How does someone read your thoughts, hear what you hear, see what you see? How does someone put thoughts, images and sound in your head, bypassing your eyes and ears, directly to the auditory nerve and visual cortex? With frequencies. The first Remote Neural Monitoring Patent #3951134 A, was granted to Inventor R.G. Malech, on April 20, 1976. It is called “Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves.” The assignee was Dorne & Margolin, Inc. of Bohemia, NY. The patent was acquired by an American company named Edo Corporation1 which designed and manufactured products for defense, intelligence, and commercial markets, and provided related engineering and professional services. EDO’s assets were bought by ITT Defense Electronics and Services in 2007. As of October 2011, these assets are now part of ITT Exelis.2 Its customers currently include the US Army, US Navy US Air Force, US Marine Corp, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Aviation Administration and NASA. These are the entities attacking their own defenseless citizens.
The patent describes a technique using the transmission of 100 and 210 MHz signals to the brain yielding a 110 MHz signal (heterodyning3) which is modulated by the brain waves and can be detected by a receiver for further processing and can be sent back to the brain to make changes in its electrical activity which could be to modify behavior, induce sleep, stimulate emotions or sexual arousal, erase memory or change/split personality, etc.

Abstract of the Patent
Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject’s brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.
Medical science has found brain waves to be a useful barometer of organic functions. Measurements of electrical activity in the brain have been instrumental in detecting physical and psychic disorder, measuring stress, determining sleep patterns, and monitoring body metabolism.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to apparatus and a method for monitoring brain waves wherein all components of the apparatus employed are remote from the test subject. More specifically, high frequency transmitters are operated to radiate electromagnetic energy of different frequencies through antennas which are capable of scanning the entire brain of the test subject or any desired region thereof. The signals of different frequencies penetrate the skull of the subject and impinge upon the brain where they mix to yield an interference wave modulated by radiations from the brain’s natural electrical activity. The modulated interference wave is re-transmitted by the brain and received by an antenna at a remote station where it is demodulated, and processed to provide a profile of the subject’s brain waves. In addition to passively monitoring his brain waves, the subject’s neurological processes may be affected by transmitting to his brain, through a transmitter, compensating signals. The latter signals can be derived from the received and processed brain waves.“

German universities use Pentagon research cash
German universities are breaking ethics rules by taking millions of euros from the US military for research projects into munitions, environmentally-friendly explosives and drone software, critics claim. At least 22 universities and research institutes have confirmed accepting more than €10 million in Pentagon research grants since 2000, the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper said on Monday.

Yet the university said its research into satellite technology was „purely civilian basic research“. The US funding is organized so that the Defence Ministry can pump money into non-military research projects“
„German research institutions have accepted more than $10 million in contracts from the Pentagon since 2000 to cover seemingly benign topics like congenital tumors. But it appears some of these projects also have controversial military applications.
The University of Bremen was the first German university to bind itself to a civil clause. But the recent reporting has revealed that two doctoral positions there were financed by the Pentagon. An environmental physicist landed the contracts without the knowledge of his dean’s office or the university’s top leadership. The projects were attributed merely as „third-party funds“ on the university’s accounting forms, keeping both the public and education ministries in the dark about their true nature.
Despite sounding suspicious, this procedure is as commonplace as it is legal. Scientists at German universities are compelled to seek out third-party funding, in part because their institutions depend on it. And because the German constitution has no restrictions on research, scientists have only to comply with corresponding laws, like those regulating gene technology, biological agents, weapons and foreign trade. If a researcher’s university has a civil clause, he or she is obliged, when in doubt, to ask for an assessment from the dean’s office. But researchers are not required to comply with that assessment.
Is Tumor Research Problematic?
For its part, the University of Bremen says it wouldn’t have any problem with a Pentagon contract because it claims the funding only went toward basic research. But Altmann, the physicist, has his doubts. „The US Congress already resolved decades ago that there has to be a military application when it comes to contracts coming from the Pentagon — even if it initially only has to do with basic research.“ He does, however, note one exception: medicine.
And things are still lacking when it comes to upholding the civil clause. „I’m not aware of any German university that already has a procedure in place for reviewing projects,“ Altmann says.
Some research institutions act as if they were downright clueless. The working group on „inherited tumor and deformity illnesses“ at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) has received money from the United States for 10 years. „The US Army uses a certain percentage of its budget for research that can especially be used transnationally,“ the UKE said in a statement. „The working group has gladly made use of these funds amid very low funding for rare diseases in Germany. Military earmarks are not connected to the acceptance of money.“
So can research into tumors be dubious? The US Defense Department wants to know how the human body works, Altmann says. „On the one hand, it’s about being able to better protect and cure their own soldiers. On the other, it’s about becoming more aware of potential enemy attacks with biological weapons.“
Yet once something is researched and published, it is available to anyone for any use. This gives rise to what researchers call a dual-use dilemma. Rockets that transport satellites into space, for example, could also be used to carry nuclear weapons. Knowledge about pathogens can be used to develop new medicines or biological weapons. Nuclear technology can harvest energy or build atomic bombs.
And research into the desert locust? It can help to perfect drone wars.“

Ein sensationelles Aufklärungsbuch, das jeder Arzt dringend genau studieren sollte. Seine Beispiele für Medikamente mit tödlichen Nebenwirkungen haben schwindelerregende Dimensionen. Wie etwa das vor einigen Jahren vom Markt genommene Rheumamittel Vioxx: „Ich habe berechnet, dass Vioxx 125.000 Leute umgebracht hat. Wir haben auch Psychopharmaka. Eins der populärsten ist Olanzapin (Zyprexa), das zum Beispiel bei Schizophrenie verschrieben wird. Nach meinen Schätzungen hat allein dieses Medikament 200.000 Leute umgebracht.“
Pharmazeutische Studien, die nicht die gewünschten Ergebnisse erbringen, würden geheim gehalten oder manipuliert. Insidern sei das längst bekannt. Aber es müsse endlich ein Thema werden, das breit in der Öffentlichkeit diskutiert wird. „Ich wundere mich, dass das kein öffentliches Thema ist, wenn wir so viele Leute mit Arzneien umbringen. Wenn ein neues Virus nur einen Bruchteil dieser Leute umbringen würde, würden wir uns sehr anstrengen, um das Virus zu bekämpfen. Aber wenn es sich um Medikamente handelt, tun wir praktisch nichts. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die Pharmaindustrie unglaublich mächtig ist und reich und weite Bereiche unserer Gesellschaft korrumpiert hat.“
Die Psychiatrie bezeichnet Gøtzsche als das Paradies der Pharmaindustrie. Das Kapitel zu diesem Thema leitet er mit einem Zitat des englischen Psychiaters David Healy ein: „Es gibt wahrscheinlich keinen anderen Bereich der Medizin, in dem die wissenschaftliche Literatur so sehr den Rohdaten widerspricht“.

Yesterday medical Dr. Rauni-Leena Luukanen-Kilde died in her homeland Finland by severe cancer all over her body, her Finnish cousin told White TV today. White TVs Dr. Henning Witte talked to Rauni about ten days ago on telephone in Finland, not knowing it was the last time. She complained about that she suddenly got cancer as a result of beaming technology, mind control scalar waves. Her complications got so severe that she was forced to leave her home in Norway to a hospital in Finland, where her caring cousin is living.
Rauni Kilde complained over the rude manner of the Norwegian ambulance and that they refused her choice of Norwegian hospital, and over the doctor at the wrong hospital, which wanted to give her morphine against her will. She was allergic against morphine, which she told the doctor. She said to her friend Elisabeth Nyström Barringer that she was afraid, that the Norwegian hospital would kill her, and that she was better in the Finnish hospital and out of danger for her life.
During the last week it was not possible to talk to Rauni any longer and the doctors indicated death.“
