With a successful Nov. 20, 2014 Brussels Transhumanist Agenda conference, a forthcoming War Crimes Tribunal, and EU legislation to ban these new physics torture weapons, NSA and CIA Pegasus intent to kill her is accelerating Ms. Vritschan reports.
The DARPA/Motorola nano-technology is also embedded in her eyes and has voice to skull capabilities. Ms. Vritschan stated that holographic images of Pegasus, sacrificial altars, Satanic images, and large snakes about to attack her are run in her field of vision at night, along with voices which warn her that if she falls asleep she will be strangled.

Melanie Vritschan also released the sworn affidavit of international expert Dr. HS, RIET, author of The Comprehensive Handbook of Hazardous Materials: Regulations, Monitoring, Handling and Safety.

Ms. Melanie Vritschan contacted me on October 10, 2014 to determine, if there was any innovative nanotechnology that could cause one to experience choking, strangling of the throat and/or other physiological occurrences as she has experienced after discovering scars and other physical changes with her body.
The innovative nanotechnology that may be applied to the symptoms described in No. 8 are known as crystalline polymers and elastomers of optical colloidal and nanostructured systems as developed through scientific programs with the University of Wisconsin at Madison, United States and the Netherlands, University of Twente and Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom through collaborative research funded by DARPA and the US Air Force. The primary material that is used in its development is a thin film process that uses carbon black, which was then replaced by nanoclay for enhanced crosslinking. The on the Black Silicon Method was developed at the University of Twente as referenced in the US Patent 5054339, December 19, 1990, October 1991, Harold Yacowitz, Tattooing assembly.
The use of the Black Silicon Method was further expanded in the US Patent 6,503,231 B1 issued January 7, 2003 Georgia Tech Research Corporation, Atlanta, GA entitled:
MICRONEEDLE DEVICE FOR TRANSPORT OF MOLECULES ACROSS TISSUE. Referenced in this patent are the terms tiny tubules and single-crystal whiskers, which are older nano technology terms and the reference to Edel, et al., “Factors Influencing the Biocompatibility of Insertable Silicon Microshafts in Cerebral Cortex.” IEEEI Transactions on Biomedical Engineering 39(6): 635-43 (1992). The patent further references the Black on Silicon method as part of the process to develop micronanoneedle technology, that is now being used in voice recognition e-tattoo technology for telemedicine, security and multiple applications through Motorola’s patents that are now owned by Google with research headed by Regina Dugan, the former DARPA head who is now in charge of advance research at Motorola.
The Motorola Mobility/Google patent for e-tattoo may be used to read your thoughts by listening to unvocalized words in your throat, it also has a pickup signal (RF/Terahertz) for “auditory signal,” as in transmissions to the base of the skull, so the individual may hear a vocal transmission through their brain as in Remote Neural Monitoring, thus a two way radio communicative device as smart infusion systems.
The smart e-tattoo technology was pioneered by John Roger’s Illinois-based research lab through built-in EMG and ECG electrodes. The electrodes would not pick up individual spikes, but could generate electrical records of muscle activity and eventually compound nerve potentials.

“Skynet” is a quantum computer from D-Wave that research into alternate universes to derive the correct answers to highly complex computational problems was acquired by Google, which will be used by NSA, the CIA and other agencies.

Indeed, as I said in consultation, I feel a consequent discomfort constantly, pain and a growing feeling of constriction, with which it is increasingly difficult to live.
Industrial toxicologist – Dr. HS – describes in his statement under oath that attached the “throat area nanotechnology innovative” causes pain and constriction sensations in people with this condition (see paragraphs 8, 9 and 12) .
I also attach the document “Motorola patents tattoo e-throat”, in which there is a drawing of this technology around the neck of a mannequin surrounded a “throat microphone.” That seems very accurate; my Adam’s apple is also compressed, which makes me very badly. After undergoing a minor procedure in February for which I should have taken another medical recommendation or request additional information, so I would like to have the opinion of the coroner, because I’d like to be well documented and be prove justification for each future intervention.

What is an implant?

There are also extra implants put into people that have “purer royal bloodlines’ in their DNA genealogy that are of interest to the Illuminati. Starseeds are targets because they came here to help planet Earth at this time free herself from negativity. Many of these implants are done at birth.
Types of implants
There are three basic types of implants that I am aware of. There are probably more, but I can only share what I am familiar with at this time. They are the brain, physical implants, and etheric implants.
Everyone on the planet that is an incarnated human has at least one type of implant in their body. Implants are used in mind control to keep the human population subservient and obedient. The brain barrier of the two hemispheres is the one implant everyone has, and is inside of the corpus callosum. The mind control programming forces most people into living from the left side of their brain more than the right. Living from the left side makes a person rely on “logical” outside information from books, schooling, and anything else related to programming. Living from the right side means being connected to the wisdom within you and includes creativity, intuition, and love based emotions like compassion and empathy.
Not to be stereotypical, but the programming in males has purposely made them feel like they should be strong and “macho” from the left or thinking side of the brain. Women tend to be more emotional and feeling from the right side of the brain. Things that have helped to balance the two are based in creativity and love, like the arts and healthy relationships. There is a lot of evidence these days of more and more people coming into a balance and harmony naturally.
The pineal gland is the “gateway to the astral realm” and is usually a place that can be implanted as well, as this is where visions and ideas can get sent to a person. Astral travelers are almost always tagged, like the game of chase where they say “tag, you’re it”,.. While this is not always a bad thing, the problem is that most people do not have a clue how they can get a tag just from astral traveling, which must then be dealt with.
Physical implants are inserted into the physical body. There are various forms of these. The Grays have implanted chips into certain people. These can be tracking devices and trigger implants. Since there is “mind wipe” technology available, there is opportunity for implants to be inserted by anyone with this technology and the person would not remember anything.
Chemtrails have nano particles that may either have implants in them or trigger existing implants, and these are taken into the lungs and then into the blood stream. Water and food have chemicals and nano particles that can serve the same purpose.
Etheric Implants are in the etheric energy body and can be triggered as well…Some etheric implants are called tags, and can function as a “red flag”, a mind control device, or can cause physical pain…
What is a tag?
The majority of the population is implanted because of the inherent modifications to the human body done by the Anunnaki, as well as the insertion of other implants that are a part of keeping the human population compliant with the program. A “tag” is an energetic implant from the astral realm where a person is marked like cattle. There is a percentage of the population that gets “tagged” from an early age just because of who they are. For those who are Starseeds or if you have a “royal” bloodline that is more conductive to the Illuminati DNA match, you probably have been tagged for the government to “keep an eye” on. Tags are like having a flag flying around that says “I could cause your astral matrix a big problem”.
Another tag can be considered a ‘mark of the beast’ but with an opposite definition of what has been defined in religion. Religion makes it sound like you will be tagged by Satan if you do not follow religion, but the truth is that following religion will provide you a nice shiny tag.
A tag is also tied to the programs that are created to try to start splitting up the human population for the different families to lay claim to. Humans are nothing more than energy source slaves to them. People idolize stars on television or in music that belong to a certain family, and are unknowingly giving their energy away to these groups. A tag allows the groups to claim their harvest and is very much run like a mafia operation.
Those who choose money, power, and greed are aligning with a certain group that has no compassion or empathy for the starving people on the planet. A person is usually tagged if they choose to place their energy in a spiritual or even New Age ideology in which they begin to follow a guru or a certain ideology. Giving your energy away is actually another part of the trap used to siphon energy off a human.
Besides trying to claim us for various groups, multiple tags can be inserted that have different meanings. For example, a whistleblower may get a tag that alerts the Illuminati to direct government or police to try to arrest them (or worse) under the new terrorist act laws. Also, person may be tagged because they live with a whistleblower and can be triggered in order to be used to turn against that person, which causes havoc and pain in their lives.
There are addiction tags as well that allow a person’s aura to be compromised. Drugs, sex, alcohol, food, porn… are everywhere for a reason. These tags keep them coming back for a substance or feeling that is usually aimed to eventually lead to self destruction.
In order for you to be tagged you would have to have put your energy into something, which is consent. Sometimes that is done without our knowledge through our language. The English language was set up for this purpose, although ultimately all languages are used for black magic spelling. Anyone praying to a religious God of the bible is giving their energy away to the archon god family. Whether you call it Lucifer, Anu (Anunnaki), Draco, Gray or Reptilian, they are all a part of the same family that requires energy to survive. This type of tag also allows for a person to be hypnotized deeper and deeper into this belief system.
Another astral tag that they can put on you is in a spiritual “initiation” where you are convinced that you are receiving a higher level of learning or healing powers. While the person may receive these things as an exchange for allowing to be tagged, again, it is most likely the astral realm that they are dealing with. The more initiations and following, the more tags a person can receive. As soon as a tag is placed, that group that tagged the person gets to start feeding off of the energy.
You can bet that they will want to tag you in order to not only get Source energy from you, but also to send programming to you that will give them a chance to keep you from exiting from their matrix prison that they have kept us in. Source has allowed free will in this Universe, so if you are freely giving your energy away, they are allowed to take it. If they can trick you into a “heaven” or a “new earth” in the astral realm matrix, they will lure you there as well and provide a body for you to eventually reincarnate into.
You can begin to see how “everything you need is already inside of you” makes more and more sense. Thus if you were to “go within” you would not be giving your energy away..
Although all of this seems rather horrendous, it really is just a part of the matrix program and we are changing things by the millisecond here on the planet.. Most of humanity has an infection and we are healing ourselves and the planet in one way or another in order to shake it off.
Mind control is the name of the game
There is information on the internet about MK Ultra, Monarch, other forms of mind control used by the government in order to trigger people into doing and saying things. One of the places the indoctrination begins is in the military. Some say that the mandatory vaccine received in the military has things in it that go above and beyond the general public’s programming and can be triggered with various technologies.
The archons control the government who controls the people. The government uses people to peer into the future timeline possibilities to try to gain intel on who will be a troublemaker in the archons plans. Then they time travel in order to try to make that person choose a different outcome in their lives, as well as implant or tag them. Then mind control techniques are used mostly to try to keep their vibration low or to cause dissent with people around them.

How to dissolve implants and tags
Awareness is the first step in healing yourself of these energies. After all, we are living in a light illusion matrix hologram.. Continue to observe and when you feel a trigger on you or if you observe it in someone else… Although this is not a laughing matter for most people, especially those who are being targeted, the two things that have worked for me in moving out of the matrix are love and humor. When you see the circus unfold in front of you, sometimes the only thing that keeps you sane is laughing at it. Of course you have to use your discernment with each situation..
Implants can be purposefully “neutralized” by being grounded and connecting with the planet, for her energies balance out both sides of the brain and strengthen the right side functions to allow for more access to intuition and source energy. It is a tricky thing to try to suggest an energy worker for someone. Energy workers themselves have tags and implants and some do not clear themselves. These implants can be removed by a professional, although as we continue to wake up and learn how to ground and center with the planet, state our sovereignty, eventually these implants will not be able to exist in the frequency and will dissolve.

I was getting an inside view of how these entities influence humans to get their food, our spiritual energy. Luckily my vibration was so high at that point that it was always easy to distinguish between my own consciousness and theirs. In the end I gave up on trying to find healing outside of myself, and I joined my first ever Vipassana retreat. Vipassana is a 10-day silent retreat where you meditate using a specific meditation technique for up to 10 hours a day. According to Vipassana our freedom lies within our understanding of the nature of impermanence. In other words, nothing stays the same, and this too shall pass. It was during this Vipassana in South Africa that I was shown that I was my own savior, and that everything I was looking for externally was inside of myself. The implants stated to leave. It took many, many months of daily Vipassana meditation, EFT, fasts, enemas, and practicing presence, to release almost all of the implants. I also ended all energetic contracts I made with these non-benevolent beings prior to my birth, in order to spiritually progress and learn about boundaries, discernment, forgiveness, etc. and therefore allowing them in. Like an abused child or a rape victim needs to talk about the trauma in order to
heal it, I am now writing about this issue to bring light and consciousness to it. For it to heal we need to face it squarely without fear and drama, without attachment to any outcome. We need to heal it by healing ourselves, by going deep within ourselves, by pulling away from the controlling matrix system that has been created to keep us blinded and distracted, so that we will be easy to control. …detoxing on all levels of our being. Parasite and candida cleanses are incredibly important, as physical parasites work the same way these energetic parasites/entities/implants work. The clearer our physical vibration, the clearer our spiritual vibration. Enlightenment is not just a spiritual process; it is in fact a very physical process. It happens in the body, and we need to prepare our bodies so that we may be able to hold unconditional love and unity consciousness consistently. The deception of these beings goes very deep and is weaved through the consciousness of humanity. Many people suffer in great misery, with great emotional or physical pain. Many people feel trapped by their own negative patterns they can’t seem to break through. I never saw or felt or had any conscious experience with these beings before my awakening, but that doesn’t mean that they weren’t there, in the background of my mind influencing me in negative ways. There is the ultimate kundalini awakening where one merges with ones divine self, integrating all fragmented parts of the self in one cosmic blissful moment. Some refer to this awakening as top down awakening. (In other words, it happens in the crown chakra). Then there is the kundalini awakening that some refer to as premature bottom up awakening. This is the awakening I experienced. It was incredibly powerful and kicked me out of the 3rd dimension, (where I saw everything through the ‘matrix’ construct, victim consciousness),
into the 5th Dimension, (my multidimensional self/taking full responsibility for my self).
My feeling is that once we’re in the 5th dimension we need to operate from that 5th dimensional consciousness. This is the consciousness of forgiveness, unconditional love, compassion, and taking responsibility, the ‘Christ Consciousness’, awakening to ones god/goddess self, or unity consciousness. This is the perfect balance between the divine masculine and the divine feminine. So, if you enter this dimension, into full awareness of your multidimensional self, and you are still operating from some 3rd dimensional reactions, such as resentments, low self esteem, fear, etc, (be they conscious or unconscious), then you are going to get spiritually spanked. This is why I was taken advantage of by these particular extraterrestrials. I had to learn step by
step how to take responsibility for my choices, my lack of boundaries and discernment, my negative emotional responses.
.. What really struck me, was how militant and organized these alien beings were. It was as if I’d been there with them again and again. It felt as if I’d been tagged by them my entire life. It was horrifying at the time, as I simply did not want to believe that this could be happening to human beings.

I now know why of course. I was still pushing and forcing, trying to control for a specific outcome. When we operate in a grounded balanced way from the 5th dimension, we are in a constant state of trust. There is no control, and the ‘my will’ really does become ‘thy will’ be done. Tapping, or EFT was the healing modality that helped me most of all during this time. I could tap through all my low vibrational feelings/thoughts. There was no more hiding or denying my feelings. I had to FEEL them and tap through them to release them. This was a long, arduous process, but it paid off. Daily tapping in combination with vipassana meditation became my daily spiritual practice. I remember now that I made a prayer before my awakening that I wanted to speed
up my soul’s evolution, my own enlightenment. Be careful what you pray for. This experience has certainly sped things up for me spiritually speaking. I HAD to get a grip and ground myself. I had no choice really, unless I wanted to end up in that psychiatric ward. I had to heal for the sake of my children. So there, my soul actually got what it asked for. Ultimately the solution to this deception, this conspiracy, is to forgive, to stand in our truth, our strength, to speak our truth with love and power, and to have strong boundaries and discernment, taking full responsibility for our lives. It is possible to have compassion, to forgive and to say NO MORE. It is possible to surrender and have 100% determination to get things done. We are the only ones who can free ourselves. No one else can do it for us! What has really helped me is understanding that what these negative aliens or entities are doing is NOT PERSONAL. …these entities only see us as food. It is so much easier to control people who believe they are free!!!! If you are really interested in freedom, start by freeing yourself from your addictions, not only the obvious addictions such as drugs, but the addiction to negativity and drama. Free yourself from toxins. Detox from toxins in foods, in the air, and also from the toxins of unexpressed anger, hatred, grudges, resentment, jealously and revenge. Detox your life and you too will see the truth. Ignorance is NOT bliss. As you wake up to the truth you will automatically be brought the solution of unity consciousness and unconditional love,
compassion, empowerment, discernment, firm boundaries, and most importantly allowing ourselves to be who we really are expressing our divinity creating alongside the divine, in a beautiful synchronistic flow of divine expression. Everything will be
brought to you for your personal awakenings.
The minute you make the decision to commit to your soul´s evolution your soul will bring you what you need in order to wake up. My path so far does not tell the usual story of a blissful awakening to a permanent state of unity consciousness, but I trust that my story will be able to help and aid others
who are going through a slightly more chaotic awakening. If I can help raise awareness on how magnificent and powerful you actually are, I’m happy. You are god/goddess. Actually, more accurately than that is that WE ARE GOD/GODDESS, WE ARE ONE. Understanding the archontic conspiracy has really helped me have an even deeper compassion for human beings. Understanding how this opposing consciousness operates has helped me to let go of control, and to step into my own personal goddess/god power. Never before have I had boundaries this strong. I speak my truth and own my stuff. Sometimes I still try a bit too hard, and then I pull back, and it miraculously gets done. There is still so much to learn, and so much to express. Lets start though by acknowledging the truth of our feelings, trauma’s and thoughts. Lets allow these distorted and often repressed feelings to guide us back to self-love. When we truly love ourselves it will be reflected in the way we love everyone around us, especially the people who have tested us the most. First though, we may have to write that angry letter, and burn it. Or tap through some guilt, or physically run off some resentment. Or maybe we are called to confront someone face to face with truth and respect.
When we do it consciously it shifts quickly. We have all the tools here to help us back to our true selves. It is my prayer for humanity to awaken in the gentlest most loving way possible.
