Bryan Tew: THE THREE MAIN CATEGORIES OF CIA and US DoD MIND CONTROL
Mind Control technology using directed energy weapons and nanotechnology began in the 1960’s during the Cold War and was used on unwitting citizens for non­consensual experimentation for the purpose of research and development, such as the infamous
