I mean he he was describing they were kind of torturing these kids to be able to develop these abilities and he was only 10 but he said there were others there that were very young and the talk project was the same thing so it’s like you know why is it that we in the west try to develop these Advanced abilities in children using MK Ultra and torture whereas Russia and China I mean they seem to be much more advanced than us.“
