A corridor equipped with solid-steel doors can take one straight to the lower levels of a Finish underground shelter that the government has been utilizing as a sports facility.With blast-proof walls and bunkers and toilets, the Hakaniemi emergency shelter was built in 2003 and is one of many in the capital to provide cover for the city’s 650,000 residents.
Journalists on Wednesday were offered a glimpse of the facility which emergency service officers say can house up to 6000 people and can be used to shield even from a nuclear attack.
The tour came just a week after Finland officially submitted their bid to join NATO, a decision spurred by their alarm over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Die IT-Sicherheitsforscher von SentinalLabs haben jahrelang unentdeckte Schwachstellen im Anti-Rootkit-Treiber von Avast und AVG gefunden. Angreifer hätten durch Ausnutzen der Lücken ihre Rechte im System ausweiten und so etwa Virenschutz deaktivieren, Systemdateien überschreiben, das Dateisystem zerstören oder die Kontrolle über das System übernehmen können. Während diese konkreten Lücken offenbar noch nicht in freier Wildbahn missbraucht wurden, berichtet Trend Micro von einer Ransomware, die den Anti-Rootkit-Treiber mitbringt, um damit andere Antivirenlösungen auszuschalten.“„Weit verbreiteter Code
Der Hersteller hatte im Jahr 2016 AVG gekauft und dessen Codebasis mit Avast-Code vereinigt, sodass damit der Avast-Anti-Rootkit-Treiber auch darin einzog. I’ve been searching for the answer of who, what where why how and here are the groups with dealings in this technology.Who: CIA, NSA, DARPA, DIA, USAF, IARPA, DOD (army, navy, marine, air force), DOE (research institutes, examples Walter Reed Army Medical Research institutes and Universities like Stanford research institutes). Private investigators like Booz Allen Hamilton, Stratford or Defense contractors like Lockheed Martin and Boeing all have responsibility on the use of psychotronics direct energy.
What: Stalk harass and use Electromagnetic frequencies for neural manipulation, torture, and sabotage.
When: Many of the patents available show the public domain had information on these technologies back in the 1950’s.
Where: The harassment/torture though global does stem from certain locations such as research institutes, national labs, private research facilities, military bases, hospitals, university labs, fusion centers.
Why: The amount of information received and control established over unknowing individuals covers up corruption. Additionally the blackmail and costly solutions lead to more tax revenue as well.
