Abs. 2 Satz 1 GG kommt dem Gesetzgeber wie der vollziehenden Gewalt jedoch ein weiter Einschätzungs-, Wertungs- und Gestaltungsspielraum zu (vgl. BVerfGE 77, 170 <214>). Die Entscheidung, welche Maßnahmen geboten sind, kann nur begrenzt nachgeprüft werden. Das Bundesverfassungsgericht kann eine Verletzung der Schutzpflicht daher nur dann feststellen, wenn die öffentliche Gewalt Schutzvorkehrungen überhaupt nicht getroffen hat oder die ergriffenen Maßnahmen gänzlich ungeeignet oder völlig unzulänglich sind, das gebotene Schutzziel zu erreichen (vgl. BVerfGE 56, 54 <80 f.>; 77, 381 <405>; 79, 174 <202>; stRspr).“ (BVerfG – 2 BvR 1676/10)
    Es gibt bereits seit vielen Jahren zahlreiche höchst alarmierende wissen-schaftliche Studien und Veröffentlichungen über die (schon vor Einführung von 5G festgestellten) Gefahren der Mobilfunktechnologie.
    Und diese müssen nicht nur den Verantwortlichen des Bundesamtes für Strahlenschutz und den für den Ausbau von 5G verantwortlichen Mobilfunkbetreibern, sondern eben auch den Mitgliedern des Deutschen Bundestags längst positiv bekannt sein.

    Eines der besten Bücher zu dieser Thematik dürfte „Stress durch Strom und Strahlung – Band 1″ des Sachverständigen für Baubiologie Wolfgang Maes sein, das auf mehr als 1000 Seiten einen umfassenden Einblick in die Problematik bietet, gerade auch mit sehr vielen Einzelfalldarstellungen und Quellen. Wer (nur) das gelesen hätte, der könnte nicht mehr bezweifeln, dass elektromagnetische Felder schon in unzähligen Fällen nachweislich erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit von Betroffenen hatten.
    Dieses Buch sollte m.E. jeder – nicht nur jeder Anti-5G-Aktivist – haben, der sich über die Gefahren durch Strom und Strahlung in seinem eigenen Haus informieren möchte. Mit diesem Buch werden sich nun auch die zuständigen Strafverfolgungsbehörden befassen müssen.
    Eine weitere hervorragende Quelle ist auch das am 1.6.2020 in 1. Auflage auf Deutsch erschienene Buch „EMF“ von Dr. Joseph Mercola, das hunderte Studien benennt, die die vielfältigen schädlichen Auswirkungen von EMF auf Körper und Gesundheit des Menschen belegen.

Karl Hecht – ein Mann, der sich jahrzehntelang, auch als Gutachter, mit dieser Materie befasst hat – in seinem Forschungsbericht „Gesundheitsschädigende Effekte von Smartphone, Radar, 5 G und WLAN – Wissenschaftlich begründete Warnung eines Arztes vor den Todsünden der digitalisierten Menschheit“ eine sehr gute Übersicht über die äußerst negativen Auswirkungen und Implikationen von Mobilfunkstrahlung gegeben, für jeden kostenlos abrufbar unter:

    Dieses Skript von Prof. Pall über die schädlichen Nebenwirkungen von Mobilfunkstrahlung wird auch von Prof. Adlkofer, dem seinerzeit. Leiter der europäischen REFLEX-Studie, empfohlen. Es finden sich dort auch zahlreiche Verweise auf weitere Quellen.
    Zu den besten und wohl am schwersten zu entkräftenden Mobilfunk/Krebs-Studien zählen diejenigen von Prof. Dr. Lennart Hardell, Professor für Onkologie und Epidemiologie von Krebserkrankungen am Universitätskrankenhaus von Örebro (Schweden). Die Hardell-Studien waren seinerzeit einer der gewichtigsten Gründe, warum die IARC der WHO die Mobilfunkstrahlung zumindest in der Klasse 2B – „möglicherweise krebserregend“ – einstufen musste. Diese Klassifikation gilt unter Experten mittlerweile als überholt, da Mobilfunkstrahlung aufgrund zwischenzeitlich vorliegender Studienergebnisse unbedingt in Klasse 1 – „eindeutig krebserregend“ – eingestuft werden müsste.
    Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die jüngste, großangelegte und teuerste Mobilfunkstudie des US-Gesundheitsamtes, die zu dem Ergebnis kam, dass Mobilfunkstrahlung bei Versuchstieren nicht nur Schäden in den DNA-Strängen der Hirnzellen verursacht, sondern auch signifikant mehr bösartige Tumore im Gehirn sowie an den Nervenzellen des Herzmuskels als bei einer nicht bestrahlten Kontrollgruppe: (https://ntp.niehs.nih.gov/results/areas/cellphones/index.html )
    Diese Erkenntnisse wurden sodann von 15 externen, von der US-Regierung hinzugezogenen Instituten bzw. Experten bestätigt. Sogar im Abstract dieser Studie heißt es nun: „Clear evidence of tumors“.

    Achtsamkeit bedeutet, dass man sich rechtzeitig mit allen Warnhinweisen angemessen befasst, dann situationsangemessen reagiert und erst dann auf Gott vertraut, nicht, dass man alle Warnhinweise pauschal als „Verschwörungstheorie“ diffamiert und ignoriert und sich dann selbst und andere in trügerischer Sicherheit wiegt.
    Das gilt insbesondere für jene, die auf Grund ihrer Funktion dem staatlichen Auftrag, menschliches Leben zu schützen, zu dienen haben.
    Es sind in den letzten 100 Jahren schon wiederholt Dinge geschehen, von denen sich vorher niemand vorstellen konnte, dass Personen (ohne Empathie und Gewissen = Psychopathen) das Menschen antun könnten.
    Wer erst einmal realisiert hat, dass es Personen ohne Empathie und Gewissen gibt, die zu jeder Grausamkeit fähig sind, wenn dies nur der Realisierung ihrer kranken Ziele dient, der dürfte auch kein Problem mehr damit haben es für möglich zu halten, dass es solche menschenverachtenden Pläne gibt wie die, die in dem anliegendem Dokument beschrieben werden.
    Der Diplom-Biologe M. Lüderitz ist auch bei Weitem nicht der Einzige, der in der aktuellen „Corona-Politik“, die aus den bereits genannten Gründen offensichtlich auf eine Impfung aller Menschen in diesem Lande hinauslaufen soll, und in dem ebenfalls derzeit ablaufenden massiven Ausbau des 5G-Mobilfunknetzes einen äußerst besorgniserregenden Zusammenhang erkennt, der sich gegen die natürlichen Lebens- und Freiheitsinteressen aller Menschen richtet.
    Das Grundproblem besteht darin, dass derzeit wohl nur einem Bruchteil der Menschen in diesem Lande – oder auch anderswo – bewusst ist, welche gesundheitlichen Gefahren mit elektromagnetischen Feldern (EMF) verbunden sind, obschon diese Gefahren – wie oben gezeigt – schon seit vielen Jahren beschrieben und nachgewiesen werden.
    Zudem möchte ich in diesem Kontext noch besonders auf folgende YouTube-Videos mit dem deutschen Arzt Dr. med. Dietrich Klinghardt, Gründer des Instituts für Neurobiologie…
    In beiden Videos erläutert Dr. med. Klinghardt die verhängnisvollen Auswirkungen von EMF, insbesondere auch des 5G-Mobilfunknetzes, u.a. auf das Immunsystem und Blut-Hirn-Schranke von Menschen.
    Im 2. Video berichtet er über seine eigenen, in höchstem Maße aufschlussreichen klinischen Erfahrungen mit COVID-19-Patienten im Evergreen-Hospital in den USA, in dem er regelmäßig arbeitet, und dabei u.a. auch über ein längst bekanntes und – auch von ihm selbst – erfolgreich eingesetztes Heilmittel gegen COVID-19 sowie über die Langzeitkonsequenzen von Impfstoffen, zu denen u.a. die Erkrankung an Krebs zählt.
    Zudem bestätigt er, dass es aus ärztlicher Sicht keinerlei (!) Rechtfertigung für die seit Monaten praktizierte weitgehende Einschränkung von Grund- und Menschenrechten auf Grund dieser angeblichen SARS-CoV-2-„Pandemie“ gibt. Er spricht von „brutalem Missbrauch der Wirtschaft“, die darin bestehe, dass es pseudowissenschaftliche Bemühungen gibt, die zeigen sollen, dass die von ihm angesprochene Behandlung nicht funktionieren soll. Schließlich vertritt er ebenfalls die Auffassung, dass die WHO längst unter den bestimmenden Einfluss von Bill Gates geraten ist.
    Die Aussagen von Dr. med. Klinghardt sind so konkret, dass man sie nicht einfach als „Verschwörungstheorie“ abtun kann. Sie geben vielmehr Anlass für gründlichste Aufarbeitung. Herr Dr. med. Klinghardt wäre somit ein weiterer Zeuge, der über die von ihm angesprochenen Erfahrungen und Themen sachverständig Auskunft geben könnte.
    Allem Anschein nach ist auch nach meiner Wahrnehmung aktuell – in gewissen politischen Kreisen und ihnen kritiklos folgenden Mainstreammedien – so ziemlich alles erlaubt, um der „Alternativlosigkeit“ eines Impfstoffs gegen SARS-CoV-2 den Weg zu bereiten.“

Ganz im Gegenteil: Verfassungsrecht und Strafrecht gebieten den sofortigen Stopp des 5G-Ausbaus.
    Menschen sind keine Versuchstiere für letztlich gewinnorientierte Interessen von Mobilfunk-Konzernen und Mobilfunk-Konzern-nahen NGOs und Politikern.
    Die gesundheitlichen und auch gesellschaftlichen Folgen sind m.E. nicht absehbar, wenn 5G landesweit aktiviert wird.
    Aber mit absoluter Gewissheit dürfte feststehen: Alle Menschen, die dem Strahlungsfeld von 5G ausgesetzt sind, werden erheblichen gesundheitlichen Risiken ausgesetzt werden, und diese Risiken werden sich millionenfach verwirklichen.“

    Let’s be clear..we’ve all seen the video by now. It’s obvious that these police officers killed George Floyd. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner, and the independent medical examiner hired by the family of George Floyd, Dr. Michael Baden, have concluded that his death was a homicide….but their opinion differs on the cause of death. But if both of them declared that his death was a homicide, does the cause of death really matter? (YES). I want justice for George Floyd, and that is why I’m making this video, because the medical explanation for his cause of death, is not a simple explanation. As a lung doctor, part of my job is to figure out why people can’t breathe. As an intensive care doctor, part of my job is to care for people who are on the brink of death. Like when someone can’t breathe. So when someone dies of asphyxia, as is the case of George Floyd, the determination of the cause of death is dependent on information elicited based on the investigation, which includes, the deceased personal medical history namely, autopsy, and crime scene investigation, which of course includes video evidence. Asphyxia is a Greek term that translates to “loss of pulse.”
    Mechanical asphyxia involves some physical force or physical abnormality that interferes with the uptake and/or delivery of oxygen. With asphyxia, the brain doesn’t get enough oxygen, and when the pons and the medulla aren’t getting enough oxygen, they can no longer function. This means they can no longer tell the diaphragm to contract, and breathing then stops. While this happens, the heart is also not getting enough oxygen, and typically the heart pumps slower and slower until it stops. Prolonged continuous application of extreme pressure on the thorax, such as with the bodyweight of several officers, is capable of causing death. This is important, because this contributed to the death of George Floyd, in addition to the knee to the neck. The neck contains our airway, the trachea, and it also contains carotid and vertebral arteries and jugular veins. The arteries here deliver oxygenated blood to the brain, while the jugular veins allow the deoxygenated blood to flow back to the heart. So what happens when pressure is placed on the neck? Well, it depends, on a lot of different factors (amount and duration of pressure, etc). And looking at the George Floyd video, he was unconscious for more than 2 minutes with the knee still on his neck. There’s no doubt, that during this time, he took his last breath, and right around the same time, lost his pulse. By the time the EMS guy checks his pulse, I highly doubt he actually felt a pulse, because it was more than two minutes after George lost consciousness. It was obvious that when they moved George onto the stretcher, he was completely limp because he was dead. And it wasn’t until much later, did they start CPR, in the ambulance. Now let’s get to what the medical examiners had to say about this case.
    Dr. Michael Baden, who did the independent autopsy says Floyd died of „asphyxiation from sustained pressure when his back and neck were compressed, with the neck pressure cutting off blood flow to his brain.” I agree with that assessment. I would also add that partial compression of the trachea, causing airway compromise, was also possible. The weight on George’s back made the work of breathing much harder for his diaphragm, and the neck pressure at the very least meant less blood (and thus oxygen) was being delivered to his brain, and less carbon dioxide could be removed from his brain. After a while, the diaphragm becomes fatigued, and no longer has the strength to contract, which means the lungs can’t get oxygen into the blood, and can’t get carbon dioxide out of the blood. And all of this caused him to lose consciousness. And probably within seconds, he lost a pulse. And despite losing consciousness, and despite losing a pulse, they continued to apply pressure on the neck, and put their weight on his back. The Hennepin County medical examiner’s office said that the cause of death is „cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.“ This statement doesn’t really make sense to me. But the Hennepin County release also says heart disease was an issue; the independent examiner didn’t find that. The county said that fentanyl and methamphetamine use were among „significant conditions,“ but its report didn’t say how much of either drug was in Floyd’s system or how that may have contributed. But Dr. Michael Baden got it right.
