Stanley Meyer made several patents and worked for NASA. He was also elected inventor of the year in 1993.
    His system consisted of breaking the water molecule based on positive pulses at several kilovolts at frequencies between 10 and 15 kilohertz. The mixture is injected into the engine and combustion only produces water again.
    Meyer even claimed that his circuit can work without needing to add more water, since the one that exits through the exhaust pipe is recycled. The cost of the transformation is less than the fuel needed for the life of the engine would cost. 7.4 microliters of water are needed for each explosion to get 50 HP. It happens that water contains 2.5 times more energy than gasoline.
    Unfortunately, Stanley Meyer’s life was suspended one day while he was having dinner with his brother (twin) and a couple of Belgian investors.
    The purpose of the dinner was supposedly the celebration of his work, the vehicle that worked with water, which was already patented. Everything was fine, until Meyer drank from his cup of cranberry juice. Suddenly, he began to choke, and he grabbed his neck touching as he ran out of the dining room vomiting violently. While dying in the arms of his brother, his last words were: “They poisoned me” .
    Although the cause of death was officially classified as a cerebral aneurysm, it is incredibly suspicious that his last words seemed to be an assassination attempt.
    Next, a “List” of Inventors of water engines that ended up imprisoned or mysteriously “silenced”:
    Daniel Dingel , Filipino, ran his cars with water -> sentenced in 2008 at 82 years of age to 20 years in prison (news in daily enquirer of the Philippines).
    Paul Pantone , American, inventor of the Pantone engine running with 80% water -> convicted in court and locked in a psychiatric hospital.
    John Kanzius , American, discovered how to convert salt water from the sea into fuel -> he died 6 months later.
    Nikola Tesla , Croatian, probably the greatest inventor of FREE and FREE ENERGY systems in history -> died denigrated in misery, the vast majority of his patents on free energy have disappeared.
    Arturo Estévez Varela , Spanish, operated his motorcycle with water before a notary in Seville, donated his patents to the Spanish state -> his patents are missing from the patent office, Arturo was never heard from again.
    Some of the mistakes made by the inventors were the following:
    Patenting the revolutionary invention and claiming to own rights-> error
    Offer the invention to a company that finances it -> error
    Appear on television and press proclaiming his invention -> error
    Try to convince a politician of his revolutionary invention -> error
    Donate the invention to a State or Government for the common good -> error
    Jealously guarding their knowledge, documents and plans of their inventions for themselves and take them to the grave when they are killed-> THE GREATEST ERROR

    Graphene, the first two-dimensional material ever discovered, is being incorporated into water filtration systems to produce results far beyond what is currently possible.
    The graphene water filtration system is being developed in a project between the National Graphene Institute (NGI) at The University of Manchester and LifeSaver, the creator of the first portable water filter that could remove even the smallest known waterborne viruses.
    It is hoped that it could help save more lives by providing disease-free water.
    LifeSaver hopes to reduce the sieve size of its ‘hollow fibre filtration membrane’ from 15 nanometres to less than three nanometres using graphene.
    Even at 15 nanometres, the filtration removes bacteria, microbial cysts and viruses, but at the smaller size, the filters would remove more contaminants, including heavy metals, pesticides, some chemicals and, potentially, nuclear radiation.
    Graphene is one of the strongest known materials
    The 18-month research project will see the material incorporated into existing LifeSaver technology, showcasing graphene’s wide-reaching potential across a host of industries.
    As well as being a two-dimensional material, made up of a single layer of atoms, graphene is one of the strongest materials to be discovered.
    Researchers at NGI have led the way with graphene membranes, which have high levels of flexibility, conductivity and crucially filtration.
    This has already led to some commercially available products, including shoes containing graphene.
    Applying graphene to water filtration systems
    The UK-founded LifeSaver arrived on the scene after the massive natural disasters of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004.
    Its products became known as a solution to drinking water issues in the humanitarian sector and also among outdoor enthusiasts. However, it’s partnership with NGI has the potential to create unprecedented water cleaning solutions beyond what is currently possible.
    “Making a graphene-based portable water filter was our dream, and this collaboration with LifeSaver will enable that dream to be a reality sooner than later,” said Professor Rahul Nair, who will lead the project at The University of Manchester.
    “The University of Manchester is the world-leading centre for graphene membrane development, and LifeSaver has the expertise in making a portable water filter. This is a great example of a collaborative project where we are trying to combine two independently developed technologies into one, to enhance the quality and availability of drinking water for those who need it most.”

    Should this prove true, the so-called ‘junk DNA’ in our genome could provide a range of cognitive functions that have never been studied by science. Unlike past decades, today we have much more information relative to these syndromes. However, we have a lot more to learn as we still have no evidence how one gene influences another and how deep the roots go. Generally speaking, modern science hasn’t yet reached the level where it can fully understand and explain the subtle mechanism through which life constantly upgrades.
    The Human Genome Project’s Prof. Sam Chang, one of the first specialists to promote the idea that junk DNA is of extraterrestrial origin, is of the same opinion.
    According to him, “These alien sequences have their own systems and resist certain drugs.”
    Although evolution largely depends on adaptation, these processes take thousands of years to become a standard. Taken that there is such a wide gap between two successive generations, the only reasonable explanation is that there must be an external factor accountable for this manipulation of the human genome.
    What we are still wondering about is whether all of humanity will eventually become activated to a ‘higher intelligence’ when the aliens arrive.     Although no sightings have been reported yet of saffron-robed youths chanting rapturously in Soviet streets, the Hare Krishna movement seems to have made sufficient inroads into the Soviet Union to alarm the authorities.
    A major Soviet daily reported last year on the break-up of a Krishna chapter in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk and conviction of its leader for “parasitism.“
    The paper treated the movement as a kind of misguided idealism imported from the West that was deplorable because it lured people away from socially useful lives.
    The warning apparently went unheeded, because Nedelya, the weekend supplement of Izvestia, has issued a far more alarmed and threatening report on doings of the sect.
    The journal reported the trial of leaders of a Krishna group in Moscow. Although the date, sentences and charges were not specified, the authors of the article, Vadim Kassis and Leonid Kolosov, described the Krishna organization in the Soviet Union as a deliberate American “diversion“ whose victims became mentally warped and whose American leader was nothing less than an agent of the Central Intelligence Agency.
    Soviet opposition to a new manifestation of religion is hardly surprising, and the attempt to brand the newly imported sect as somehow subversive recalled similar assaults on Christian denominations introduced from the West like the Jehovah’s Witnesses or the Pentecostals.     Only recently, a young American woman working as a governess for American diplomats in Moscow was expelled after she was caught at an “illegal gathering“ of Jehovah’s Witnesses outside the capital. The Soviet press subsequently accused her of having a “link“ to the C.I.A.
    But the attack on the Krishna sect stood out from the usual flow of anti-religious propaganda because the spread of the movement had been virtually unnoticed by Westerners here. One possible explanation for the official concern gleaned from the press reports was that the movement seemed to have taken root among the Soviet equivalent of a middle class -the better educated, urbanized, privileged youths, while earlier Christian sects had traditionally found followers among less-educated rural people.
    The Krishna members identified in the Soviet articles included engineers, technicians, a budding athlete and others with higher education. This young intelligentsia has shown increasing fascination in recent years with a whole range of ideas outside Soviet ideology, from exotic Eastern philosophies to extrasensory perception or faith healing, without reports of heavy resistance from the state.     But the Hare Krishna movement appears to set off elemental anxieties in the Kremlin. After harrowing accounts of young people destroyed by the movement, Nedelya said:
    “This, then, is the ‚International Society for Krishna Consciousness,‘ a pseudo-Hindu mystic-religious sect, having a distinct anti-Communist character. The Krishna ‚movement‘ calls for an escape from reality, since all existence is only illusion. Thus, a person need not be interested in the fruit of his work, he must abandon socially useful activities, he has no fatherland, no family, no close ones, only an all-embracing love for god.“
    Accompanying the article was a photograph of Krishna members in full regalia on a Western street, with a caption terming them “mindless.“
    The Krishna sect was founded in the United States in 1966 by an Indian ascetic, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, calling on adherents to turn all their worldly possessions over to the society and to accept whatever duties are assigned by their guru.
    The shaven-headed youths in flowing robes with whitish smears on their foreheads, chanting and beating out rhythms on drums, have become a familiar sight on New York streets. Two months ago, the daughter of Walter Reuther, the late labor leader, and the greatgrandson of Henry Ford opened a Detroit mansion as a showpiece of the movement. 2 Accused of Recruiting
    Nedelya, however, did not dwell much on the Western manifestations of the sect, focusing instead on the Moscow chapter headed by Vladimir Kritsky, 32 years old, and Sergei Kurkin, 19, the defendants at the trial, who were accused of recruiting new members and disseminating the Krishna teachings.
    A woman, identified only as Yelena P., was described as a promising athlete when she fell in with the defendants in 1979. “Suddenly something happened to the girl,“ Nedelya said. “It was as if she had been transformed. She disappeared from home, became rude, hysterical. She developed a barely concealed hatred for her parents. ‚You’re meat eaters,‘ she told them, ‚and when you die you’ll turn into pigs.‘ “
    The woman dropped out of her institute and when her mother became terminally ill she displayed only disdain. “Thus the life of a once cheerful, kind, life-loving girl was destroyed. And not her’s alone. The fact is that the Krishnaists cannot return to their former, normal life without psychiatric treatment. Why? Because the fundamental “re-education“ in the sect is the state of ecstasy, which in conjunction with fasting and exhausting prayer leads to destruction of the human personality.“ U.S. ‚Special Services‘ Accused
    Luring people to such an anti-social stance, Nedelya said, was obviously the work of American “special services.“ The agent in this case, the magazine asserted, was Robert Campagnola, described as one of the original 11 disciples of the guru of the Krishna sect.
    The Nedelya account opened with a scene of Mr. Campagnola stretched out on a couch in Moscow and having his feet ceremonially washed by a Soviet follower, a medical technician named Sergei Mitrofanov.
    But he was more than the emissary of the religion, Nedelya declared: “After a closer and longer familiarity with the ‚blessed tourist‘ Robert Campagnola, there emerged highly curious ‚elements‘ from his biography. It turned out that Mr. Campagnola is a longtime agent of the C.I.A., specializing in ideological diversions.“
    The goal, the journal said, is to “control public opinion, to study the political orientation of this or that part of the population, to cause divisions in progressive movements, to gather information under the cover of ‚missionary‘ work.“
    The article on the Krishna sect last year gave a considerably less pernicious account of the spread of the movement to the Soviet Union. It reported that the sect arrived via the International Book Fair in Moscow in 1979, when the Krishna movement’s publishing arm, the Bhatkivendanta Book Trust of Los Angeles, was permitted an exhibit. It drew curious Russians, the books spread, and Hare Krishna was on its way in Russia.

Die Mainstream-Wissenschaft sagt, das Bewusstsein muss ein Nebeneffekt der Hirnchemie sein. Ich glaube, das Gehirn beeinflusst lediglich das Bewusstsein.     Auch Dr. Robert Lanza glaubt an die gleiche Theorie, er nennt sie „Biozentrismus“. Lanza glaubt, dass beim Tod unseres physischen Körpers die Energie unseres Bewusstseins auf der Quantenebene weiterexistiert und sich nur aus dem Körper zurückzieht. Da wir auf der Quantenebene überall gleichzeitig existieren, denkt Lanza: „Es gibt eine unendliche Anzahl an Universen. Alles, was jemals passieren könnte, passiert auch in einem dieser Universen.“
    Der Physiker Gregory Matloff vom New Yorker College of Technology veröffentlichte kürzlich ein Papier dazu. Er beschreibt ein Proto-Bewusstseinsfeld, das sich über das ganze Universum erstreckt. Der Kosmos ist demnach ähnlich angelegt wie ein menschliches Wesen und trägt ein eigenes Bewusstsein. Diese Theorie trägt den Namen „Panpsychismus“ und leitet sich von der Arbeit des britischen Physikers Sir Roger Penrose ab. Auch dieser sagte, dass das Universum bewusst ist, und unser Bewusstsein lässt sich bis auf die Quantenebene zurückverfolgen. Es soll in den mikroskopisch kleinen Räumen zwischen den Neuronen des Gehirns existieren. Derselben Ansicht ist auch der deutsche Physiker Bernard Haisch. Haisch beschreibt, wie diese winzigen Quantenfelder für die Übertragung des Bewusstseins in unser Gehirn verantwortlich sind. Das beschränkt sich nicht nur auf das Gehirn von Menschen, sondern auf jede Struktur die annähernd kompliziert aufgebaut ist. Auch Sonnen bzw. Sterne und Planeten könnten daher ein eigenes Bewusstsein besitzen. Dadurch könnten die Bewegungen der Sterne und Planeten beeinflusst werden. Neue Erkenntnisse dazu werden im Jahr 2018 erwartet.
    Diese Theorien bestätigen jetzt schon ein spirituelles und schamanisches Weltbild, das bereits unseren Vorfahren bekannt war.     1. Amazon
    People usually think Amazon is an e-commerce business, but that´s just one part of a much larger picture. For example, Amazon Web Services has hundreds of government agencies as customers.
    The most infamous of them being the CIA, with which Amazon has had a 10 years contract to build private cloud servers inside CIA data centers. For this, the CIA paid Amazon $600 million.

    Is Alexa a Spying Device?
    Amazon´s Echo (and known colloquially as „Alexa“) came under scrutiny after a family told KIRO 7 that their Amazon device recorded a conversation they were having in their home, and sent it to a random contact.
    The contact then alerted them to the fact that he had heard everything they said and sent the couple the email he had received with the audio files.
    “My husband and I would joke and say I’d bet these devices are listening to what we’re saying,” Danielle said, noting that they never imagined the smart device would record their private conversations and then make them public.
    After unplugging all of the devices, Danielle said she called Amazon multiple times before she received a response.
    When an Alexa engineer finally looked into Danielle’s claims, she said he acknowledged that the device had recorded conversations inside her home and emailed them to a random contact.
    Which begs the question „is Amazon´s Alexa, actually, a spying device?“
    Amazon´s Facial Recognition Technology
    According to an article published by the Ron Paul Institute, “Amazon is also seeking profit from selling to government agencies facial recognition technology that can aid in conducting mass surveillance.“
    According to a resolution filed by Amazon shareholders, they „are concerned Amazon’s facial recognition technology (“Rekognition”) poses risk to civil and human rights and shareholder value.
    Civil liberties organizations, academics, and shareholders have demanded Amazon halt sales of Rekognition to government, concerned that our Company is enabling a surveillance system
    “readily available to violate rights and target communities of color.” Four hundred fifty Amazon employees echoed this demand, posing a talent and retention risk.
    Brian Brackeen, former Chief Executive Officer of facial recognition company Kairos, said, “Any company in this space that willingly hands [facial recognition] software over to a government,
    be it America or another nation’s, is willfully endangering people’s lives.””
    2. Google
    Upon hearing the name „Google“, most people think of the search engine. Very few people actually understand how dangerous the company has become.
    Google is intimately involved with the Military Industrial Complex, in the development of surveillance (i.e. spying) technologies, face recognition and real-time tracking.

    Google is Working on Robots for the DoD
    Back in 2013, Google has acquired Boston Dynamics, a military robotics contractor best known for projects that were funded by DARPA, which is part of the Department of Defense (DoD).
    About 11 years ago, Boston Dynamics has uploaded the following video of „Big Dog“ — one of their advanced robotics projects, — and it looks creepy, to say the least:
    You can easily imagine an army of similar robots being weaponized and deployed against foreign or domestic enemies of the state. And that´s just one of the many similar projects that Boston Dynamics is currently working on.

    As a matter of fact, the „sins“ of Google are so many that it would require an entire article dedicated to the subject.
    Google Engages in Censorship: The giant is so heavily invested into censorship, pushing coordinated agendas, and „book burning“ techniques, that it is often compared to Orwell´s Ministry of Truth.

    Is Google Home A Spying Device?

    “You might find them useful sometimes, but think about what you’re revealing about yourself and your family, and how that information might be used in the future.”
    Digital home assistants like Google Home and Amazon Echo may be listening to you at all times, according tot he products´ own patent information.

    Google is an „Existential Threat to Humanity“
    WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, stated last year that Google and Facebook have become an „existential threat to humanity“.
    According to Dr. Joseph Mercola, „Google is undoubtedly one of the largest and clearest monopolies in the world.“
    Recently, Google has partnered with the Chinese government in an effort to create a state-controlled search engine that crushes human freedom.
    The Chinese government has recently come under scrutiny for its dictatorial ´Social Credit System´, which tracks and rates how obedient the Chinese people are based on their social behavior, political views, shopping lists
    and even the friends that they have. Over 12 million people have recently been banned from travelling because of their low credit score.
    One way China rates its citizens, is by keeping a close eye on them.
    Is this dictatorial model going to be implemented worldwide?
    3. Facebook
    Facebook is the social media network where most people like to spend hours every single day. Unfortunately, only some of them understand the grim implications of uploading their pictures onto the platform,
    or filling out their profiles with personal details.
    In an article entitled „Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites are an elaborate CIA spying scheme“, Ethan A. Huff writes:
    „Social media portals like Facebook and Twitter are increasingly being exposed as what appear to be bait-and-switch spying networks funded, and potentially even run covertly, by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and other government agencies.
    Venture capital firm that ensured Facebook´s success linked to CIA front group.
    When Facebook was first getting off its feet, it turns out, the company received a huge cash injection from a venture capital firm known as Accel Partners. According to reports, Accel´s head, James Breyer, was a former chairman at
    National Venture Capital Association, where he served on the board with Gilman Louie, the CEO of another venture capital group known as In-Q-Tel.
    According to In-Q-Tel´s „Mission“ page, the group, which invested nearly $13 million during Facebook´s early days, was first launched in 1999 as a catalyst for keeping the CIA up-to-date with the latest information-gathering technologies.
    Not surprisingly, the primary purpose of In-Q-Tel is to „build relationships with technology startups outside the reach of the Intelligence Community,“ and partner with private sector groups who are willing to „co-invest in [its] portfolio companies.“
    If you connect the dots here, it becomes clear that Breyer´s expertise is in connecting the CIA with private enterprises like Facebook and Twitter that focus on gathering information, whether it be for marketing or some other purpose.“
    Facebook Engages in Censorship
    Just as Google and its video-sharing website, YouTube, Facebook also engages in censorship.
    According to RT News, „some 800 anti-establishment accounts and pages have been yanked from Facebook in a sweeping crackdown the social media giant framed as a fight against spammers.“
    Among the hundreds of pages and accounts Facebook and Twitter took down were those both on the political left and right, ranging from [so called] conspiracy theorists and police brutality watchers, to news outlets with non-mainstream angles.
    Is Facebook a CIA Database?
    In an interview with RT News, Wikileaks´ creator, Julian Assange has made some very worrying observations about Facebook (as well as Google and Yahoo). While reading Assange´s words, please keep in mind that WikiLeaks has a 100% accuracy record:
    „Facebook in particular is the most appalling spying machine that has ever been invented. Here we have the world´s most comprehensive database about people, their relationships, their names, their addresses, their locations, their communications
    with each other, their relatives, all seating in the United States, all accessible to US intelligence.
    Facebook, Google, Yahoo, all these major US organizations, have built in interfaces for US intelligence.
    Everyone should understand that when they add their friends to Facebook, they are doing free work for United States intelligence agencies, in building this database.“

    Facebook´s Facial Recognition Software
    Every time you upload a photo to Facebook, you´re not only helping intelligence agencies to expands their photographic records of you, but you´re also helping Facebook perfect their facial recognition software.
    Enter the ´10 year challenge´…
    “Imagine that you wanted to train a facial recognition algorithm on age-related characteristics and, more specifically, on age progression (e.g., how people are likely to look as they get older). Ideally,
    you´d want a broad and rigorous dataset with lots of people´s pictures. It would help if you knew they were taken a fixed number of years apart — say, 10 years,” said Kate O’Neill, a writer for Wired.

    Amazon, Google and Facebook — All Three Heavily Invested Into Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)
    In an article titled „AI experts list the real dangers of artificial intelligence“, Dave Gershgorn discusses a 100-page report written by artificial intelligence experts from industry and academia, which has a clear message:
    Every AI advance by the good guys is an advance for the bad guys, too.
    The paper, titled “The Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence: Forecasting, Prevention, and Mitigation,” calls this the “dual-use” attribute of AI, meaning the technology’s ability to make thousands of complex decisions every second
    could be used to both help or harm people, depending on the person designing the system.
    Technology reporter for The Washington Post, Peter Holley, wrote an article back in 2015 detailing the concerns of some of the biggest names in tech regarding AI:
    Elon Musk, for example, stated that AI is „our biggest existential threat“. He was quoted saying:
    „I think we should be very careful about artificial intelligence. If I were to guess like what our biggest existential threat is, it’s probably that. So we need to be very careful with the artificial intelligence.“
    British inventor Clive Sinclair has said he thinks artificial intelligence will doom mankind.
    „Once you start to make machines that are rivaling and surpassing humans with intelligence, it´s going to be very difficult for us to survive,“ he told the BBC. „It´s just an inevitability.“
    Bill Gates also agrees.
    „I am in the camp that is concerned about super intelligence,“ Gates wrote.
    „First the machines will do a lot of jobs for us and not be super intelligent. That should be positive if we manage it well. A few decades after that though the intelligence is strong enough to be a concern.
    I agree with Elon Musk and some others on this and don´t understand why some people are not concerned.“
    Last year, Elon Musk has doubled down on his warnings:
    „The biggest issue I see with so-called AI experts is that they think they know more than they do, and they think they are smarter than they actually are,“ said Musk.
    „This tends to plague smart people. They define themselves by their intelligence and they don´t like the idea that a machine could be way smarter than them, so they discount the idea — which is fundamentally flawed.“
    „I am really quite close, I am very close, to the cutting edge in AI and it scares the hell out of me,“ said Musk. „It´s capable of vastly more than almost anyone knows and the rate of improvement is exponential.“
    Musk is so worried about AI, that he even proposed that the development of artificial intelligence should be regulated, even though he admits he´s not „normally an advocate of regulation and oversight.“
    „Mark my words, AI is far more dangerous than nukes. Far. So why do we have no regulatory oversight? This is insane,“ Elon Musk stated.
    In an article entitled „How Google Aims To Dominate Artificial Intelligence,“ Dave Gershgorn writes:
    „Internally, Google has spent the last three years building a massive platform for artificial intelligence and now they’re unleashing it on the world. Although, Google would prefer you call it machine intelligence.
    They feel that the word artificial intelligence carries too many connotations….“
    Facebook´s artificial intelligence robots shut down after they start talking to each other in their own language:
    Conclusion
    The above are just some of the facts that make Amazon, Google and Facebook some of the most evil and dangerous companies in the world.
    You´ve probably noticed that the three giants have a lot of negative traits in common, such as working on facial recognition technology, which can (and probably is) being used for surveillance (i.e. spying) purposes;
    all three companies have strong connections with the US intelligence agencies, as explained by Julian Assange.
    But the most worrying part is that all three companies are investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence, even though some of the brightest tech minds have issued warnings about the dangers presented by unregulated AI.

    When the CIA released millions of declassified documents in 2017 and placed them in a searchable online database, it was expected that some seriously spooky stuff would turn up. It’s public knowledge that the CIA has conducted research into all sorts of paranormal or otherwise anomalous phenomena ranging from psychic abilities to UFOs, but a new trove of documents discovered among the millions of files has revealed the US intelligence agency even once went looking for the legendary Yeti in the mountains of Nepal. Was the ever-elusive abominable snow man-ape ever found?
    Who knows; after all, the CIA likely released these documents merely to placate the public under the guise of secrecy and is no doubt withholding the really good stuff in dusty warehouses full of the world’s higher mysteries and secrets. Still, these new documents add to a growing body of evidence showing that even the CIA may take the Yeti legend seriously – or at least purport to in order to cover its tracks.
    The documents were unearthed and posted online by Amish Raj Mulmi at the Kathmandu Post. In addition to the Yeti documents, the files show that the CIA took interest in at least seven different sightings of unidentified flying objects above Nepal and Bhutan in 1968. The unidentified objects described in the reports range from a “white light” emitting “blasting sounds” and “white smoke” to fast-moving cigar shape objects reminiscent of many other UFO sightings from the time period. Here are the “particulars of the object” from one report from 19 February, 1968:
    A fast-moving object, long and thin, emitting red and green bright light, as bright as to cause daylight. Thunder sound heard after few second of sighting object.
    Sure sounds an awful lot like a ballistic missile test or high-altitude aircraft breaking the sound barrier (aircraft typically have red and green navigation lights on the left and right wingtips, respectively). That would make sense given the historical and political context surrounding these sightings, which happened at the height of US involvement in the Vietnam War and at a time when the relatively newly-formed People’s Republic of China was ramping up their missile research, nuclear weapons program, and domestic aircraft production.

    Naturally, then, the CIA would have wanted to document any sightings of anomalous aerial object in case they might shed light on what the Chinese or Soviets were up to in the skies above the region. One report even mentions that “huge metallic disc-shaped object with a six-foot base and four feet in height was found in a crater” at the foot of the Himalayas. Could this have been a crashed Soviet or Chinese aircraft or missile, or something stranger?

    The documents discovered by the Kathmandu Post also contain a cable sent 30 November, 1959 from the American Embassy in Kathmandu to the Department of State in Washington, D.C. The document outlines America’s official “Regulations Governing Mountain Climbing Expeditions in Nepal – Related to Yeti” and describe what American personnel conducting so-called “Mountaineering and Scientific Expeditions in Nepal” should do in the event of contact with the Yeti:
    1. Royalty of Rs. 5000/- Indian Currency will have to be paid to His Majesty’s Government of Nepal for a permit to carry out an expedition in search of ‘Yeti.’
    2. In case ‘Yeti’ is traced it can be photographed or caught alive but it must not be killed or shot at except in an emergency arising out of self defence. All photographs taken of the animal, the creature itself if captured alive or dead, must be surrendered to the Government of Nepal at the earliest time.
    3. News and reports throwing light on the actual existence of the creature must be submitted to the Government of Nepal as soon as they are available and must not in anyway way be given out to the Press or Reporters for publicity without the permission of the Government of Nepal.
    While hardcore ‘Squatchers may point to this document as proof of the US government’s knowledge of the legendary Yeti, it very well may be that these cables were hiding the true nature of these alleged “Mountaineering and Scientific Expeditions.” In the late 1950s, the CIA and the US government were deeply concerned with the spread of Chinese communist forces throughout the region, and the Chinese were actively asserting their presence along the border with Nepal. It very well may be that the Yeti hunt was a cover for spies to keep tabs on the PRC’s activities in the region. It’s known that the CIA and other intelligence agencies often use “scientific expeditions” as a cover to send agents into the field; if you replace every instance of “Yeti” in the document with “Chinese spies or scouts,” these cables begin to make a lot more sense.

    It’s long been suspected that intelligence agencies intentionally muddy the waters by using alleged paranormal activity to cover their tracks.
    While these documents are far from a smoking gun, they may show how the government study of anomalous phenomena can be used to mask the true purpose of the CIA’s or other agencies’ intelligence gathering activities. Could the CIA actually have been hunting the legendary Yeti and gathering reports of truly unidentified aerial phenomena? It’s possible – but it’s highly more probable that they were keeping tabs on the USA’s favorite frenemy, the PRC. What might these documents suggest about the Pentagon’s modern day study of UFOs?
